I think we know why, there are voices on the right saying Stone’s whole prosecution was a set up, but Sullivan refuses to obey orders and dismiss the case. If Sullivan dismisses the case, then ALL prosecutions or null and void, because “fruit from the poisoness tree doctrine” (if I understand it correctly). If there was no basis to prosecute Flynn, there was no Russia collusion, Not was there any reason to call Stone before congress and set him up; and therefore anything anyone says or did after Flynn cannot be tried in a court of law.

The “Back the Blue” event, scheduled for Saturday morning at the city’s Memorial Park, will feature speakers and music performances.

 

According to a Facebook post by the Creighton College Republicans, Omaha Police Officers Association President Anthony Connor noted that every speaker at the gathering is a member of a minority group, including the first black president of the OPOA.

 

Creighton CRs President Tyler Henningsen said Professor Smith’s comments “are not just morally repugnant, they are a slap in the face of law enforcement officers who risk their lives every day …”

 

The CRs added that if Smith does not offer a public apology, he should resign.

 

Virgil Patlan, an Hispanic former Omaha police officer whose wife will be speaking at the Saturday event, told KFAB‘s Scott Vorhees that he’d “never been called a white supremacist before.”

 

According to his faculty page, Professor Smith’s scholarship deals mainly with “late antique, medieval, and Byzantine Christianity, focusing on asceticism and monasticism, and the relationship between Christianity and Greco-Roman society.” Aside from religion courses, Smith also teaches in the Women and Gender Studies Program.

“Visiting journalists give glowing report”, read a headline in the Beijing edition of the China Daily, an English-language newspaper that’s run by the Chinese government.

But what was unusual about this particular news report last year was where the journalists were from: India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and more than a dozen countries from Southeast Asia and Africa.

Police Officer put his knee on a man's head.

 

A citizen video of an Allentown police officer pressing his knee into a man’s neck during an arrest sparked a march Saturday where the police chief announced an investigation.

 

The video surfaced on social media Saturday night showing the arrest of a man on the sidewalk outside of the emergency room at St. Luke’s Sacred Heart Campus, 421 W. Chew St. The short video was shot by an unidentified person driving by just before 7 p.m. and shared by Black Lives Matter to Lehigh Valley.

 

The Allentown video mobilized a small crowd of protesters, who broadcast their march up Hamilton Street on Facebook Live around 11 p.m. As they walked down Allentown’s main downtown corridor, they chanted “defund the police,” “Black Lives Matter” and “no justice, no peace.”

 

The march also featured as call-and-response chants saying Floyd’s name and Breonna Taylor’s, a Black woman who was killed in Louisville when police officers shot her in her home earlier in the year.

 

They arrived at the Allentown Police Department precinct where they knocked on the doors and chanted things like, “hands up, don’t shoot.”

 

Mayor Ray O’Connell arrived first and told those gathered the video was “disturbing,” but said they needed all the information.

 

Shortly after, Allentown police Chief Glenn Granitz Jr. arrived and spoke with the crowd, who pressed him to say whether or not the officer’s actions violated the department’s use of force policy.

 

(The Allentown Police Department posted its use of force policy online July 2, joining the Bethlehem police, which was the first Lehigh Valley department to release its force policy.)

 

According to the 29-page policy, “police officers shall use only that force that is reasonably necessary to effectively bring an incident under control, while protecting the lives of the officer and others.”

 

Granitz repeatedly told the crowd he’d just gotten home from vacation and came to the station to investigate. Many factors go into whether an officer violated the use of force policy, the chief said.

 

“I’m here to look at what is going on,” Granitz said.

Following the unexpected demise under mysterious circumstances of accused sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein, his alleged associate, Ghislaine Maxwell, is potentially the last remaining person with knowledge of the names of the late financier's clients.

 

Lawyers for Ghislaine Maxwell, a British socialite believed to be linked to late Jeffrey Epstein's sex trafficking operations, are currently trying to convince the judge on her case to keep the records sealed and prevent their release to the public, citing their sensitive contents, The Sunday Times reported citing the court filing. They argued that the docs, which include Maxwell's 418-page-long deposition logs, flight records of Epstein's private jet, and Florida police reports, contain details regarding "intrusive questions about [Maxwell’s] sex life".

 

"The subject matter of these [documents] is extremely personal, confidential and subject to considerable abuse by the media. […] There are probably hundreds of people that would need to be designated", Maxwell’s lawyer, Jeffrey Pagliuca said in the filing.

