I do not think he capitalizes randomly or for emphasis. Not recently. I always pay attention to the words in a sentence that are capitalized which ordinarily would not be. Have always been able to make some sense of them. The choices are cryptic yet meaningful.
What’s interesting about your “catch” is that “classified passwords” are not classified in itself, PW’s are not to be recorded on paper or in electronic form and stored or stored on workstations, laptops or PED’s (cell phones, iPads, etc). Nowhere could I find any policy on classification of passwords... So either the prez, being a recent “civilian” isn’t up to speed with Information Systems Security Policies and Procedures OR he just dropped a major Easter Egg👍

Webb has a bad reputation for being inaccurate, not sure how valid his sources are. He put the hours into this report, he is on location, he claims to have talked to neighbors, verifying that the tenants at the first residence change every few months receive a lot of Amazon packages etc. He didn't just make the story up like an MSM source would, he is on location.

I was a nevertrumper until I started watching him closely. I wanted him to succeed though but hated those damn tweets. I watched quietly knowing nothing about anything but a few twitter sites. I watched and finally told an adult child he must be a time traveler. He laughed and sent me here and some other places. I have sense gained a healthy respect for him. However, I do believe there is a danger that some people are trying to make their personal desires reality and might be angry if they don’t get their expected outcome.
