"Lanny Davis - the attorney for Michael Cohen, has massively backpedaled on "confident assertions" that Cohen would share information with investigators that President Trump knew of Russian efforts to undermine Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton - a lifelong friend of Davis.

The Washington Post reported on Sunday that Davis said in an interview that he is "no longer certain about claims he made to reporters on background and on the record in recent weeks about what Cohen knows about Trump's awareness of the Russian efforts."

Davis told The Washington Post that he cannot confirm media reports that Cohen is prepared to tell special counsel Robert S. Mueller III that Trump had advance knowledge of the 2016 Trump Tower meeting -WaPo

CNN reported in July that Cohen claimed to have witnessed Trump approving the meeting between Trump Jr. and Russian attorney Natalia Veselnitskaya, arranged by an associate of opposition research firm Fusion GPS.

The day after CNN's report, the Washington Post - using an "anonymous source" they now admit was Davis, peddled the same story that "Cohen had told associates that he witnessed an exchange in which Trump Jr. told his father about an upcoming gathering in which he expected to get information about Clinton," however the Post didn't say Trump Jr. told Sr. it was the Russians.

“The judge was weak — he had no control of his courtroom, and allowed the federal government to come into his court. He (Brown) just wanted to neutralize the situation, so he could figure out what was going on, and then he felt that it was justified that the (ICE) guy said there was a warrant for illegal re-entry,” Pacheco told the Bee, adding he never saw the warrant against his client.

However, Brown told the Bee that judges do not prevent law enforcement agencies from making lawful arrests.

“Remanding on an outstanding arrest warrant issued by another jurisdiction is the province of the Sheriff’s department. It happens on a regular basis, particularly in large felony arraignments courts. The court was mindful of the concerns raised by counsel about a chilling effect on undocumented persons coming to court – one articulated far more thoughtfully by the Chief Justice of California – but such concerns could not impede enforcing a lawfully-issued warrant at the moment,” he said.

A spokesman for ICE told the Bee that agents “made a criminal arrest at the Sacramento Superior Courthouse on Wednesday pursuant to a criminal arrest warrant issue by a federal magistrate judge.” He did not offer additional information.

Additionally, ICE agents have been making arrests in Fresno County courthouse for the last month, according to the Fresno Bee. Fresno County is south of Sacramento County.

With the events that happened in FL today, we know there is going to be a push in the gaming youtube/twitch communities for gun confiscation.

There's nothing we can do about the bad actors pulling that shit.

That being said, we need to look at how the left influences people, in this case that cater to a center-right audience.

The left does this with outrage mobs on Twitter, Facebook, petitions, with phone calls and emails - all aided and abetted by the MSM. I would wager that a majority of those people are fake, "egg" Twitter accounts, but that is besides the point.

Today the left is going after the influencers. Tomorrow, maybe Monday they're going for the companies that make the games. Companies have fallen prey to them again and again, with Blizzard, Ubisoft and others banning players for saying nigger, or anything they consider "hate speech" in game. Some companies, like Valve, have stood staunchly in support of free speech throughout the pressure of the mobs.

We can effect what these companies do, as they have a legal duty to their shareholders to make the most profitable decisions. We need to fight back in the same way the left does - because it works. We need to start petitions somewhere that people will sign saying "I will not purchase another game from your company if you make a statement in support of gun control." If we get enough people, the companies will have to have a serious discussion about what statement to make (if any) instead of going further and further to the left.

Most of all, we have to FOLLOW THROUGH on the boycott. If company X releases a game you want to buy, let principle come over desires and do NOT buy the game. Hit em where it hurts, their bottom line.
