“Congratulations” to Virginia Governor ralph northam.==

Media may have given him a free pass on his advocacy for infanticide, but if he doesn’t give a damn whether human babies die, at least he cares about whether animals do.

From an article on the WAVY – Norfolk website:

If you’re charged with abusing an animal in Virginia, it will now be a felony.

Gov. Ralph Northam signed a bill that was dubbed “Tommie’s Law”, which ups the penalty from a misdemeanor to a Class 6 felony. The crime now carries a punishment of one to five years in prison.

The new law closes a loophole that allowed the perpetrator to only be charged with a misdemeanor if the animal survived the abuse, animal rights advocates say.

Am I troubled by northam signing this legislation? Nope. I’m glad he did.

My problem is not with his stated view on an animal that survives abuse, but on a baby that survives an abortion attempt (and, yes, it does happen):

The infant would be kept comfortable. The infant would be resuscitated if that’s what the mother and the family desired, and then a discussion would ensue between the physicians and mother.

In other words, northam’s vision is that, if the baby is born alive, – out of the womb and into the world – the woman who tried unsuccessfully to kill it in her womb would decide, along with her physician, whether to just leave it there to die anyway.

josef mengele could have said the same thing in the same words. But, hey, northam does care about animals, doesn’t he? What a guy.

Questions about the FISA surveillance data used for the Russia investigation. I’m not very knowledgeable in this area, so chime in if you are knowledgeable or have thoughts.

Based on the Q drops, the Russia investigation was initiated with the fabricated intel from the dossier that was passed back and forth between Clapper/Brennan/McCain/the Press, etc. Based on that, it appears that FBI counterintelligence investigation was started, which including the requests for the FISA warrants.

But who conducted the surveillance on the the Trump campaign AFTER the FISA warrants were issued? Surely the FISA warrants included electronic surveillance. The narrative they constructed for this plot claims that the initial information implicating the Trump campaign was conducted by foreign intelligence agencies MI6/GCHQ and passed to US intelligence officials (Brennan/Clapper) through FVEY arrangements. Fine, but doesn’t the NSA also have the legal authority to gather at least some info on US citizens already? Aren’t they the experts in this area? It seems doubtful that the NSA was consulted or included in the investigation to support the fraudulent investigation. But wouldn’t this be normal procedure for a counterintelligence investigation?

The parameters of PRISM, including how the NSA may target individuals and what can be shared with the CIA and FBI, are presented to and approved by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) and renewable annually.”

Well, we know why the NSA couldn’t be trusted in their conspiracy to commit treason, or to participate in a setup like this, so the FBI had to conduct their own surveillance and try to collect their own info using HUMINT (Trump Tower meeting) and whatever electronic surveillance they could muster. It also sure looks like there was surveillance going on PRIOR to the FISA warrants. Who was doing the surveillance? Wouldn’t it be illegal if the CIA was involved with that? It would surely not be the normal approach used to monitor a US citizen within the USA. Would presidential authorization be needed if the CIA was being used? Brennan and Clapper’s public statements indicate they were trying to cover up for something.

Doesn’t the FBI usually rely on the NSA for gathering it’s electronic surveillance, especially for counterintelligence? Doesn’t the FBI usually have to go through some bureaucratic process/procedure to request NSA collected data from an individual become a target so the NSA can focus it’s resources and attention on certain individuals?

Moreover, what if the FISA requests DID NOT include information that was cited as being collected by the NSA? Wouldn’t that raise a red flag to the FISA court, who presumably would see NSA-gathered material included in probably ALL of the FISA requests they see?

Although it may collect intelligence, that function is ancillary and supportive to its primary job of investigating and preventing violations of federal law and threats to national security.”

That lawsuit, filed last week in a DC district court, summarizes the DNC-Clinton conspiracy and provides detailed evidence from Federal Election Commission (FEC) filings confirming the complaint’s allegations that Democrats undertook an extensive scheme to violate federal campaign limits.

Reading on, we find that Dan Backer wrote about this well over a year ago – December 26, 2017 to be exact – and mainstream media, ever-faithful to Queen Hillary, gave it a collective burial at don’t-see.

Would these same media have buried the story if the alleged money-laundering were by Trump and his people?

