Brother-in-Law of Twice-Failed Georgia Gubernatorial Candidate Stacey Abrams Arrested on Human Trafficking Charges Involving a Minor

 

Jimmie Gardner, a youth motivational speaker and the brother-in-law of twice-failed Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams, has been arrested on charges of human trafficking.

 

Gardner, 57, was taken into custody by Tampa Police after a 16-year-old victim reported that she had been coerced into sexual acts and physically assaulted by Gardner at the Renaissance Hotel at International Plaza.

 

The Tampa Police Department detailed the arrest in a recent press release, stating that the incident occurred in the early hours of November 17, 2023.

 

According to the victimโ€™s account, Gardner invited her to his hotel room and offered her money for sexual acts. The situation escalated when the victim refused, leading to a physical altercation where Gardner allegedly choked her.

Months ago, Greene was ousted from the nearly 50-member Freedom Caucus - a group of Republicans dedicated to upending business as usual who have become a thorn in the side of establishment GOP.

 

'I still have never understood why they kick someone like me out and kept Ken Buck,' Greene says in an interview with DailyMail.com ahead of the release of her new book, 'MTG,' out Tuesday. 'Buck is widely hated among Republicans now, especially in the base.'

 

The removal came after Greene called Boebert, R-Colo., a 'little b***h' on the House floor for copying her Biden impeachment articles over the southern border.

 

Greene claims she tried to be a 'friend' to Boebert for a 'very long time.'

 

'She always made it very clear that she wanted to keep a distance from me. And I've never understood that,' Greene says.

 

In an exclusive excerpt of the book obtained by DailyMail.com, Greene says the Freedom Caucus held a vote to remove her on June 23, 2023 - after many members had already hopped on flights home for the week and when she was not there to 'defend herself.'

 

Later on the House floor during the final votes of the week, 'not one single HFC member came up to me to tell me,' she said. 'I found out about their vote on Twitter.'

 

Freedom Caucus Chair Scott Perry said at the time he had tried to reach Greene to inform her of the vote, but 'I did not have one single call or text from Scott Perry,' says Greene.

'I told the media how she had copied my articles of impeachment,' Greene goes on.

 

'Lauren walked up to me on the House floor, demandingI clarify the comments I had made to the press, at which point I called her aโ€œlittle b***hโ€ to her face. After I told her what I thought of her, I told Lauren to shut up.'

 

The pair of firebrand right-wing women both came to Congress in 2021, but Greene bristles at any comparison of the two.

 

'The only similarity between us is our voting records,' she says. 'We're actually extremely different types of people.'

 

'She's a serial liar,' Greene adds. 'She's lied about missing votes โ€ฆ she got caught vaping in front of a pregnant woman and groping her date in a public movie theater, then she got caught lying about that and she also lied about the situation with me.'

 

In September, Boebert was filmed lashing out at theater staff after being booted from a Beetlejuice performance for singing along - with staff claiming she also vaped and took photos during the performance.

 

Between Greene and the Freedom Caucus, there's no love lost.

 

'I think I'm better off being a free agent without the Freedom Caucus, who I find unfortunately to be hypocrites a lot of the time.'

 

'Buck is more interested in trying out with interviews for CNN than he is in working hard in Congress and being a real conservative, but Freedom Caucus keeps people like Ken Buck,' she goes on, continuing to reflect on her removal from the caucus of which she was once the most visible face.

 

'I'm not exactly sure why they did it.'

 

The book spans the entirety of her congressional career with highlights from January 6 when she says Democrats were 'hysterical' and Rep. Clay Higgins, R-La., offered to save her from rioters because he had a gun on the House floor.

 

She bashes out-of-shape and elderly members of Congress trying to escape rioters who were swarming the floor: 'Just imagine Jerry Nadler trying to run for safety!'

 

She talks of getting kicked off committees under Democrats in 2021 and how she instead tried to make an impact by forcing recorded votes rather than voice votes which delayed the passing of Democrat-led legislation - only to be chastised by senior Republicans who did not want to waste their time.

 

The Republican was kicked off all her committees by Democrats - and 11 Republicans - in 2021 for her previous racist and pro-conspiracy theory statements.

 

She apologized later for her comments, saying on the House floor they 'do not represent' her.