 

The lawyers argued that the "extremely personal" documents about Maxwell might be used to "promote public scandal", and that the court must ensure they are not used to "gratify private spite" by banning their public release.

 

It's unclear who might be among the "hundreds" of people mentioned by the lawyer, but many people of high social and political standing have been suspected of using the services of the deceased sex trafficker due to the accusations of one of his alleged victims - Virginia Roberts Giuffre. The Duke of York, Prince Andrew, was one of the most high profile people accused by Giuffre of being a client of Epstein's and engaging in sex with her when she was still under 18.

 

The investigation reportedly failed to find records of the financier's clientele and he himself never disclosed information about them until he died under suspicious circumstances in prison, which was ruled a suicide. Since his death, Maxwell, his purported associate in sex trafficking affairs, is believed to be the investigators' key hope of determining the list of clients. The largest U.S. banks will announce their second-quarter results next week. Investors should expect another big hit to earnings as banks set aside more money to cover expected loan losses. Biden removed all doubt following the release of the “Biden-Sanders Unity Task Force” proposal, commissioned by both figures.

Wayfair thoughts from an e-commerce anon…

 

I ran an e-com company for 10 years, all of it, top to bottom. Started in the early Ebay days and morphed into self-branded and multi-channel (Amazon, etc).

 

The back-end inventory systems are complex but not all to difficult if you have people that understand number data sets (think excel, csv files etc). We we're pretty big and sophisticated.

 

In my view it is not possible to explain Wayfair as simply data entry errors or rogue coder. It's a brutal business to be in and price is manipulated daily, hourly and in Amazons' case by the customers history at times (yes, people see different pricing based on their history).

 

I tend to be a skeptic in general (anon trait I suppose) and tread lightly around things that appear so obviously shady (hi M&M) but in this anons mind, what has been discovered so far defies reasoned logic (mine).

 

Interestingly enough, social media normies seem to really be convinced by this discovery. Like they have learned enough and just needed to have someone pull the curtain back for them. Cheers.

Mueller and Potus meeting discussing FBI job.

me thinks the job was cover and Mueller was scared shitless, wanted to meet with Potus.

Don't jump to your guns just yet. I served on small platforms (less than 300 ft length) and I had one significant fire each year straight for 4 years afloat.

 

There are literally tons of different ways a fire can break out aboard ship. It alwmost always involves "hot work", somebody doing something like grinding which produces sparks in an area where there is a lot of potential fuel.

 

Every time hot work is performed, there is supposed to be a fire watch for safety purposes, but the fire watch is almost always a junior guy who doesn't have a clue what to look for, in order to prevent a fire.

On small boys like my ships, the crews were actually better trained because everyone had to do everything - and our folks still missed things.

Cedric Charles Moore, 27, turned himself in to law enforcement on Wednesday and has been charged with second-degree felony assault and first-degree felony child endangerment, according to the Cape Girardeau Police Department.

 

Police were able to quickly identify Moore and issue a warrant for his arrest due to video footage of the assault captured on Facebook Live, which now has nearly 1 million views, according to CNN.

 

The footage clearly shows a man, whom police identified to be Moore, exiting a vehicle from the passenger side before jogging up to the boy unprovoked and sucker-punching him in the face, causing him to bleed. Moore then re-entered the vehicle as it speedily drove away.

He had been street dancing in downtown Cape Girardeau with his coach, Micheal Curry, and a fellow student when the incident occurred. Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., announced Sunday that he will grant a request to call former Special Counsel Robert Mueller to testify about the Russia investigation.

 

Graham made the announcement in a statement a day after Mueller published an op-ed in the Washington Post in which he defended the prosecution and conviction of Roger Stone after President Trump commuted Stone's sentence. Stone's case spun out of Mueller's probe.

 

"Apparently Mr. Mueller is willing and also capable of defending the Mueller investigation through an op-ed in the Washington Post," Graham said in a statement. "Democrats on the Senate Judiciary Committee have previously requested Mr. Mueller appear before the Senate Judiciary Committee to testify about his investigation. That request will be granted.”

 

Mueller's op-ed defended both the decision to prosecute Stone, as well as the overarching Russia investigation that Republicans and the president have repeatedly denounced. Mueller said he felt "compelled to respond both to broad claims that our investigation was illegitimate and our motives were improper."

Boston police are conducting an arson investigation after someone reportedly set a Virgin Mary statue on fire at Saint Peter Parish in Dorchester.

One of Q's posts always baffled me.

It was the one where he stated that "the truth would put 99% in the hospital…"

I have never been able to figure out how bad something could really be that WE already know about.

