Peter Thiel's Founders Fund had no cash left in Silicon Valley Bank by Thursday as it began to unravel, Bloomberg reported.

A source told Bloomberg the PayPal cofounder's fund had moved to close its exposure to the failing bank after running into problems using SVB's services.

The venture capital group had been engaging in a "capital call" โ€” where it asked investment partners to send funds to invest in a company โ€” by transferring funds to its Silicon Valley Bank account. However, the funds didn't immediately go through as expected.

Following the withdrawals, the fund no longer had any exposure to SVB as of Thursday morning, the unnamed source told Bloomberg. It wasn't clear whether the transfers happened on that day, or earlier.

SVB's share price collapsed after it revealed a $1.8 billion loss Thursday following a $21 billion fire sale of its fixed-income portfolio.

An attempt to raise $2.3 billion to cover those losses failed and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation shut it down and took control of customer deposits Friday.

Rising interest rates initiated by the Fed had weighed on the bank's bond offerings, with its 10-year bond spread widening above 1,000 basis points Friday in a sign of distress.

The rising cost of borrowing also made it harder for SVB's core customer base of startups to pick up fresh funding, accelerating outflows.

Thiel's Founders Fund is thought to have propped up several startups that banked with SVB, which provided banking for nearly half of all US venture-backed startups, per its website. The fund had also called for its startups to withdraw their funds from the bank as well.

Bloomberg reported that VC funds Coatue Management, Union Square Ventures, and Founder Collective had all told their portfolio companies to pull their funds from SVB.

Founders Fund and SVB didn't immediately respond to requests for comment from Insider, made outside normal working hours.

Revelation 18:2-19

With a mighty voice he shouted: "'Fallen! Fallen is Babylon the Great!' She has become a dwelling for demons and a haunt for every impure spirit, a haunt for every unclean bird, a haunt for every unclean and detestable animal. [3] For all the nations have drunk the maddening wine of her adulteries. The kings of the earth committed adultery with her, and the merchants of the earth grew rich from her excessive luxuries." [4] Then I heard another voice from heaven say: "'Come out of her, my people,' so that you will not share in her sins, so that you will not receive any of her plagues; [5] for her sins are piled up to heaven, and God has remembered her crimes. [6] Give back to her as she has given; pay her back double for what she has done. Pour her a double portion from her own cup. [7] Give her as much torment and grief as the glory and luxury she gave herself. In her heart she boasts, 'I sit enthroned as queen. I am not a widow; I will never mourn.' [8] Therefore in one day her plagues will overtake her: death, mourning and famine. She will be consumed by fire, for mighty is the Lord God who judges her. [9] "When the kings of the earth who committed adultery with her and shared her luxury see the smoke of her burning, they will weep and mourn over her. [10] Terrified at her torment, they will stand far off and cry: "'Woe! Woe to you, great city, you mighty city of Babylon! In one hour your doom has come!' [11] "The merchants of the earth will weep and mourn over her because no one buys their cargoes anymore- [12] cargoes of gold, silver, precious stones and pearls; fine linen, purple, silk and scarlet cloth; every sort of citron wood, and articles of every kind made of ivory, costly wood, bronze, iron and marble; [13] cargoes of cinnamon and spice, of incense, myrrh and frankincense, of wine and olive oil, of fine flour and wheat; cattle and sheep; horses and carriages; and human beings sold as slaves. [14] "They will say, 'The fruit you longed for is gone from you. All your luxury and splendor have vanished, never to be recovered.' [15] The merchants who sold these things and gained their wealth from her will stand far off, terrified at her torment. They will weep and mourn [16] and cry out: "'Woe! Woe to you, great city, dressed in fine linen, purple and scarlet, and glittering with gold, precious stones and pearls! [17] In one hour such great wealth has been brought to ruin!' "Every sea captain, and all who travel by ship, the sailors, and all who earn their living from the sea, will stand far off. [18] When they see the smoke of her burning, they will exclaim, 'Was there ever a city like this great city?' [19] They will throw dust on their heads, and with weeping and mourning cry out: "'Woe! Woe to you, great city, where all who had ships on the sea became rich through her wealth! In one hour she has been brought to ruin!'