 

Greene says she wrote the book herself to retell her experience in Congress in her own words.

 

'Ever since I entered Congress in January of 2021, the media has basically created a character of me that doesn't exist,' she said. 'Some people call me, like, the notorious MTG.'

 

'Ever since I became that person, I've really wanted to tell the real stories and get my own policies and views out there.'

 

As for her future ambitions, Greene is keeping coy. She said she hasn't heard much from former President Donald Trump, despite their regular conversations, about who he might pick as his running mate.

 

'I will serve President Trump at any capacity that that he would like for me to serve in,' she said. 'But right now, I'm very dedicated to my district.'

The Russian Justice Ministry said Friday it has filed a lawsuit with the Supreme Court to label the โ€œinternational LGBT public movementโ€ as extremist and to outlaw its operations in the country.

 

In a statement posted on its website, the ministry argued that โ€œthe LGBT movementโ€ has been engaged in various activities that qualify it as an โ€œextremist group.โ€ Specifically, it has been sowing โ€œsocial and religious discord,โ€ the ministry stated.

 

It was not immediately clear exactly which groups the potential ban would affect and whether the โ€˜extremistโ€™ designation would have any consequences for LGBT ideology itself, becoming the basis to take action against various public organizations.

 

In Russia, the largest such public organization is the so-called โ€˜Russian LGBT network,โ€™ a civic platform created in the mid-2000s, which brings together various regional groups advocating the rights of sexual minorities.

 

The network, which two years ago was labeled a โ€œforeign agent,โ€ is an internationally-recognized entity and is a part of LIGA โ€“ the International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Intersex Association โ€“ a major Switzerland-based NGO promoting gay rights and active since the 1970s.

 

Over the past few years, Russia hasgradually tightened its legislation aimed at curbing the spread of the โ€œLGBT ideology.โ€ In 2013, it outlawed โ€œLGBTQ propagandaโ€ deemed to be aimed at minors. One person was shot and killed Friday at New Hampshire Hospital before a state trooper on duty at the secure psychiatric facility shot and killed the shooter, police said.

 

Officials said CPR was performed on the shooting victim, who was taken to a hospital but died of their injuries.

 

The identity of the shooting victim was not released pending notification of next of kin. State Police Col. Mark Hall said police are working to determine the identity of the shooter.

Thought nonbinary gender was a modern concept? Think again. The ancient Jewish understanding of gender was far more nuanced than many assume.

 

The Talmud, a huge and authoritative compendium of Jewish legal traditions, contains in fact no less than eight gender designations including:

 

  1. Zachar, male.

  2. Nekevah, female.

  3. Androgynos, having both male and female characteristics.

  4. Tumtum, lacking sexual characteristics.

  5. Aylonit hamah, identified female at birth but later naturally developing male characteristics.

  6. Aylonit adam, identified female at birth but later developing male characteristics through human intervention.

  7. Saris hamah, identified male at birth but later naturally developing female characteristics.

  8. Saris adam, identified male at birth and later developing female characteristics through human intervention.

 

In fact, not only did the rabbis recognize six genders that were neither male nor female, they had a tradition that the first human being was both.

 

Versions of this midrash are found throughout rabbinic literature, including in the Talmud:

Rabbi Yirmeya ben Elazar also said: Adam was first created with two faces (one male and the other female). As it is stated: โ€œYou have formed me behind and before, and laid Your hand upon me.โ€ (Psalms 139:5)

Rabbi Yirmeya ben Elazar imagines that the first human was created both male and female โ€” with two faces. Later, this original human being was separated and became two distinct people, Adam and Eve. According to this midrash then, the first human being was, to use contemporary parlance, nonbinary.

Genesis Rabbah 8:1 offers a slightly different version of Rabbi Yirmeyaโ€™s teaching:

Rabbi Yirmeya ben Elazar: In the hour when the Holy One created the first human, He created him as an androgynos (one having both male and female sexual characteristics), as it is said, โ€œmale and female He created them.โ€ (Genesis 1:27)

 

For the rabbis, the androgynos wasnโ€™t just a thing of the mythic past. The androgynos was in fact a recognized gender category in their present โ€” though not with two heads, only both kinds of sex organs. The term appears no less than 32 times in the Mishnah and 283 times in the Talmud. Most of these citations are not variations on this myth, but rather discussions that consider how Jewish law (halakhah) applies to one who has both male and female sexual characteristics.

