Two more women have accused former Vice President Joe Biden of touching them inappropriately at events, bringing the total number of women who have complained publicly about the prospective 2020 Democratic candidate to four.

The latest accusations were reported by The New York Times. One of the claims dated from 2012, while the other encounter was said to have taken place a few years later.

In the 2012 incident, writer D.J. Hill said Biden put his hand on her shoulder, then dropped it down her back in a way that made her "very uncomfortable" while Hill and her husband posed for pictures with him at a fundraiser in Minneapolis. Hill said her husband noticed the movement and made a joke about it.

"Only he knows his intent,” Hill told the Times, before adding, "If something makes you feel uncomfortable, you have to feel able to say it."

In the second incident, former college student Caitlyn Caruso told the paper that Biden "rested his hand on her thigh — even as she squirmed in her seat to show her discomfort — and hugged her 'just a little bit too long' at an event on sexual assault at the University of Nevada at Las Vegas." Caruso, now 22, told the paper that she was 19 at the time and had just recounted her own story of sexual assault.

"It doesn’t even really cross your mind that such a person would dare perpetuate harm like that,” Caruso told the Times. "These are supposed to be people you can trust."

On Monday, Amy Lappos, a former aide to Rep. Jim Himes, D-Conn., told the Hartford Courant that Biden touched her face with both hands and rubbed noses in 2009. Late last week, former Nevada politician Lucy Flores wrote that Biden had grabbed her shoulders, smelled her hair and kissed her on the back of her head at a campaign event in 2014.

Biden has denied acting inappropriately and a spokesman for the former vice president accused "right wing trolls and others" of conflating images of Biden embracing acquaintances, colleagues and friends in his official capacity during swearing-in ceremonies with uninvited touching in a statement published the same day as Lappos' accusations.

Biden's team had no immediate comment on the latest allegations.

Obama’s DHS Secretary Confirms ‘We Are Truly in a Crisis’ on US Southern Border

Former Department of Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson could not deny the obvious while appearing on MSNBC.

Democrats have been ignoring the emergency on the US southern border since President Donald Trump took office, but one of Obama’s top federal bureaucrats is blowing the whistle about the raging crisis.

“When I was in office at Kirstjen Nielsen’s job, at her desk, I’d get to work around 6:30 in the morning and there’d be my intelligence book, sitting on my desk,” Former Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Johnson said during an appearance on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” on Friday.

“The PDB and also the apprehension numbers from the day before. And I’d look at them every morning — and my staff will tell you if it was under 1,000 apprehensions the day before that was a relatively good number. And if it was above 1,000 that was a relatively bad number and I was going to be in a bad mood the whole day,” he added.

Johnson said that the apprehensions that are coming in now are unfathomable in comparison to even the large number he had to process while heading up DHS.

“On Tuesday there were 4,000 apprehensions,” he said. “I know that a thousand overwhelms the system. I cannot begin to imagine what 4,000 a day looks like, so we are truly in a crisis.”

President Donald Trump is upping his tough talk toward Mexico in the hopes that they will do something to fix the problem.

“We’ll keep it closed for a long time,” Trump said on Friday. “I’m not playing games. Mexico has to stop it.”

Trump is also yanking away aid from Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala because he believes the socialist governments of those failed states are conspiring to send caravans of illegals across the US southern border.

“We were paying them tremendous amounts of money. And we’re not paying them anymore. Because they haven’t done a thing for us. They set up these caravans,” Trump said, according to a CNN report.

“At the Secretary’s instruction, we are carrying out the President’s direction and ending FY 2017 and FY 2018 foreign assistance programs for the Northern Triangle,” spokesperson for the State Department said. “We will be engaging Congress as part of this process.”

When even Obama-era officials are forced to go against the Democratic Party narrative on illegal immigration, that is an indicator that the crisis is really picking up. Trump will have to fight not only members of the Democrats but also traitors lurking within his own movement to solve this existential threat to the future of the US.