The bottleneck was necessary to get a smoking gun out before the footage was used for both sides of the political spectrum (financial gain, political manipulation). Everything is running perfect.

DARPA & USAMRIID in lockstep.

Messenger RNA Technology Could Be Used to Develop Infectious Disease Therapeutics

Army scientists and industry partners were among the first to demonstrate that messenger RNA (mRNA)โ€“the technology recently used in COVID-19 vaccines and othersโ€“could also be used to develop treatments for infectious diseases. Their work appears in the June 2022 issue of the journal Molecular Therapy Nucleic Acids, published by Cell Press.

Investigators at the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) collaborated on the study with scientists from CureVac, a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing a new class of drugs based on mRNA. Their central principle is to use mRNA as a data carrier for information that the body can use to produce its own therapeutic, effectively warding off disease.

The team set out to examine the capabilities of nucleic acid technology apart from vaccine development. To demonstrate proof of concept, they used several mRNAs carrying the "blueprint" for three separate monoclonal antibodies (mAbs)โ€“proteins that help to produce an immune response. According to the lead author, Eric Mucker, Ph.D., when the mRNAs were administered to the same rabbit, all three mAbs were shown to be circulating in the blood within just one day.

"We are pleased that with this project we were able to show, for the first time, significant systemic levels of functional antibody transcribed from an mRNA upon intramuscular injection," said Patrick Baumhof, Senior Vice President for Technology at CureVac. "The possibility of simultaneous expression of three distinct antibodies within the same animal shows the potential of mRNA antibody technology."

The work was funded by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency's ADEPT: PROTECT program, which is aimed at early detection and rapid response to disease outbreaks.

"This study and similar projects conducted under theADEPT: PROTECTprogram were truly innovative," said Mucker, adding that they effectively laid the groundwork for mRNA vaccines years before the COVID-19 pandemic.

Notably, the three mAbs tested in the study also had previously demonstrated some potential activity against poxvirusesโ€“making the publication of this work especially timely in light of the simultaneous monkeypox outbreaks occurring around the world.

"USAMRIID has an extensive track record for developing models, tools, and countermeasures to combat smallpox and monkeypox diseases," commented USAMRIID senior author Jay Hooper, Ph.D. "While this study is primarily technology based, it specifically contributes to future-generation countermeasures to prevent and treat diseases caused by pathogenic poxviruses."

About the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases:

Ichor Awarded DARPA ADEPT: PROTECT Contract

Ichor Medical Systems of San Diego has been awarded a contract through the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and supported by the U.S. Army Research Office for up to $20.2 million of funding over five years, including a base period award of $8.6M.

The award is part of a DARPA program called Autonomous Diagnostics to Enable Prevention and Therapeutics: Prophylactic Options to Environmental and Contagious Threats (ADEPT: PROTECT) aimed at developing new platform technologies that could be safely and rapidly deployed to the U.S. population and military personnel to provide immediate protection in the event of an infectious outbreak or biological weapons attack.

The program will fund the development and clinical assessment of Ichorโ€™s TriGrid electroporation system as a DNA-based antibody delivery platform to produce protective antibodies for passive immunoprophylaxis.

While active immunization with traditional vaccines is effective at stimulating the immune system to generate protective antibodies, such responses are not immediate and may require multiple doses of the vaccine.

In contrast, the TriGrid technology could be used to bypass the immune system to directly deliver DNA sequences encoding protective antibodies into an infected or exposed individual. This approach would result in rapid production of antibodies by the individual providing immediate protection against the pathogen.

