If you remember that the West has no intention of winning in Ukraine, their battle strategy of "crush endless innocent bodies but make no substantial resistance or movement possible" makes a lot more sense.

As does the outdated equipment being slow walked to Ukraine.

 

It isn't a test of Russia's military. It isn't about China or Russia at all actually.

 

It is just another business opportunity from monolithic hedge funds richer than any standing country, that own the defense industry, the intelligence agencies, the politicians on all sides, and the eventual reconstruction efforts, etc.

 

The US is in a debt trap all its own, but there are hedge funds like BlackRock controlling 10 trillion in assets, over half the US GDP and without its 120 trillion in undeclared debt.

 

Think carefully outside of nationalistic views. Think about banks, bankers, and numbers on ledgers. That's why this war is being fought.

 

The narratives are all convenience, given through the same mouthpieces that are once again owned by the same central interests that control a majority of the stock.

 

If you really want to stop the endless wars, you'll have to deal with the burgeoning behemoth that are the transnational hedge funds encouraging them.

What are the odds?

 

The chance of any event lining up directly on the clock is 1 in 60. But anons can draw the line straight across to the other side of the clock. So those odds are actually 1 in 30. And you can likewise now zig-zag to the right or left. This reduces the odds again to about 1 in 20.

 

Year deltas can appear 1 in 6 spokes. There are now enough spokes that the odds of a year delta line up are now around 1 in 90. BUT you can claim "two days early" which makes the chance of a year delta lining up 1 in 30.

 

What are the odds? 1 in 20. Or 1 in 30 for year deltas. Those are pretty decent odds which means any given event has a pretty damn good chance of lining up on the clock.

the last few years have shown that usa has the worst border of any country but all countries are having trouble with their borders including islands like the u.k which is surrounded by water.

the cause of this is being funded by ngo from the inside and outside of the country and logistics and aid is being sent to help they people get to the borders.

1) Man in his 80s, very healthy, everyone thought he would outlive his 60s wife, leg clots within 2 weeks of vax & die within 6 weeks of vax

 

2) young woman who needed a transplant. 1st vax she got a lot worse. 2nd vax dead within 3 weeks

 

3) middle age man suddenly got heart issues a few months after vax, made it out of the hospital, still alive

RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) — In front of an exuberant crowd, North Carolina’s Democratic governor vetoed legislation Saturday that would have banned nearly all abortions in his state after 12 weeks of pregnancy.

“I couldn’t stop crying tears joy seeing the governor hold up the veto stamp, but I know it’s an uphill battle to keep this momentum going,” Long said.

 

Cooper, a strong abortion-rights supporter, had until Sunday night to act on the measure that tightens current state law, which bans most abortions after 20 weeks of pregnancy.

 

Cooper spent the week on the road talking to North Carolinians about the bill’s lesser-known impacts and urging them to apply pressure upon key Republican lawmakers who hesitated about further restrictions during campaigns for office last year. The legislation passed along party lines in the last week in the House and Senate.

 

Republicans have pitched the measure as a middle-ground change to state abortion laws developed after months of private negotiations between House and Senate GOP members. It adds exceptions to the 12-week ban, extending the limit through 20 weeks for rape and incest and through 24 weeks for “life-limiting” fetal anomalies.

 

But Cooper has said repeatedly the details contained in the 47-page bill show that the measure isn’t a reasonable compromise and would instead greatly erode reproductive rights.

 

He cites new obstacles for women to obtain abortions — such as requiring multiple in-person visits, additional paperwork to prove a patient has given their informed consent to an abortion and increased regulation of clinics providing the procedure.

 

Cooper and allies have said those changes in practice will shut down clinics that cannot afford major upgrades mandated by new licensing standards and make it nearly impossible for women who live in rural areas or work long hours to access abortion services.

 

Compared to recent actions by Republican-controlled legislatures elsewhere, the broad prohibition after 12 weeks can be viewed as less onerous to those in other states where the procedure has been banned almost completely. But abortion-rights activists have argued that it’s more restrictive than meets the eye and will have far-reaching consequences. Since Roe was overturned, many patients traveling from more restrictive states have become dependent on North Carolina as a locale for abortions later in pregnancy.

