Special Grand Jury is Investigating Loudoun County’s Cover-Up of Trans School Bathroom Rapes

A special grand jury has been convened to investigate Loudoun County Public Schools’ handling of the serial rapes committed by a “gender-fluid male” who donned a skirt and was allowed to use the girls’ restroom. The grand jury comes after Governor Glenn Youngkin ordered Virginia’s AG to investigate the troubled school district, where officials engaged in a documented cover-up of the rapes to protect the left-wing, pro-trans policies they had enacted.

Loudoun County’s public school system, once considered to be one of the best in the nation, has met disgrace after the pro-trans policies its school board enacted led directly to the serial rape of their female students. A biological male who claimed to be gender-fluid and donned a skirt has been convicted of two school rapes in the county schools and court documents indicate that he has a third victim.

District officials have been accused of covering up the entire situation and slow walking their duties in order to protect the pro-trans policies they’d enacted. District administrators opted not to kick the attacker out of school and simply allowed him to move to another district.

When parents demanded answers, school officials had them arrested, including the father of one of the victims. Superintendent Scott Ziegler even outright lied about the rapes, claiming that “the predator transgender student or person simply does not exist.”

The special grand jury was impaneled by Loudoun County Circuit Judge James E. Plowman. Furthermore, subpoena powers in the investigation to determine whether anyone within Loudoun County school leadership needs to be brought up on criminal charges. For their part, Loudoun County Public Schools confirmed to local media that they’re under the grand jury investigation and say they will cooperate with what they determine to be “lawful requests” regarding the investigation.

Furthermore, as recall efforts against the Loudoun County School Board have been ongoing and one far-left member has even resigned rather than face the people, Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin has asked the state’s General Assembly to put each one of the Loudoun County School Board seats on the ballot this November, giving residents a chance to clean house completely, something the board obviously opposes.

“The Loudoun County School Board opposes Governor Youngkin’s amendment to change the date of the elections for the entire Loudoun County School Board to Nov. 8, 2022,” a statement from the board reads. “Governor Youngkin’s proposed amendment seeks to undo a fair and free election in which members of the Loudoun County School Board were chosen by the people of Loudoun County to represent them on the School Board for four years.”

In the years since, the social media landscape has changed significantly, with new platforms, an explosion in use, terms of service and functionality shifting frequently and lessons learned about privacy and other concerns.

The Library now has a secure collection of tweet text, documenting the first 12 years (2006-2017) of this dynamic communications channel—its emergence, its applications and its evolution.

Anthony Fauci’s National Institutes of Health agency funded research in China tracking Chinese prostitutes as young as 16-years-old.

The unearthed studies, published in 2012 and 2013, follow Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) supporting “killer” bat coronavirus research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. The Chinese Communist Party-run lab is believed by many to be the source of COVID-19 given its links to the military and controversial gain-of-function research.

A study from March of 2013 – “Drug Use and Sex Work: Competing Risk Factors for Newly Acquired HIV in Yunnan, China” – also counts funding from Fauci’s NIAID.

“This study was Supported by the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) of National Institutes of Health (U19 AI51915) under China Integrated Programs for Research on AIDS (CIPRA); The Twelfth Five-year Plan (number 2012ZX10001001-013); National Natural Science Foundation of China (number 81001291),” explains the paper. The National Pulse has previously exposed the deep relationship between fellow study funder National Natural Science Foundation of China and China’s military.

The study sought “to investigate the HIV incidence and its related factors among female sex workers (FSWs) in a high prevalence area where injection drug use is also widely documented.”

Goliad Sheriff: Cartels Are Preparing for Influx of People Never Seen Before in US History

Border Patrol agents and Texas law enforcement officers are bracing for as many as 500,000 illegal immigrants waiting in Mexico to enter Texas in the Rio Grande Valley (RGV) Sector once Title 42 is lifted, Goliad County Sheriff Roy Boyd told The Center Square in an exclusive interview.

