what I found yesterday, being maybe 100 miles from full eclipse, and no clouds at all, was you couldn't see any eclipse with your eyes, it was just like looking at the sun. And those video screen caps, that I thought were cool looking, and did show the eclipse in, perhaps, a blue lens flare, weren't noticeable when I was doing that. Not easy at all to use a point and shoot or smart phone to get a picture of the eclipse in bright sunny cloudless conditions. Pointing the phone / point and shoot camera at the eclipse did make some cool photos I thought, but not great quality, accurate photos.

Mike McCormick, who served as Joe Biden’s stenographer traveling with him around the world including to Ukraine, recently published a book revealing what he saw, which included criminal activity in regards to the Burisma kickback scheme. “The Case to Impeach and Imprison Joe Biden” lays out probably the most comprehensive account ever written about the scheme.

McCorrmick became aware of the criminal nature of the activity after poring over the emails on Hunter Biden’s laptop, which allowed him to put it all together. “When I worked for him, I thought Joe was harmless — egotistical, buffoonish, and unpresidential, but harmless,” he said. “Now I think of him as an evil criminal who should be impeached and imprisoned.” McCormick served as Biden’s stenographer when he was vice president from 2011 to 2017, transcribing every speech and interview.

 

He said he personally witnessed Biden negotiate the Burisma kickback scheme — U.S. funding to Ukrainian energy, primarily Burisma, in exchange for putting Hunter Biden on Burisma’s board of directors — on a trip to Poland in 2014. He came to a lot of conclusions that other reporters haven’t figured out, due to his unique position and intensive study of this issue. McCormick cross-referenced what he witnessed with the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop, and posted some of the most alarming findings from it at JoeBidenUnauthorized.com.

One of his observations was that Hunter likely did not author some of his emails, pointing out signs indicating that, such as using the complex word “imprudent” and suggesting strategy that he wasn’t intellectually capable of. McCormick believes they were probably authored by Ted Kaufman, a close associate of his father’s and former senator from Delaware who was digging into Ukrainian politics at the time. Joe Biden used a disguised email address for these communications.

 

McCormick had access to details that many investigative journalists would not. For example, Jake Sullivan, who served in various capacities under Obama, gave the press a briefing on a trip to Ukraine, and his name was withheld from official documents. But since McCormick was sitting next to him, he knew it was him.

McCormick said the “evidence of the crime” was right there in the briefing, “right when Sullivan declares that Joe’s U.S. taxpayer-supported energy assistance for all of Ukraine will be directed to ‘extract unconventional gas resources’ and support ‘energy efficiency.’” He pointed out how Sullivan cleverly altered the wording from “shale gas” to “unconventional gas resources” to disguise it. Burisma was only one of a handful of Ukrainian companies with a license for fracking at that time.

 

Hunter’s hard drive revealed that he and his company received $11 million for being on the board of Burisma and conducting attorney work for the company, despite the fact Hunter had no related background experience before he served in those positions.. An FBI document revealed that Biden and Hunter were each paid $5 million to get a Ukrainian prosecutor investigating Burisma removed.

McCormick pointed out that there is no statute of limitations on this type of crime. The Burisma kickback scheme would have likely never been exposed if Hunter hadn’t left his laptop at the repair store.

McCormick reported his findings to the FBI — showing how firmly he believed crimes were committed; considering if he was wrong, he could be prosecuted. But no one has ever asked him to give sworn testimony, not even Republican members of Congress, although they spoke with him. Inside Editioninterviewed him, then never aired the interview.

Tellingly, the Ukrainian prosecutor closed all investigations into Burisma in March 2021, and Burisma was dissolved in 2023.

McCormick was kicked off Twitter in 2021 for posting a photo of Biden, Obama and a few others with the caption, “Every single person in this photo knew Joe Biden was shaking down Ukraine through his sleazy son Hunter. Every. Single. One.” He’s back on X in the Elon Musk era.

 

One of the chapters in the book goes over Biden’s ties to the cartels. He said Biden flew to Honduras to ostensibly “support Honduras as a way to engage,” but “[it] was actually quite destructive because the Obama/Biden outreach to Honduras through Porfirio Lobo Sosa occurred as his son Fabio was smuggling massive amounts of cocaine into the United States.

