Lots of odd words and images that seem connected in some obscure yet precise way.

If you saw a word and an object next to each other, would that word bring up a memory of that object?

How about if you saw it a thousand times?

If you saw an emotional word next to an object, would you feel that emotion if you saw that object?

How about if you saw it a thousand times?

 

Define an 'abusive relationship'.

Are we subject to demoralization?

How many times have you seen/heard/smelt 'shit'?

Would we have consumed the produced excrement of manipulators?

Think about what position that puts one in.

 

Would one in that position have healthy reasoning?

You've seen others who justify their enslavement / abuse.

Are fish capable of seeing the water they swim through?

 

Do they flood us with poison?

Are the words/images of that flood, loaded with malicious associations?

You must understand how information enters our minds, and percolates through them, to understand how they're poisoning it now:

Your beliefs become your thoughts,

Your thoughts become your words,

Your words become your actions,

Your actions become your habits,

Your habits become your values,

Your values become your destiny.

 

Beliefs themselves are a web of emotions and Will.

 

Could contact with their poison sway us to a different experience?

Could this sway be stronger than we want to admit?

Would this effectively censor our Awakening + Free Speech? The ability to join two points together? To discus our own unique experience?

They accomplish this by conditioning our minds with repetitions of what they want us to experience, which obscures and scatters the phrases we use. They have had a 24/7/365 pressence on our boards.

Would this lesson the impact that our cultural expressions has on us?

Reducing the depth that information is absorbed?

Interfere with memory formation? Fracture beliefs [webs of emotions]?

We know this to be "Trust the Plan" yet those who view our board, who see glimpses of the images and/or words that 'eBot' posts will have their unconscious minds conditioned to experience 'rust' [Decay] the 'flan' [sweet custard - Consume].

This turns the phrase an entire 180 from the emotional excitement that there is an active progression of events unfolding in a coordinated display, to, an order to actively aid in the decay of a sought after treat; To demoralize others who haven't been quelled.

 

Our unconscious impressions are the code they 'program', we experience what they want us to.

They have their own 'Reptilian language' [Network of loaded words that our nervous system responds to, created by the subliminal content they inject into our daily experience].

They turned us into their agents, to do their bidding. MKUltra deployed on you, the one reading.

 

Another example is the 'LotR' word theme.

The one 'ring' to rule them all is our anus. They have twisted the journey to 'mordor' into a rape experience, and use that continuous flood to whip us up into a highly emotional state, where we're easier to 'program' with the aforementioned example.

 

They use this flood to censor us who are critical against their narrative.

This is Information Warfare.

'Wetware' hacking.

 

There is an insidiously calculated system behind each word deployed through 'eBot'.

They waste not a picture to shape your experience.

 

What other areas of our movement do they slip into?

What leverage/power exists in selecting what is 'important'

A group of six southern Republican governors are coordinating the reopening of their states in the coming days following the closure of businesses during the CCP virus pandemic.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis confirmed the move Tuesday during an interview on Fox News.

β€œWe have had a meeting with all the Southeastern governorsβ€”Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, and Tennessee,” DeSantis said. β€œAnd we shared a lot of ideas. I think we will be the same page on some stuff.”

South Korea Goes on Media Blitz Defending Kim Jong-un’s Health

 

Reports out of South Korea continued to deny on Wednesday and Thursday local time that North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un’s life is in danger. The rebuttals are designed to counter American media reports that Kim could be on his deathbed or even β€œbrain dead.”

 

Reports of potentially severe health challenges facing Kim, believed to be about 36 years old, initially surfaced on the website Daily NK, which covers the repressive country. The publication, citing one unnamed source, claimed that Kim underwent heart surgery on April 12 and is recovering and at high risk for exposure to the Chinese coronavirus, which is deadly to many with preexisting medical conditions.

 

North Korea insists that it has documented zero cases of Chinese coronavirus in the country, despite being located in an area surrounded by nations with high numbers of cases. Some reports indicate that the virus has killed as many as 100 soldiers on the nation’s border with China.

 

On Monday, CNN reported that Kim could be in β€œgrave danger,” though the quotes from anonymous officials the network published noted merely that intelligence officials were interested in monitoring Kim’s health. Kim is believed to be significantly obese, a factor that puts him at high risk of complicates from coronavirus, making his health important to track regardless of reports of any surgery.