I mean, we were all red-pilled once, and yes, the truth was very hard to take. But nothing that put any of us in the hospital.

 

I am wondering if COVID19 (or something much worse) was meant to be what was going to put us ALL into the hospital.

But it backfired. Hospitals ended up essentially empty.

 

The TRUTH was that [their] plan was to infect ALL OF US with this horrible virus that was supposed to cause mass deaths, severe sickness, and only hospitalizations would have cured anyone. And we ALL would have contracted it, regardless of any mask bullshit.

 

The 1% left would have been [them].

Perhaps [they] had bigger plans with mass vaccinations which would have given us all this deathly virus. I don't know….it's the only thing I can think of.

And it was stopped (or slowed) by the whitehats. The lockdown and COVID crisis has been all theatre to bring truth and light (and YES MANY were hurt VERY BADLY, but we all didn't end up in hospitals)

Wanted to give some hope to anons in what to watch for in the dismantling of the DS administrative shadow gov.

 

Shadow Gov got its power over politicians largely because Congress followed a simple template.

It delegated its powers to make laws to Agencies operating independently who then made 'rules' which had the force of law, but which were not voted on or debated in public as a congressional bill would be.

This scheme gave rise to everything from AMA, CDC, FCC, FDA, IRS, etal, which literally had the power of lawmaking with limited oversight. It effectively privatized the lawmaking power of congress into a few hands which operate with not the public interest in mind, but with its own interests in conjunction with full access to lobbying influences, business, etc.

Rockefeller was instrumental in the AMA, and we can see where that has gotten us today.

A industry that literally does not have to show the price of its goods, has monopolized treatments, suppressed cures and with the FDA created a pharmabased medical industry with its primary goal of profiting from new drugs more than curing anything.

 

We can see the monopoly power in full strength with cv19 whereby the ama, fda and cdc have moar power than the President or Congress. We see a $9 HCQ treatment suppressed by FDA, doctors threatened by AMA for prescribing it and a CDC echoing the vast pandemic sweeping our Country and putting the citizens under house arrest, and working with big tech to monitor movement and contacts via apps.

We see remsvidir which is not nearly as effective a HCQ available and approved at the estimated cost of $3000 per treatment.

 

The good news going forward is the SC with Potus support likely will be ruling in favor of breaking the administrative state, and requiring congress to retain it obligation to create law and be accountable to the people.

In one fell swoop the SC can declare most of these agencies unconstitutional, and limit the rights/powers of congress to delegate lawmaking and regulatory functions which are of public interest and require direct accountability to the people.

 

This will be among the most impactful rulings to bring governance back to the people, and remove the DS powers which prioritize itelf over the will and consent of the people.

"If it is really that close, it would be a part of our solar system," said Dr. James Houck of Cornell University's Center for Radio Physics and Space Research and a member of the IRAS science team. "If it is that close, I don't know how the world's planetary scientists would even begin to classify it."

 

The mystery body was seen twice by the infrared satellite as it scanned the northern sky from last January to November, when the satellite ran out of the supercold helium that allowed its telescope to see the coldest bodies in the heavens. The second observation took place six months after the first and suggested the mystery body had not moved from its spot in the sky near the western edge of the constellation Orion in that time.

 

"This suggests it's not a comet because a comet would not be as large as the one we've observed and a comet would probably have moved," Houck said. "A planet may have moved if it were as close as 50 trillion miles but it could still be a more distant planet and not have moved in six months time."

 

Whatever it is, Houck said, the mystery body is so cold its temperature is no more than 40 degrees above "absolute" zero, which is 456 degrees Fahrenheit below zero. The telescope aboard IRAS is cooled so low and is so sensitive it can "see" objects in the heavens that are only 20 degrees above absolute zero.

 

When IRAS scientists first saw the mystery body and calculated that it could be as close as 50 trillion miles, there was some speculation that it might be moving toward Earth.

 

"It's not incoming mail," Cal Tech's Neugebauer said. "I want to douse that idea with as much cold water as I can."

 

Then, what is it? What if it is as large as Jupiter and so close to the sun it would be part of the solar system? Conceivably, it could be the 10th planet astronomers have searched for in vain. It also might be a Jupiter-like star that started out to become a star eons ago but never got hot enough like the sun to become a star.

 

While they cannot disprove that notion, Neugebauer and Houck are so bedeviled by it that they do not want to accept it. Neugebauer and Houck "hope" the mystery body is a distant galaxy either so young that its stars have not begun to shine or so surrounded by dust that its starlight cannot penetrate the shroud.