Fabio was finally arrested and pleaded guilty in 2016 in New York. McCormick surmised, “This reads to me like the Lobos were a father-son crime team who did as they pleased because dad was the president and Fabio was above the law. Sickeningly familiar, isn’t it? Echoes of Joe and Hunter and ‘We’re the elites.’”

 

Some of Biden’s remarks were disturbing, like those made at the time of the Boston Marathon bombing. He made a statement shortly after the violence started, but before it was clear it was a bombing, that he wasn’t too concerned “unless there’s a bomb or something.” McCormick speculates that officials may have known in advance and did not prevent it, and Biden was revealing classified information. Adding insult to injury, Biden made a statement praising the survivors that said, “It was worth — it was worth it — I mean this sincerely — just to hear each of you speak.”

The stunning arrogance of Biden grated on McCormick over the years. He relayed one dinner conversation that Biden had with top left-wing female journalists in 2014, when he was trying to win them over from supporting Hillary Clinton. After giving them a lecture about how being middle class means you buy your coffee at Dunkin Donuts instead of Starbucks, he said, “We’re the elites.” Twice, to make sure they heard it.

 

McCormick concluded, “America is now operating under a two-tiered justice system. The Biden Department of Justice is covering for the crimes of the president.”

Like Jesus wanted us all to do all along. Be your own soul. Find your own way. WITH the Father.

 

I wouldn’t recommend hitchhiking to anyone now. Too fucking dangerous. All we had to worry about at the time was the occasional Ted Bundy or gangs of rednecks chasing hippies into the woods for fun.

Peter Higgs, a giant of British science who came up with the idea of the Higgs boson particle, has died aged 94.

ALERT: Highly Poisonous Substance that Can Cause Coma and Blindness Discovered in Hand Sanitizer and Aloe Gel – Voluntary Recall Underway

 

Over three dozen lots of hand sanitizer and aloe gel are reportedly being recalled because they contain a highly poisonous substance that can cause severe health issues, including blindness and coma.

 

The FDA said Friday that Aruba Aloe Balm N.V., which is based in Oranjestad, Aruba, is “voluntarily” recalling 40 lots of Aruba Aloe Hand Sanitizer Gel Alcohol 80% and Aruba Aloe Alcoholada Gel. These products contain alcohol modified with methanol.

 

As the FDA notes, exposure to methanol can lead to nausea, vomiting, headache, blurred vision, coma, seizures, permanent blindness, permanent damage to the central nervous system, or death. The people most at risk for methanol poisoning are children who accidentally ingest these products and adolescents and adults who drink these products as an alcohol (ethanol) substitute.

 

Aruba Aloe Balm N.V. claims it has not received any reports of adverse events connected to the use of its products.

 

Aruba Aloe Hand Sanitizer Gel is used as a sanitizer to help reduce bacteria that can potentially cause disease. It is packaged in 12 fl oz green plastic bottles with white labels reading in part “ARUBA ALOE Hand Sanitizer GEL 80% Alcohol Made in Aruba World’s Finest Aloe.”

 

Aruba Aloe Alcoholada Gel is designed to provide temporary relief of pain and itching associated with minor burns, sunburn, insect bites, or minor skin irritations. It comes in 2.2 and 8.5 fl. oz clear bottles.

 

The affected Aruba Aloe Hand Sanitizer GEL product lots are the following:

 

According to the FDA, the products were distributed between 5/1/2021 and 10/27/2023 and sold in the US online via the Aruba Aloe Balm N.V. website. The Aruba-based company is notifying the customers who bought the products via email and offering a discount coupon for a future purchase.

 

The FDA is urging customers to discontinue using the products and to throw them away. The agency also says customers affected by the product should contact their doctor or healthcare provider.