 

Subsequent unsubstantiated American media chatter on Monday claimed he was β€œbrain dead” or at least facing life-threatening health challenges. The reports were fueled in part by Kim’s bizarre absence from the public eye since April 11, the day before he allegedly had surgery. For the first time since ascending to the totalitarian throne of his father Kim Jong-il, the dictator missed the nation’s most important holiday this weekend, the birthday of his grandfather Kim Il-sung. On Thursday South Korea time, the nation’s JoongAng Ilbo newspaper published a story adding to the government denials of these reports titled β€œKim Jong-un Is Perfectly Fine, Sources Say.”

 

An unnamed South Korean β€œgovernment source” told the newspaper that Kim β€œis staying at a villa in Kangwon Province and has been conducting undisclosed visits to nearby locations” but Seoul has no information indicating that Kim’s death is imminent.

 

The nation’s Yonhap news agency published a story Wednesday similarly quoting an unnamed official at the presidential office insisting that, in North Korea, β€œthere has been no unusual activity.”

 

Yonhap noted that the official β€œwould not comment on Kim’s whereabouts and whether he underwent a heart surgery.”

 

Chosun Ilbo, a South Korean conservative newspaper, similarly quoted a β€œsenior Cheong Wa Dae [presidential palace, the Blue House] official” insisting, β€œKim is believed to be staying outside of Pyongyang with his close advisers and appears to be performing his duties as usual.”

He began his career as a flight surgeon for the 16th Special Operations Wing and subsequently served as a surgeon for the 24th Special Tactics Squadron and as Special Assistant to J-2 for Chemical and Biological Warfare at the Joint Special Operations Command. UK Won’t Change Its Mind on Huawei’s 5G Involvement, Says Top Civil Servant

 

A top civil servant at the Foreign Office has said that the British government has made a β€œfirm decision” on allowing Chinese tech giant Huawei to help build the United Kingdom’s 5G network, and the arrangement will not be reconsidered.

 

Asked whether he would advise Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, Dominic Raab, to reevaluate the UK’s position, Sir Simon McDonald, the Foreign Office’s permanent undersecretary, told MPs at the foreign affairs select committee on Tuesday: β€œAs you know… the government decided to proceed with an investment but with very strict conditions… As far as I know that… is a firm decision and is not being reopened.”

 

β€œChina is a very important partner of the United Kingdom, and I think it’s compatible to proceed with the Huawei decision and have the strategically independent relationship that I have been talking about,” Sir Simon added in comments reported by Reuters.

 

In January, Prime Minister Boris Johnson signed off on the involvement of Huawei in the future development of the country’s 5G data networks. A collective sigh of joy and relief rose from the dozens of onlookers as the first jars of pRoJeCt from QResearch’s cannery in QResearchβ€”earmarked for Feeding Americaβ€”moved down the production line.

Peter Polis, full-time cannery manager, and his crew have worked the past several months, retooling and upgrading equipment to make this humanitarian project possible. β€œThis is extremely exciting, really exciting for all of us,” he said. β€œThe Lord blesses us with the necessary means to help those in need.”

QResearch cannery has a 10-year history of providing pRoJeCt to the QResearch Food Bank. In October, the decision was made to expand and help not only the QResearch Food Bank and its affiliates, but also to partner with Feeding America. Feeding America is a nationwide network of food banks and the nation’s leading domestic hunger-relief charity. It helps provide food to more than 46 million people through 60,000 food pantries and meal programs. Each year 4 billion meals are provided to families through Feeding America, according to their website, www.feedingamerica.org.

QResearch plans to provide between 950,000 and 1 million jars for this humanitarian effort in 2017. Community and corporate volunteers staff humanitarian pRoJeCt work shifts. The cannery is the only pRoJeCt production facility in QResearch’s worldwide welfare network. The peanuts are grown on QResearch farm in Pearsall, Texas, near San Antonio.

Don Johnson, director of the Production and Distribution Division, and Joe Love, headquarters manager over Processing Operations for QResearch Welfare Services, witnessed the event. β€œThis is a humanitarian opportunity for QResearch working with Feeding America. We are trying to be a partner with them to help them and us. That’s what we want to do. Our first objective is to feed members of our QResearch that are in need. McCrae Dowless, the man at the center of the District 9 election scandal, has been indicted on federal charges for collecting disability while being paid for working on campaigns in 2018.

According to court documents, Dowless worked for at least two candidates and their campaigns during the 2018 Midterm election. During that time, he reportedly got paid thousands of dollars for his work, yet failed to report his income to the Social Security Administration.

 

He was charged with one count of theft of government property, two counts of social security fraud and one count of false statements.

