Anon knows not everyone is into prophetic words and such. However, some time ago anon became aware of Kim Clement and his mention of the name "Stone". So any time a prominent Stone is mentioned in the news cycle anon takes note. Judging by recent videos from people who had been close to Kim Clement, such as his family it seems that people think the famous "Stone" is Roger Stone. Very plausible, of course.

Silicon Valley Bank’s UK subsidiary doled out over $18 million in bonuses this week—just days after HSBC swooped in as part of a rescue deal to save the institution from insolvency.

Payouts to staff, which included senior executives, were given the green light earlier this week by HSBC, SVB UK’s new owner, Sky News reported. HSBC purchased the American bank’s British arm for 1 British pound in a deal facilitated by the Bank of England after its parent company collapsed in a social-media fueled bank run.

The bonus pool was described as “modest,” ranging from $18 million to $24 million, sources told Sky News.

Insiders said that had SVB UK not been solvent at the time of the acquisition, the bonuses would not have been paid.

The Macron government’s unilateral and controversial decision to raise the retirement age led to massive demonstrations

 

French police have banned all gatherings in two protest hotspots across from the parliament in Paris, citing “serious risks of disturbances to public order” in a statement issued on Saturday.

 

The “public thoroughfare in Place de la Concorde and its surroundings” and the area around Champs d’Elysees were declared off limits following two nights of intense public protest against French President Emmanuel Macron’s deeply unpopular decision to introduce neoliberal pension reforms without parliamentary approval.

 

Police said 61 demonstrators were arrested in the forbidden zones on Friday after throwing bottles and fireworks at the heavily armored officers, who had arrived to disperse the thousands-strong crowd. Police responded with volleys of tear gas. Another 36 were arrested in Lyon after protesters allegedly tried to break into and burn down a town hall.

 

The reform raises the retirement age by two years, from 62 to 64, by 2030 and requires workers to contribute to the system for 43 years before they can receive a full pension. Macron has argued that the measure was necessary to avoid the country slipping into an irreversible debt spiral. However, two thirds of French voters oppose the move, and opposition politicians argue there are other means of bridging the fiscal gap, such as raising taxes on the wealthy.

 

While the deeply unpopular measure passed the Senate earlier this week, Macron subsequently rammed it through the National Assembly without a vote using Article 49.3 of the French Constitution, which states that a law can be adopted as long as the government is not censured by a majority of MPs. There was “too much uncertainty” to leave it to a vote, he said.

 

Unions responded by calling for a weekend of protest and a strike day next Thursday, denouncing Macron’s actions as “a complete denial of democracy.”

 

Opposition lawmakers on both the left and the right filed no-confidence motions on Friday, which are likely to be debated Monday, sources told AFP. However, these would require the backing of half the opposition Republicans in order to unseat the government, something that French media report is unlikely.

 

Months of strikes and protests preceded the reform’s passage, echoing the Yellow Vest movement of pre-Covid France, a revolt that also centered on Macron’s controversial neoliberal austerity proposals.

A former US fighter pilot accused of helping train Chinese military pilots has been moved to a maximum security jail in regional New South Wales ahead of his next court appearance.

Daniel Duggan was arrested in October last year by Australian Federal Police at the request of American authorities, who accused him of helping train members of the Chinese military to fly jet fighters.

 

The federal government late last year approved a request from Washington to extradite the father of six, who became an Australian citizen in 2012, which Mr Duggan's lawyers are fighting.

 

According to US court documents, an investigation led by the FBI, Naval Criminal Investigative Service and Homeland Security Investigations alleged that between 2009 and 2012, Daniel Duggan and others conspired to "export and exported defense services to the People's Republic of China (PRC) in the form of aircraft carrier approach and landing training".

 

Court documents state that Mr Duggan at times used an alias name of "Ding San Xing" and that he travelled to South Africa on more than one occasion to provide military aviation training to PRC pilots.

 

Investigators claimed payments totalling more than $182,000 were made to Mr Duggan's company Top Gun Australia between 2011 and 2012.

 

Under US law, a person must apply for and obtain a license to provide defence training to foreign defence forces.

 

Mr Duggan did not seek approval, but court documents show that in 2008 he was informed by the US state department that it was a requirement to lodge paperwork before training foreign military personnel.

 

Authorities in the US allege Mr Duggan breached money laundering and arms export control laws, but he has strenuously denied the allegations and claims he was training civilian pilots.