The Rio Grande Valley Sector, one of 20 U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) sectors, stretches from the Gulf of Mexico south of Brownsville west to the eastern tip of Falcon Lake in Starr County. RGV Sector Border Patrol agents are tasked with patrolling over 320 river miles, 250 coastal miles, and 19 counties equating to more than 17,000 square miles in the busiest sector along the southern border.

Located at the tip of Texas, the RGV Sector is the shortest distance to reach for those traveling from eastern and southern Mexico and Central America. Officials say it’s almost impossible to get to without the Gulf Cartel, which controls both sides of the Rio Grande River in the region.

Roughly 150 miles north, Boyd says he and others in law enforcement are seeing cartel movement they have never seen in their decades-long careers.

“After spending the winter with normal smuggling activity along the corridors and not having activity in the brush, from what we’ve observed so far, smugglers are beginning to make preparations for a much larger event—something the likes of which we’ve never seen before,” he told The Center Square. “They’re staging stolen vehicles on abandoned properties, supplies in shacks and in other drop off points preparing for heavy foot traffic heading north.

“We’re expecting a surge of people we’ve never seen in the history of the United States, all because of [President Joe] Biden ending Title 42,” Boyd said, and because Immigrations and Customs Enforcement “has the hands of border patrol agents tied, preventing them from enforcing Title 8.”

The Biden administration announced it was ending Title 42, a public health authority that has allowed CBP and Border Patrol agents to quickly expel illegal immigrants during a public health emergency. Title 8 is a federal policy on expulsions.

After Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas altered immigration policy last year, including halting and restricting most deportations, Title 42 has been seen as the last measure holding back the influx of people entering the United States illegally from over 150 countries.

In Biden’s first year in office, roughly two million people entering the United States illegally were apprehended or encountered by Border Patrol agents. Another one million are expected to enter illegally before or by the time Title 42 ends May 23.

‘Catholic’ Boris Skips Giving Easter Greetings In Favour of Jewish, Sikh, and Tamil Holidays

British prime minister Boris Johnson declined to offer Holy Week greetings for Good Friday, Maundy Thursday, and Palm Sunday on social media — but made time to recognise the Tamil and Sinhalese new year and publish video messages to mark the Jewish Passover and Sikh Vaisakhi.

Johnson, who made history by becoming the first supposedly Catholic prime minister in British history — with Catholics being largely excluded from such high office for many years following the Glorious Revolution and the Jacobite rebellions of the 17th and 18th centuries — has said that he is “a kind of very, very bad Christian“.

Yet, the PM evidently did not feel any urgent need to recognise the Christian holy days of Palm Sunday, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, or, as of the time of publication, Holy Saturday — or indeed Ash Wednesday, which marked the beginning of the Lenten period for Western Christians.

This was not the case for various non-Christian religious and secular holidays falling in the same period as Holy Week, however, with the Prime Minister publishing carefully crafted video messages for the Jewish Passover on Good Friday and for the Sikh Vaisakhi on Maundy Thursday.

Thursday even saw a text-based message for the obscure Tamil and Sinhala new years, with the Tory leader wishing a “Puthandu Vazthukal to all Tamils” and a “happy Aluth Avurudda to all Sinhalese people.”

The official 10 Downing Street account has also skipped any recognition of Holy Week thus far, but prepared and published high-quality animated greetings for Passover, Vaisakhi, and Tamil and Sinhala new year.

Court Brief: Biden Releases 756K Border Crossers, Population Larger than Boston, into American Communities Since Taking Office

President Joe Biden’s administration has released more than 750,000 border crossers and illegal aliens, a foreign population larger than the population of Boston, Massachusetts, into the United States since taking office in January 2021, a court brief confirms.

The brief, dated April 14 and filed in the Supreme Court by Stephen Miller’s America First Legal Foundation, details the extent to which Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has put its Catch and Release network into overdrive in just a little over 12 months.

Specifically, DHS has released more than 756,109 border crossers and illegal aliens into American communities from January 21, 2021, to February 28, 2022, the brief states. This is larger than the resident population of Boston, about equal to the size of Denver, Colorado, and larger than the population of Detroit, Michigan.

Broken down by agency, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) released nearly 545,000 border crossers and illegal aliens while the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) released close to 212,000 border crossers and illegal aliens.