Dowless was known in his rural North Carolina community as a politically obsessed man who over nearly a decade delivered votes for his candidates and stayed just out of reach of laws protecting ballots from potential tampering.

Last year, he was indicted on several charges in connection with the District 9 election fraud investigation, including felony obstruction of justice, perjury and possession of absentee ballot.

He was arrested less than a week after the state elections board decided his work on behalf of Harris, starting with the 2018 primary, tainted the GOP candidate’s apparent victory in November.

 

A new election was ordered.

Channel 9β€²s thorough investigation into the District led to the only time in documented history a federal election was overturned for a fraud investigation.

Much of the fear we face regarding COVID-19 has to do with just how little we really know about it, how invisible it is and how it forces people to play a horrible waiting game.

When cases first started popping up in the states, there weren’t enough tests available to really get a good idea of the scope of the spread, and even now many places won’t test potential patients who are only presenting mild symptoms.

China has updated its numbers, now stating that it has confirmed 83,853 cases of the coronavirus and experienced 4,636 deaths and 77,779 recoveries, according to data from Johns Hopkins.

There are still some staggering numbers being reported. Over 2.5 million cases have been confirmed worldwide, and the most have been reported by the United States at 820,104 on Tuesday afternoon.

That’s a terrifying number β€” but it’s out of over 4 million people who have been tested. And while over 14,500 have died in New York City alone, over 75,000 have recovered in the United States as a whole.

Worldwide, though there have been 176,323 deaths, there have been 679,748 recoveries so far β€” certainly an encouraging number, and hopefully it will be reflected in the patients still battling the virus.

Those who have been released with an all-clear from the hospitals are certainly celebrating. Nurses, doctors, family members and friends are all relieved when a patient gets to go home.

Take Baptist Health South Florida for example. On April 10, the hospital shared a video of a longtime married couple being wheeled out of the hospital together, both having beaten the virus.

A group of six southern Republican governors are coordinating the reopening of their states’ economies even as some health experts argue they have not reached the testing capacity required to do so safely.

 

Florida, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, and Tennessee plan to reopen businesses in the coming days, although details about the restarting process are not yet clear.

 

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis confirmed the plan Tuesday during an appearance on Fox News.

 

β€œWe have had a meeting with all the Southeastern governors β€” Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, and Tennessee,” DeSantis said. β€œAnd we shared a lot of ideas. I think we will be the same page on some stuff.”

 

DeSantis’s communications director Helen Aguirre FerrΓ© confirmed the β€œcoalition” in a tweet, saying Florida is working with the five other states β€œto safely re-open as well as working regionally within Florida to make sure we thread the needle properly.”

Georgia Governor Brian Kemp announced Monday that state’s β€œstay at home order” would be lifted on April 30, sparking criticism from local mayors. Georgia will allow gyms, bowling alleys, hair and nail salons, and massage therapists to reopen as soon as Friday, provided they follow health requirements and social distancing measures. Restaurants will be allowed to reopen with restrictions next Monday, although bars will remain closed until further notice.

 

The governor admitted cases of the virus will likely see an uptick as businesses are allowed to reopen across the state.

 

β€œThese are tough decisions, no doubt. And I will have to make more of them,” Kemp said.

 

As of Wednesday morning, Florida has seen nearly 28,000 cases of the coronavirus and at least 866 people have died. Georgia meanwhile has seen more than 19,000 cases and at least 810 deaths.

 

Governor Bill Lee of Tennessee said on Monday that the state’s stay at home order will be allowed to expire on April 30 and most businesses will be permitted to reopen on May 1. In South Carolina, many businesses received the green light to reopen on Tuesday.

 

Mississippi Governor Tate Reeves said his state plans to ease restrictions on some businesses next Monday, and Alabama plans to allow restaurants and some businesses to reopen after the state’s stay at home order expires at the end of the month.

 

The push among southern states to reopen comes after the Trump administration released guidelines last week for states looking to restart their economies.

Pentagon seeks $76 million next year to start replacing Offutt-based 'Doomsday' jets

 

The day is coming when Offutt Air Force Base’s giant β€œDoomsday” planes will fly off into the sunset.

 

The Air Force has started a program to replace the four E-4B Nightwatch jets β€” also known as the National Airborne Operations Center β€” within 10 years. The Doomsday moniker is because their primary mission is to take off and maintain control of nuclear weapons in the event of nuclear war. They also frequently are used as a transport plane for the secretary of defense.