โ€œWe are excited for this new opportunity with the Department of Defense to apply the TriGrid technology to another area of high priority for national security,โ€ said Bob Bernard, Ichor CEO. โ€œWhether to address unknown bioterrorist threats or pandemic disease, success of this approach would revamp traditional vaccine processes and position the TriGrid favorably for use in other broad spectrum biodefense and pandemic applications.โ€

This is the way of the greatest economic system to have ever been created on this planet and it has lifted more people out of poverty than everything else combined.

The sheer number of products we use every single day coming from petroleum is staggering. I am pro oil and anti climate change shitsham clean energy. Oil, Natural Gas and affordable, cheap enegy is the means that powers our economy. Oil companies work hard to bring that to US and it is hard work. Not to mention the investments made by oil producers. It truly is the "Renewable Energy".

Democrats Are Terrified Of An Educated

And Informed Public

Townhall, by Derek Hunter

Posted By: Imright, 3/12/2023 12:04:12 PM

Itโ€™s a strange time in the United States, where one political party is actively engaged in a series of actions to keep as many people as possible ignorant. Ignorant not of one particular event, study, or story, but of so many topics that reality itselfโ€ is what theyโ€™re ultimately attempting to obscure. Itโ€™s evil, honestly, and it begs the question "What are Democrats so afraid of?โ€ The only answer is simple: an informed public.Communists in the old Soviet Union were terrified that their citizens would discover how well people in the free west were living. There were no bread lines,

Turley: Twitter Files Hearing Was A "Soviet

Show Trial," Democrats Used It To Attack

Free Speech And A Free Press

Real Clear Politics, by Ian Schwartz

Posted By: Moritz55, 3/12/2023 11:58:28 AM

George Washington University Law School professor Jonathan Turley on Saturday appeared on FOX News to react to the Twitter Files hearing in the House. Turley said the hearing was like a Soviet show trial because Democrats were outraged when Republicans allowed witnesses to respond to allegations made by the Democrats. "You had Democrats who accused former members of Congress of being Putin lovers and conspiracy theorists," Turley said. "All they were doing was raising free-speech concerns but what really was shocking in the last hearing is the Democrats have now severed their connection to the free press and the values underlying the free press."

Nancy Pelosi At SXSW: Former House Speaker Hopes Silicon Valley Bank Will Be Bought By Rival Bank; Talks About โ€œCultโ€ & โ€œThugโ€ Republican Party

โ€œI donโ€™t think thereโ€™s an appetite in the country for bailing out a bank. But we have to honor the depositers,โ€ said Pelosi at the LINE Hotel ballroom today.

โ€œMany of the small businesses have accounts at that bank, they have money there, so that they can pay the payroll,โ€ explained Pelosi, โ€œSo, if this bank fails, weโ€™re concerned about the payroll of the workers in these companies.โ€

โ€œIf they canโ€™t pay the payroll or utility bill, this all literally goes down the drain. There are lots of reasons we should be selectively approaching this. We do not want contagion,โ€ said Pelosi, meaning a domino effect where other banks in the U.S. start going under.

โ€œWe donโ€™t want this to be systemic, because that would be harmful to the economy and the rest,โ€ said the House Rep from Californiaโ€™s 11th congressional district.

Auction process is reportedly underway to find a buyer for Silicon Valley Bank

  • Silicon Valley Bank was taken over by regulators on Friday after massive withdrawals a day earlier created a bank run.

  • The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation took control of the bank on Friday, and started an auction process on Saturday night, according to a report from Bloomberg News.

  • It is still possible that no deal is reached, the report said.

Federal regulators are conducting an auction for Silicon Valley Bank, with final bids due Sunday, according to a report from Bloomberg News. The bank was closed by regulators on Friday after massive withdrawals a day earlier created a bank run. The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation took control of the bank on Friday, and started an auction process on Saturday night, according to the report. It is still possible that no deal is reached, the report said.

The collapse of SVB, which was a key player in the technology start-up world, is the largest U.S. bank failure since Washington Mutual in 2008. That bank was then purchased by JPMorgan Chase in a deal that restored the uninsured deposits.

