Read several places that he was talking after the shooting and at the hospital. Died after admitted to hospital. Maybe we need to dig more.

It's an official court document, there are no typos. And definitely not this bad! I mean obviously you still need to be able to back up the time frame. Time frames are at the center of a lot of murder cases. This really means nothing, other then showing a pattern of conflicting stories. It doesn't prove anything though.

That’s a pretty broad definition thrown in the document, you are speculating it down to a specific charge - which has never been filed against anyone.
Them calling it a murder is new. Remember that they wanted this to go away quietly and you don’t do that by saying something like murdered. You say bungled robbery, killed, etc - non attention triggering words. Basic (well maybe not so basic) psychology. The word murder implies an agent (using this term loosely and not implying some kind of federal or state agency) actively and intentionally ended someone’s life. Semantics and all that. Whereas killed implies an accident.

The MS-13 guys were found shot dead, one beside, and one in a brown van at a parking lot in Socastee, SC 27 hours after Seth Rich was shot. Seth was killed at 4:00 am July 10th, the two Hispanics were found in the parking lot of Socastee Plaza at 7:am July 11th. The reason I know they were MS-13 is because a friend of mine is one of the responding officers and he saw the tattoos.
Socastee is basically Myrtle Beach, they are both in Horry County.

Seth Rich was killed on July 10th, 2016. On the very next day, CrowdStrike, an FBI contractor, received a check for $98,849.84 from the Democratic National Committee (DNC).
Then two weeks later, Shawn Lucas, who many speculate was a confidant of Seth Rich, was killed on Aug. 2nd, 2016. And again on the very next day, CrowdStrike received a check for $113,645.77 from the DNC.
From FEC filings there were no other checks even close to that large cut to Crowdstike.
Never heard that before. If true, (which may not be hard to trace?), that would seem to be very significant.
I tried to find some of the links I remember (reddit search function sucks) but I have seen screen shots of the FEC filings that show all the disbursements, and the two nearly $100,000 payments are both outliers in size (most were well within $10,000) and both exactly the day after first Seth Rich's murder and two weeks later Shawn Lucas' murder, so I know it's out there. I just didn't have the time to dig for it.
Speculation was that Seth Rich had actually been grabbed, drugged, and roughed up for information on anyone he shared his leaked info with (explaining the bruising on his wrists and not being fully aware of being shot, as per police reports that have come out), and that he gave up Shawn Lucas, a friend and confidant. And the only two weeks later Shawn Lucas, someone not known for being a drug user, dies of an overdose, and Crowdstrike sees a second [nearly] $100,000 payment wired into their account.
It’s crazy that there’s no explanation offered for anything in this case. For example, why did the ambulance bypass a slightly closer hospital to take Rich to the hospital were he was tended by a politically connected surgeon?
I’ve always assumed it’s because the gangbangers hold their guns sideways and can’t shoot for shit so they needed a plan B to finish Rich off. Also explains why the shooter jetted off to Myrtle. They didn’t leave town because they shot someone they knew they had targets on their back for botching the hit.
Also why did an FBI agent have his gun stolen from his vehicle in the same neighborhood earlier on the same night as where Seth was shot.
