Newly declassified documents from the US Central Intelligence Agency reveal that the espionage outfit attempted to build psychological warfare devices similar to those mounted on the Ju-87 Stuka dive bombers by the Nazis.

 

The sound of the Stukaโ€™s air sirens is unmistakable; if youโ€™ve ever seen a film with a prop-driven plane in it, you probably heard it as an added sound effect. However, the noise isnโ€™t natural: itโ€™s made from a special device mounted under the plane that produces its characteristic whine when air is rammed through it at a sufficient speed - for example, when accelerating during a steep dive-bombing attack.

 

The Nazis called the device a โ€œJericho Trumpet,โ€ after the Biblical story in the Book of Joshua in which the Israelites caused the walls of Jericho to crumble by blowing their ramโ€™s horns at it - after God told them to, of course. However, when the CIA tried to replicate the device in the 1950s, it called it a Jericho Horn or, alternately but perhaps no less appropriately, the โ€œScreamer Project.โ€

 

The purpose of the device for both the Germans and Americans was purely psychological: to spread fear among the population under attack, in line with prevailing theories about the ability of aircraft to decide wars through terror bombing.

 

However, as The War Zone relays in a play-by-play retelling, the CIA brains who wanted a Jericho Trumpet for themselves didnโ€™t know how to make one and embarked on an epic journey trying to chase down a preserved Stuka that still had one so they could copy its design.

 

By 1958, the CIA researchers had two workable models for testing, with theirs including an adjustable โ€œirisโ€ to control air flowing into the Jericho Horn.

 

According to a series of handwritten notes preserved by CIA archivists, they wanted a device that could produce a terrifying and painful sound while the aircraft was flying at roughly 300 mph and just a few hundred feet off the ground. The idea was presumably to make low and fast passes over enemy positions or civilian areas, sowing discord and discomfort.

 

The device was hooked up to an AT-11 Kansan training aircraft and later a Cessna 180, but after numerous tests, they couldnโ€™t get it to make a sound louder than 108 decibels, which The War Zone notes is about as loud as a chain saw - not exactly terrifying. The scientists had set a goal of 170 to 180 decibels.

 

It seems testing continued into 1959, but by the spring of 1958, the CIAโ€™s curiosity had apparently wandered to other projects.

 

"At present the 'Jericho Horn' does not satisfy this requirement and it is doubtful that continued effort will achieve this end," says a report dated March 31, 1958.

Feds Make Bold Move Against China

 

The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and other federal agencies on April 9 urged the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to revoke Chinese state-owned company China Telecomโ€™s authorization to provide international telecommunication services in the United States.

 

The agenciesโ€”which included the Department of Defense, Homeland Security, and Commerce, among othersโ€”made this recommendation after a DOJ-led review of the company identified โ€œsubstantial and unacceptable national security and law enforcement risksโ€ surrounding China Telecomโ€™s operations, according to a DOJ press release. China Telecom is the U.S. subsidiary of Chinese state-owned telecom firm China Telecommunications Corp.

 

The move comes amid heightening U.S. scrutiny over security threats posed by Chinese companies, including in the area of telecommunications. Last week, President Donald Trump issued an executive order to establish a committee that will review national security concerns arising from foreign-owned companies who wish to participate in U.S. telecommunications networks.

 

And last May, the administration barred Chinese telecom giant Huawei from doing business with American firms on national security grounds. U.S. officials cited concerns that the companyโ€™s equipment could be used by the Chinese regime for spying or to disrupt communication networks.

FBI Received Evidence Of Russian Disinformation In Steele Dossier

 

The FBI received information that Russian disinformation might have been fed to Christopher Steele, whose dossier played a โ€œcentralโ€ role in the bureauโ€™s investigation of the Trump campaign.

The bombshell disclosures are in newly unredacted footnotes contained in the Justice Department inspector generalโ€™s report on the FBIโ€™s surveillance of the Trump campaign.

An FBI unit had concerns as far back as 2015 about Steeleโ€™s relationships with Russian oligarchs, one footnote stated.

The FBI was provided assessments that Steeleโ€™s claims about Michael Cohen and a trip that Donald Trump made to Moscow in 2013 were products of Russian disinformation, another footnote said.

 

The FBI received evidence that Russian disinformation polluted the infamous Steele dossier, according to information declassified Friday from the Justice Department inspector generalโ€™s report of the FBIโ€™s surveillance of the Trump campaign.