At the current rate of deportations, which have been gutted by Biden’s so-called “sanctuary country” orders, it would take ICE agents 14.5 years to deport the border crossers and illegal aliens released into the U.S. interior by Biden’s DHS.

That 756,109 total does not include the 500,000 illegal aliens who successfully crossed the U.S.-Mexico border in 2021 without being apprehended, nor the nearly 123,000 Unaccompanied Alien Children (UACs) that have been resettled across the U.S. since the beginning of Fiscal Year 2021.

Altogether, the Biden administration is likely to have welcomed nearly 1.4 million border crossers and illegal aliens into American communities since January 2021.

The figure comes as Biden plans to end the Title 42 border control authority first imposed by former President Trump in 2020. The authority has successfully prevented waves of illegal immigration in the name of public health.

Biden officials admit they expect up to half a million border crossers and illegal aliens — the equivalent of Atlanta, Georgia’s, resident population — to arrive at the border every month. Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) told Breitbart News in an exclusive interview that he expects 30,000 border crossers and illegal aliens every day at the border.

DHS has shaped a plan that would turbocharge the agency’s Catch and Release network. The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue a special military operation in Ukraine.

During the day, 15 enemy targets were hit by high-precision air-launched missiles. Among them: in the areas of the settlements of Barvenkovo, Rubezhnoye, Popasnaya, Novozvanovka, Krasnoarmeysk, Selidovo, Novobakhmutovka, six concentration sites of Ukrainian military equipment and seven strongholds of Ukrainian troops were destroyed. As a result of the strikes, more than 320 Ukrainian servicemen were killed and wounded, 23 armored vehicles and seven vehicles for various purposes were destroyed.

Operational and tactical aviation destroyed 67 areas of concentration of personnel and Ukrainian military equipment during the day.

Missile troops hit 317 military facilities, including: 274 strong points and areas of concentration of enemy manpower, 24 control points and two field fuel storage facilities of Ukrainian troops.

Russian air defence means in the Odessa area shot down a Ukrainian military transport plane in the air, delivering a large batch of weapons supplied to Ukraine by Western countries. Two Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles were shot down over the localities of Lozovaya and Veselaya.

In total, since the beginning of the special military operation, 134 aircraft, 460 unmanned aerial vehicles, 246 anti-aircraft missile systems, 2,269 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 252 multiple rocket launchers, 987 field artillery and mortars, as well as 2,158 units of special military vehicles have been destroyed.

The entire city territory of Mariupol has been completely cleared of militants of the Nazi formation "Azov", foreign mercenaries and Ukrainian troops. The remnants of the Ukrainian group are currently completely blocked on the territory of the Azovstal metallurgical plant. Their only chance to save their lives is to voluntarily lay down their arms and surrender.

During the liberation of Mariupol, 1,464 Ukrainian servicemen have already surrendered. The number of surrenders is increasing daily. Including those who escaped from the territory of Azovstal.

According to their testimonies, the total number of Ukrainian servicemen, Nazis and foreign mercenaries who took refuge on Azovstal does not exceed 2.5 thousand people. Thus, on April 16, in Mariupol alone, the losses of the Ukrainian group amounted to more than 4,000 people.

Therefore, Zelensky's recent statements to the Western media that the irreplaceable losses of the Ukrainian military during the operation allegedly amount to 2.5-3 thousand are a common lie for him. The Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation has reliable data on the true losses of the Ukrainian army, national guard and joined foreign mercenaries, which Zelensky is afraid to tell the people of Ukraine.

Russian official: Military personnel of NATO states among prisoners from Ukraine

A Russian official says that military personnel from NATO-member states were captured during the battles in Ukraine.

The head of the Russian Upper Chamber's Commission for the Protection of State Sovereignty, Andrey Klimov, announced on Friday that military personnel from NATO countries were captured during the battles in Ukraine.

The West "continues its war [against Russia] with the hands of Ukrainians, as well as mercenaries," Klimov said, before adding that military personnel from NATO countries were also involved in the ongoing conflict.