 

In December, the Air Force posted a notice about the proposed replacement aircraft, which will be called the Survivable Airborne Operations Center, or SAOC. An β€œindustry day” informational session for potential contractors was held in February.

 

β€œIn case of national emergency or destruction of ground command control centers, the SAOC will provide a highly survivable command, control and communications (C3) platform to direct U.S. forces, execute emergency war orders, and coordinate actions by civil authorities,” said the Air Force’s notice.

 

Congress budgeted $20 million in 2019 and 2020 to begin looking for a replacement for the E-4B and two other types of military aircraft, the E-6B Mercury and the C-32A. The Trump administration is seeking $76.4 million in its 2021 budget, and is looking to spend more than half a billion dollars over the next five years developing the new plane.

U.N. Secretary-General Says Climate Change Devastation Will Be 'Many Times Greater' Than Coronavirus Pandemic

 

The U.N. is looking to keep nations focused on efforts to fight the effects of climate change, with Secretary-General AntΓ³nio Guterres urging governments to capitalize on their coronavirus pandemic rebuilding efforts by doing more to help the environment.

 

The U.N. leader spoke Monday during a virtual forum of small island states, where he said the devastation being caused by the virus should remind world leaders that such consequences will be far worse if they "retreat" on efforts to address climate change. In recent months, the U.N. conducted a survey of 40,000 people in 186 countries as part of an initiative marking the organization's 75th anniversary. The survey found that "climate" and "environment" topped the list of concerns that respondents believe will most affect humanity's future, followed by "conflicts" and "health risks."

 

Speaking just ahead of Earth Day on Wednesday, Guterres told the Alliance of Small Island States that the global community's "adaptation" and financial "resilience" in overcoming the pandemic should be continued in the fight against climate change.

 

"Currently, all eyes are on the COVID-19 pandemic, the biggest test the world has faced since the Second World War. We must work together to save lives, ease suffering, lessen the shattering economic and social consequences, and bring the disease under control," Guterres said. "But, at the same time, let us not lose focus on climate change. The social and economic devastation caused by climate disruption will be many times greater than the current pandemic."

 

Guterres stressed that he intends to rally international support for the Paris Agreement. The United States is set to officially withdraw from the climate accord one day after the November presidential election. President Donald Trump announced the withdrawal in June 2017, saying the agreement puts the U.S. at a "permanent disadvantage." Limiting global temperature rise to 1.5 degrees Celsius (2.7 degrees Fahrenheit) and international strategies for reaching net zero emissions were among the elements of the international agreement.

 

A recent Pew Research Center survey found that the percentage of Americans who say global climate change is a major threat to the well-being of the U.S. has increased, from 44 percent in 2009 to 60 percent this year. Among Democrat-leaning voters, 88 percent say climate change is a major threat, compared with 31 percent of Republican-leaning voters who say the same.

Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) said Florida has successfully flattened the coronavirus curve and will be working with a coalition of southeastern state governors on reopening the state as his newly assembled task force begins to discuss ways to revitalize the economy.

 

DeSantis, who is allowing the state’s stay-at-home order to expire April 30, said on Tuesday the dire predictions never materialized in Florida and residents had successfully flattened the curve.

 

β€œThose predictions have been false,” DeSantis said. β€œOur work is succeeding. We have flattened the curve.”

 

The governor said officials now know they are not in a position where hospitals will be overwhelmed.

 

β€œWe know the No. 1 thing that people were concerned about with this was that that type of catastrophe, that’s not going to happen,” DeSantis said. β€œThat’s not happened. We have all these extra beds and field hospitals and nobody’s there.”

 

DeSantis said it is just as important for the public to have confidence and assembled a task force comprised of elected leaders and business officials to help craft the plan to safely and successfully reopen the Sunshine State in a way that instills confidence in Florida residents.

The 22-member executive group includes one professional from the medical community, Tampa General Hospital CEO John Couris. It also includes the mayors of Florida’s three counties hardest hit by coronavirus, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach and Broward.

 

Executives from companies with a large footprint in Florida including Publix, Lockheed Martin, Disney and Universal will also serve on the task force.

 

Florida cabinet members CFO Jimmy Patronis and Attorney General Ashley Moody were selected to be on the task force. Notably Department of Agriculture Commissioner Nikki Fried, the only democrat on the cabinet, is not on the task force.

 

DeSantis stressed that he wants the plan to lead Florida in β€œresurging back to where we all want to be.”