 

FBI officials also had concerns as far back as 2015 of dossier author Christopher Steeleโ€™s relationship to Russian oligarchs, but those were never shared with the FBI team that led the Trump investigation.

 

Despite those red flags, the FBI continued relying on Steeleโ€™s information in applications to obtain surveillance warrants against Carter Page, the former Trump campaign aide.

 

The bombshell disclosures were made Friday in response to repeated requests from Sens. Chuck Grassley and Ron Johnson to disclose four redacted footnotes in the IG report.

High-security Siberian prison ON FIRE after inmates riot (VIDEO)

 

A fire broke out on Friday night at a strict penal colony in eastern Siberia, over 4,000km east of Moscow. According to officials, multiple buildings were set alight by prisoners.

Media reports coming from the Irkutsk region suggest about 300 people have been injured. REN TV reports that the fire began when inmates burned the prisonโ€™s woodworking shop. Here Are All The ETFs That Will Be Bought By The Federal Reserve

 

Now that the Fed has effectively nationalized the bond market (don't worry, stocks are next, it's just a matter of time) which all the way down through junk bond issues and CLO tranches will no longer reflect the underlying fundamentals but merely what mood the Fed is in on any given day, and where it it tells Blackrock to close the market, the only thing that matters for traders is how to frontrun the Fed, so to make sure that the Fed's helicopter paradrop is utilized by everyone in the most efficient way, here is a breakdown of everything the Fed will be buying to make sure the bond prices of fallen angels - firms which spent trillions on stock buybacks instead of even considering a downside case - trade near par even as the underlying cash flows drop near zero.

 

But first some background: the Fed's revised, and massively expanded, Secondary Market Corporate Credit Facility - which now can purchase 'fallen angel' junk bonds - will now be funded with $25 billion of equity capital from the Treasury as opposed to $10 billion previously. The leverage on the equity will be 10x for IG-rated bonds, 7x for bonds below IG, and in a range of 3x to 7x for any other eligible asset. The scope of the facility was also expanded, and in what was the biggest news of Thursday, while it was originally targeted toward IG bonds from US issuers and US-listed IG ETFs, the facility can now also purchase:

 

BB-rated bonds of recent โ€œfallen angelsโ€ so long as they were IG rated as of March 22, 2020, and

HY ETFs, although the โ€œpreponderanceโ€ of ETF holdings are expected to be IG.

 

Additionally, as Goldman notes, while the limits for bond and ETF purchases remain the same (10% of an issuerโ€™s outstanding debt and 20% of ETF assets, respectively), a new comprehensive issuer limit was added: 1.5% of the combined potential size of the Primary and Secondary market facilities (which will be $750 billion, per the above), equating to $11.25 billion. The details on issuer eligibility were also expanded to include being โ€œcreated or organizedโ€ in the United States and having the โ€œmajorityโ€ of employees based in the United States, which means that many foreign companies will find their bonds purchased under the Fed's "loopholes." Finally, the updated language also makes it clear that Banks are explicitly excluded, in addition to sectors receiving direct government support as part of the CARES Act.

 

Putting this together, Goldman estimates that the potential size of the eligible universe of bonds under the revised criteria at $1.8 trillion.

CBS News reporter Catherine Herridge obtained an April 2 letter responding to Senators Ron Johnson and Chuck Grassley over four key footnotes in IG Horowitzโ€™s report.

 

As TGP previously reported, Chairman of the Senate Homeland Security Committee Ron Johnson and Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee Chuck Grassley Tuesday sent a letter to Attorney General Bill Barr asking him to declassify four footnotes in Horowitzโ€™s report on FISA abuse.

 

The Senators stated that the classified footnotes contradict what is publicly available in Horowitzโ€™s report related to Crossfire Hurricane, the CI investigation opened into Trumpโ€™s campaign in July of 2016.

 

Grassley and Johnson wrote, โ€œThe American people have a right to know what is contained within these four footnotes and, without that knowledge, they will not have a full picture as to what happened during the Crossfire Hurricane investigation.โ€

 

The DOJ declassified 3 footnotes with minimal redactions and kept the fourth footnote completely blacked out citing, โ€œunique and significant concerns. The redacted information refers to information received by a member of the Crossfire Hurricane team regarding possible previous attempts by a foreign government to penetrate and research a company or individuals associated with Christopher Steele,โ€ Herridge reported.