The one and only reference I can find from any major media venue is a Washington Post article from December 27, 2017, by Democrat partisan David Weigel, which – at the end – grudgingly concedes there might be something to look at.

But, you might say, why are you so quick to attack media for burying Ms. Cleveland’s article? Can’t you be fair and give them at least a few days, maybe even a week or more, to research this court filing and provide their own version of the story?

Bill and I published a piece a few weeks back that provides actual evidence that challenges the claim that “Russia hacked the DNC.” Yes, we know, the Mueller Report continues to insist that theft of emails from the DNC was done over the internet. But that conclusion rests on the opinion of third parties who offer no actual forensic evidence. We, by contrast, are offering up actual evidence that points to an alternative explanation. We do not asky you to take our word for it. Instead, we want to show you how you can test the data yourself ..

First, let’s review our key findings from the original piece:

An examination of the Wikileaks DNC files shows they were created on 23 and 25 May and 26 August respectively. The fact that they appear in a FAT system format indicates the data was transfered to a storage device, such as a thumb drive.

How do we know? The truth lies in the “last modified” time stamps on the Wikileaks files. Every single one of these time stamps end in even numbers. If you are not familiar with the FAT file system, you need to understand that when a date is stored under this system the data rounds the time to the nearest even numbered second.

We have examined 500 DNC email files stored on Wikileaks and all 500 files end in an even number—2, 4, 6, 8 or 0. If a system other than FAT had been used, there would have been an equal probability of the time stamp ending with an odd number. But that is not the case with the data stored on the Wikileaks site. All end with an even number.

Here’s what you need to do to replicate what we found.:

Step One—Go to the Wikileaks DNC email database. Click here: https://wikileaks.org/dnc-emails/)

Step Two—Search the DNC database using the any word. We opted for “Clinton.”

This will produce the following results (see link https://wikileaks.org/dnc-emails/?q=Clinton&mfrom=&mto=&title=&notitle=&date_from=&date_to=&nofrom=&noto=&count=50&sort=0#searchresult)

The first message in terms of "relevance" is number 100 (i.e., DOC ID 100)

Step Three—Go to the websniffer site and direct it to “get/100”. https://websniffer.cc/?url=https://wikileaks.org/dnc-emails//get/100… This is computer speak telling the program to find message 100 (which is titled POLITICO's 2016 Blast: Bernie’s DNC concessions — Hillary Clinton’s fall preparations — Trump and Clinton get personal again — 5 Things You Need To Know.”)

Step Four–Click on submit. That will take you to the following document:

Step Five–scroll down to the "HTTP response headers" section where you will find the "Last-Modified" timestamp.

Message 100 shows a Last Modified Timestamp of 05:22:00 GMT.

That time equates to 01:22:00 Eastern Daylight Time.

It ends in 0, an even number. Our search and analysis of all the messages from the DNCin the first Wikileaks release published July 22, 2016" show that all end in an even number.

We repeat our conclusion from the original article:

The random probability that FAT was not used is 1 chance in 2 to the 500th power or approximately 1 chance in 10 to the 150th power - in other words, an infinitely high order.

This data alone does not prove that the emails were copied at the DNC headquarters. But it does show that the data/emails posted by Wikileaks did go through a storage device on the 25thof May, like a thumbdrive, before Wikileaks posted the emails on the World Wide Web.

We do not know if a person or persons with access to the DNC server accessed the emails from their home. That is possible. What is certain, however, is that email message 100 demonstrates forensic evidence that indicates the email was physically copied onto a storage device, like a thumb drive or CD-Rom, with a last modified date of 05:22:00 GMT on Wednesday the 25thof May 2016, before it was published on the Wikileaks site. The fact that these messages are in FAT format is not evidence that supports Mueller’s claim a “hack.”

Perhaps Mueller’s team of investigators turned up forensic data that proves a Russian hack. There was no such evidence, however, presented in June and July of 2016 when the initial claim was made blaming Russian intelligence operatives.

We also are confident that there was no solid forensic evidence available in January 2017 to substantiate the Intelligence Community Assessment attributing the “hack” to the Russian Government because NSA analysts only agreed that they had “moderate confidence” in that claim. We know from our prior experience in producting such assessments that if there existed actual forensic evidence, such as tracing the packets back to a server operated by the Russian Government then there would be “strong confidence” in the conclusion.

