We have witnessed the rise of the ”New World Order” an evil empire seeking to enslave us all.

“I have absolutely no idea why you would want that to influence your child. Would you want a stripper or a porn-star to influence your child? It makes no sense at all,” Demure added.

 

Demure admitted that the drag queen lifestyle is far from wholesome, and typically involves illicit sex and drug use in nightclubs. Individuals who participate this raunchy culture are courting intimate access to children at public libraries and liberal parents are lining up to have their children mentored by drag queens.

 

“A drag queen performs in a night club for adults. There is a lot of filth that goes on, a lot of sexual stuff that goes on, and backstage, there’s a lot of nudity, sex and drugs. Ok? So, I don’t think that this is an avenue you would want your child to explore,” Demure said.

This reminds me of something I observed when helping to make a delivery at a site doing pharmaceutical drug testing.

 

Not an insider, so I can't be conclusive something was nefarious, but I saw "African American" children inside, a white nurse (mentally struck me as "prison guard") and an Asian "researcher"/clinician sort of person.

 

The whole set-up looked so oddly stereotypical and completely wrong all at the same time.

To me, that is the important part. Dr. Peter Hotez is notorious among the "anti-vaxxer" community. He seems to be involved with a DNA coronavirus vaccine. If that is so, the VACCINE but not necessarily the FF bioterror threat "coronavirus" (hard to control, in any case) would permanently change the recipients DNA. The real goal of bioweaponry is not to produce a pandemic, I don't think. (Though pandemic fears certainly, have profound impact, especially economically) I think the real goal is to get people to submit (where you can "guarantee" near 100% "compliance") to a vaccine that would permanently alter you. Sidney Powell, Flynn’s defense attorney, asked the courts for leniency suggesting probation, instead of prosecutors demands to sentence Flynn for up to six months in prison for one count of lying to the FBI. Her memo also detailed major issues she said amounts to prosecutorial misconduct in her client’s case and the reason why Flynn was coerced by prosecutors into pleading guilty.

 

“If after the briefing filed this Friday, the government continues to wrongfully on the path to sentencing, Mr. Flynn should be given probation,” she told SaraACarter.com. “He is innocent of all charges, he is a national treasure, and he is a patriot. This entire prosecution is a travesty of justice and a grotesque abuse of power by the FBI and DOJ while they still hide the original 302 that shows he told the truth.”

 

Judge Emmet Sullivan, who is presiding over Flynn’s case, granted Powell’s request for a delay. Last week, Sullivan pushed Flynn’s sentencing hearing from Jan. 28 to Feb. 27.

 

Flynn has requested to withdraw his guilty plea, which was an agreement he made while cooperating with former Robert Mueller’s special counsel’s office when it began investigation the now debunked theory that the Trump campaign colluded with Russia during the 2016 election. At the time, he had pleaded guilty to lying to federal investigators about the content of his phone conversation with former Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak to the U.S.

 

In Powell’s memo to the court she argues to Sullivan that “this court should swiftly reject the government’s brazen attempt to punish Mr. Flynn for refusing to compose rather than sing.”

 

“The reversal of its sentencing position is not only unjust, it is unlawful,” she noted. “If left unchecked, it will send a dangerous message to cooperators – give testimony consistent with the government’s theory of the case, regardless of veracity, or pay the price with your freedom.”

Four of the Republican state attorneys general who sent a blistering letter to the Senate rebuking the impeachment of President Trump appeared on “Fox & Friends” on Thursday, saying that “it's tearing at the threads of our democracy.”

Washington State Urges Judge to Block $3.6B Pentagon Funds for Border Wall

 

The state of Washington tried to convince a federal judge Thursday that the Trump administration’s plan to divert Pentagon funds for border wall construction is illegal and should be immediately stopped.

 

Attorney General Bob Ferguson sued this past September to block reprogramming of $3.6 billion in congressionally approved military construction projects, including $88 million for an addition to the Evergreen State’s Bangor submarine base, saying the state will lose millions in tax revenues.

 

Trump declared a national emergency in February 2019 to get money from the federal budget after Congress only approved $1.4 billion for the southern border wall construction.

 

Calling the funding decision an “unprecedented power grab,” Assistant Attorney General Andrew Hughes, representing the state, said the Trump administration is using the money to further domestic policy goals and not a national emergency as required by statute.

 

Hughes asked U.S. District Judge Barbara Rothstein to set aside the order seizing the funds in its entirety, not just Washington state’s portion.

 

“Some of the funds have already been transferred,” Rothstein said. “Are you suggesting I undo that?”

 

Hughes replied there is no basis to permit the federal government to continue funding projects that violate the Constitution. He said a narrow, Washington-specific injunction would not stop the illegal seizure of funds.

 

Andrew Warden, representing the Justice Department, argued Washington state has no standing to bring suit based on “hypothetical loss of future tax revenues.”

 

Hughes countered that the state taxes federal contractors directly, so financial damages are accountable.