 

One declassified footnote revealed Comeyโ€™s FBI knew the Hillary Clinton-funded dossier compiled by former British spy Christopher Steele was bogus Russian disinformation โ€” but they used it anyway to spy on Trumpโ€™s campaign.

Anons, I need some eyes on. I am trying to compare and contrast the last two "Hunt for" images (2_10_20 and 4_9_20). The two images have the same canvas size, 1500x1500, but the file sizes are different 399K and 498K. That's what got my attention. I am not an expert with graphic files at all. I loaded the two files into GIMP. Then I cranked up the Contrast setting under the Color menu for both images to the same value 127. There are very visible differences in the two pictures. Here are two zoomed in shots, one from each. Why would Q use two different images of basically the same thing? Help, I need some assistance !

ok anons here is the current and final status of all things anon as i see it. This is the culmination of a life of seeking and study - indeed the term for this is GNOSIS. Gnosis is the basis of JESUS' advanced teaching, which the Apostles, and indeed most of humanity, rejected in favor of the lies of men.

Why does it seem that we are always on tne "precipice" of victory yet not there? Why is it that everything in this world is always "on the bubble" making our choices difficult and uncertain? Its not a coincidence. The dark forces in our hive like it that way - because too much suffering and the sheep will die or give up. It must be balanced while control is always maintainted. They must be fed JUST enough to keep them going. This applies to both the (false) physical and (false) spiritual reality created by the dark forces. This what THE PLAN was to undo for the first time in human history.

Example - WEALTH - why do most people live "hand to mouth" their whole lives? Do they choose this? Not really - Most accept the reality they are born into. Only America (and to a lesser extent, Russia) has created any chink in the armor of global control of individuals. (That is why American and Russia are relentlessly attacked)

Example - INFORMATION - why are anons given just enough proof and intel to keep them going, yet NEVER enough to provide transparancy and justice? It is NOT a conicidence that this status remains today; the declas and MOABS etc could have been disclosed long ago with no loss of life - in fact now the opposite is clear.

GOD uses natural forms for creation - very related to numbers and symmetry and the "sacred" forms which make up all our great art and math and science. One big example is the mandelbrot - the sections of the mandelbrot "house" the different types of energy/souls that exist in each part of our spiritual/physical universe. The bulbs of the classic mandelbrot correspond to the number of souls in each section of the realm.

the large bulb in the mandelbrot are normies; those that go along and get along. the tiny tip is the connection to the higher powers and this is JESUS - this is why/how JESUS is lord and savior - he literally is the only soul in position to communicate with the higher power. The medium size bulb are what you would know as "rightous" people - working in the corrupt world but willing to see and seek the light and live by that every day. The small bulb are the anons - dedicated seekers of the light. Anons are the connection between JESUS and the others two bulbs. It was our job to show them the LIGHT and we did. Then they chose. As you know in your hearts, most chose poorly.

As anons also well know, the role of POTUS is (was) huge. Anons know how special POTUS is (was). I say "was" for a very important reason. POTUS has a very important soul - one of the most significant in our universe and with great power -and one that is LIGHT because all true power only comes from LIGHT- BUT POTUS' light is covered by DARKNESS as it has served to form and manage this corrupt "hive" we live in. Yes, for those who know the Gnostic details POTUS is indeed Yaldaboath the demiurge. But Dark can never vanguish LIGHT - the most it can do is to "persuade" the light to help them create the dark which then appears as real but is not. It is a LIE. That is (was) the chance we are all given to live a real life in the LIGHT.

POTUS had the chance to complete the GA and save the hive - but he declined. He has decided he loves himself too much and enjoys earthly delights (and by definition all earthly horrors as well) too too much to give up and become a servant of the LIGHT and follow JESUS. Therefore do not look for POTUS to "keep his promises" made to anons - he will not. He will only keep his public promises until anons either give up or die. It is not that POTUS entered with this intent; - he proceeded with the vision of Dark to Light - but when the final decision was made he chose poorly and blocked the patriots of LIGHT who prepared so long and so well.

But as anons also know - GOD WINS. So while POTUS has failed and refused to allow the LIGHT to enter and control our realm, there is yet a result we can be glad of - and that is this corrupt hive will be "erased" from the memory of GOD and cease to exist - all of the anons and rightous souls who turned to the LIGHT will be part of a new hive where LIGHT rules - not DARK. This is the inevitable end game of all GOD'S creation - which can only end in LIGHT.