Who was the person or persons who had access to the DNC server that were copying these messages to a storage device, like a thumb drive, early in the morning on Wednesday the 25thof May? We have an opinion, but our focus is not on speculation. Let us first deal with the hard forensic evidence. We are certain of one thing—the available evidence does not support the claim that the DNC emails were “hacked” via an internet cyber attack.

Saw The Da Vinci Code movie the other day, and for keks I decided to read the book for details not part of the film. That lead to digs on the Holy Grail believers. fascinating how people are lead to believe in fraudulent theories and obvious deceptions. The entire basis of Brown's book and film is the existence of the Priory of Scion, the (secret society) protectors of the bloodline of Jesus Christ through his union with Mary Magdalene. While digging, I came upon the account of the recent PoS related fraud, that of the discovery of the mummy of Mary Magdalene by amateur archeologist Ben Hammott (Bill Wilkinson), as documented in the 2008 film, Bloodline. In 2012, Ben Hammott admitted the entire story and evidence was fabricated. Even after his confession, people still continued believing the fraud.

Andrew Lippi, 59, was accused of stealing about $300 worth of household goods from a Kmart in Key West, where police said he purchased various items between March 30 and April 4, replaced them with cheaper items and returned them for a refund.

Lippi made headlines last week when he purchased Thompson Island, a private estate formerly owned by the philanthropist and developer Edward B. Knight, for $8 million, according to ABC Miami affiliate WPLG.

Lippi also owns a 12-bedroom resort compound in Key West that MTV used to film a season of "The Real World" in 2006. That property rents for about $1,800 a night on Airbnb, WPLG reported.

Lippi stands accused of stealing multiple items, including LED light bulbs and a $55 Hamilton Beach coffee maker, which he allegedly "replaced with a much older coffee maker" and returned for a full refund, according to the Key West Police Department.

Police said Lippi also bought a $150 Keurig coffee machine on March 30, returned it and received a full refund a day later. Kmart employees notified the store's loss prevention officer after realizing the coffee machine box instead contained a basketball, according to police.

Lippi denied denied stealing the items, according to a police report.

"Lippi stated he did not change out any items prior to returning them," the arresting officer wrote in the report. "I asked Lippi about the Keurig coffee machine being replaced by a basketball, and he stated the clerk should have realized there was no coffee machine by the weight of the box.

So, a day off and indulging and making myself cheerful by re-watching yt vids of the nomination process as reported by the globalist propaganda media, the run-up, the election 2016 and the morning after…contrasted with vids such as "This Video Will Get Donald Trump Elected" some faves from redpill78 and HeydonMusicpage and others. An executive of an Oman car dealership told those around him that the money paid from Nissan Motor Co.’s secret fund to his company “will go into another ‘pocket,’” according to sources, implying the bank account of the automaker’s former Chairman Carlos Ghosn.

The special investigation squad of the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office believes that this executive’s remark could back up claims that the Nissan funds were returned to Ghosn.

Between December 2015 and July 2018, Ghosn allegedly arranged payments of about $15 million (about ¥1.7 billion) from the secret Nissan fund called “CEO reserves” to this dealership, Suhail Bahwan Automobiles LLC (SBA), via a consolidated Nissan subsidiary called Nissan Middle East based in the United Arab Emirates.

Ghosn is suspected of sending about $5 million (about ¥563 million) of the $15 million to a bank account under the name of Good Faith Investments (GFI), a Lebanon-based investment firm that he effectively owned. Ghosn was arrested on suspicion of aggravating breach of trust under the Companies Law by causing financial damage to Nissan.

According to the sources, between about 2012 and 2018, Nissan paid a total of $35 million (about ¥3.9 billion), which includes the $15 million under suspicion, to SBA. The secret fund was able to be used at Ghosn’s own discretion because he was then the CEO.

In 2012 when the CEO reserves began to be used, Nissan’s headquarters directed Nissan Middle East to pay into dealerships across Middle Eastern nations including SBA from the fund “without any condition.” Nissan Middle East said it was told that the direction was based on “a top-down decision by Ghosn.”

In response, a person in charge at Nissan Middle East considered making the payments as nominal “incentives for higher sales targets of Nissan vehicles,” giving a semblance of honest disbursement. The Nissan subsidiary then asked an Indian executive at SBA to “set the target higher” so it was commensurate with the large payment. However, the executive reportedly said, “There’s no point since the money will go into another pocket,” and “That’s money we won’t touch.”

