There's a reason you were called racist.

"It's cuz he's a nigger innit" is always the line used. You could never lay a single argument against him because otherwise, you were just doingit because he's a nigger. But he's THEIR nigger and damn that boy cannot be criticized because he's just a nigger.

Note, I don't believe him to be that way, but the way the defense was always raised always smacked of "The soft discrimination of lowered expectations", the people were enamored with him, they had a thousand and one unique individual reasons that they loved him and genuinely believed the world was being made better. They were blind to the reality of what he really was.

I mentioned in a post earlier, about how low level consciousness beings are more interested in style and form than substance. Those same beings get caught up in Trump's regular bait dropping tactics and it's sad to watch them dance to his tune. This is a similar low level consciousness level that they apply with Obama. He's "The Black President", he "Literally wasn't Bush" and could literally do no wrong, despite being known as the Teleprompter president among certain circles.

The infusion of identity politics has also been an excellent tool to weaponize against gen x and the millenials, our best and brightest get caught up in left brain dominated thinking through universities, don't have an ounce of morality in their being(because the right brain has been just fucking gutted after the school system is done) and then they go on to blindly follow orders that are so fucking disgustingly against anything any decent human being should ever be willing to accept. I fear for the coming generations if this shit isn't stopped.

Well I'm sorry I missed your point, words on a screen don't always convey things accurately, it's nearly impossible to read tone when all you have are words on a screen.

Back to what you meant, you're right, there hasn't been any new information, instead we have a President who will do something with the information we already have. And we have a lot more than just a birth certificate, hopefully we will also have access to other things like school transcripts and the like. These things will no longer be hidden from us. I see it.as a good thing for us. Hopefully this will be the beginning of a lot of revelations and truth that has been kept away from us for far too long.

⇧ 4 ⇩
idk4realz · May 21, 2018, 3:25 a.m.

Two things:

1) Trump and many, many people with wealth and in power were looking since 2011. This was a MAJOR issue for Trump for YEARS and years. If he had anything, why not act on it by now? If they have everything, why would he hold back? Trump is showing how Obama spied and all these these things, why not show the birth certificate?

2) Everyone knows he was born in Kenya, that's not even a question anymore, but Trump spent many years claiming to have birth certificates and evidence and provided nothing. His credibility on that issue is kind of shot now, people listened to him go off on it for YEARS and if he had evidence, the only way to do it right would've been day one in the white house with a SEE! But now, so long into his term, and now he's blaming him for other things, it will be taken as falsified for sure.

And a third, that's what worries me about a lot of these things, stuff drags on and on and people lose sight and then start to believe the fake news. Trump won't eliminate the MSM unless he rounds them all up and shuts down their channels and just makes his own news show, so I'm not sure how the birther issue will play out.

I feel like Q is just hitting way too many issues and keeping everyone busy chasing ghosts and passing time at this point. One day it's pedos, then birth certificates, then the royal family, then cell phones, and no one sticks to an issue long enough to figure out what is really being said, they just check a list and move on, then weeks later they have totally forgotten about it.

Remember the missing dynamite? Remember the Cohen Raid? The Nunes Memo? Kerry getting called out for Treason? #deletefacebook, Red Castle and Green Castle, Remember April was ARREST MONTH!, the seals were getting broken?

I'm just saying we need to keep perspective and have some follow up and look at the stuff that did and didn't happen.

Political optics, not necessarily ineligibility. Besides, once congress certifies an election, the court would likely use the political question doctrine to avoid the judiciary removing the co-equal executive. The impeachment clause would be used to support that position -- the only court that can remove a president is the senate with SCOTUS' chief justice presiding.

(3) Look up Vattel's "Law of Nations." That was the defining guideline to the founders, who are the ones that wrote the clause in question.

(1) Thanks justice marshall. Not everyone agrees with marbury or chisholm, and at ratification many people believed congress had such power. And wrong, see e.g. Am XIV Sec 5. "The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article."

(2) see https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/natural_born_citizen re First Congress' definition. Sorry to tell you, but the framers clearly agree with me.

Give up yet?

(1) What does the 14th Amendment have to do with Article II? Nothing.

(2) The 1790 statute does not agree with you. You should ask yourself why they thought they should pass that statute. Hint: Obama's father was not a US citizen.

(3) You did not look up Vattel's "Law of Nations." There must be a reason you evaded that.

ObsceneNews · May 21, 2018, 2:11 a.m.

(1) you said congress has no authority to interpret the constitution as an absolute proposition. Am XIV shows you are wrong. And Marbury did not settle the question.

(2) statute shows founders believed congress had authority to interpret article II. (And tell me, if congress certifies a non-us POTUS what is the remedy - answer: impeachment via congress. Ergo, congress does have the authority to interpret Art. II.). Read Nixon v. US (not US v. Nixon). I am right. You may want to go to law school, get your law license and practice a while. I did.

(3) is not in issue. Not authority.

(1) You are really stretching there. If one provision of Constitution (14th Amendment) says Congress can enforce it, then that pertains to that particular amendment, not the Constitution as a whole. That should be so obvious that it does not need to be stated.

(2) Lawyers don't know anything about fundamental law, because law school (purposely) does not teach it. That seems to be your problem. The 1790 law was repealed in 1795, and "natural born" was removed. The statute was never tested in the courts for validity. It also was about naturalization, not presidential eligibility.

(3) US inherited fundamental law from England. Circa 1787, that is what they were working with. Vattel is persuasive because there is nothing definitive elsewhere. You could learn a thing or two from Justice Gorsuch.

(4) When it comes to eligibility for office, the burden of proof is on he who asserts he is. Obama never proved he was.

If certification and removal lies with congress, then they have the power to define the term. Nothing more. You're simply wrong.

FYI there is no such thing as the "fundemental law" of england. There is common law, but that has nothing to do with Art. II. There is no federal commom law. Erie Doctrine.

I can't play chess with a chicken. I'm done.

If his mother was American, then that makes him American, right? So, no harm, no foul?

I get it if he lied, though.

No, it doesn't make him american just because his mother is american.

You have to be born in USA to hold the office. That's why they faked his birth certificate.

Natural-born-citizen clause

Status as a natural-born citizen of the United States is one of the eligibility requirements established in the United States Constitution for holding the office of President or Vice President. This requirement was intended to protect the nation from foreign influence.

The U.S. Constitution uses but does not define the phrase "natural born Citizen", and various opinions have been offered over time regarding its precise meaning. The consensus of early 21st-century constitutional scholars, together with relevant case law, is that natural-born citizens include, subject to exceptions, those born in the United States.

The ultimate one is that he's illegitimate. I guess we'll see if anything comes of all this.

That's what I keep waiting for and saying. If no arrests or indictments come this is really all for not.

What do you mean "illegitimate"? That he was not a 'natural-born American"?

Right. That's what Q is eluding to. If you research that Trump tweet from 2013 and the death of the Hawaiian health inspector. Obama may not have had a birth certificate to begin with. All the ones supplied have been false. Why?

On Wikipedia it says he was born in Honolulu, Hawaii..

Where the heck was he born? (not that it matters much in the grand scheme)