Saudi Arabia may re-route tankers if U.S. imposes crude import ban

 

Saudi Arabia is looking into re-routing millions of barrels of oil onboard tankers sailing to the United States if President Donald Trump decides to block imports of crude from the kingdom, shipping and trade sources say. Some 40 million barrels of Saudi oil are on their way to the United States and due to arrive in the coming weeks, piling more pressure on markets already struggling to absorb a glut of stocks, according to shipping data and sources.

 

U.S. officials have said in recent days that Washington is considering blocking Saudi shipments of crude oil, or putting tariffs on those shipments, adding to difficulties for the cargoes now on the water. Shipping sources said the kingdom had tried to seek storage options for the cargoes from tanker owners when the ships were chartered last month, but many pushed back given booming rates and not wanting tied up vessels. Two sources said Saudi Arabia was looking into whether it could re-route the cargoes elsewhere if the United States halted imports.

 

Saudi Arabia’s state oil company Saudi Aramco said it is committed to its long-term contracts with its customers with deliveries of crude shipments for April, May and June.

 

Aramco also β€œoffers its larger customers with refineries in multiple regions of the world optionality to take their crude purchases from Aramco into the region,” the company said in a statement to Reuters. β€œChanges in ship destinations are routine in the course of our business, particularly in a company of our scale.”

 

Oil traders active in European and Asian markets said there was expectation that the Saudis would look to divert the cargoes to other markets if a ban was imposed, in a move that would then put huge pressure on storage tanks in those two regions.

 

β€œEurope looks full, but surely if the Saudis offer it at really cheap levels, buyers would take it,” a source with an international trading firm said. β€œSome still have storage spaces or may agree to float it for some time.” A source at a separate oil trading firm active in Asia said they expected many of the barrels that were bound for the United States to flow to the region if exports were blocked. The slump in demand triggered by the novel coronavirus and the hunt for storage options had prompted the United States to consider such action.

 

U.S. senator Ted Cruz said on Twitter on Tuesday: β€œMy message to the Saudis: TURN THE TANKERS THE HELL AROUND.”

 

Shipping data showed 19 supertankers - each capable of carrying 2 million barrels of oil - were sailing to key U.S. terminals, especially in the U.S. Gulf.

 

Three separate tankers, also chartered by Saudi Arabia, were currently anchored outside U.S. Gulf ports, the data showed. β€œThis could prove to be a very expensive exercise for Saudi Arabia as whatever happens with the cargoes and the tanker owners will need to be paid demurrage (for the ships) and those costs would have been locked in when the market was higher to secure the charters,” a shipping source said.

 

β€œWhile this is an expensive gamble for the Saudis, shutting off production would have been proved even more costly.” Additional costs, known as demurrage, were estimated at $250,000 a day based on rates last month when a lot of vessels were booked.

 

Daily tanker rates soared to nearly $300,000 in the past month and though they have retreated to $150,000 a day this week, they are still significant and would be in addition to other costs including insurance if the ships are held up.

Kentucky State Lawmaker Strangled Woman With Ethernet Cable Until She 'Believed She Was Going To Pass Out,' Police Say

 

Kentucky Republican Representative Robert Goforth was arrested Tuesday on domestic violence charges, including strangling a woman with an Ethernet cable and threatening to kill her.

 

Goforth, a former candidate for governor, was charged with assault, felony strangulation and terroristic threatening.

 

In 2019, Goforth was also accused of sexual misconduct by a woman who claimed in an online petition that Goforth had forced her to have sexual relations with a business associate. Goforth denied the allegations.

 

"As a husband and father," Goforth told the Commonwealth Journal in January 2019, "sexual assault and violence against women sickens me, and I condemn any such acts in the strongest possible terms."

 

When contacted for comment, the Laurel County Sheriff's Office directed Newsweek to a press release about Goforth's arrest on its Facebook page. According to that information, deputies responded to a complaint that a woman had shown up at the 911 Dispatch Center asking to speak to a deputy.

 

"When deputies arrived at 911 dispatch and made contact with the female, they noted that she had visible marks on her forehead, neck and arms," the Sheriff's Office said. "They learned that allegedly there had been an altercation and during the altercation the female victim had been strangled."

 

According to the arrest citation, Goforth strangled the woman "to the point that she had difficulty breathing and believed she was going to pass out." Goforth also attempted to "hog-tie" the victim.

 

"Deputies also noted there was bruising to the female victim's leg and that during the altercation the female victim stated that this subject stated he was going to kill her," the statement continued.