This executive joined SBA about 10 years ago and had assumed crucial posts in several affiliated companies as the dealership’s owner, who is a longtime acquaintance of Ghosn, has great faith in him, according to the sources. The executive also serves as CEO of GFI, and the prosecutors believe that this person played a crucial role in the backflow of the CEO reserves to Ghosn.

The prosecutors questioned staff in charge at Nissan Middle East and learned about remarks made by the Indian executive, but apparently have not questioned the executive yet.

A total of about $100 million (about ¥11 billion) was paid from Nissan’s CEO reserves to entities in several Middle Eastern nations. Ghosn had already been charged for allegedly improperly disbursing about $14.7 million (¥1.6 billion) of the money to an acquaintance in Saudi Arabia for helping secure a credit guarantee for Ghosn’s investment.

Ghosn has insisted that the payment of about ¥11 billion was “incentives appropriate for actual sales results” and has denied the allegations of payment.

The head of U.S. Strategic Command, or STRATCOM, has been nominated as the next vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, according to Air Force’s top civilian.

Air Force Secretary Heather Wilson told audiences at the Space Symposium in Colorado on Tuesday that STRATCOM commander Gen. John Hyten has been nominated for the position.

Hyten would take over from Air Force Gen. Paul Selva, who is retiring.

The move to elevate Hyten comes at a time when the Defense Department is focused heavily on expanding its space assets.

As STRATCOM chief, Hyten has emphasized the need for nuclear modernization and expanded communications, as well as the growing demand for improved defenses in space against near-peer adversaries such as Russia and China.

Since assuming the position in 2016, Hyten has said space is his "third priority," with "nuclear first, nuclear command-and-control second."

He has said he is grateful the Trump administration is creating a Space Force and associated components to deal with emerging threats from adversaries in space.

"The president said we need a structure inside the Pentagon focused on space all the time, and I support that structure," Hyten said during a March 28 House Armed Services Subcommittee on Strategic Forces hearing. "I think the most important thing we can do in the near term [is] to stand up a new unified command, moving space out from under my command, out from under U.S. Strategic Command, and creating a new U.S. Space Command focused 100 percent of the time on the space problem.

"Space will never be higher than my third priority. I get to spend so little time on space because I have to focus on the nuclear capability," he added.

Prior to his current post, Hyten was vice commander and then commander of Air Force Space Command at Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado, between 2012 and 2016, according to his official biography.

He has fought for other modernization programs, including the UH-1N Huey helicopter replacement program, which has been in the works for more than a decade. Last year, Hyten stressed the move is long overdue for STRATCOM, which uses the aging Huey helicopter for aerial protection of its missile sites.

"We are going to get a new helicopter in the missile fields," he said Aug. 1 during his opening remarks at the 2018 STRATCOM Deterrence Symposium in Omaha, Nebraska. "We are going to get a new helicopter if I have to die trying or if I have to kill somebody to do it. It is taking way too long."

In September, the Air Force chose Boeing Co. to build the Huey replacement at a cost of approximately $2.38 billion.

Blame Google for installing their search app and store services as the default provider. There are some options available, and instructions on how to change the default provider apps also exist on the internet. So there's options out there if you truly need that feature and don't want Google scraping your data. Any app that you use that uses Google Play services also has the potential to transmit your data to Google, even if the Google app itself is turned off, because the store apps each have their own permissions sets, too.

Anyway

The example is for Google services, but it will also work with other pre-loaded bloatware, like facebook.app and twitter.app. Apple and Microsoft are no better. Same idea applies to those: Deny permissions first, and then disable the apps and reboot.

PS- If you're thinking of buying a new Android phone, DO NOT SET UP THE HANDSET WITH A GOOGLE ACCOUNT ON FIRST RUN. Doing this grants Google full access to everything on the phone by default, because it brands that user ID into the phone, until it is wiped and factory reset.

If you did make this mistake, fully wipe and reset the phone, and set it up without any account on first run, and set up email after. This prevents locking the phone to a user ID, and also forces the handset to ask for permission to data that would normally default to a new Google user (ie- a gmail account.)