A total or partial acquisition by another bank is one of the options regulators are exploring this weekend. Many investors on Wall Street and Silicon Valley expect an announcement at some point on Sunday to detail the next steps in the SVB crisis.

Ron Paul Hearing on Fractional Reserve Banking and High-Powered Money

Jun 28, 2012

This hearing of the Domestic Monetary Policy Subcommittee examined fractional reserve banking, its relationship to monetary policy, and its effect on the economy.

The hearing was held on Thursday, June 28, 2012, at 2 p.m. in Room 2128 of the Rayburn House Office Building and was titled, "Fractional Reserve Banking and the Federal Reserve: The Economic Consequences of High-Powered Money."

ยง Dr. John Cochran, Emeritus Professor of Economics and Emeritus Dean, School of Business, Metropolitan State College of Denver

ยง Dr. Joseph Salerno, Professor of Economics, Lubin School of Business, Pace University

ยง Dr. Lawrence H. White, Professor of Economics, George Mason University

"Fractional reserve banking underpins the entire banking system, yet its effects on society are completely ignored. Our financial system consists of vast amounts of credit pyramided on top of very small amounts of real savingsโ€“all backstopped by explicit and implicit government guarantees. This poses significant risks to the stability of the economy and monetary system, which ought to give pause to any serious observer of financial markets. Hopefully this hearing will create a greater understanding among the American people about the nature of the banking system, and begin the movement towards serious systematic reform. The American people deserve a financial system that is stable and efficient; one that operates without taxpayer subsidies and bailouts." - Congressman Ron Paul

I just can understand why some people have to be savages in this world, even when they have everything. And if you catch them, warn and forgive them, they just won't stop trying to kill you. If anything they double their efforts. This is our dilemma. We want equitable life for all, they will not relent pursuing your life and do not think they will have sympathy for your sick dog that has a condition. They will poison you both, and then say hiddey-ho.

Silicon Valley Bank, FDIC, Federal Reserve Stress Tests (a joke and always have been) and Hold to Maturity (HTM) for TBTFs and others

This is for non-financial oriented anons and provides an explanation of what these losses are and how they are allowed to accrue and it's relations to the FRB Stress Tests. Only a handful of banks (the TBTF ones) go through this but since they all share counter-party risk across the entire system it is important to know what they do and don't look at in these places-a total of 23 will go through this next one

from 020923

Federal Reserve Board releases hypothetical scenarios for its 2023 bank stress tests

Over the next week you'll see the Fed (and the talking heads in Fin Media) saying "well these big banks passed the stress tests that the FED does so no reason to worry" Well that isn't entirely accurate since most of all banks are sitting on the same problemโ€ฆ"Le dreaded" 'unrealized losses' in Treasury notes/bills. I completely get that they are trying to trigger overall bank runs on purpose with SIVB so hear me out on this angle and set that part of it aside for a moment.

When the FED does it's annual Stress Tests (and rubber stamps them-it's awfully hard to not pass this for the following reason). All of these banks can place assets into what is called 'Hold-to-Maturity' accounting bucket-not just the TBTFs. This is where a lot of US Treasuries go and in SIVB's case where they sold them from to 'realize' that $1.8B loss. You can't put equities in here by the definition of HTM but I'm sure there is massive abuses here becasue the FED does not look here so how would they really know if something wasn't supposed to be hereโ€ฆit's a trust/CONfidence game. And BTW Robert Reich can GFH as he certainly knows that all financial institutions are largely SROs (Self-Regulatory Organizations) as all exchanges are and you can read moar about that below but blaming 45 for SIVB being 'deregulated' is quite 'precious"-fuckin midget.

The ones who have the power to regulate don'tโ€ฆ.S.E.C. (and FINRA falls under them) basically settles everything and accepts pay-offs to do soโ€ฆyou should ask yourself where does that money go? It's a business model that all these places thrive on..if you can settle the malfeasance for pennies on the dollar (compared to what you gained by it) and then not have to admit ANY wrong-doing then of course you'd do that.

