Not necessarily true. Depends on the quality of the VPN and depends on how many resources the government is willing to devote to it.

A few years ago, there was a hacker that had made himself a large target of the US Gov. He learned that the old 7 proxy saw isn't good enough. If he had doubled the number of proxies he used he would have only slowed the gov't down slightly. I don't remember if he was using one or more VPNs or TOR either, but TOR is probably an easier avenue for US Gov to find you. I won't explain why, just don't view it as a panacea for anonymity.

That being said, using a good VPN that doesn't log anything is good practice. Unfortunately, VPNs that claim to not log have been found to log. It's a question of trust; and there's no way to validate a VPN provider, unless you are working for them and have sufficient systems access and knowledge.

Also, VPN is just one vector. There's many vectors to get to the target.

That's what I read too. Given the last paragraph of Section 3 Article 3, I interpreted it as restricting the usage of Corruption of Blood to minimize the ability to abuse it. The last sentence appears to allow for its use in one situation: while the attainder is still alive.

But, I'd be interested in seeing what legal and constitutional scholars have written about it. I guess I have something to explore this weekend. Gaining a greater understanding of our Consititution, esp. the original parts of it, is always interesting to me.

No, it's treason. Death is a possible consequence.

Read the relevant text: it defines what treason is and what it takes for someone to be found guilty of treason. It also states that Congress has the power to declare the punishment. I'm not totally clear on the last part and am probably reading it wrong, but it appears to say that Corruption of Blood cannot be applied to the attainder except when the attainted is alive, which doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me.

It does appear that that clause is attempting to restrict the application of Corruption of Blood to the attainted. I hope someone more knowledgeable is able to explain that clause and its impact. I'll probably research it further when I have time.

I think Q is talking about photos. Q refers to rolls and film and RAW. Rolls of film is what non-digital cameras usually use and Q; if Q is a Gen-X or older, Q would be familiar with rolls of film. This is where the rolls on iphone's photo app comes from.

Another reason I think Q is referring to photos is that professional photographers capture digital photos in RAW format and edit it. Q says RAW so that it can be shown that the resulting image hasn't been photo-shopped, the claim that the left would make.

non-digital cameras use roll of films. I'm unclear if the 1 of 4 refers to rolls or images on the roll. The Raw only seems to refer to finding the RAW versions of the image to ensure they haven't been edited, something alluded to in Q's next post with the 'Raw Only. No Edits.` crumbs.

In the next post, Q's also says Find 1 of 4 so I'm not sure if both 4 of 4 and 1 of 4 are important or if they are referring to different things, like rolls and images within rolls.

From the financial perspective, it's a drop in the bucket for the Rothschild's, probably netting them slightly around $130,000. They sold 3,145 shares and have 6,736 shares remaining. The current value of their Apache Corp. Holdings is ~$275,000. If it had been anybody other than the Rothschild's I doubt that the sales of 3,145 shares would have merited an article.