 

He said without a vacatur or injunction, Washington state faces irreparable economic harm.

 

“Vacatur is a new twist,” Rothstein said, and asked both sides for additional time past a Feb. 1 deadline to consider the matter.

 

“You’ll get a better order,” she said, promising a decision by March 1.

 

While Washington state’s lawsuit takes a different tack, the fight against Trump’s national emergency declaration to pay for the border wall has not gone well. This month, the Fifth Circuit lifted a federal judge’s block of the $3.6 billion in Pentagon funds.

 

In 2019, a bill to block the money passed the House but failed to clear the Senate – though it certainly would have been vetoed by Trump in any case.

It is unlawful for governments to return people to countries where their lives might be threatened by the climate crisis, a landmark ruling by the United Nations human rights committee has found.

 

The judgment – which is the first of its kind – represents a legal “tipping point” and a moment that “opens the doorway” to future protection claims for people whose lives and wellbeing have been threatened due to global heating, experts say.

 

Tens of millions of people are expected to be displaced by global heating in the next decade.

 

Waiting for the tide to turn: Kiribati’s fight for survival

The judgment relates to the case of Ioane Teitiota, a man from the Pacific nation of Kiribati, which is considered one of the countries most threatened by rising sea levels. He applied for protection in New Zealand in 2013, claiming his and his family’s lives were at risk.

 

The committee heard evidence of overcrowding on the island of South Tarawa, where Teitiota lived, saying that the population there had increased from 1,641 in 1947 to 50,000 in 2010 due to sea level rising leading to other islands becoming uninhabitable, which had led to violence and social tensions.

 

He also spoke of the lack of fresh water and difficulty growing crops due to salinity of the water table causing serious health issues for his family. He said that as Kiribati was predicted to be uninhabitable in 10 to 15 years, his life was endangered by remaining there.

 

The New Zealand courts rejected Teitiota’s claim for protection. The UN human rights committee upheld New Zealand’s decision on the grounds that while “sea level rise is likely to render the republic of Kiribati uninhabitable … the timeframe of 10 to 15 years, as suggested by [Teitiota], could allow for intervening acts by the republic of Kiribati, with the assistance of the international community, to take affirmative measures to protect and, where necessary, relocate its population”.

However experts say the committee’s ruling opens the way for other claims based on the threat to life posed by the climate crisis. The committee ruled that “the effects of climate change in receiving states may expose individuals to a violation of their rights … thereby triggering the non-refoulement obligations of sending states”.

 

“On a personal level for Ioane and his family it is bad news, because obviously it’s decided that his claim that his right to life was threatened in Kiribati wasn’t strong enough,” said Kate Schuetze, Pacific researcher for Amnesty International. “But they said it wasn’t strong enough based on his personal circumstances and the evidence they put before the court and then they made some very strong statements clarifying the roles and responsibilities of states to say … there would be a trigger of international responsibility for other governments not to return people to places where their life is at risk because of climate-induced changes.”

 

While the judgment is not formally binding on countries, it points to legal obligations that countries have under international law.

 

“What’s really important here, and why it’s quite a landmark case, is that the committee recognised that without robust action on climate at some point in the future it could well be that governments will, under international human rights law, be prohibited from sending people to places where their life is at risk or where they would face inhuman or degrading treatment,” said Prof Jane McAdam, director of the Kaldor centre for international refugee law at the University of New South Wales.

 

“Even though in this particular case there was no violation found, it effectively put governments on notice.

 

“There have been cases brought in Australia and New Zealand since the mid-1990s about environmental harm and climate change and to date they’ve all been unsuccessful … But now we’ve got a very clear, legal authoritative statement now that it’s almost like: watch this space.”

 

Schuetze said there were roughly a dozen cases in the New Zealand court system similar to Teitiota’s, with people, mostly from Tuvalu and Kiribati, claiming the impacts of the climate crisis affected their right to life.

 

“The Pacific Islands will be the canary in the coalmines for climate-induced migrants,” said Schuetze.

 

“The message in this case is clear: Pacific Island states don’t need to be underwater before triggering those human rights obligations … I think we will see those cases start to emerge.”

intensive care unit (ICU).

• The CAPS fatality rate in hospitalized patients is about 14%.

• The overall case fatality rate (CFR) is 7%.

• The average R0 is 1.74.

• The incubation period ranges from 5 to 7 days.

There is no licensed vaccine for any coronavirus, although some are in development for

SARS and MERS. There is no antiviral drug with an indication for coronavirus treatment,

although there are several drugs, including anti-HIV drugs, that might be effective. In this

scenario, there is one FICTIONAL HIV antiviral—extranavir—that may be effective for

treatment or prophylaxis of CAPS.

Newly released State Department emails suggested Biden was selling his office to pocket the proceeds of Ukrainian corruption. A February 2016 email used Hunter Biden’s name in order to arrange a meeting between a senior State Department official and Burisma lobbyist Karen Tranmontano.