More specifically, whether a subsequent president may criminally prosecute his (or her) predecessor, and current political rival, for official acts the previous president took while in office. This amicus brief was not filed on behalf of either party – Special Counsel Jack Smith (hired by Attorney General Merrick Garland to prosecute former President Trump) nor on behalf of former President Trump. Rather, this amicus brief was filed to defend the constitutional principle that a President of the United States, as the Nation’s chief executive, must have immunity from criminal prosecution for those official acts the President takes during the President’s term in office. Otherwise, the President’s fear of a subsequent political rival bringing a criminal prosecution after the President leaves office will impair the President’s ability to make those decisions necessary to protect our national interest and discharge the duties of the office of Chief Executive.

 

This does not mean the President is “above the law” or is unaccountable. Quite to the contrary. The Founders adopted a very specific method for holding the President accountable. That method is in Article One of the Impeachment Clause of the Constitution, which provides that, after impeached by the House and conviction by the Senate, the President may be subject to criminal prosecution. ‘Forever Chemicals’ Found in Half of Fruit, Vegetables.

 

Residue from cancer-causing “forever chemicals” known as PFAs (per- and poly-fluoroalkyl substances) has been discovered in over half of fruits and vegetables in the UK. These persistent elements, which are used in certain pesticides, have been linked to serious health conditions and can persist in the environment and within living organisms for hundreds of years.

 

According to a report released by the Environment Department’s advisory committee on pesticide residues (PRiF), over 400 of these chemicals were found in over half of the over 3,300 food and drink samples tested.

 

Despite the alarming findings, 56.4 percent of the samples tested contained pesticide residue below the legally permitted maximum residue level (MRL). According to the UK’s Health and Safety Executive (HSE), foods with residue above this level pose limited risk to health, but this is disputed by the Pesticide Action Network UK (Pan UK). The organization points out the MRLs do not ensure safety, nor do they consider other potential exposure routes.

 

Pan UK has urged the government to ban the 25 PFA pesticides currently in use in the UK, with six being classified as “highly hazardous.” The group is also advocating for increased support for farmers to end reliance on these chemicals, arguing that they are unnecessary for food production and are an avoidable source of pollution.

 

The Chem Trust, another campaign group, emphasizes the human-made nature of PFA’s and the crucial need to cease adding to this “toxic burden.” The Environment Department and HSE have yet to comment on these findings and concerns.

 

An American study released last year found that nearly half of U.S. drinking water was contaminated with PFAs. The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has linked these chemicals to multiple cancers in women.

Elisa Jordana, a former writer for the Howard Stern show, has been reportedly arrested following a violent live-streamed altercation with her boyfriend, known only as “ZScorro.”

 

The distressing footage, which went viral late Monday, shows Jordana engaged in a heated exchange that escalates to physical violence.

 

The live stream initially intended to be a personal vlog, took an alarming turn as viewers witnessed the former Stern staffer hitting the man several times in the face while driving. The man eventually forced Jordana out of the vehicle just moments before the live stream was abruptly cut off.

The live stream further captured Jordana hitting ZScorro multiple times. Jordana also threatened to leak nude photos and personal information of Sara to her Discord channel.

 

Sara herself called into the livestream, which led to Jordana assaulting ZScorro multiple times.

 

The aftermath of the incident has reportedly resulted in Jordana’s arrest. She was arrested by the Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office and charged with felony battery. Her mugshot has since gone viral.

Nicaragua tells ICJ Germany is 'facilitating' genocide in Gaza

 

The delegation outlined its case against Germany at the International Court of Justice at the start of a two-day hearing

 

Nicaragua has brought Germany before the International Court of Justice (ICJ) for violating the Genocide Convention through its continued military and political support of Israel.

 

On Monday, the Nicaraguan delegation presented its case as part of a two-day hearing, accusing Germany of "facilitating the commission of genocide" and demanding the court impose emergency measures to halt German arms exports to Israel and reinstate funding for the UN Palestinian refugee agency, Unrwa.

 

In his opening comments to the court, Nicaraguan Ambassador to the Netherlands Carlos Jose Arguello Gomez said that, through its continued support of Israel: "Germany is failing to honour its own obligation to prevent genocide or to ensure respect of international humanitarian law."

 

Nicaragua demanded the court issue five provisional measures, including that Germany "immediately suspend its aid to Israel, in particular its military assistance, including military equipment" and that it "reverse its decision to suspend the funding of Unrwa".