 

Three small children, who were allegedly present during the attack, were reported found safe in the accuser's home.

 

"It is deeply troubling to see an elected official who is part of our General Assembly being charged with such a serious, potentially fatal type of criminal activity," said the Kentucky Coalition Against Domestic Violence in a statement emailed to Newsweek on Tuesday. "We will be following closely the developments of this case as it progresses through the court system. Sadly, it is not altogether shocking to hear about a person who holds a position of such grave responsibility, and power, being charged with a crime of domestic violence."

 

"We are extremely grateful that the alleged female victim in this instance was able to access the help of law enforcement and that her injuries were not fatal," the statement continued.

 

In a Tuesday statement, Kentucky Democratic Spokeswoman Marisa McNee said Goforth "must resign immediately."

It seeks unspecified damages for what they called WHO's 'incalculable' harm to the roughly 756,000 adult residents in Westchester County who would make up the class.

Westchester county was one of the earliest U.S. hot spots for the coronavirus and the men have accused the health body of gross negligence in covering up and responding to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The three men also accuse the WHO of failing monitor China's response to the original outbreak, provide treatment guidelines, advise members on how to respond including through travel restrictions, and coordinate a global response.

 

They also accused the WHO of conspiring with China's government, which was not named as a defendant, to cover up COVID-19's severity.

'The Chinese government and the WHO intentionally misled the international community, including the named Plaintiffs, about the coronavirus and its devastating medical and economic effects', according to the lawsuit.

The WHO did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Its director-general, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, has defended the agency's handling of the pandemic, saying the WHO had kept the world informed about the coronavirus. He has also called for global unity to fight the pandemic.

President Donald Trump has repeatedly complained about its alleged mismanagement, cover-up and missteps.

He announced a decision to halt funding for the U.N. agency earlier this month; congress controls the funds.

Documents Reveal Feds Are Excited To Create A Mass Surveillance Network

 

A FOIA request by the Electronic Privacy Information Center revealed how excited the National Security Commission on Artificial Intelligence (NSCAI) is about using CCTV cameras to create a national surveillance network.

 

An NSCAI presentation titled "Chinese Tech Landscape Overview" discusses China's facial recognition CCTV camera network in glowing terms.

 

"When we talk about data resources, really the largest data source is the government.'"

 

The presentation discusses how the Chinese government profits from encouraging companies to use facial recognition on visitors and employees.

 

"Now that these companies are operating at scale they are building a host of other services (e.g. facial recognition for office buildings, augmented reality)"

 

In America things are not all that different.

 

In the United States, the Feds encourage private companies like Clearview AI, Amazon Ring and Flock Safety to use facial recognition and automatic license plate readers to identify everyone.

 

Under the section "State Datasets: Surveillance = Smart Cities" the presentation extol's China's smart city surveillance saying, "it turns out that having streets carpeted with cameras is good infrastructure for smart cities as well."

 

Americans do not need more government surveillance and we certainly do not need our smart cities carpeted with government surveillance devices.

 

The NSCAI says, "mass surveillance is a killer application for deep learning.

 

As our government applies AI deep learning to things like CCTV cameras, cellphone locations, and license plate readers, a person's entire life can be predicted.

 

AI's will use deep learning to accurately guess where you work, eat, shop, sleep, worship and vacation. Basically, mass surveillance is a killer application for knowing all there is to know about everyone.

 

Last week MLlive, revealed that a startup AI company co-founded by the University of Michigan is helping governments use CCTV cameras to monitor people for social distancing as indicated by a professor of electrical and computer engineering at the University of Michigan (UM):

 

"Two weeks ago, Corso said he and his team began tracking physical distancing at locations like Times Square in New York, Miami Beach, Abbey Road in London and the Ruthven Museums Building at UM."

 

Police in New York City use CCTV cameras to fine people up to $1,000 for not social distancing. While police in Florida set up checkpoints on highways and police in the United Kingdom use CCTV cameras to enforce stay-at-home orders.

 

Voxel51 uses their "physical distancing index" to track social distancing in major cities around the globe.

 

"Voxel51 is tracking the impact of the coronavirus global pandemic on social behavior, using a metric we developed called the Voxel51 Physical Distancing Index (PDI). The PDI helps people understand how the coronavirus is changing human activity in real-time around the world. Using our cutting-edge computer vision models and live video streams from some of the most visited streets in the world, the PDI captures the average amount of human activity and social distancing behaviors in major cities over time."

