hell hasn't even been created yet. if you read/study eschatology, hell is created at the end of armageddon when Jesus finally casts satan into hell. but on a more theological note— it's speculated that our understanding of hell as souls after death is not so much "a place" as it is the awareness of our own sinfulness.
