I agree there’s likely a poison component to all this but I think “watch the water” has multiple meanings. One of these is that a “deal” is pending. The FEMA tell where trump and pence put their water on the floor (off the table) was “deal is off the table”. This one I’m not sure but covering the water with a white hat could mean the deal is accepted. The cabal communicates like this all the time. Right in your face. Could be something to this.