Here is the 'book' definition of HTM

Held-to-Maturity (HTM) Securities: How They Work and Examples

Held-to-maturity (HTM) securities are purchased to be owned until maturity. For example, a company's management might invest in a bond that they plan to hold to maturity. There are different accounting treatments for HTM securities compared to securities that are liquidated in the short term. Bonds and other debt vehiclesโ€”such as certificates of deposit (CDs)โ€”are the most common form of HTM investments. Bonds and other debt vehicles have determined (or fixed) payment schedules, a fixed maturity date, and they are purchased to be held until they mature. Since stocks do not have a maturity date, they do not qualify as held-to-maturity securities. For accounting purposes, corporations use different categories to classify their investments in debt and equity securities. In addition to HTM securities, other classifications include "held-for-trading" and "available for sale." On a company's financial statements, these different categories are treated differently in terms of their investment value, as well as related gains and losses.

moar here

So this relates to the Federal Reserve Stress Tests since once these assets are placed into that accounting bucket (HTM) the Stress Test does NOT look at them so they are exempt from any examination during that process against what they are also looking at on it's books: so you never have a full picture of what any institution's balance sheet really looks like in comparison to what they hold in short term debt/assets etc. Since the Yeilds have risen so much on US Bills andNotes (inverted curve) all the ones that have been purchased over the years have lost value and Yields have gone up but they are still only paying the much lower coupon rate (Yield) when they were purchased. So to sum it up: All these regional banks are sitting on a lot of these unrealized losses in that area that the Federal Reserve 'Stress Tests' do not look at in the TBTF banks-but as mentioned above they all share counter-party risk. So unless (you) do it-look at what each one has in the HTM bucket-you are not getting a complete picture of what any of them who go through those "tests" (and as mentioned passed with flying colors ftmp-they used to "fail" them when it first started but now they just pass them as say "do this" ..they "do that" and then continue on bidness as usual) have total'''

And that "Emergency Meeting" scheduled for tomorrow was already on the books as the FED does do closed-door meetings from time-to-time so that is not uniqueโ€ฆthey changed the title to reflect the current habbeings is what habbened with that one.

I am not a financial advisor. I don't have a crystal ball. I can only tell you that 5 months ago the FDIC had a meeting discussing bank runs, and on their web site they admit only having 1.3% in reserves to cover people's deposits. And if you have over $250k you will lose most of all that's over the 250k. Your 250k will be tied up in paper work if your bank fails. Banks currently are only allowing $10k a day to be taken out in cash but that could change downwards. I personally am holding just enough in my bank to cover bills, and plan to purchase more silver tomorrow.

The question was about hopelessness. That is the way the question was answered. Confidence does not negate hope, it strengthens it. Do not be confused. We are not doing this alone. I do have confidence that what I hope for is Truth with a capital T, as in Jesus. He is the way, the truth and the life. No man comes to the father but by Jesus. Personally, I would like to see this happen much faster than the current pace but understand that in our Father's time, people will wake up. The veil will be lifted, not in my time but in God's time. That is where faith comes in. BELIEVE and this effort is much easier to cope with.

Very interesting anon. The principles at SVB should have took Powell at his word when he started raiising the prime rate last year. If SVB was holding securities at 0.5% and the Fed hiked to .75 then they should have got out immediately. Now, with the prime rate approaching 5% they decide to get out? Like waiting to move out of the way of a speeding car after it hits and kills you. Makes zero sense.

Also with SVB if I understand this correctly, as a VC provider it was contractually requiring anyone who they provided VC to, had to keep that money in SVB with much of that money being well above the 250k FDIC insurance threshold. Have I got this right?

I suspect this is why some of these fucks are clamoring for Smell'n Yellen to bail out the entire shabang.

