92% of Active-Duty Troops Have Been Vaccinated as Mandatory Deadlines Near

More than 92% of active-duty troops have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine as service deadlines for getting the jab approach.

But roughly 103,000 service members haven't even gotten their first shot despite deadlines for being fully immunized. That includes roughly 48,600 Army soldiers, 7,000 Navy sailors, 15,500 Air Force airmen and Space Force Guardians, and 26,800 Marines, according to statistics released by the services.

With the Air Force and Space Force deadline of Nov. 2 less than four weeks away, the airmen and Guardians who have not yet been vaccinated will miss the mandate unless they opt to get the one-dose vaccine made by Johnson & Johnson within the next two weeks.

According to data obtained Wednesday by Military.com, 90% of the Army, 98% of the Navy, 95.4% of the Air Force and Space Force, and 85% of the Marine Corps have been partially or fully vaccinated.

For the Coast Guard, which falls under the Department of Homeland Security, 92% of the active duty force has received at least one dose, while 86% are fully vaccinated.

An official told Military.com that Coast Guard men and women have been ordered to "be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as soon as operations allow, starting immediately."

Bosnian Serbs to ‘withdraw consent’ for joint military, taxes and courts, citing ‘violence’ by international overseer

Joint military, taxation and court agreements in Bosnia-Herzegovina have been used to violate Serb rights and the 1995 peace deal, said Milorad Dodik, a member of the country’s tripartite presidency from Republika Srpska.

Republika Srpska, the Serb entity that makes up half of Bosnia, will start the process “by the end of this month, first week of next month at the latest,” that will eventually result in the “withdrawal of consent” from the joint institutions, Dodik announced on Friday. He is one of the three members of Bosnia’s collective presidency, and leader of the Union of Independent Social-Democrats (SNSD), the ruling party in RS.

The move would affect the Armed Forces of Bosnia-Herzegovina, the Indirect Taxation Authority and the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) – none of which were in the constitution adopted as part of the 1995 treaty that ended the civil war in the former Yugoslav republic, but were established afterward as part of the push by Washington and Brussels to make Bosnia more “functional” for eventual EU membership.

Dodik has criticized such centralization for years, leading to the ongoing standoff with his Bosnian Muslim and Croat counterparts in Sarajevo. The EU’s admission earlier this week that “Western Balkans” countries won’t be joining any time soon seems to have been the final straw.

The Bosnian Serb leader also pointed to the August appointment of German politician Christian Schmidt as “high representative” for Bosnia, over objections from Russia and China in the UN Security Council – as well as the September decision by the highest court in the country that forests in RS belonged to the central government, and not the entity.

“We are not undermining the territorial integrity of Bosnia-Herzegovina, but this is the only way for RS to protect its own,” said Dodik, adding that this was a defense against years of “violence” against Serbs by the Office of the High Representative and the Constitutional Court.

Biden's federal vaccine mandate is raising more red flags.

871 Los Angeles city firefighters have filed a notice of intent to sue over the public employee vaccine mandate passed by City Council. The vaccine mandate requires the firefighters to be vaccinated by October 20th.

The L.A. ordinance requiring vaccines leaves the door open for requiring booster shots, stating that they may be required for employees in accordance with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other health authorities. The lawsuit filed by the group of firefighters seeks $2 million per plaintiff. The group represents one out of every four workers.

Southwest Pilots Union Sues To Block Airline's Vaccination Mandate

In what appears to be one of the first cases of a union pushing back against the new COVID vaccination requirements handed down by the Biden Administration, a union representing pilots at Southwest Airlines is suing to stop the vaccine requirement from being forced until a lawsuit is resolved.

Bloomberg reports that the union representing Southwest's pilots has asked a court to grant a temporary stay against the federal vaccination rules until an ongoing lawsuit over what they allege are violations of US labor laws is resolved.

In a court filing on Friday, the Southwest Airlines Pilots Association also asked for an immediate hearing on the request before a federal court in Dallas, claiming the carrier has continued to take unilateral actions that violate terms of the Railway Labor Act, which governs relations between airlines and employee unions. The "unilateral action" in question is the company's attempt (at the Biden Administration's direction) to force workers to either get the jab, or be fired or sent on unpaid leave, Bloomberg reports.

"The new vaccine mandate unlawfully imposes new conditions of employment and the new policy threatens termination of any pilot not fully vaccinated by December 8, 2021," the legal filing said. "Southwest Airlines’ additional new and unilateral modification of the parties’ collective bargaining agreement is in clear violation of the RLA."

According to the guidelines set out by President Biden (and "voluntarily" embraced by most of the major airlines), Southwest has a deadline of Oct. 4 under the federal mandate for employees to get jabbed or have an approved medical or religious exemption. SW is affected by the mandate because it has contracts with the federal government (like many large businesses).

The union represents 9,000 pilots at the airline, and a strike could easily disrupt American air travel (remember the air traffic controllers strike in the 1980s?)

For whatever reason, the airline isn't backing down, insisting that the vaccination mandate (which airline CEOs have gone on TV to defend) isn't an issue subject to labor-management negotiation, and that anybody who refuses the jab without an exemption will be fired.

Texas Speaker of the House Dade Phelan is another Mitch McConnell. He is not fighting for the people of Texas. Speaker Phelan should immediately move the Forensic Audit bill, SB 47 by Senator Bettencourt that passed out of the State Senate this week, to the floor. The Speaker knows the bill will overwhelmingly pass the House with Republican support.

While standing in the way of a real election audit, Speaker Phelan just weakened the penalty for voting illegally in the state of Texas from a felony to a misdemeanor, siding with the Democrats and calling their amendment that makes a mockery of our election laws "thoughtful." After the 2020 Presidential Election Scam we need tougher penalties for cheating in our elections, not weaker ones.

Texans are tired of Phelan's weak RINO leadership in the State House. Texas is a very red state, even more than people know.

If this doesn't pass soon, we look forward to seeing him in the Texas primary. It will get done one way, or the other!

The Thursday House hearing of the Arizona Election Scam turned sharply against the Democrats when Congressman Andy Biggs and others started asking questions about all the damning findings of the audit and the people for Maricopa County were unable to give an answer. It was incredible.

They could not answer why they deleted and moved election data after they received a subpoena, or why they have never delivered chain of custody documents for millions of ballots. Congressman Andrew Clyde exposed the Democrats' "Big Lie" that Biden "won" the recount, because no matter how many times you count counterfeit money, "you may have 100 pieces of paper in your pocket, but you sure don't have $100 dollars in legal tender."

The hearing exposed how numerous laws were broken during the Arizona voting, how blank mail-in ballot envelopes were approved, and how there are tens of thousands of suspected fraudulent ballots.

The Fake News, however, refuses to cover those questions and answers because they prove, without question, that we won Arizona (and many other states).
