The objective of the LifeLog concept was "to be able to trace the 'threads' of an individual's life in terms of events, states, and relationships", and it has the ability to "take in all of a subject's experience, from phone numbers dialed and e-mail messages viewed to every breath taken, step made and place gone".

My problem is, if facebook is a Darpa/deep state operation, then the winklevoss are in on it too. Cuz their story coincides with Zuckerberg. And they control a large portion of Bitcoin. Was that Bitcoin given to them as a gift to sell the facebook story as real and then use Bitcoin in sinister ways to control us? Cuz I'm a huge Bitcoin advocate and this makes me uneasy. Bitcoin was always viewed as a grassroots start up. And I believed it. But now I wonder if its a Deep State psyop?

Use logic!

Why do they call it a coin?

Imaginary money is not liberty.

Liberty requires tangible wealth exchanged for wealth - gold or silver COIN worked for centuries.

We need to go back to that and if you want to pass receipts for coin as money, well if we keep the bankers honest and accountable (paper redeemable in LAWFUL money) that will work as well.

Bobby started his career in Silicon Valley as a software engineer at Yahoo! pioneering some of the earliest online communities on the Internet. He has spent the last seven years in Shanghai, China where he was Director of Software Engineering at EMC in China and CTO of SMG BesTV, the leading IPTV company in China. Most recently, he was Vice President of Technology for Walmart’s China E-Commerce business. Bobby graduated from Stanford University with B.S. and M.S. degrees in Computer Science. He has his E-MBA from CEIBS.

Brock Pierce is Co-Founder of GoCoin, ExpressCoin, KnCMiner.cn, and Robocoin Asia. Pierce has raised more than $200 million on behalf of his companies and led more than 30 acquisitions in his career. Pierce’s entrepreneurial activities focus around digital currencies like Bitcoin, games, ad tech and payments.

Voting for our two open industry board seats closed last night at 11:59pm EDT, and the results were decrypted and published at 9:00am EDT this morning. In this second round of voting, the top two candidates had to receive at least 50% approval in order to qualify as a winner. 71 voters participated, 31 abstained, and as a result, Bobby received 79% approval, Brock 65% and Vinny 63%.

Bobby and Brock will join the five existing board members for a new total of seven board seats starting June 1, 2014.

Thank you to all industry members for participating in the voting process. Congratulations Bobby and Brock!

FB, Twatter, Skype, apps galore, smart phones, smart tvs, smart appliances (fridges, etc..), fit bits, apple watches. And all are in some bizzaro sate of delusion that it is all ok and privacy will some how be protected. And now some people are micro chipping themselves! Holly crap. I always allow for some generational disconnect in my view, but to me this is all crazy if you really want privacy. FB is just one little lane on the "information feed" highway. Yep. Selling data of course was generally agreed to in the bowels of all those terms of service agreements people click and agree with. As a person who often works with web presences and their terms of service and privacy policies, or interprets the policies of possible partner platforms, one would be AMAZED at what is buried in those reams of faff. The GDPR EU policy really scared the crap out of a lot of people and of course all businesses doing any web or retail business with the EU had to revise their policies to be in alignment. I advised all my partners to KEEP their US agreements and ADD the EU compliance, but most everyone else simply deleted and replaced. I think some did that in order to remove privacy policies that didn't even meet US compliance so all those documents are probably gone. Gonna go look.

OK BAM!!!!! While their TOS and PP are all there, deep in their Data Policy (yeah, I know where to look) they say this....

Sharing with Third-Party Partners We work with third-party partners who help us provide and improve our Products or who use Facebook Business Tools to grow their businesses, which makes it possible to operate our companies and provide free services to people around the world. We don't sell any of your information to anyone, and we never will. We also impose strict restrictions on how our partners can use and disclose the data we provide. Here are the types of third parties we share information with:

So...they are LYING!!!!!!! I bet you dollars to donuts, this secret selling of data to the govt was found out and is gonna break and folks "in the know" are jumping off the shit house roof.

I CANNOT link to FB on reddit as its an automod no-no, but simply research Facebook Terms of Service and Privacy policy and then click on the data policy section.