 

The Mishnah describes half a dozen categories that are between male and female

Less common than the androgynos and tumtum, but still found throughout rabbinic texts, are the aylonit, who is born with organs identified as female at birth but develops male characteristics at puberty or no sex characteristics at all, and the saris, who is born with male-identified organs and later develops features recognized as female (or no sex characteristics). These changes can happen naturally over time (saris hamah) or with human intervention (saris adam).

A coalition of media outlets wrote Friday that the 2020 election trial for former President Trump should be broadcast.

 

A coalition of mainstream media outlets argued that the 2020 election trial against Republican presidential frontrunner Donald Trump should be televised live to bolster "public trust" and that the U.S. Constitution mandates it.

 

"Of all trials conducted throughout American history, this one needs the public trust that only a televised proceeding can foster. Because the Constitution allowsโ€”indeed requiresโ€”such access here, the Federal Rules cannot prohibit it," the lawyers for media organizations including the New York Times, CNN, and The Associated Press wrote on Friday in a court filing.

The coalition's lawyers wrote the media outlets are acting on "behalf of millions of Americans who have an unprecedented interest in observingโ€”for themselvesโ€”the prosecution of former President Donald Trump" during the trial, which is scheduled to start in March 2024.

 

Federal rules have long stipulated that courts bar cameras from being inside courtrooms. During President Trump's arraignment in the Washington case, no cameras were allowed inside the building.

 

The media outlets' lawyers also appeared to criticize President Trump after he "characterized this action as bearing 'all the unfortunate badges of a trial in an authoritarian regime, lacking legitimacy or due process.'" The lawyers then claimed that this comment goes against "the very legitimacy of this proceeding" and "only underscores" the need for the American public to watch the trial.

 

Lawyers for the former president have filed court papers to have the case televised, too, saying that federal prosecutors led by special counsel Jack Smith want to "continue this travesty in darkness" and that "President Trump calls for sunlight." If the trial is carried out without cameras, his lawyers said, the court runs a "high risk" of undermining the public's trust in the U.S. justice system.

The Fight For Free Speech: YAF & The Judiciary Committee Hearing

 

On Wednesday, November 8th, the House Judiciary Committee held a formal public hearing to expose the depths of free speech suppression on college campuses. Colleges are supposed to be places where students are taught HOW to think, not WHAT to think, but I guess university administrations missed that memo.

 

This hearing couldn't have come at a better time as the landscape on college campuses is showcasing a concerning trend. According to polling from The Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research, 47% of adults say liberals have โ€œa lotโ€ of freedom to express their views on college campuses, while just 20% said the same of conservatives.

 

And this isn't just a few leftist students being creatively rebellious against their conservative peers either, this is a top-down issue coming straight from administrators.

Speaker Johnson says heโ€™ll make 44,000 hours of Jan. 6 footage available to the general public

The newly elected speaker said the first tranche of security footage, around 90 hours, will be released on a public committee website Friday, with the rest of the 44,000 hours expected to be posted over the next several months. In the meantime, a public viewing room will also be set up in the Capitol for viewing the footage.

 

For the last several months, the GOP-led House Administration Committee has made the video available by appointment only to members of the media, criminal defendants and a limited number of other people. The video shows some of the fighting up close and gives a birdโ€™s eye view of the Capitol complex โ€” one that visitors rarely see โ€” as hundreds of President Donald Trumpโ€™s supporters stormed the building, violently attacking police officers and breaking in through windows and doors.

 

By expanding this access to the general public, Johnson is fulfilling one of the pledges he made last month to the most conservative members of his party, including Rep. The United States Navy Judge Advocate Generalโ€™s Corps has indicted former Trump lawyer Jenna Ellis on charges of treason and aiding and abetting the enemy, a JAG source told Real Raw News.