The M53A1 was developed to counter multiple threats encountered on the modern battlefield. "It provides excellent protection against traditional chemical and biological warfare agents, select Toxic Industrial Materials (TIMs) and particulate matter including radioactive dust," read the M53 brochure.

According to the company, the M53A1 protects soldiers from chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear attacks. Specifically, the mask protects against mustard, sarin, soman, and VX nerve agents.

The order comes one month after the U.S. government introduced science-based guidelines for how first responders decontaminate large numbers of Americans after a chemical-weapons attack.

The guidelines, published last month, are the first in the U.S. to be based on extensive research and testing.

On March 22nd President Donald Trump nominated noted economist Stephen Moore to serve on the Board of the ((([Federal Reserve]))).

Stephen Moore has a distinguished career in leadership roles at Heritage and The Wall Street Journal. Stephen Moore is a founder at the Club for Growth. Moore was an early Trump campaign supporter and wrote the book Trumponomics.

Moore is a presidential adviser and friend and is an architect of the greatest economic boom since Ronald Reagan.

In September Stephen Moore spoke at the Gateway Eagle Council in St. Louis, Missouri.

And in December Steve criticized Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell for his irresponsible and dangerous rate hikes and threats of rate hikes. Powell was able to unilaterally stall the US economic boom in its tracks and cost the US economy hundreds of billions of dollars.

Moore wrote that it was time for Powell to resign. Moore was right.

In one of the most remarkable Abbott and Costello routines in modern times, the economic wizards at the Fed again raised interest rates on Tuesday. Their cracker jack logic for doing so is to steer America on a course toward recession so they have the tools in hand to end the recession that THEY themselves created. Can anyone tell us who’s on first?

Worse, this Fed move doubles down on its blunderous interest rate rise in September. President Trump turned out to be exactly right: the central bank pull back on money would slow growth and crush the stock market in order to combat nonexistent inflation.

The Fed had already reduced the monetary thrust that it provides to the economy 8 times since December 15, 2015, by raising its Fed Funds interest rate from 0.25% to 2.25%. Each time, the Fed claimed that it needed to guard our economic airliner from inflationary “overheating” – as if its job is to prevent too many people from working and making sure that pay checks aren’t rising too quickly.

Unfortunately, if you cut engine power too far on a jetliner, it will stall and drop out of the sky.

On Wednesday, December 19, despite the numerous market-based alarms that were sounding in the cockpit, Chairman Powell and his co-pilots on the FOMC voted to raise the Fed Funds rate to 2.50%. This sucks more dollars out of the economy at a time when the world demanding more dollars – thanks to Trump’s Tax cutting and deregulation policies.

Chairman Powell has been entirely tone deaf to the financial markets he seeks to protect. The Dow Jones Industrial average, which had risen by 382 points on hopes that the Fed would listen to President Trump and stop cutting power, plunged by 895 points after the 2:00 PM announcement, and closed the day down 352 points (1.49%). Poof, trillions of dollars of wealth vanished.

Since its peak on October 3, which, not coincidentally, was right after Chairman Powell gave a speech suggesting that the Fed might be through tightening money, the Dow has fallen by more than 3,500 points [now 4,500]. Market fears about his bad judgment have cut the value of all U.S. stocks by about $4.5 trillion, which is enough to buy 16,000 Boeing 787 Dreamliners.

The Fed economists use twisted logic that the economy is “strong enough” to absorb the rate hikes – which is simply an admission that their policy will slow growth.

And for what purpose? Since the last rate hike the economy has slipped into an anti-growth deflationary cycle with commodity prices – oil, copper, cotton, lead, steel, silver among others – falling by about 10 percent. The new Fed policy is sure to accelerate the deflation and farmers, ranchers, coal miners, oil and gas drillers will get further crunched by the dollar shortage.

Can someone at the Fed Temple please explain how falling commodity prices indicates inflation? Inflation is too many dollars chasing too few goods.