 

"I believe it's one of these dark, young galaxies that we have never been able to observe before," Neugebauer said.

 

"If it is, then it is a major step forward in our understanding of the size of the universe, how the universe formed and how it continues to form as time goes on."

 

The next step in pinpointing what the mystery body is, Neuegebauer said, is to search for it with the world's largest optical telescopes. Already, the 100-inch diameter telescope at Cerro del Tololo in Chile has begun its search and the 200-inch telescope at Palomar Mountain in California has earmarked several nights next year to look for it. If the body is close enough and emits even a hint of light, the Palomar telescope should find it since the infrared satellite has pinpointed its position.

Here’s a status update and report on my campaign launch last night.New Zealand

 

Over 500 attended so the hall was pretty much at capacity.

Over 350 signed up as campaign volunteers.

 

Other small parties get between 20-100 attendees at their rallys so there’s no comparison really.

But then we aren’t so much of a small party anymore.

With the signups from last night we are probably over 4000 members. (Yeah I know that sounds small, but this is NZ)

We are definitely a third major party on that basis.

4 other parties have now merged under us & 6 more are in talks. Two have paused talks for the moment to wait and see how we progress, & one is a definite no go. A couple were never considered.

“National” (the current opposition & immediate past Govt) have reached out to discuss options for working together post election.

It’s a great start for less than two months. It tells us we are hitting the right note, but that’s not hard. People are hurting and angry. They were looking for some to lead them against the tyrants & Billy Te Kahika fits the mould.

At this stage it’s about connecting with voters, next we need some more solid policy & more good candidates. Both are progressing well.

 

We have a great team building and got several more candidate applications too.

So overall a pretty good result for day one.

But now the real work starts!!

This is noteworthy on the boards. We are fighting to take a country back off the cabal and the people are supporting us en masse.

 

Fb, Microsoft, & google are actively suppressing us which is the textbook definition of election interference.

That they are doing this should be front page news around the world. We need to use this against them.

 

Also the nz media are not mentioning our party anywhere, ever. The only one that did give us a segment was Maori Television. Immediately after they featured us the PM stepped in and restructured them so they are no longer a news service but instead are a propaganda channel for the PM (who has publicly declared herself the sole source of truth)

The federal Conservatives are planning to call Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to testify before a parliamentary committee on his government’s decision to have WE Charity administer a $900-million student volunteer program.

Ethics Commissioner Mario Dion is already investigating whether Trudeau violated the Conflict of Interest Act over the WE contract, but Poilievre says he wants the prime minister to explain himself to Canadians by appearing at the finance committee.

 

The Conservatives will need support from the Bloc Quebecois and NDP to compel Trudeau to appear, though University of Ottawa parliamentary expert Philippe Lagasse says even that is no sure thing given various parliamentary rules and procedures.

Judge approves petition to recall Seattle mayor

SEATTLE — A King County Superior Court judge has approved a petition for an election to recall Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan.

 

The Seattle Times reports the ruling Friday on charges filed by a group of five people last month comes after weeks of local protests against racism and police brutality - sparked by the killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis.

 

Once any recall petition is approved, signatures are needed to qualify for a special election ballot. The petitioners must, within 180 days, collect valid signatures from a number of voters equal to 25% of the votes cast in the last election. In this case, signatures from more than 50,000 Seattle voters would be needed.

 

The Durkan petitioners’ recall effort accuses the mayor of “endanger(ing) the peace and safety of the community” by allowing police to “leak false information about fabricated crimes and threats to the media” and issuing a citywide curfew without sufficient notice to the public. The petitioners also accused Durkan of restricting certain property rights in downtown Seattle and Capitol Hill, the neighborhood where many of the protests took place.

 

In a response Saturday, Durkan’s chief of staff, Stephanie Formas, said the mayor “consistently has acted to protect the City’s public health and safety and to respect the constitutional rights to peaceful protesters.”

 

In her ruling Friday, Judge Mary E. Roberts dismissed six of the seven charges put forward as “insufficient,” but allowed one - which accuses Durkan of allowing tear gas and other crowd control weapons to be used during the coronavirus pandemic - to proceed “more narrowly than alleged.”

 

The judge did not rule on whether the allegation was true. “This court’s role in this case is limited,” she wrote.

You are probably right. I created a spreadsheet (dababase) of the links and there isn't any real type of proof at all, just curious that names of furniture matched missing people. If anything good comes out of this it's that we have way way too many young people missing. If you want to see what I put together, let me know and I'll post the PDF again.
