Actually was 2 overlapping E-4B flights -

(ADFEB4) transmitting call sign CANE11 FROM 11:44 - 12:54 pm est from Ohio to Missouri

(ADFEB3) transmitting call sign CLUB22 FROM 12:32 - 4:59 pm est from Nebraska to Ohio

There was a 22 minute window where both flights were transmitting but both flights had gaps in transmission and traveling almost same line in opposite directions making it appear that it was one flight changing call signs but was actually 2 distinct flights.

Dark to Light

In order for them to come back, the energy in the planet has to be really dark. The energy of people’s hearts. That’s the only way they can get in.

Our culture is being engineered so that our hearts become dark and that we are more like machines, instead of humans. That is the magnet that will get them in.

The reason they can’t come in now in droves is because there is still good on this planet and there are secret groups of extradimensional beings STILL willing to do the work to keep them out in masses. But our morale keeps declining around the planet…

We all get tired, worn down. The more you wake up to the truth the more the magnitude of the sickness surrounding you seems like a mindfuck that cuts both ways. When POTUS was doing rallies all the time, we were constantly getting our batteries charged on positive feels, but we've been in the grind right along with him since the election. LONDON — Prime Minister Theresa May of Britain found herself in political hot water on Monday over reports that an unarmed Trident missile went astray during a test at sea in June, and that the government kept the incident a secret. Ms. May was initially unwilling to acknowledge that she was aware of the test when she urged Parliament in July to invest in new Trident-armed submarines. What’s a Trident missile?

It is a strategic nuclear weapon: a 44-foot long ballistic missile launched from a submarine that can deliver eight nuclear warheads to targets thousands of miles away. Tridents are built by Lockheed Martin, a major American defense contractor, and are used by the American and British navies. The current generation, the Trident II D5, was first deployed in 1990, and is expected to remain in front-line service at least into the 2020s, and potentially the 2030s.

Have they had problems in the past?

The Trident II D5 is called the most reliable large missile in the world, with more than 160 successful tests over the years, according to Lockheed Martin. Most have been conducted by the United States Navy (including two tests in November). The British Navy performs them only sparingly — one every three to five years — for cost reasons: each missile is said to cost £17 million ($21 million). Failures have been rare; one expert quoted in British news reports estimated that there had been fewer than 10 failures in the weapon’s history, and the British Navy is not known to have had any go awry before June 2016.

Why do they run tests of a proven missile?

It is done mostly to test the submarines that launch them. The Times of London reported that the June 2016 test was a required step in checking out a sub, H.M.S. Vengeance, that had just been refitted with upgraded computer systems and new launch equipment.

There is also said to be strategic value in reminding potential enemies that a weapons capability is still active by testing it from time to time.

Why did the failed test become a political issue?

Because Mrs. May did not reveal it when she addressed Parliament to persuade lawmakers to spend £40 billion ($49 billion) on a new generation of Trident-armed submarines that would replace Britain’s aging current fleet. Though the test took place in June, before she became prime minister, her office acknowledged on Monday that she was aware of the test results when she spoke to Parliament in July.

Critics now accuse Mrs. May and her predecessor, David Cameron, of a cover-up because earlier, successful British Trident tests — in 2000, 2005, 2009 and 2012 — were routinely publicized by the Ministry of Defense, but the June 2016 test was not.

Trump sets up new abortion obstacles, barring family planning clinic referrals

The Trump administration today set up new obstacles for women seeking abortions, barring taxpayer-funded family planning clinics from making abortion referrals. The new policy is certain to be challenged in court.

The final rule released today by the Health and Human Services Department also would prohibit federally funded family planning clinics from being housed in the same locations as abortion providers, and require stricter financial separation.

Clinic staff would still be permitted to discuss abortion with clients, along with other options. However, that would no longer be required.

The move is the latest in a series of Trump administration efforts to remake government policy on reproductive health.

The American Medical Association warned it could have an impact far beyond abortion, potentially affecting access to health care services now provided to low-income women by the clinics, including birth control, cancer screenings, and testing and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases. By law, the family planning program does not pay for abortions.

"This is the wrong prescription and threatens to compound a health equity deficit in this nation," AMA president Barbara L. McAneny said in a statement.

"Women should have access to these medical services regardless of where they live, how much money they make, their background, or whether they have health insurance."