The commodities index is about the only read-out that a monetary pilot truly needs. And, right now, the CRB Index is blaring “Pull up! Pull up!”

Mr. Powell warned of a slowing economy in 2019 – but he failed to acknowledge that the headwinds the economy is facing are the drag the Fed is itself creating. It was almost as if the Fed believes there is some weird Puritan-like virtue to slowing down the investment, employment and wage-growth spurt Trump policies have created.

This was a scathing rebuke of the current Federal Reserve Chairman.

Stephen Moore was right.

CA Dem T.J. Cox Failed to Disclose Business Ties, Including to Foreign Biz

Investigation comes on the heels of audit blasting nonprofit also tied to Cox

California Representative T.J. Cox failed to disclose a number of his business interests on required congressional disclosure forms during the 2018 campaign in which the Democrat prevailed over Republican incumbent David Valadao by fewer than 1,000 votes. The incomplete disclosures, first reported by the Fresno Bee, failed to show Cox's interest in at least five companies, including his position as a board member to Constellation Mines, Ltd., a for-profit Canadian mining company. While the stake in that company should have been listed, the board position would also run afoul of new campaign finance and ethical requirements currently being pushed by Democrats in Congress, and for which Cox has been a vocal supporter. Cox told a reporter with the McClatchy Washington Bureau that extricating himself from some of his businesses is complicated. "You don't put together 10 or 15 years worth of businesses and get out overnight," he said. The Bee‘s report added that Cox said he wanted to be transparent and to remove all doubts about potential conflicts of interest.

This latest investigation comes nearly two months after an audit by the city of Fresno blasted a locally based nonprofit for which Cox was the treasurer, citing dozens of questionable transactions and lack of accurate record keeping. The local district attorney announced an investigation into the matter that is still underway. The freshman lawmaker does not appear to have answered any media questions on the audit's findings. The Washington Free Beacon attempted to get some kind of on the record response just over a month ago in the halls of a congressional office building as the representative was on his way to a subcommittee meeting. At that time, Cox directed all questions to his media staff, but follow-up communications were not returned. Another request for comment left Tuesday went unanswered prior to publication.

The nonprofit is also delinquent in some of its required filings with the California Registry of Charitable Trusts. According to a letter sent by the California AG, the nonprofit failed to provide a copy to the state of its federal 2017 IRS form 990. Currently, it is unclear if a 990 for fiscal year 2017 has been filed with the IRS at all. On March 1, a representative with the nonprofit signed for a letter from the Free Beacon requesting a copy of the 2017 990; the Free Beacon has yet to receive a response. Text messages were also sent directly to Cox requesting the form. Nonprofits are required by law to make their three most recent 990s available upon request. A document filed March 7 with the California secretary of state shows Cox has subsequently removed himself from the nonprofit. The Bee report also looked at possible disclosure violations related to rental property owned by the congressman, but questions about those properties were not returned by Cox's office, the paper said.

Cox was elected to California's 21st Congressional District in November after he switched races. The Fresno businessman had originally moved to be able to compete in the state's 10th Congressional District, but switched back to the 21st, which covers Fresno after another leading Democrat dropped out of that race. Before Cox flipped back to the race in the 21st, the San Jose Mercury News highlighted other problems and questionable dealings from his past. "In 2015, his own lawyers sued him for not paying his legal bills, and a judge ordered him to pay more than $49,000, including interest, according to Fresno County court records," the paper said. "He later paid the bill." "Cox and his wife, Kathleen, were also hit with an IRS tax lien last year for $48,362 in unpaid income tax, county records show," the same report noted. "He paid the taxes and the lien was released in January, according to a document provided by his campaign."

There is a phenomenal book, now in its 5th edition, by Aubrey Daniels, called Performance Management, which applies the science of behavior to work-related behaviors. It uses something called the PIC/NIC analysis to determine why people are motivated to do certain things, even if they are not in their best interest.