HOWEVER: They lose the whole bonus unless at least 63% of patients are fully vaccinated, and that includes the flu vaccine. even though it has never been studied in very young children.

And for those who donโ€™t know, when kids get the flu all they do is sleep for one day and then theyโ€™re completely fine. I always wondered about this very scenario with a large bank, and possibly more to follow, collapsing. Does the FDIC have the physical assets to truly โ€œinsureโ€ every single depositor up to $100k or even $200k? Where are the FDICโ€™s funds held? Is it all backed by the federal government or the Federal Reserve? There is a place in the financial chain, somewhere on this planet, that undoubtedlydoes nothave the $. Is that about to be exposed?

yes you are correct-they did not think rates were going to go that high and they also know (since a condition known as Moral Hazard exists) it really did not matter what they do/did as the FED/Gov't would bail them out. They also did short-term financing for those same companies while they were going through the funding process (bridge loans) and yes they will have had to sign an agreement to keep that money there for an amount of time-and most would probably just leave it if/when that agreement ran/runs out since it's moar of a PIA to move it imo (it's been a while but that is how it used to work)

We'll find out on Weds-if it goes that far (imo it won't they will do something) on the ones we don't know about yet but from what I've seen a pretty comprehensive list has been released already-by who doesn't get there bi-weekly paycheck(s)

The Sanctions Madness on RussiaMarch 7, 2014

Official Washington is in full meltdown mode as politicians and pundits frantically one-up each other in over-the-top rhetoric on the Ukraine crisis. But now the madness is shifting into legislative excesses to sanction Russia, notes ex-CIA analyst Paul R. Pillar.

By Paul R. Pillar

Seventeen years ago, Richard Haass, now president of the Council on Foreign Relations, wrote an article titled โ€œSanctioning Madness.โ€ The crux of his argument was:

โ€œWith a few exceptions, the growing use of economic sanctions to promote foreign policy objectives is deplorable. This is not simply because sanctions are expensive, although they are. Nor is it strictly a matter of whether sanctions โ€˜workโ€™; the answer to that question invariably depends on how demanding a task is set for a particular sanction. Rather, the problem with economic sanctions is that they frequently contribute little to American foreign policy goals while being costly and even counterproductive.โ€

Haass was not saying to give up sanctions entirely. But they should not be the go-to tool, reached for habitually and unthinkingly, to address any foreign policy problem under the sun.

The American sanctions habit has not lessened at all during the intervening years, especially on Capitol Hill. Now Congress is getting out its sanctions pen yet again to see what it can do to Russia in response to the Crimean crisis. This may be an even clearer indication of the sanctions addiction than the recent unsuccessful effort to impose more sanctions on Iran, given that the latter move was more of a calculated attempt to sabotage an ongoing negotiation.

The multiple drawbacks and limitations of economic sanctions are too infrequently considered before sanctions are enacted. These include issues of who exactly in the target country will be hurt and who might actually benefit. They also include consideration of counterproductive political reactions, including resistance to be seen buckling under pressure.

The costs, including economic costs, to ourselves of sanctions we impose are insufficiently acknowledged. In some situations trade patterns are such that the costs to ourselves may be minimal, but in those circumstances, and for that very reason, the desired impact on the target country is likely to be minimal as well.

This may be the case with Russia today, with which the European Union has much more trade than the United States. Unilateral U.S. sanctions are thus likely to be ineffective with regard to Russia, while being needlessly disruptive to cooperation and common purpose with regard to the Europeans. Of course, any policy conducted with an attitude of โ€œfโ€”- the E.U.โ€ is not likely to be swayed by that concept.

The most important shortcoming to how sanctions tend to be used is a failure to link them carefully to the behavior we would like to see on the part of the target government. This means being very clear about exactly what it is to which we want the other side to say yes. It also means being clear in our own minds how the sanctions fit into an overall set of incentives and disincentives that will make saying yes seem more attractive than the alternative.

