3 Illegal Aliens Indicted In Conspiracy To Kill Whistleblower

SAVANNAH, GA – Three men, all illegal alien residents of the United States, have been indicted for plotting the murder of a whistleblower who exposed a scheme to fraudulently employ other illegals.

Brothers Pablo Rangel-Rubio, 49, and Juan Rangel-Rubio, 42, both residents of Rincon, Ga., and Higinio Perez-Bravo, 49, of Savannah, were charged in a federal indictment unsealed today in U.S. District Court in Savannah, announced Southern District of Georgia U.S. Attorney Bobby L. Christine.

Pablo Rangel-Rubio and Juan Rangel-Rubio are charged with Conspiracy to Retaliate Against a Witness; Conspiracy to Kill a Witness; Conspiracy to Conceal, Harbor and Shield Illegal Aliens; and Money Laundering Conspiracy. Pablo Rangel-Rubio and Perez-Bravo are charged with Conspiracy to Commit Murder for Hire. Pablo Rangel-Rubio also is charged with three counts of Money Laundering Transactions Over $10,000.

The investigation began with the Aug. 19, 2017 death of Eliud Montoya, 41, who was found shot to death near his home in Garden City, Ga.. Two days before his death, Montoya, a naturalized United States citizen employed by a Savannah-area tree service, had filed a formal complaint with the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission alleging that Pablo Rangel-Rubio ran a scheme to employ illegal aliens at the tree service, profiting from the company while also skimming pay from the illegal workers. Four months earlier, Montoya also had reported the scheme to company officials.

According to the indictment, authorities allege Pablo Rangel-Rubio paid Perez-Bravo to assist Juan Rangel-Rubio in killing Montoya in retaliation for reporting the conspiracy that is believed to have netted the brothers more than $3.5 million during the approximate 10-year period of the scheme.

“Eliud Montoya was a naturalized citizen of the United States who worked hard and raised a family,” said U.S. Attorney Bobby L. Christine. “He went to the proper authorities to report a federal crime and for that he was murdered. Our office is committed to ensuring justice for Eliud Montoya, a man killed for doing the right thing, by those intent on protecting their illegal profits.”

The investigation was led by Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) with assistance from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), the FBI, the United States Marshals Service, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI), the Garden City Police Department, the Effingham County Sheriff’s Office, and the Chatham County Sheriff’s Office.

“As Homeland Security Investigations has stated repeatedly – HSI equally focuses its worksite enforcement efforts on those who illegally work in the U.S., as well as the employers who knowingly hire them,” said HSI Atlanta Special Agent in Charge Nick S. Annan. “This case is an extreme, but clear, example of how far certain criminals seeking to illegally exploit the U.S. labor market will go to protect their ill-gotten gains, and illustrates why worksite enforcement will continue to be a major priority for HSI.”

“The FBI is proud to have assisted our fellow federal, state and local law enforcement agencies in making these important arrests,” said Chris Hacker, Special Agent in Charge of FBI Atlanta. “Citizens who uphold the law and report criminal activity should never have to be afraid of retaliation from those intent on breaking the law.

Devin Nunes Observation: WORLD AG EXPO

Anyone notice that Devin Nunes does Fox news interviews quite frequently at a location labeled as “World Ag Expo” in Tulare, CA. Now yes, Tulare is the district he represents but, the actual World Ag Expo is an event held once a year for a few days in February. It is an EVENT not a location.

For those wondering, the dates for the World Ag Expo this year were Feb 13-15, 2018.

So WHY would the Nunes interview location say World Ag Expo when clearly that describes an EVENT, not a location?

Pedophile Student at the University of Maryland Lured Children Using Snapchat

An alleged pedophile is now in custody who attended the University of Maryland in Baltimore County after law enforcement say that 21-year-old Jake Tyler Patterson used Snapchat to lure underage children and shared child pornography.

The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office says that Jake Tyler Patterson was subjected to an investigation which spanned nearly six months, beginning in August of 2018.

Patterson lived at the 2200 block of Mount Ephraim Road, in Adamstown, Maryland.

The agency says they received numerous tips about Patterson allegedly using the once-popular social media application Snapchat in order to fulfill his perverse desires.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation and police officials from Baltimore County, as well as the University of Maryland (UMBC) all provided the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office with resources amidst the investigation, according to The Baltimore Sun.

Through various court order subpoenas, search warrants, and assistance from the FBI, Jake Tyler Patterson was identified as the suspect.

On Friday, the combined law enforcement agencies raided the University of Maryland in Baltimore County with an arrest warrant for Jake Tyler Patterson on numerous counts including those related to child pornographic materials.

Patterson was arrested without incident, according to the Sheriff's Office, and later confessed to the crimes.

Jake Patterson was then transported to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center without bail, with a bail hearing scheduled for Monday afternoon.

He's being charged with four counts related to soliciting and permitting a child to be the subject of pornographic material, according to an online search of court records.

All four of the offenses took place between July 21st and December 6th, according to official records.

The Russian government spent around $100,000 in Facebook ads during the 2016 election. The two candidates spent over a billion dollars.

Trump 2020 Campaign Manager weighed in on the 2016 Russian Facebook ads in an interview in November.

Russia only spent $6,000 on Facebook ads IN THE LAST SIX WEEKS BEFORE THE ELECTION!

“You know, six thousand dollars is what they spent over the last six weeks. I was spending that per half second or per millisecond probably. So if you take that over six weeks they were spending .00001 cent per second. So I could get how maybe it would fly under the radar.”

Russia spent $4,600 dollars on Google ads in 2016.

Russia did not exactly bombard the US electorate with propaganda during the 2016 election as the fake news media would like to suggest.

The House Intelligence Committee already released several of theFacebook ads and posts linked to a Russian troll operation during and after the 2016 presidential election.

Democrats and naive Republicans want you to believe these Russian Facebook ads flipped the election to Donald Trump.

But at least half of the ads were pro-Hillary.

And Russia claims half of their paid ads ran after the election and 25% never ran at all.

In November 2017 afternoon, the House Intelligence Committee released a sampling of Facebook ads linked to Russia. One of the ads released was a sponsored post for the Nov. 12 anti-Trump march at Union Square against Trump in New York City after the election.