 

Republicans call the legislation pro-family and pro-child, pointing to at least $160 million in spending contained within for maternal health services, foster and adoption care, contraceptive services and paid leave for teachers and state employees after the birth of a child.

Ukraine lying about taking down hypersonic missile – Izvestia

Kiev’s radar surveillance systems have failed to detect most Kinzhal launches, military sources have told the Russian newspaper

 

Kiev’s claims that it intercepted a Russian hypersonic Kinzhal missile with a US-made Patriot air defense system are not true, several sources within the Russian military and defense industry told the newspaper Izvestia on Saturday.Ukrainian forces have failed to hit a single such missile to date, the sources added.

 

Most Kinzhal launches are not even detectedby either Ukrainian or NATO radar surveillance systems, the Russian media outlet claimed, citing the same anonymous sources.

 

Izvestia also reported that the remnants of what was claimed to be a Kinzhal displayed by Kiev on May 10 might have belonged to another Russian missile – the 9M723 – launched by the ground-based short-range ballistic missile system Iskander-M. Some elements of the two missiles’ construction are similar, although the Iskander-M has been used much more frequently by Russian forces during the ongoing campaign in Ukraine, a military expert told reporters.

 

Kiev showed on May 10 the remnants of what it said were several missiles, one of which it claimed was a Kinzhal. However, Izvestia’s sources said that, judging by the looks of what was displayed, all of the missiles had fulfilled their aims rather than being intercepted.

 

On Thursday, another source within the Russian military also called the reports about an interception of the Russian Kinzhal missile by the Patriot system “an attempt to substitute a wish for reality.” The hypersonic missile has a speed exceeding the maximum interception capabilities of any air-defense systems used by Ukraine, including the Patriot, the source told TASS. The Kinzhal also executes a special maneuver to avoid interception andmakes an almost vertical approach to the target, the source added.

 

Kiev reportedly inflates the number of Russian missiles its forces intercept to justify such heavy use of ammunition for the air-defense systems supplied by the West. “The number of interceptions is two-three times higher than the number [of missiles] we really launch,” the source said, adding that sometimes Kiev reportsintercepting missiles that Russia did not even launch.

 

Last week, Ukraine’s Air Force commander, Lieutenant General Nikolay Oleshuk, claimed on his Telegram channel that Kiev's forces had intercepted a hypersonic Kinzhal missile. On May 9, the Pentagon press secretary, Brigadier General Patrick Ryder, told journalists that the US Defense Department “can confirm that the Ukrainians took down this Russian missile with a Patriot missile defense system.” He said, though, that he would not “get into the specifics” or try to “characterize” the missile supposedly intercepted by Kiev

UK to push on with army downsizing – Times

Defence Secretary Ben Wallace reportedly wants to stick to the plans drawn up prior to the Ukraine conflict

 

UK Defence Secretary Ben Wallace will press ahead with plans to reduce the British Army in size despite the Ukraine conflict and increased military spending, The Times reported on Friday, citing sources.

 

In 2021, the Defense Ministry announced plans todecrease the number of troopsfrom 82,000 to just over 70,000, while cutting thenumber of tanks from 227 to 148. However, due to the ongoing conflict between Moscow and Kiev, the idea of downsizing has made many UK MPs and military commanders uneasy, withPatrick Sanders, the head of the army, calling it “perverse”in the context of a major conflict in Europe.

 

Despite these concerns, and with the UK’s NATO allies scrambling to boost their militaries, British ministers are said to believe that London “is not under significant pressure to change course.” The matter is expected to be addressed in a defense command paper scheduled for release in June.

 

The UK government still plans to reduce the number of infantry personnel in favor of artillery, according to Times.

 

“We have too much infantry – a legacy of the counter-insurgency wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. We need more artillery. The jury is out on whether you need main battle tanks,” a government source told the outlet.

 

Another army source told The Times that “the main lesson from Ukraine is you need mass,”adding that“the truth is we don’t have enough infantry and we don’t have enough artillery.”