 

What worries me is how law enforcement might use Voxel51 to fine or arrest people for not observing government-mandated social distancing.

 

Despite what Voxel51 claims about anonymizing identifiable data, they are still collecting their data from public/government cameras.

 

A 2019 article in the Michigan News University of Michigan revealed that Voxel51 uses artificial intelligence to identify and follow people and objects.

With the coronavirus crisis hitting state budgets hard, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., said Wednesday that he is open to allowing states to declare bankruptcy – rather than sending governors more federal money to deal with their own ballooning deficits.

 

McConnell made the comments on "The Hugh Hewitt Show" against the backdrop of governors imploring the federal government for urgent fiscal help and congressional Democrats seeking to work with the Trump administration to provide it. McConnell, instead, said he "would certainly be in favor of allowing states to use the bankruptcy route," an option that is not currently available to them – as he called for a "pause" in such aid from Washington.

 

"I mean, we all represent states. We all have governors regardless of party who would love to have free money," McConnell said in response to a question on what the federal government should do to help states in tricky financial situations. "And that’s why I said yesterday we’re going to push the pause button here, because I think this whole business of additional assistance for state and local governments need[s] to be thoroughly evaluated."

 

McConnell then mentioned that many states are struggling with funding pensions or similar programs, saying "[t]here's not going to be any desire on the Republican side to bail out state pensions by borrowing money from future generations."

 

After Hewett weighed in, criticizing liberal states that racked up significant liabilities, McConnell said he favored letting states declare bankruptcy, as local governments are allowed to.

 

"Yeah, I would certainly be in favor of allowing states to use the bankruptcy route. It saves some cities," McConnell said. "And there’s no good reason for it not to be available."

 

McConnell's comments come one day after the Senate advanced an interim stimulus package to restock funds in the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and address a handful of other priorities. He initially sought to have the bill include only funding for the PPP but Democrats held up the legislation until they could extract concessions from the majority leader. Though McConnell ceded to some of their requests, he kept funding for state governments out of the bill, which is expected to see a vote in the House of Representatives on Thursday.

I heard this podcast, and I've listened to several of the other podcasts these guys have put out. It could be right. But they claim that all this will be handled through the courts, which makes sense, but goes against what Q has said. And if it does go through the court system, it'll take years and years before any of these cock suckers see a prison cell/noose. I don't see how that'll be of much help, especially considering all the corruption in the courts.

Acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell penned a scathing response to House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA) in a letter released Tuesday.

 

Schiff had sent a letter to Grenell on April 7 complaining he made staff reductions at the National Counterterrorism Center without consulting Congress, and condemned the removal or departure of every Senate-confirmed official at the Office of the Director of the National Intelligence (ODNI ).

 

He also accused Grenell of allowing his staff to interfere with briefings on 2020 election security and politicizing intelligence, and asked that he keep Congress updated on the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on election security.

 

And he complained about President Trump’s decision to fire intelligence community Inspector General Michael Atkinson and said his committee was reviewing Atkinson’s dismissal, and asked Grenell to certify that he would not interfere with the future inspector general.

 

Grenell responded to the allegations in an April 20 letter:

 

'' Thank you for your letter of April 7 with suggestions for reforming the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI),” he wrote.

 

I must begin by voicing my surprise that your four-page letter said nothing about the historic appointment of the first female Director of the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC). Instead, you expressed concerns regarding the retirement of the former male Director. You erroneously cast judgment on the reason of his departure while ignoring the accomplishments of NCTC’s new leadership, two highly qualified female officers serving as the Acting Director and the Acting Deputy Director. Diversity of the IC workforce should always be celebrated, and I am proud that we increased diversity within the ODNI’s senior ranks, to include more women and members of the LGBT community.''

Grenell also defended members of the career intelligence officers at the ODNI, whom he said Schiff was accusing of politicizing intelligence:

Many are offended by the accusations that they did not share unvarnished assessments. If you share with me the reports you believe provide evidence for these claims, I can promise you that I will review them with the seriousness such accusations demand.

 

Grenell took a subtle dig at Schiff for his suspected leaking.

 

He noted in his letter the intelligence officials who briefed members of Congress on March 10 on election security left behind an unclassified fact sheet because some members of Congress had asked for publicly releasable information to share with constituents and the media β€” and also to protect themselves from subsequent media leaks.

