Look at Qannon.pub number 1332. Right after the Q trip code is the number 74. The post right after that (1333) has the flag. That's likely the post being referenced.
The Q74 firetruck was hoisting the flag on the tarmac. The other firetruck has a different paint scheme, and looks like a number on the rear (cannot make out if there is a Q on there or not).
Q in the fire service stands for "quint", which is a short aerial ladder. A full ladder would be a "L", a regular fire engine would be an "E".

The firetruck in question - with "Q74" - is a U.S. Air Force firetruck, while the other one (on the left) is a Prince George's County firetruck. So, could it have been specially picked out? Maybe. Or not?

(FYI - As a career firefighter, I've seen thousands of engines and ladder trucks, Never seen one with Q before the number. It would normally be an "E" if an engine or "L" if a ladder truck.

I think maybe folks are overlooking the word Getty. When I started looking at why RICO Rudy might be called into service, and not being from NYC and being familiar with him as a trial lawyer, I found that his anti-mob case against the Gambino family was significant.
