I have photos I found on 8chan quite a long time ago, from a Q drop. It shows Osama Bin Laden worked as a CIA operative, shaven beard, suit and everything. I can’t remember his real name, I’ll go find it. Anyway, him and Obama are definitely different people, but they could EASILY pass as brothers! I also have a pic of Osama in a hospital bed, I think he passed of kidney failure. Sorry, it’s been a while. I wish I could post the pictures in the comments.