 

The implementation of these measures was "increasingly more urgent and necessary" in light of the rapidly deteriorating humanitarian situation in the Strip, the delegation said.

 

Germany, whose lawyers will present the delegation’s defence on Tuesday, rejects the charges.

 

After the hearing, German legal representative Tania von Uslar-Gleichen dismissed Nicaragua's presentation as "grossly biased".

 

'Flashing red'

The Nicaraguan case argues that since the start of the war, Germany has been fully aware that Israel was violating international law in Gaza, and that, following the ICJ’s ruling on 26 January that found a "plausible risk" of genocide in Gaza, these violations were tantamount to genocide.

210 Democrats vote against bill requiring medical care for babies born alive after abortion attempt

 

Democrats said the bill would interfere with families' medical decisions

 

Nearly every House Democrat on Wednesday voted against legislation that would require immediate medical attention for babies who are born alive after an attempt was made to abort them.

 

The House passed the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which says any infant born alive after an attempted abortion is a "legal person for all purposes under the laws of the United States." Doctors would be required to care for those infants as a "reasonably diligent and conscientious health care practitioner would render to any other child born alive."

 

The bill passed 220-210, and all 210 of the "no" votes came from Democrats. Only one Democrat voted for the bill — Rep. Henry Cuellar of Texas — and one other Democrat, Rep. Vicente Gonzalez of Texas, voted "present."

 

Following that level of care, doctors would be required admit those infants to a hospital for further care. Any violation of this standard would result in fines and imprisonment for up to five years, or both.

 

Republicans argued on the floor that comments from Virginia’s former Democratic Gov. Ralph Northam are an example of why the law needs to be clarified to protect newborn infants who survive abortions. Northam was talking about third-trimester abortions and appeared to indicate support for delivering babies that might still be alive before taking their life outside the womb.

Billionaire Zionist Lucian Grainge is the Chairman and CEO of Universal Music Group, the largest music company in the world. But since February, he and his company have also been named ” defendants” in a lawsuit against hip-hop impresario P Diddy, whose legal name is Sean Combs.

 

As one of the most influential figures in one of the most popular musical genres of this century, Combs has many friends. Yet, among his closest are an outsized number of influential Zionists.

 

Combs has been hit with five civil lawsuits in four months, while the Department of Homeland Security raided his homes in Miami and Los Angeles in late March. Said to have hundreds of cameras inside his properties, and, naturally, footage of politicians and music industry executives, Combs’ role in a potential sexual blackmail operation with links to the Israel lobby bears shocking resemblance to the Jeffrey Epstein conspiracy.

 

One of the most powerful men in music with ties to the “Friends of the IDF” organization has been accused of financing and attending parties held by the artist, which featured trafficked, underage sex workers. Meanwhile, A-list actor Ashton Kutcher and other entertainment industry honchos close to Combs have maintained longstanding ties to the Israel lobby.

 

One of the civil lawsuits was filed by Rodney Jones, a former producer hired by Combs. It accuses Diddy of sexual assault. In graphic detail, the lawsuit alleges an Epstein-style conspiracy that includes crimes ranging from the sex trafficking of minors to surreptitious druggings, sexual assault, and gun violence. According to the lawsuit, Combs’ “freak off” parties were paid for by Universal Music Group CEO Lucian Grainge and former Motown Records CEO Ethiopia Habtemariam in cash to avoid detection by federal authorities.

 

“Defendants executed their RICO Enterprise with threats of isolation from the music and entertainment industry: parading powerful music industry executives… at his parties filled with sex workers, minors, and illegal drugs, such as ecstasy, cocaine, GHB, ketamine, marijuana, and mushrooms,” the lawsuit alleges.

 

“Mr. Combs had hundreds of cameras in his homes in LA, NYC, and Miami. Mr. Combs required the sex workers and underaged girls to sign NDAs prior entering his parties, and prior to being drugged and sex trafficked at these parties,” the lawsuit adds. Jones “believes that Mr. Combs has recordings of Defendants” – namely Grainge and Habtemariam – “as well as other celebrities, music label executives, politicians, and athletes.”

