Q Research General #16665: Bets On Cuomo Edition

 

Benghazi, HRC and boxes full of cash.

 

Qaddafi was planning to use a gold backed Dinah to circumvent the American Petro dollar. Qaddafi was smart enough to realize that this would result in significant US sanctions, so he decided to stash billions of $US in cash in various locations around Africa. He would use this cash to pay for goods and services, paying cash instead of using banks, as the banks would be prohibited from trading with Libya.

 

After the fall of Qaddafi in 2011, the existence of the cash deposits was discovered, but not the locations.

 

Reports were made and presented to the then Secretary of State, HR Clinton, and she was told that although they did not know where the cash was, they were aware of it's existence. It is also possible that HRC learned of the cash before Qaddafi was killed, and that she fomented the "Arab Spring" to remove Qaddafi from power.

 

Clinton decided to steal the money, and conspired with Obama to locate the money, and smuggle it back to the US.

 

They sent Amb Stevens back to Libya, his job was to locate the files that held the locations (the map) of these huge cash depositories.

 

Evidently he was successful, and the map was given to HRC, but HRC had a problem. In fact she had two very serious problems, the first was that Amb Stevens knew she had the map, and the locations of the cash, so he had to be silenced.

 

In return for a bunch of stinger missiles, Ansar al-Sharia would raid the American compound, allegedly acting in response to the "Innocence of Muslims" video, and kill Stevens, which they did around 10 pm September 11, 2012.

 

But here is the second problem HRC faced. She had to destroy any evidence of Stevens communications with her, she had to find and destroy the records, she had to find Stevens server.

 

This is what the 2nd attack was for, to locate and destroy the server.

 

Now she had the map, the witnesses were dead, all that was need was to bring the cash back, and to do that, she used a child trafficking syndicate, disguised as a church, to ship the cash home in Red Cross boxes to escape detection.

 

All was well, until a new problem arises.

 

Somehow Ansar al-Sharia learned of the scheme, and wanted some of the money for themselves, so they decided to blackmail HRC Obama.

 

What do you suppose Obama did to silence the blackmail? Any ideas?

 

How about releasing 5 high level Taliban terrorists from Guantanamo Bay?

 

Fast forward a few years, Nov 29 2017, Obama is in deep shit, he knows Trump has him by the balls and he desperately seeks a way out. He needs sanctuary, and in return he will share "his files", his share of the heist, most of which still resided in Africa.

some other things.

after being back from the Berlin thing and while being in the sort of phase of doing that cold/warm/whatever routine all day every day, obviously don´t do that anymore since many months, I sat down with my mom and the husband of my sister at the table.

at that time it was not easy for me to have a normal conversation and while that getting input from anything and realizing it fits my thoughts (sort of autistic), like cars driving by (some times you notice the car and in fact e.g. a bmw diesel even smells differently from a mercedes diesel) or people outide out flat (living with my mom again) having random conversations that just fit my actiosn or thoughts. so back then I could not even really make a conversation and might, by that, have appeared litle autistic too.

 

so we sat there and I asked what I considered back then either God or Trump/mil/secret society stuff (some times this more likely sometimes that more likely, today it´s all about what I consider likely only and with that I create reality) how that whole yu all acting controlled thing was possible.

had gotten the "butterflies" reply in Berlin though, but I gues I thought about it again.

answer from the conversation my mom and sisters husband had was "press conferences" and I thought about Trump giving masons signs, like adjusting his jacket, all the time when publicly speaking. also "masks" was said in a way that would mean "Trump does pressers and let´s ww mason mask folks know what to do".

 

also before I noticed that a newly born child from my sister (born on the 12th, easter sunday, that night a saw a hare outside in the night when smoking (not a bunny, those are more commen, hare is pretty rare giving that this is a rather urban environment)) was also sort of reacting to me and doing controlled butterfly mason stuff. did not feel good about it.

aswer from mom and sisters husband (childs father) in that conversation was sort of "we were asked right in the labor / delivery room if we wanted to make him wear the mask and we agreed". me not liking that at all, meant for me either having been made a mason prolly while using fancy tech that makes that possible today for little children, or could also have meant "holy spirit" having been manually put inside him after his parents agreeing to it.

felt bad about it, asked (all with thoughts, not asking him "hey, why did you make your son a mason" obviously) if it would be bad for him in any way. answer: no.

so within that conversation I thought about not only him having a rather complicated live (mother died early, father and him with other kids living in a "compulsive horder" flat, not the best education, early pregnancy of his wife - not saying this is neccessarily a bad thing, but obviously often leads to lack in education - and, that is the important part, his wife, so the mail mans wife who got pregnant died, I guess bc of cancer, leaving him with the child and a lot of problems.

 

when I thought about that and specifically about his wife dying so early (like around 30 years old I guess) he said something randomly as we were having a conversation but something that just fitted my thoughts and was like a reply from "the unvierse".

reply way "that´s is precisely why we took him" meaning that his dead wife would make it able for him to now be my disciple.