 

His lawyers are fighting the extradition, with the matter back before court tomorrow.

 

They have already filed a submission to the UN Human Rights Commission stating that his treatment constitutes four breaches of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.

Yesterday i walked near a canal and the phrase appeared in my thoughts; so again i watched the water…

What i saw where reflections. Reflections of the trees that are standing near the canal, reflections of the sky and the clouds in it, reflections of the bank/waterfront.

 

So, i've felt this was a kind of synonym about what i'm experiencing today…

A material world where i am in as an human being but clearly aware of the spiritual being (soul) i am.

 

The reflections i saw in the canal were synonymously/equally on the material world we live in.

We are consciousness (part of this universe what in fact* is consciousness)

We are shredded in consciousness. And shredded we are. These shreds make life what it is; if we weren't shredded at all we were not even really aware of our existance probably; or maybe we were.

I think in a scenario where the shredded consciousness didn't was shredded, the existance as we know the existance today won't even exist.

Or maybe it did, but it's difficult to think that far.

 

Although we are shredded in consciousness there is one strong force i've been abled to meet.

Call it god or call it love.

But it's the connector between all the shredded consciousness.

When you tune in to that force you are able to oversee the matrix; and for me that is a very fulfilling and graceful thing to do.

 

And one big reminder; if we live in a consciousness universe where this force is flowing trough in some ways we can't even understand how powerful it is; we are able to accept and understand our fears.

 

The universe is magic; and love is the key.

During a recent interview with Megyn Kelly, attorney Alan Dershowitz referenced a famous quote by Justice Robert H. Jackson, where he said:

 

“With the law books filled with a great assortment of crimes, a prosecutor stands a fair chance of finding at least a technical violation of some act on the part of almost anyone. In such a case, it is not a question of discovering the commission of a crime and then looking for the man who has committed it, it is a question of picking the man and then searching the law books, or putting investigators to work, to pin some offense on him.”

 

Justice Jackson’s statement was a clear warning about the risks associated with weaponizing criminal laws and the criminal justice system to go after a specific person.

 

According to multiple reports, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is preparing to indict President Donald Trump for alleged hush money payments Trump made as a presidential candidate in 2016. The alleged case is weak and feeble, as reported by Gregg Jarrett.

 

Even The New York Times admitted the weakness of the possible case:

 

“Even if Mr. Trump is indicted, convicting him or sending him to prison will be challenging. The case against [him] hinges on an untested and therefore risky legal theory involving a complex interplay of laws, all amounting to a low-level felony.”

 

Various other legal experts shared the same sentiment.

 

The weakness of the case and the ludicrous decision to indict a president on such charges reeks of personal animus. Bragg’s predecessors who reviewed the evidence decided against bringing charges. The credibility of some of the prosecutor’s “star” witnesses is weak, at best. Bragg’s alleged legal theory is untested and highly unusual. Notwithstanding, Bragg is determined to indict Trump.

 

Forget about the fact that Hunter Biden has not been charged. Forget about the fact that people can intimidate Supreme Court Justices in front of their homes without consequence. Forget about the fact that various prosecutors around the country refuse to prosecute certain crimes and let criminals walk free.

 

When discussing Bragg, Jarrett noted:

 

In his progressive manifesto issued the moment he assumed office, he announced his refusal to prosecute certain crimes. For example, he told his staff lawyers to treat armed robbery as a misdemeanor. Retail thefts should be ignored. He refused to bring felony charges in several violent attacks. The requirement of bail was tossed out the window. Prison sentences were discouraged. He handed criminals a roadmap to freedom.

 

None of this seems to matter. Rather, the only thing that matters is getting Trump at all costs. All that matters is picking a target (Trump in this case) and to find some crime to pin on them. This has been the goal since the day Trump first announced his candidacy years ago.

 

Trump reiterated this on Truth Social this morning where he ripped the Manhattan DA’s office for having “no crime being able to be proven,” he said.

 

All Americans should be incredibly concerned with this approach. If it can happen to a president, no American is immune. This is exactly why Justice Jackson’s words are so powerful. The laws are not there for prosecutors to satisfy some personal vendetta. They are not meant to be weaponized. Finally, they are not there to further some personal or other political agenda.

 

Everyone, regardless of political affiliation, should strongly condemn any efforts to use the laws for this purpose. If it is Trump this time, it could easily be any other American the next time around.