In the book Beyond A Pale Horse, 1991 by Milton William (Bill) Cooper,

the first chapter is mostly an excerpt from a document called "Silent Weapons For Quiet Wars" (dated May 1979, 'discovered' July 7, 1989 in an IBM copier purchased at a surplus sale). The Mid-atlantic states have tapped McKinsey and Company to assist in reopening efforts, but its ties to China are troubling. The consortium of Mid-atlantic states led by New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, which is creating a plan to reopen their economies, has hired consulting firm McKinsey and Company to help with their efforts. As the New York Post reported last week, officials close to the process say the McKinsey-aided plan is an attempt to thwart Trump’s efforts at quick reopening, one official called it β€œTrump-proof.” But McKinsey is very close to another part of this story too, the nation that brought us the coronavirus, China. A brutal expose in the New York Times from 2018 showed a deeply troubling relationship between McKinsey and Communist state-owned companies in China. Some of the projects they worked on, including a set of artificial islands in the South China Sea are at direct odds with stated American policy goals.

 

In 2018, the consulting firm held a corporate retreat in Western China just a few scant miles from the sites of concentration camps where the Communist government imprisons upwards of a million Uyghur Muslims. This humanitarian crisis was no secret at the time. As the McKinsey executives took camel ride selfies, the world knew that an entire ethnic minority was being systematically erased just down the road. McKinsey’s excuse is the same as every company that kow tows to the communist regime in China, that it’s easier to fix China’s humanitarian problems from the inside. That is unadulterated neoliberal hokum, which has been proven wrong over, and over, and over. Making China more wealthy has not made China more free, it has only made it more powerful. Now it is using that power to challenge American interests and to spread deadly lies about a pandemic it created. McKinsey’s close ties to China should give us some pause considering the power that Cuomo’s Mid-atlantic band of governors are prepared to give it. Much of the firm’s work will be modeling testing and testing result patterns, which means they will be gathering and generating a remarkable amount of valuable data. These states are also looking at potential tracing programs meant to isolate infected individuals. These kinds of invasive practices walk a fine line in regard to civil liberties. Maybe a consulting firm that is comfortable looking the other way at literal concentration camps is not the best choice to assist in efforts to contain a virus while respecting the rights of American citizens. We also might consider the wisdom of handing so much information to a company with its hands so deeply and snugly in Communist China’s pockets.

A transcript is as follows:

 

HUGH HEWITT: I know when you put the CARES Act together, you used the task force, you used some of your best people like Marco Rubio. I have great respect for Lamar Alexander. A lot of the state governments are gonna be smashed up by this. But there is no Chapter 8 in the bankruptcy code. Who are you going to, you know, for states β€” no states can go bankrupt. Local governments can go bankrupt and reorganize. Who are you going to task to lead the effort on deciding what to do or not to do for the states?

 

SENATE MAJORITY LEADER MITCH MCCONNELL: I think it’s going to be a broad discussion without, you know, throughout the conference. I mean, we all represent states. We all have governors, regardless of party, who would love to have free money. And that’s why I said yesterday we’re going to push the pause button here, because I think this whole business of additional assistance for state and local governments need to be thoroughly evaluated. You raised yourself the important issue of what states have done, many of them have done to themselves with their pension programs. There’s not going to be any desire on the Republican side to bail out state pensions by borrowing money from future generations.

 

So this is a much bigger conversation than we’ve had providing assistance for small business because the government shut them out, put them down, put them out of business, or assistance to hospitals, which were overwhelmed by the COVID-19 disease. This is a very different decision. These are all taxing authorities, just like we are, and I think that’s why we need to have a fulsome conference-wide discussion among Senate Republicans before we go down this path.

 

HEWITT: I agree. I think people do not understand how badly mismanaged some states have been and their unfunded liabilities. And if they were in the private sector, they would have to reorganize under the bankruptcy code. But there is no bankruptcy code chapter. Do you think that we need to invent one for states so that they can discharge some of these liabilities that were put in place by previous governors like, I mean, Jerry Brown ran a giveaway program for public employee unions that was just astonishing, and β€” as did Gray Davis, as did, you know, a lot of Democratic governors, Illinois is probably the worst, and Connecticut. They’ve just given money away for years to people who aren’t working.

 

SENATE MAJORITY LEADER MCCONNELL: Yeah, I would certainly be in favor of allowing states to use the bankruptcy route. It saves some cities. And there’s no good reason for it not to be available. My guess is their first choice would be for the federal government to borrow money from future generations to send it down to them now so they don’t have to do that. That’s not something I’m going to be in favor of.