 

Grainge has supported pro-Israel initiatives, such as a fund for Israeli Olympic athletes. As noted previously by Palestine Declassified, Grainge was photographed at a glitzy Friends of the IDF gala in 2016, presumably after making a hefty donation to the pro-occupation NGO. According to UK government documents, Grainge’s wife, Caroline Grainge, also funds several Zionist organizations.

 

Lucian Grainge also happens to be a “close friend” of Haim Saban, a Democratic Party power player and mega-donor to Zionist causes like the Friends of the IDF. Saban is an independent non-executive director at Universal Music Group and last month held a fundraiser for President Joe Biden.

Hunter Biden-linked Ukrainian company used for terror attacks in Russia – Moscow

Multiple entities, including Burisma Holdings, have been involved in funding terrorism, Russian investigators are claiming

 

Criminal probes into the financing of terrorist activities in Russia and abroad have been launched against several private companies, the country’s Investigative Committee announced on Tuesday. The list of suspects includes the Ukrainian industrial conglomerate Burisma Holdings, linked to a corruption scandal surrounding the Biden family that has been dragging on for years.

 

The criminal investigation stems from a complaint filed by a group of Russian MPs and public figures in the aftermath of the deadly Crocus City Hall attack outside Moscow last month. The original complaintidentified the US and its allies as allegedly organizing a string of attacks on Russian soil.

 

So far, investigators have “established that the funds, flowing through commercial organizations, including the oil and gas conglomerate Burisma Holdings, operating in Ukraine, have been used in recent years to carry out terrorist attacks in Russia,” committee spokeswoman Svetlana Petrenko said. Terrorist activities have alsoreached beyond the country, aimed at the “elimination of prominent political and public figures, as well as causing economic damage,” she added.

 

The committee’s specialists have been working “in cooperation with other intelligence services and financial intelligence,” Petrenko noted. The scrutiny currently revolves around “checking sources of income and further movement of funds in the amount of several million US dollars,” and examining the potential involvement of “specific individuals from among government officials, people with civic and commercial organizations of Western countries,” the spokeswoman stated.

 

Burisma is probably best known internationally for its controversial ties to the current first family in the US. In the spring of 2014, following the US-backed coup in Kiev, the Ukrainian energy firm hired Hunter Biden and his business partner Devon Archer on its board of directors, offering $1 million a year in pay. Biden’s father Joe was President Barack Obama’s vice president at the time, and oversaw Washington’s Ukraine policy. He once famously bragged about getting a corruption prosecutor fired – which just happened to occur after that prosecutor began investigating Burisma.

 

Nikolay Zlochevsky’s company also offered protection payments to the government in Kiev, according to former Ukrainian MP Andrey Derkach. Zlochevsky paid some“800 million hryvnias [over $21 million] for terrorism financing” in “various jurisdictions,” Derkach claimed in January.

 

“The leaders of Ukraine’s security services make no secret of the fact that they carry out terrorist acts and political assassinations for extra-budgetary cash,” he said at the time. “Once again: Biden’s partners in the corruption business in Ukraine finance terrorist acts, thus avoiding responsibility for corruption in Ukraine.”

 

Derkach claimed it was common practice for the owners of largebusinesses in Ukraine to ‘donate’ to the war effort in exchange forimmunity from prosecution. He pointed to acriminal case against Zlochevskyrelating to a$6 million cash bribethat ended with the Burismaowner paying a $1,800 fine.

Pfizer Fined Just £34,800 for Promoting Vaccine Before Authorisation. When Will Bosses Face Real Consequences?

 

In November 2020, Dr. Berkeley Phillips, the Medical Director of Pfizer U.K., shared a post from a fellow employee on Twitter that said:

 

Our vaccine candidate is 95% effective in preventing COVID-19 and 94% effective in people over 65 years old. We will file all of our data with health authorities within days. Thank you to every volunteer in our trial and to all who are tirelessly fighting this pandemic.

 

Four other Pfizer U.K. colleagues re-tweeted the same post. Pfizer also identified four more U.K.-based colleagues who liked the tweet.