Basically, what Daniels did was whenever he would begin a new consultation, he would analyze all of the target behaviors, looking for the consequences of each. Specifically, he was looking for whether the consequences were immediate or future and then certain or uncertain. What he found, unequivocally, was that the most powerful consequences are going to be immediate and certain, with the least powerful being future and uncertain.

As to domestic traffic within the islands, a group of Ryukyu businessmen organized a company known as “Ryukyu Airways” in 1956

In 1963, the U.S. High Commissioner, Gen. Paul Carroway, ordered new airports to be built on 3 islands – Kumejima, Yonaguni, and Minami Daito – to improve business on the islands. Quite early, Japan Air Lines stepped forward, proposing to operate the inter-island service to be opened in 1964, but because of the military and CIA installations on Okinawa, the U.S. High Commissioner preferred an American company to operate the service. As no US airline was interested and as CATCL was a Chinese company, at the end Air America was given the job, although opposition from the business companies working on the Ryukyu Islands was to be expected. In July 57, CAT’s new contract was no longer with the subordinate US Army’s First Composite Service Unit (FCSU), but with the higher US Army’s Composite Service Group (CSG). The US Army’s Composite Service Group (CSG) was based at Camp Chinen on Okinawa, and that was exactly the place, where the CIA had their main support base: As General Lansdale puts it: “CIA: 1). Okinawa-Support Base Okinawa Station is in itself a paramilitary support asset and, in critical situations calling for extensive support of UW [= unconventional warfare] activity in the Far East, could be devoted in its entirety to this mission. Located at Camp Chinen, it comprises a self-contained base under Army cover with facilities of all types necessary to the storage, testing, packaging, procurement and delivery of supplies-ranging from weapons and explosives to medical and clothing. Because of its being a controlled area, it can accommodate admirably the holding of black bodies in singletons or small groups, as well as small groups of trainees….” Indeed, CSG was nothing else but the cover for this CIA base. This was the CIA’s main logistics base in East Asia, code-named ZRBLUSH. Effective October 57, a new flight schedule was established for CAT’s flights for the CIA, and under the new schedule, the aircraft were not to come to Tachikawa any longer. So the flights operated by CAT Inc and later by Air America under this contract with the CSG, Okinawa, were no longer dealt with in the Company’s Tachikawa Station Monthly Reports. In the late fifties, CAT’s US-registered C-54 N2168 was assigned to the CSG and based at Okinawa. Under the CSG-contract, CAT’s C-54 N2168 performed logistical support and moved personnel from CIA units in Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Okinawa, the Philippines, Saipan, South Vietnam and other South East Asian countries on a scheduled and emergency basis. Also under this contract, a CAT C-46 provided parachute training on Saipan. On the Japan-Okinawa-Iwakuni-Guam route, CAT had to use a navigator. Kadena, Okinawa, home of Detachment 2, 1045th Operational Evaluation & Training Group, reporting directly to CIA headquarters, was also the place where the surviving CIA B-26s that had returned from Indonesia to Tainan in May 58, were ferried in the summer months of 1958 and where they received new fake serials: On 31 July 58, Connie Seigrist ferried an unknown B-26 from Tainan to Kadena, on 12 August 58 he ferried B-26A “3522” (believed to be 44-35221), and on 23 August 58 it was B-26 “3524” (believed to be 44- 35242). At least some of the first four B-26s to arrive at Tainan in 1959 – that is “8264”, “8765”, “8248”, and “8188”33 – were survivors from Indonesia that had received new serials at Kadena, Okinawa. Probably as early as 1959, Kadena Station became the official “Air America Inc., Field Executive Office, Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, APO U.S. Forces 96239”. "Maybe they'll find evidence of a crime, maybe they'll think they have something to say in a courtroom, whether it's about the hush money payments or something else or the Trump Organization, but if people don't like the direction of the country and they think we're moving away from the ideals of the country should be about, whether it's on immigration or decency or rule of law, then they should set their sights and their energy on doing things politically."

His tone appeared different than last month, when he said the Mueller probe's conclusion did not mean Trump was out of the woods.
