so i wrote a small script to send 10k requests to qmap.pub - the counter increased in a few minutes by 10k!

there is also the story with with the $2.99 app… he asked for money - even here on 8chan! (dig: https://qresear.ch/?q=qappanon)… the data on the website does not match with original sources, parts of the data are missing or even manipulated…

this sounds absolutely misleading & fishy to me…

Los Angeles and San Francisco ALLOW too many homeless fucks foul the environment as if the homeless have some right to pollute and dump human waste where ever they wish.

That is the issue in a nutshell. These shitties have had homeless for decadesl, and for the most part these hobos, bums, alcoholics, and drug addicts have kept a fairly low and fairly non-destructive lifestyle.

Two things changed that more recently.

Firstly, the illegal opiod epidemic created a massive draw for CA brand of abulance chasing doctors and lawyes. These unscrupulous twats set up a shit tonne of fly-by-night drug rehab centers and half way houses. They finagled the funding for these centers mostly from government (state and fed) drug treatment insurance (and hand out plans). They recruited drug addicts in all 50 states, got them transportation to the CA drug treatment fronts, then tossed them on the street when the insurance or handout money ran out. Many of these people were lived marginally in their home states to begin with. They had no hope of getting work or housing in CA, but at least the weather was good. But they swelled the ranks of the drug addicts who tended to live on skid row. Skid row, being quite small was overwhelmed-charities, soup kitchens, shitty daily (hourly) rental motels and sanitation facilities, so the fanned out across the city.

At the same time other groups of CA layers began suing cities for trying to deal with the problem rationally. However, the court rulings have basically said that before you can displace a homeless camp, you must offer public housing to them. Orange County's city's and county board, worked together, established centers for the homeless, went camp by camp offering housing, then arresting or shoo-ing the homeless that refused. This kept the sizes of the homeless centers and their costs to a minimum, as they only built housing for a camp at a time. Since acceptance rates were UNsuprisingly slow, the original investment often served well over 50% of taxpayer outlays.

Los Angeles and San Francisco did none of these things. Their first response (2nd third fourth) was to ignore the festering issue. Then when even friendly press began to question things, the cities claimed bullshit like "We don't have palces or money for all of these people". A non-sequitor given Orange Count (and other areas since). They also offered the standard leftist boilerplate:

A few days before Fashion Week began, the avant-garde label Eckhaus Latta held a casting call in a Chinatown basement for its runway show. Women with pink hair, men with full-back tattoos, plus-size and transgender models, and not terribly tall civilians—all were fair game in the eyes of Rachel Chandler, the casting director who’d summoned them.

Chandler was reviewing the day’s snapshots as a few stragglers showed up. A lanky woman with a short Afro and an unplaceable accent sauntered in and handed over her modelling card.

“Where are you from?” Chandler, who is thirty years old and petite, with blond hair, asked. She is a new mother, and she wore a hoodie and baggy jeans.

“Panama,” the woman said.

“Cool,” Chandler said. “I’ve never had a model from Panama before.”

Two years ago, Chandler and her business partner, Walter Pearce, who is a twenty-two-year-old downtown It Boy, created an agency called Midland, which aims to cast real people (with an emphasis on the eccentric or the unpolished) in fashion shows and ad campaigns. Their clients include Adidas, Gucci, Barneys, and the C.F.D.A.-winning designer Telfar.

Pearce explained, “I’m drawn to women who seem like they’re deer in the headlights, parents-as-cousins, and ‘Are we uptown or downtown?’ ” He described the look Chandler is going for as “grown, scary women who will yell at you if you drop something in their house.”

For Eckhaus Latta, Chandler hoped to cast a mix of working models and “nodels,” as nonprofessionals are called. Some of these are friends of hers and of the designers, and some are people whom she stops on the street. Last year, a friend she cast walked the runway with the middle buttons of her dress undone to reveal a pregnant belly. Eckhaus Latta’s line often features gender-neutral sizing, and a recent series of ads pictured models having sex. For another campaign, Chandler cast her assistant and the babysitter of a stylist friend; both were topless and wore clown makeup.

When it comes to casting models, the line between “real” and “too real” can be tricky to discern. The label’s designers—Mike Eckhaus and Zoe Latta, thirty-year-old graduates of the Rhode Island School of Design—were worried about coming off as gimmicky this season. Some agencies had misinterpreted their aesthetic and sent over candidates with obvious shticks, or with too many tattoos.

Chandler and the designers pored over a pile of head shots, frowning. Eckhaus, who has tousled black hair and was wearing a white turtleneck and black jeans, picked up a photo of a young woman with white-blond hair and sunken eyes. “No, no,” he said. “She looks like a piranha.”

Authorities arrested Mohammad Abudayeh, 25, of Alexandria, on March 14 and charged him with multiple fraud charges— including money laundering, unauthorized use of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits, racketeering, computer fraud, and bank fraud.

The Louisiana State Police Insurance Fraud Unit opened an investigation into the owner of an Alexandria convenience store in June 2018 after receiving a tip that he had been purchasing SNAP benefits from patrons receiving those benefits.

Authorities identified Abudayeh as a suspect over the course of the investigation, discovering that he allegedly conducted more than $1.2 million in food stamp fraud between October 2017 and March 2019.

Investigators obtained a search warrant for Abudayeh’s business and residence. While conducting the search warrant, investigators discovered $340,000 in cash and 11 cases of booze believed to be stolen from a nearby grocery store, police said.

Abudayeh is currently in custody at the Rapides Parish Detention Center, where he was already incarcerated on unrelated charges of attempted feticide and criminal conspiracy to commit feticide.

In what is one of the most corrupt and vile things to have ever happened to the American political system, residents of New Jersey will now be taxed when something 100% out of their control happens. New Jersey’s governor Phil Murphy signed 19 bills into law on Monday, one of which, was the so-called “rain tax.”

Unfortunately, there were supporters of this tyrannical and wholly dictatorial law. Dubbed S-1073, supporters call it “flood defense,” and say it will serve as a long-needed tool to manage flooding and dirty runoff from rainwater. So there are actually human beings on earth who want others and themselves stolen from because it rains. There is nothing more disturbing that the current political path the United States is currently one. It’s downright horrifying, actually.

Not that bonding and debt aren’t already on the backs of the taxpayer, it is, but now New Jersey gets to carry the financial burden when it rains. “The last thing this state needs is more debt and another runaway tax. Especially one that taxes the weather” said DePhillips.