 

In the U.K., the Prescription Medicines Code of Practice Authority (PMCPA) is the self-regulatory body which administers the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI) Code of Practice for the industry.

 

In a recent report, the PMCPA Panel noted the “tweet clearly referred to the outcome of the Pfizer and BioNTech’s vaccine being developed to protect against COVID-19. The Panel noted that Clause 3.1 prohibited the promotion of a medicine prior to the grant of its marketing authorisation”.

This latest fine comes after Pfizer’s Chief Executive, Dr. Albert Bourla, was found guilty in November 2022 of misleading U.K. parents over the safety of the Covid vaccine for children.

 

Bourla told the BBC, “People will be likely to need to have annual Covid vaccinations for many years to come.” He thought this would be necessary to maintain a “very high level of protection”.

 

He also told that bastion of truth the BBC that immunising children in the U.K. and Europe would be a ”very good idea”.

 

“Covid in schools is thriving,” he said.

 

“This is disturbing, significantly, the educational system, and there are kids that will have severe symptoms. So there is no doubt in my mind that the benefits, completely, are in favour of doing it.”

 

Dr. Albert Bourla thought this would be needed to maintain a “very high level of protection”.

 

The U.K. regulator found Pfizer guilty of violating three PMCPA code of practice sections.

In 2021, he was named CEO of the Year by CNN Business. His estimated net worth is at least $35.6 Million as of February 23rd 2024. Albert owns over 127,674 units of Pfizer stock worth over $12,123,852, and over the last 10 years he has sold stock worth over $5,557,386. But this is chicken feed compared to his remuneration of $17,929,000 as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer at Pfizer.

 

But a month after Bourla had taken the BBC for a ride, he was back on the stock exchange’s trading floors: the largest trade he ever made was exercising 222,328 units of Pfizer stock on December 15th 2022, worth over $6,058,438.

 

Dr. Phillips, the U.K.’s Medical Director for Pfizer, said the social media post was “accidental and unintentional”. Yet, everything at this level is fine-tuned to promote the stock price and further the pharmaceutical agenda.

 

Promoting an unlicensed medicine or unauthorised indication is a criminal offence. The penalty is a fine or imprisonment for up to two years. We think it’s about time someone faced an actual penalty rather than pennies for breaches of the code.

At least three killed in blast at Italian hydroelectric plant

At least three people have been killed and four are missing after a fire and explosion underground at a hydroelectric power plant in northern Italy on Tuesday, the local mayor said.

Italian utility group Enel (ENEI.MI), opens new tab confirmed that a fire had broken out on one of its transformers at its hydro power plant in Bargi, close to Bologna, in the early afternoon.

The fire brigade said earlier that an explosion had occurred around 3 p.m. (1300 GMT) at a dam on Lake Suviana, one of three artificial lakes that feed the power station.

Marco Masinara, the mayor of the nearby town of Camugnano, said three dead bodies had been found and four people were missing, while three were "badly hurt" and taken to hospital.

He added that the initial indication was that the incident was probably caused by a defect in a turbine.

Enel has not commented on the cause. The company said the dam basin had not been damaged and that the plant was offline at the time of the incident so there was no impact on electricity supply.

Nor should they.

 

In the absence of accountability, these scenes are instead provocations - committed, direct affirmations - that send a message to the world that this is a power where no law dares speak.

 

Worse still, we are judged as hopeless and pathetic before the biggest mass murder of our times.

 

Our shock, horror, and grief are castigated as accusatory indictments of antisemitism, sympathy for terrorism and, in the case of many already highly policed and surveilled communities, criminality.

Staging the crime scene

But while Palestinians desperately document their genocide, there is another scene that possesses you by its sheer depravity: the broadcasting and display of enjoyment of Israelis in that violence.

 

The transgressive staging and voyeuristic witnessing have a self-validating effect. With callous indifference to the injuries inflicted, Israeli soldiers share with us their disturbing desire to continue to dominate the now-empty homes of displaced, possibly dead, Palestinians.

 

Intruding upon and exposing their private world in gleeful abandon, Israeli soldiers flaunt women's underwear on walls, military vehicles, and on their own bodies, playfully caressing the nipples.