He further stated that Russia already has prisoners among the military personnel of NATO countries and that Moscow will reveal related info "when we conduct trials, and the whole world will see what really happened."

Russia said on Friday that it has killed up to 30 Polish mercenaries fighting for Ukrainian forces in the war-torn country's northeastern region of Kharkov.

The Russian Defense Ministry said its strategic rocket forces "eliminated up to 30 Polish mercenaries" in a strike on the village of Izyumskoe, not far from the city of Kharkov.

Early in March, Ukraine's Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba told CNN that around 20,000 international volunteers have traveled to fight Russia in Ukraine.

This comes alongside the 16,000 foreign mercenaries whom Zelensky announced will be fighting in Ukraine.

Earlier, around 450 extremist Arab and foreign nationals arrived in Ukraine from Idlib to fight against Russia's forces, less than only three days after they left Syria, passing through Turkey.

Relatives of extremists that have arrived in Ukraine told Sputnik that senior fighters from terrorist group Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (the rebranded version of Jabhat Al-Nusra, i.e Al-Qaeda) have held a number of meetings with senior leaders in the Turkistan Islamic Party group and Ansar Al-Tawhid and Hurras al-Din groups, and agreed on allowing a number of all their fighters to enter Ukraine through Turkish soil.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Joe Biden's recent job approval ratings, which are averaging 14 points lower than those early in his presidency, have declined far more among younger than older generations of Americans. In fact, Biden's job approval has changed relatively little among baby boomers and not at all among traditionalists. As a result, older Americans are now more likely to approve of the president than younger Americans are.

Gallup interviewed roughly 6,000 adults in the first and third of these periods, and over 2,000 in the middle period.

During Biden's honeymoon period, 60% of both Generation Z adults and millennials approved of the job he was doing, putting these groups above the national average approval rating. His support was below the national average among baby boomers (53%) and, especially, traditionalists (48%) early in his presidency.

By the summer, as coronavirus cases unexpectedly rose, Biden had lost significant support among Generation Z, millennials and Generation X, ranging from seven- to 10-percentage-point drops. But his approval rating held steady among baby boomers and traditionalists.

All generational groups have become less approving of Biden since the summer, after the troubled U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan in late August 2021, with the exception of traditionalists, whose approval has not changed.

Traditionalists are the only major demographic subgroup whose approval is similar now to what it was in the early part of Biden's presidency. A small number of other subgroups including some that have never been inclined to approve of Biden have modestly lower approval now, with declines of less than 10 percentage points. These include Republicans (down four points, from 10% to 6%), adults aged 65 and older (down five points), baby boomers (down seven points), political conservatives (down eight points) and 50- to 64-year-old adults (down nine points). Secretary of State Antony Blinken told Washington’s European allies that the US believes the war in Ukraine could last through the end of 2022, CNN reported Friday, citing two European officials.

The report said that many Western officials have assessed there’s no short-term end in sight for the war, and public comments from US officials have reflected this. National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan has warned of a “protracted conflict” that he said could go on “for months or even longer.”

Last week, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley has said he believes the war will continue for years. “I do think this is a very protracted conflict, and I think it’s measured in years. I don’t know about decade, but at least years for sure,” he told the House Armed Services Committee.

A senior State Department official told CNN that Blinken has “has discussed with his counterparts our concern that the conflict could be protracted, but all of his engagements have revolved around how best to bring it to a halt as quickly as possible.”

But Blinken hasn’t explored diplomacy with Russia as a potential avenue to bring about an end to the war. Blinken hasn’t spoken with his Russian counterpart, Sergey Lavrov, since February 15, and President Biden doesn’t appear to have plans to hold talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Instead of diplomacy with Moscow, the US is significantly increasing its military aid to Ukraine. On Wednesday, Biden authorized a new $800 million weapons package for Ukraine, bringing the total military aid pledged since Russia invaded on February 24 to about $2.6 billion.

A second senior State Department official told CNN that the US has “done a lot and so we do have faith and we always had faith in our Ukrainian partners. But as the fight doubles down, so does our commitment to give them weapons and equipment that they can use.”