 

In March, UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak said the defense budget would swell by £5 billion ($6.2 billion) over the next two years, with additional funds meant to both replenish stocks of arms sent to Ukraine and modernize the nuclear arsenal.

Austin Russell will reportedly acquire a majority stake in the business publication for some $800 million

 

Austin Russell, a 28-year-old automotive tech billionaire, will buy a majority stake in Forbes Global Media Holdings from its current owner, Hong Kong-based Integrated Whale Media Investments (IWM), the Wall Street Journal and Reuters reported on Friday.

 

Russell is the CEO of Luminar Technologies, a tech company that provides autonomous driving technology to the auto industry and has a $2.1 billion market capitalization.

 

According to the reports, which cited statements from both Russell and IWM, Russell has agreed to acquire an 82% stake in Forbes, including the remaining shares that belong to the Forbes family. IWM will keep a minority stake. Steve Forbes, chairman and editor-in-chief of the business outlet, reportedly plans to stay on with the company. The deal is evaluated at roughly $800 million.

 

The reports say that Russell does not plan to take part in Forbes’ news coverage and daily operations but will instead focus on boosting its growth and pursuing his philanthropic interests within the business. He also reportedly intends to set up a new board for Forbes, which will include technology, media and artificial-intelligence experts.

 

“Forbes is something I had always looked up to as a brand and as a media empire,” Russell told the WSJ. He noted that the money for the acquisition did not come from his shares in Luminar, but he did not provide further details.

 

“It is only fitting that now through this transaction, a true innovator and visionary Austin Russell will be the new steward for the brand,” commented Forbes CEO Mike Federle in a statement to Reuters.

 

The more than 100-year-old Forbes is one of the oldest media outlets in the US. Russell was at one time recognized by Forbes in its popular ‘30 Under 30’ list that features successful businessmen under the age of 30.

The 20 largest non-profit hospitals in the country continued making massive profits while their cumulative net assets soared to $324.3 billion in 2021 from $200.6 billion in 2018. The year 2021 is the latest year available for cross-comparison purposes.

 

Those hospital systems received congressional Covid bailouts of $23 billion and only two providers partially paid their Covid bailout back.

 

Meanwhile, hospital executives racked up Wall Street-sized compensation packages which frequently exceeded $10 million per year. For example, the CEO at Ascension Healthcare based in St. Louis, Missouri made $13 million in 2021 – with three-year pay exceeding $22 million.

 

Furthermore, American life expectancy during this period sharply declined by a staggering 2.5 years from 2019 through 2022. While “comparable country averages” rebounded from a Covid-related drop in 2021, the U.S. continued declining in life expectancy.

 

Yet, the cost of health care is still astronomically high, as the average family paid $22,463 in health insurance premiums in 2022. That does not include out-of-pocket costs like co-pays and deductibles, which can be thousands more.

 

This has led to medical debt for about 100 million Americans.

 

In 2020, the Trump administration issued, and the Biden administration finalized (January 2021) a healthcare transparency rule – to spur market competition and inform patients.

 

Yet, two years after the rule took effect, an independent audit found that nearly three-quarters of hospitals in the country were not complying— flouting the mandate that prices be posted clearly and comprehensively.

 

Big Numbers

 

The 20 largest non-profit hospital systems saw their combined net assets soar 62 percent, or $124 billion, in the three years to 2021. You the U.S. taxpayer funded rocket ride. Examples:

 

The world-famous Mayo Clinic: Astounding 92 percent jump to $17.7 billion in 2021 from $9.2 billion in 2018.

 

Cleveland Clinic Health System: Up 60 percent to $15.6 billion in 2021.

 

Intermountain Healthcare: Up 63 percent to $11.6 billion. Tellingly, Colorado Governor Jared Polis had earlier cited Colorado hospitals for ‘non-profit profiteering.’

 

Northwestern Medicine: Up 43 percent to 11.9 billion.

 

Indiana University Health System: Up 47 percent to $10.3 billion from $7 billion in 2018.

 

Yet, not one of these systems complied fully with U.S. government price transparency rules, according to a key health care watchdog.