The souls who chose poorly will be simply gone - no torture, no lake of fire - GOD does not do those things, which were tools to persuade people to choose WISELY, at least to save themselves!. All will just cease to exist along with our entire reality, the moment GOD turns his attention away to the infinite other realities that create and manifest LIGHT.

And as for POTUS? He also chose poorly and he too will cease to exist as he is too powerful to risk another opportunity. Of course his pride prevented him from seeing his fate. Final question - is it too late for POTUS to change course and alter the outcome? Answer is 2 parts - yes it is indeed too late as just noted, BUT POTUS may yet choose to live out the remainder of his life in the LIGHT - so there may be hope for anons seeing some of the transparency and justice anons crave - in this realm and before the final curtain falls. (The biggest decision he has ever made - he said TODAY) If he does so this anon will give POTUS credit for full martyrdom as he will have voluntarily gone down with the ship as the last act of a truly epic hero.

But the names have alreatd been written in the book of life. Anons can take solace that although these "earthly" things will perish the souls of LIGHT will go on to a blessed continuance in the LIGHT OF GOD.

As described in Chapter Five, the FISA application relied in part on Steele's reporting. In Chapter Four we noted that Steele's

SSA 1 told us that he was unaware of these concerns, but said he would have found this information useful and would have wanted to know about it while supervising the Crossfire Hurricane investigation. Handling Agent 1 expressed surprise that the Crossfire Hurricane team did not access Steele's Delta file earlier. He said that the team should have "turned the file upside down" looking for information 2 months earlier and that he assumed that some members of the team had thoroughly reviewed the file.

Investigative report: Disabled, elderly at โ€˜back of the lineโ€™ for COVID-19 care in at least 25 states

 

Some state guidelines said patients with cystic fibrosis shouldn't even be considered for ventilators; six states say hospitals should consider taking ventilators away from patients who rely on them in daily life if others need them more, a practice advocates say would discourage people with disabilities from even seeking treatment for COVID-19.

 

UNITED STATES, April 9, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) โ€” Coronavirus patients with disabilities or over a certain age could be placed at โ€œthe back of the line for life-saving treatmentโ€ in states across America in the event of a shortage of medical supplies such as ventilators, according to an investigative report by The Center for Public Integrity.

 

The report analyzed the emergency rationing or โ€œcrisis standards of careโ€ policies of 30 states and concluded that 25 of them โ€œhad provisions of the sort advocates fear will send people with disabilities to the back of the line for life-saving treatment.โ€ The Center for Public Integrity says that the other 20 states had either โ€œnot established rationing policies or did not release them.โ€

 

Among the reportโ€™s findings are (emphasis added):

 

Policies and guidelines in 14 states, including Alabamaโ€™s, put patients with specific criteria or diagnoses at the back of the ventilator line in a way disability advocates decry as discriminatory. Alabama, Louisiana, Pennsylvania, Texas and Utah direct hospitals to take dementia into account. In Washington, the state's guidelines say doctors should consider โ€œbaseline functional statusโ€ when determining whether to move patients to end-of-life care, including โ€œloss of reserves in energy, physical ability, cognition and general health.โ€

 

Policies and guidelines in five statesโ€”Alaska, Florida, Oklahoma, Vermont and Wisconsinโ€”specify that patients with cystic fibrosis, a genetic lung disease that affects about 30,000 people in the U.S., should not be considered for a ventilator.

 

Policies in 13 states direct hospitals to evaluate whether patients need โ€œassistance with activities of daily livingโ€ or would need more resources than other patients, such as home oxygen or dialysis.

 

Policies in six statesโ€”Connecticut, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Minnesota and New Yorkโ€”say hospitals should consider taking ventilators away from patients who rely on them in daily life if others need them more, a practice advocates say would discourage people with disabilities from even seeking treatment for COVID-19.

 

Policies in 16 states took into account how many more years patients are likely to live, beyond their immediate illnesses. Advocates say that could lead to all sorts of discrimination against the disabled, many of whom already have lived much longer than their initial prognoses.

 

The report also argues that โ€œstates need to have policies in place now, before coronavirus cases peak, and should not cloak them in secrecyโ€ because if doctors are left without clear guidance to make decisions on who lives and who dies in a crisis situation, then there is a risk that they will โ€œlean on personal biases and stereotypes, even unwittingly.