Russia formally warned the US this week to stop arming Ukraine in a diplomatic note sent to the State Department by the Russian Embassy in Washington. The Russians said that the Western campaign to arm Ukraine was “adding fuel” to the conflict and could lead to “unpredictable consequences.”

Russia and Ukraine have been engaged in negotiations, but the US and its allies have signaled they don’t want Kyiv to grant any concessions to Moscow. The Washington Post reported last week that for some NATO members “it’s better for the Ukrainians to keep fighting, and dying, than to achieve a peace that comes too early or at too high a cost to Kyiv and the rest of Europe.”

While Prime Minister Naftali Bennett has remained relatively neutral on the war against Ukraine in order to be able to maintain a mediating role, Lapid has been outspoken in his condemnation of Russia’s actions, explicitly labeling them as war crimes.

Russia warned countries before the April 7 vote that a yes vote or abstention will be viewed as an “unfriendly gesture” with consequences for bilateral ties, according to a note seen at the time by Reuters.

Fauci’s Agency Scrambled to Answer Questions on Changing Remdesivir Trial Endpoint: Emails

Dr. Anthony Fauci and top officials at the agency he heads scrambled in April 2020 to answer questions about altering the endpoint in a trial testing the antiviral drug called remdesivir, newly obtained emails show.

The endpoint was changed in the middle of the trial from measuring the effectiveness against death and various forms of hospitalization on day 15 to time to recovery through day 29.

Gilead Sciences, which makes the drug, announced the results of the trial in early April 29, 2020. Within hours, Fauci, the longtime head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), was trumpeting them to reporters at the White House.

The trial results proved that remdesivir “can block the virus” that causes COVID-19, said Fauci, who didn’t mention the change in endpoint.

Just hours later, doctors and reporters started questioning researchers involved with the trial and NIAID, which funded the study and said its officials were behind the change.

Officials at the agency were not prepared for questions about the matter, according to emails obtained by The Epoch Times and never published before.

Dr. Andre Kalil, an infectious disease expert at Nebraska Medicine Omaha who was helping run one of the trial sites, told Fauci, Dr. Clifford Lane, and John Beigel, all top NIAID officials, at 3:19 a.m. on April 30, 2020, that he had received multiple requests from colleagues and reporters on why the primary outcome was changed while the trial was underway.

“Believe or not, but I even heard nonsense things such as a conspiracy theory that Gilead opened the database and changed the primary outcome to favor the trial results,” Kalil wrote. “In order to prevent more conspiracies, I thought about a transparent and objective way to respond to these questions, so we can all be on the same page.”

The statement he proposed was redacted. NIAID, which released the emails based on a Freedom of Information Act request, cited an exemption that allows the government to shield inter-agency or intra-agency memorandums or letters “which would not be available by law to a party other than an agency in litigation with the agency.”

400 Pounds Of Meth, Cocaine, And Heroin Worth $2.56 Million Seized In One Border Sting

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers working at the Tecate Port of Entry discovered more than 400 pounds of methamphetamine, cocaine and heroin concealed in toolboxes destined for the U.S.

The incident occurred on Friday, April 1, at approximately 1:30 p.m. when a 56-year-old male driver of a 2006 Toyota Tundra was waiting in line to enter the United States. CBP officers targeted the vehicle and referred it for further examination.

During the inspection, CBP officers discovered and extracted a total of 94 packages of narcotics from underneath and inside multiple toolboxes on the bed of the vehicle. The narcotics were tested and identified as cocaine, methamphetamine, and heroin with a combined weight of approximately 415.61 pounds.

“This interception is a true testament to the diligence of our frontline CBP officers,” said Rosa Hernandez, Port Director for the Otay Mesa Port of Entry. “Our officers continue to remain vigilant and prevent illicit narcotics from poisoning our local communities.”

CBP officers arrested the driver, a Mexican national with a valid legal permanent resident document, for the alleged narcotic smuggling attempt and was turned over to the custody of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Homeland Security Investigations for further processing. The driver was later transported and booked into the Metropolitan Corrections Center in San Diego.

CBP officers seized the vehicle and the narcotics, which has an estimated street value of $2.56 million.