Ask someone pushing for sanctions against Russia today what they are intended to accomplish, and the answer is likely to be an end to Russian military occupation of Crimea. But that concept needs clarification, given that a reversal of moves made over the past week would still leave a Russian military presence on the peninsula by virtue of previous treaties and base leases.

Needed also is a more complete package of understandings with the Ukrainians on matters of interest and concern to Russia, ranging from Ukraine not joining NATO to the status of the Russian language within Ukraine. It is unlikely that Russian military withdrawals will take place in the absence of some such understandings. It is thus unlikely U.S. sanctions would do any good unless carefully integrated into such a larger package.

The sanctions habit has persisted because imposing sanctions is a primitive, easy way to โ€œdo somethingโ€ about difficult problems on which there is an urge to do something. It is a gesture. Congress needs to decide whether gestures are more important than making progress in getting out of the current crisis.

"Using an identity or repeatedly identifiable persona on the anonymous Q Research 8kun board may not be helpful to the Great Awakening for several reasons.

Firstly, the Q Research 8kun board is designed to be an anonymous platform where users can post their opinions and ideas without revealing their true identities. The idea behind this anonymity is to allow for open and honest discussions without fear of personal repercussions or retaliation. When a user chooses to use an identity or repeatedly identifiable persona, they are essentially defeating the purpose of anonymity, and potentially putting themselves at risk of being targeted or harassed by others who disagree with their views.

Secondly, using an identity or repeatedly identifiable persona on the Q Research 8kun board may lead to a false sense of credibility or authority. Because the board is anonymous, the value of an argument or idea is judged solely on its own merits, rather than the perceived authority or status of the person making the argument. By using an identity or repeatedly identifiable persona, a user may be attempting to lend additional credibility or authority to their arguments, which can be misleading and counterproductive to the free and open exchange of ideas.

Finally, using an identity or repeatedly identifiable persona on the Q Research 8kun board may lead to groupthink and echo chambers. When users identify with a particular persona, they may be more likely to surround themselves with others who share their views, which can reinforce their beliefs and limit their exposure to different perspectives. This can lead to a situation where the community becomes insular and less receptive to new ideas, which is counterproductive to the Great Awakening.

In summary, using an identity or repeatedly identifiable persona on the anonymous Q Research 8kun board can be counterproductive to the Great Awakening by undermining the anonymity that is designed to allow for open and honest discussions, potentially leading to a false sense of credibility or authority, and contributing to groupthink and echo chambers."

it is fdic insurance

and like car insurance for example they plan on one or two wrecks per year among them all

if half the cars in the country have a big pileup all at once

there is not enough money in the pool to fix them all

fdic was started after all the small account owners lost everything in the great depression bank failures

it was not designed to bail out everyone with large accounts

but it looks like the large account owners have a lot of politicians in their now empty pockets

US-Ukraine relationship โ€˜crackingโ€™ โ€“ Politico

Vladimir Zelensky is ungrateful for Washingtonโ€™s support and his war aims are unrealistic, officials have told the news outlet

The US and Ukraine are increasingly at odds over how Kiev intends the conflict with Moscow to continue, and eventually end, Politico reported on Sunday. President Joe Bidenโ€™s insistence that Ukraine will decide when to seek peace might not remain โ€œtenableโ€ for much longer, US officials reportedly believe.

Ukraineโ€™s refusal to abandon the encircled city of Artyomovsk (Bakhmut) has caused some Biden administration officials to worry that it is โ€œexpending so much manpower and ammunitionโ€ that it could be unable to mount a counteroffensive against Russian forces elsewhere, Politico claimed.

Although the Pentagon has suggested that holding the city is not strategically important for Ukraine, โ€œKiev has, for now, ignored Washingtonโ€™s input,โ€ the report stated.

The dispute over Bakhmutโ€™s value has been reported by US media already, but it is just one area of disagreement highlighted by Politico. President Vladimir Zelenskyโ€™s attitude towards military support from the US is another. While the=US has given Ukraine tens of billions of dollars worth of weapons out of a $113 billion fund, Zelensky has repeatedly demanded more.

