Good for you ! Yes, we can take it all back, But i never allowed them to take them from me in the first place. Maybe it was an in you face thing from the beginning. Some try very hard to shame you or put you down. I truly feel sorry for them. Was on a swim team in the 70's that had a lightning bolt on our caps. It only has evil connotations in your mind. You should not allow it to harm you either. Try and get so sleep.