 

this made me both sad and angry, bc it´s so obviously bs and bc it so obviously leads to

  • people not really wanting to be my disciples bc having to sacrifice a loved one

  • people who are sacrificed then bc of being dead not being able to change the world anymore

Maybe I said that already when telling the Berin story, but maybe I left it out, so will say it (again).

 

one day when doing the "routine" thing and lying in the little childrens pool in the backyard belly facing downwards, butt naked, the other people, bakery guy and his girlfriend and the host and maybe one more person, dunno, kind of openly "whipped" my back as in "Jesus being whipped on the way to the cross"

WASHINGTON – A federal criminal complaint unsealed today charges 10 Iranian nationals with running a nearly 20-year-long scheme to evade U.S. sanctions on the Government of Iran by disguising more than $300 million worth of transactions – including the purchase of two $25 million oil tankers – on Iran’s behalf through front companies in the San Fernando Valley, Canada, Hong Kong and the United Arab Emirates. In addition, a forfeiture complaint filed today seeks a money laundering penalty in the amount of $157,332,367.

 

The complaint, filed in October 2020 in U.S. District Court of Los Angeles, charges the defendants with one count of conspiracy to violate the Iranian Transactions and Sanctions Regulations, Iranian Financial Sanctions Regulations and the International Emergency Economic Powers Act. The defendants are believed to be located outside of the United States. If convicted, the defendants would face a statutory maximum sentence of 20 years in federal prison. A federal district court judge will determine any sentence after considering the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors.

 

“In a substantial civil forfeiture action filed by the Department, the defendants stand to lose over $157 million in funds involved in violations of the Iran sanctions,” said Assistant Attorney General for National Security John C. Demers. “This is only right. Through the use of front companies, money service businesses and exchanges throughout the world, the defendants worked to disguise hundreds of millions of dollars worth of transactions on behalf of a state sponsor of terrorism. Make no mistake, the Department of Justice will continue to deploy all tools necessary to curb the Iranian regime’s ability to use the U.S. financial system to support its malign endeavors.”

Kohler, Jr., Assistant Director of the FBI’s Counterintelligence Division. “Our investigation revealed over 70 front companies were used by these individuals to hide their conspiracy in support of the Iranian Governments pursuit of nuclear weapons and sponsorship of terrorism.”

According to court documents, the complaint details a decades-long conspiracy to evade U.S. sanctions on Iran, a nation which the U.S. State Department has designated as a state sponsor of terrorism. During the scheme, the defendants allegedly created and used more than 70 front companies, money service businesses and exchange houses – often using the name “Persepolis” or “Rosco” – in the United States, Iran, Canada, the United Arab Emirates and Hong Kong. The defendants also allegedly made false representations to financial institutions to disguise more than $300 million worth of transactions on Iran’s behalf, using money wired in U.S. dollars and sent through U.S.-based banks.

 

The complaint alleges that the defendants were aware of U.S. sanctions on Iran throughout the conspiracy. In one email exchange, for example, defendants allegedly discussed the U.S. government’s efforts to disrupt Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei’s “international financial network,” an organization allegedly designed to conceal investments from the Iranian people and international regulators. In an iCloud account, one defendant saved a press report about new U.S. sanctions imposed on firms suspected of funding the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps.

 

As alleged, several defendants operated or were employed by Persepolis Financial Services Inc., an Encino-based company that facilitated the illegal transfer of U.S. dollars on Iran’s behalf from 1999 through the early 2000s. After a Persepolis Financial executive was convicted in 2003, several defendants left the country and moved to Canada and the United Arab Emirates. There, they owned, operated or were employed by additional front companies – using the names Rosco Trading, Rosco International, Persepolis and Rosco Investment – that were used for well over a decade to secretly facilitate U.S. dollar transactions on Iran’s behalf.

 

In addition, several defendants allegedly used a Hong Kong-based front company known as Total Excellence Ltd. to secretly buy two $25 million oil tankers on Iran’s behalf. The U.S. later sanctioned the businessman for using Iranian money to purchase oil tankers and to help Iran ship crude oil in violation of U.S. and European Union sanctions. In 2013, two defendants allegedly defrauded a financial institution in the UAE by preparing a fraudulent invoice and making false statements indicating that a transaction in U.S. dollars – processed through a New York-based bank – was undertaken on behalf of a UAE-based front company. In actuality, the true buyer was an Iranian oil and gas company, the affidavit states.

 

Furthermore, in 2016, several defendants allegedly conspired to wire millions of dollars through the U.S. financial system to complete a transaction with a South Korean equipment manufacturer on Iran’s behalf. During that transaction, four defendants instructed the manufacturer to not to “mention any name of Iran” in any paperwork exchanged with financial institutions processing the transaction, the affidavit alleges. In March 2017, the South Korean company sent $1 million to a front company selected by the conspirators.

 

Finally, in 2016, the conspirators secretly transferred thousands of dollars into Southern California on Iran’s behalf, including $66,766 that a defendant transferred to a Santa Monica-based company with a bank account held at Wells Fargo & Co., to acquire electronic equipment at the direction of a business associate at an Iran-based company, according to the affidavit.