โ€œThere have been grumblings about the constant requests and, at times, Zelensky not showing appropriate gratitude,โ€ Politico wrote, citing two anonymous White House officials.

Biden has repeatedly stated that the US will keep American weapons flowing into Ukraine โ€œfor as long as it takes,โ€ and that Kiev alone will decide when to sit down to peace talks with Russia. However, officials reportedly worry thatZelenskyโ€™s promise to capture Crimea โ€“ which voted to join Russia in 2014 โ€“ will only โ€œextend the war,โ€ and could trigger โ€œa dramatic escalation from Moscow.โ€

Politicoโ€™s report is not the first indication that Washington doesnโ€™t back Zelenskyโ€™s plans for Crimea. Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Mark Milley warned in January that attacking the Russian peninsula would be โ€œvery, very difficult,โ€ while the Pentagon has reportedly been telling Congress that Ukraine lacks the capability to launch such an operation in the first place.

โ€œBiden continues to stick to his refrain that the United States will leave all decisions about war and peace to Zelensky,โ€ Politico wrote. โ€œBut whispers have begun across Washington as to how tenable that will be as the war grinds on.โ€

Ukraineโ€™s decision-making has also been called into question by US intelligence agents, who told the New York Times last week that a โ€œpro-Ukrainian groupโ€ was behind the September 2022 attack on the Nord Stream gas pipelines. Although the spies stressed that Zelenskyโ€™s government was not involved, Politico claimed that the Biden administration has signaled to Kiev that โ€œviolence outside of Ukraineโ€™s borders will not be tolerated.โ€

The New York Times article contradicted earlier reporting by journalist Seymour Hersh, which blamed the explosions on the Biden administration and CIA. Moscow described its publication as a โ€œcoordinated hoaxโ€ aimed at shifting blame away from the US and toward Ukraine.

No more fractional lending of homes, and other fiduciary instruments.

It all needs to stop, or they'll do this over and over again.

In the reflection of the mirror, anon sees car beside. On the car beside, anon sees reflection of the car behind.

Unsure of make and model.

License plate appears obscured by front wheel of car beside in reflection.

Can get a lot out of reflections.

Thank you anon.

God bless in Jesus name.

You can really tell they are seething when they reply to every one of my posts. God they need to start sending better shills worthy of battling with me. They are pathetic. The dull whimper of a destroyed echo chamberโ€ฆ kek.

Content of metals in emissions from gasoline, diesel, and alternative mixed biofuels

The use of alternative fuels or biofuel blends could be a way to reduce the environmental burden of increasing traffic. The aim of this study was to compare emissions from conventional fuels and alternative biofuels for diesel and spark-ignition engines under comparable conditions, i.e., using the World Harmonized Transient Cycle for a heavy-duty diesel engine and the Artemis CADC driving cycle for automobiles powered by gasoline and alternative fuels. Total contents of Ba, Ce, Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni, Pb, V, and Zn were determined in emissions, fuels, and lubricating oils. In addition, the bioaccessibility of metals in emissions was also assessed by extraction in water and in simulated lung fluid (Gamble's solution). Total particulate mass emissions, expressed per kilogram of fuel, and total contents of metals were higher for the diesel engine than for spark-ignition engines. The highest metal contents in emissions from diesel and gasoline fuels were found for Fe, Zn, and Cu. Fe and Cu in emissions from diesel and spark-ignition engines declined with the addition of bio-components in fuels. However, there was no significant decrease in the contents of other metals in emissions from biofuels. The highest degrees of bioaccessibility were observed for Ba, Zn, Cd, and V in emissions from diesel and biodiesel (according to their solubility in water). On the basis of this study, the use of biodiesel (especially methylesters of rapeseed oil) can be recommended to reduce the total mass of particulate and metal emissions from diesel engines.