It could be some time before women served by the federal family programme feel the full impact. Women's groups, organisations representing the clinics, and Democratic-led states are expected to sue to block the policy from going into effect. Administration officials told abortion opponents on a call Friday that they expect legal action, according to a participant.

Abortion is a legal medical procedure, but federal laws prohibit the use of taxpayer funds to pay for abortions except in cases of rape, incest, or to save the life of the woman.

Planned Parenthood, whose affiliates are major providers of family planning services as well as abortions, said the administration is trying to impose a "gag rule," and launched a full campaign to block it. Congressional supporters of the organization said it receives about $60 million a year from the federal programme.

"I want our patients to know this — we will fight through every avenue so this illegal, unethical rule never goes into effect," said Planned Parenthood's president, Dr. Leana Wen.

She said the new policy would prevent doctors from referring women for abortions "even if your life depended on it."

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-California, declared: "Republicans must end their relentless assault on women's health care and rights."

Planned Parenthood and other groups representing the clinics say the new requirements for physical separation of facilities would be costly and all but impossible to fulfill.

Planned Parenthood said the administration is making another attempt to drive it out of business, after efforts to deny funding failed in Congress.

Barrick Gold : Renews Its Interest in Newmont

TORONTO – Barrick Gold Corp. said it is sizing up Newmont Mining Corp. for a possible deal that would unite the world's two biggest gold producers and cap a flurry of big acquisitions in their industry.

Barrick, with a market value of almost $23 billion, said on Friday it is considering an all-stock, no-premium transaction to merge with Newmont, which is valued at about $19 billion. The Toronto-based company hasn't yet initiated discussions with Newmont, two people familiar with the matter said.

The development comes on the heels of deal-making by Newmont – and threatens to complicate it. The Denver-based company agreed earlier this year to buy miner Goldcorp Inc. in a stock deal worth $10 billion. The pending deal would make Newmont the biggest gold miner by production, passing long-time rival Barrick, whose output has been declining.

A Newmont spokesman said the company remains confident that its planned merger with Goldcorp is an "unparalleled opportunity." He said the company won't speculate on Barrick's motivation for announcing it is considering making a hostile bid. Goldcorp shareholders are set to vote on Newmont's offer April 4.

Barrick has long considered merging with Newmont to pair up their large gold-mining operations in Nevada and create an industry giant that would dwarf its nearest competitor. The last serious attempt at a deal faltered in 2014.

The Canadian mining company was the undisputed king of gold production until its output slumped, falling 25% over five years to 5.3 million troy ounces at the end of 2017 – about the same as Newmont at the time. Heavy rains in the region sparked a breeding frenzy and have unleashed two generations of the swarming insects since October, according to a dire warning from the UN’s Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO).

The FAO’s chief locust expert, Keith Cressman, said the next three months will be critical in bringing the situation under control before the insects begin breeding again in summer.

Locust swarms contain up to 80 million insects per square mile and they can extend for hundreds of square miles. Each locust can eat its own weight in food everyday, so they can pose an apocalyptic threat to food supplies.

“A very small swarm eats the same amount of food in one day as about 35,000 people, and the devastating impact locusts can have on crops poses a major threat to food security, especially in already vulnerable areas,” the FAO warned.

The "Space Preservation Act of 2001" originally introduced in the House by Rep. Dennis Kucinich as HR 2977 has been re-written.

The new, revised bill, HR 3616, "Space Preservation Act of 2002" was introduced January 23, 2002.

Re-writing bills is a common enough practice as a bill goes through the legislative process. However, the differences between HR 2977 and HR 3616 are more than just a few tweaks here or there.

By its conspicuous appearance in 2977, the term 'chemtrails' received a form of credibiity within the official government process never seen before…producing the hope that one courageous Representative had finally had the fortitude to take the issue of chemtrails to a level of Congressional scrutiny long overdue.

Even though chemtrails are sprayed/deployed in the 2-6 mile high range, and not the 60 mile altitude stated in 2977, the simple fact of their inclusion in Kucinich's 2977 list of weapons systems was deemed a major breakthrough by tens of thousands of citizens and researchers across the country who have been monitoring and investigating the spraying going on in the skies of America for the past three years.

• electromagnetic radiation

• plasmas