 

The formal accusation against Ellis comes after she betrayed her former employer, President Donald J. Trump, by flipping on him and striking a plea bargain with Deep State prosecutors who have sworn to destroy Trump by any means necessary. Ellis was part of a legal team hired to prove that the criminal Biden regime stole the 2020 presidential election by manufacturing votes and rigging election machines in several battleground states. At the time, she vehemently defended Trumpโ€™s efforts to overturn the fraudulent election, saying, โ€œPresident Trump won the election by a landslide, and any claims to the contrary are untrue.โ€

 

In August the Deep State came for Ellis, charging her and 17 other Trump associates with violating state anti-racketeering laws and solicitation of violation of an oath by a public officer, which, if found guilty, carry a heavy prison sentence. Although the charges are provably false, Ellis surrendered at the Fulton County, Georgia, jail and was released after posting bail and agreeing to testify against Trump and his co-defendants at all trials โ€œpresent and future.โ€

 

According to our source, JAG visited Ellis in June, forewarning her that the Deep State had her in its sights and would threaten her with criminal prosecution unless she flipped on President Trump. Ellis reportedly told JAG investigators, โ€œIโ€™d never do that, no matter what they try, and Donald Trump is innocent and won the election. I donโ€™t think theyโ€™ll bother me anyway.โ€ The investigators cautioned Ellis that the Deep Stateโ€™s diabolical persuasiveness was not to be underestimated. They even offered her military protection, which she declined. In response, investigators informed Ellis that treachery carried grave consequences, with emphasis on the word โ€œgrave.โ€

 

โ€œShe shouldโ€™ve heeded the warning. We were prepared to shield her from the Deep State. But, nope, she wasnโ€™t interested. And then she gave herself up and told serious lies about President Trump,โ€ our source said.

 

Ellis would later say she regretted working for President Trump, calling him a โ€œmalignant narcissistโ€ and saying in a proffer that he never intended to vacate the White House, even if he legitimately lost the election.

 

JAG believes that Ellis, a lawyer, has privately violated attorney-client privilege when speaking to Deep State prosecutors.

 

โ€œThereโ€™s nothing true she can say that will incriminate President Trump because heโ€™s innocent of all charges, but the DS will get her to say what they want, and they donโ€™t respect the sanctity of privilege. The bottom line is Ellis is a traitor, no matter what she says in public,โ€ our source said.

 

In public, Ellis has spoken ambivalently about her feelings toward Trump. On an American Family Radio show hosted by Steve Deace, Ellis said, โ€œAnd the total idolatry that Iโ€™m seeing from some of the supporters [of Trump] that are unwilling to put the constitution and the country and the conservative principles above their love for a star is really troubling,โ€ then added, โ€œI have great love and respect for him personally.โ€

 

โ€œIf she respected President Trump and the constitution, she wouldnโ€™t have turned to the dark side,โ€ our source said.

 

He told RRN that JAG investigators tried to revisit Ellis after she was released on bail and had authored an โ€œapology letterโ€ to the residents of Georgia for playing a part in โ€œelection subversion.โ€ This time, though, Ellisโ€™s home in the D.C. suburbs was guarded by a gaggle of FBI agents.

 

โ€œShe refused military protection and is now living protected by the Deep State,โ€ our source said.

 

When JAG phoned Ellis, an FBI agent answered and said, โ€œMs. Ellis has nothing to say to you.โ€

 

โ€œJenna Ellis will eventually tire of constant security watching her every move and try to give them the slip. They all do. And weโ€™ll be waiting,โ€ our source said.

 

Asked whether disclosing the indictmentโ€™s existence might jeopardize a future arrest, our source said, โ€œThereโ€™s nothing secret here. She was duly warned.โ€

Could we be missing something? Or maybe it is better to say I think I have been missing something. What are we seeing in Israel? Personally I don't feel I really understand the situation, so I've prayed some for the protection of innocent life and for a couple of people who seem to be doing good in Israel. Other than that the details seem above my pay grade and so I've been careful about drawing conclusions, though I much prefer to live around groups of Jews than Muslims, because sharia law is unconstitutional and I think large groups of Muslims are at risk of radicalizing with the blessing of Democrats (or maybe I should say the Uniparty).

 

Just tonight I got to thinking. What if Israel really is "ethnically cleansing" Gaza (not saying they are) and getting it done? What I mean is successfully eliminating a persistent source of agitation? I am not making a moral judgment here. I'm simply wondering something different than usual is happening.

 

Here in America we are used to thinking it is native born patriots that are considered by "our government" (the usurpers) to be the "persistent problem". What if that whole scenario got upended?
