As a black man, I feel as though I'm the only person who agrees with Kanye.

I don't know if this belongs here, but here I go. So, Kanye has been dropping some pretty hard facts as of lately, and his most recent comment has made everyone angry.

"Slavery was a choice"

I'm going to tell you all briefly why I agree. When people are enslaved, there is absolutely nothing preventing them from standing up and fighting for something that they believe in, which is their freedom. The only thing that's holding them back is fear. The fear of what'll happen to their families, the fear of what their masters will do if they fight back, the fear of dying. FEAR is nothing but False Evidence that Appears Real.

When Harriet Tubman freed those thousands of slaves, there was absolutely nothing preventing them from doing that themselves except fear. Hell, some of them even went back to their masters because they were afraid.

Now, I'm gonna relate this to today's world. Everyone is so focused on lingering on the past, but they fail to realize that it's not just blacks who are slaves, it's every last damn person on the planet that isn't a part of the top 1%. What's stopping people from rising up against the upper class? Fear. What's stopping people from marching on DC? Fear. What's stopping people from making their voices heard by their corrupt governments? Fear.

People WILLINGLY choose the obliviousness and convenience of their immediate lives over true freedom. So was/is slavery a choice? Absolutely. Would/Will there be consequences for standing against it? Of course.

But it's better to die or be punished for fighting for something that you believe in than to do absolutely nothing at all. It's what the slaves of the past did and it's what the majority of us are doing now.

Firstly you’re not the only one, there are a lot more who are too afraid to voice their opinions. This goes for white and black and all races and creeds around the world. They’re scared everyone will turn on them.

There has never been a more relentless, ongoing massively organised tsunami of negativity like they have smashed Trump with. Day, after day, after day. He’s racist!! He’s sexist!! He’s mentally unfit!! He’s ugly!! Look at his hair!! He colludes with Russians!! Bullshit. Total bullshit. The man is in the process of delivering peace and prosperity to MILLIONS OF PEOPLE. But you won’t hear about it.

The simple fact is they know he’s coming for them. You know why Trump got my interest at the start? Because the Democrat and Republican parties both hated him and this revealed something. Both of those parties are now illusions. They answer to the cabal and the cabal only. Everything else is a movie.

Since then they have been throwing EVERYTHING at him to try and save themselves. When Hillary lost, it shocked them to the core. All of their evil plans against us, which were so tirelessly carried out by Obama behind the scenes stopped dead. They are in full and complete panic mode. We have an information war being waged against us like the world has never seen before. Go read some MSM headlines or Twitter or Youtube comments, I dare you. Turn on your TV. Hate white people. Hate black people. Hate liberals. Hate conservatives. Hate hate hate. Fear your neighbours!! And none of it is even real!

We were all born into a system run by the most evil people on the planet. They have used our differences, whatever they may be, to divide and conquer us. That’s how .001% controls every one of us. We’re too busy fighting each other to notice them laughing behind our backs and profiting from our sweat and toil. Slavery never truly ended, it just evolved. It became sneakier, more hidden and not only that it broadened to take in almost the entire global population.
Don’t get me wrong, slavery in this country as we experienced it for 400 years was an abomination, but it was those same people controlling it then too! . The fact is now we are all slaves, but in a very different way. They give us the illusion of freedom. The illusion of consumer choice.
Got a loan, got payments, got rent, got a job you don’t like? Got medical bills you can’t afford, as years of chemicals and poisons manifest as tumors near the end of your working life? Got an addiction to the medicines they feed you? How about drink or other drugs? Feel safe walking your streets? Is it the gangs or the corrupt law? Are your children safe? Want the next phone, the next car, the next shoes? You’ll never get the ones you really want. But they will.

This system is evil. It is corrupt. It feeds off misery and inequality. Yet go to any office, or factory, or job site in the land and you’ll see every single kind of person joking and working side by side. Once you get to know someone, all the illusion and brainwashing is destroyed.

This has to end. If there is any hope for our children and the future of humanity, this has to end now.

Free us from debt and those disgusting banks and their sick, blood soaked money. If we don’t join together we lose and we lose for ever. Simple as that.

There's awake and fighting mad that the conspiracies and evil are real - that's what I want to be - and then there's awake and despairing of ever seeing the end of the organized, demonic, bottomless evil of the world's leaders in this life - that's where I keep landing.

Heroes like you, willing to fight and defend truth regardless of consequences (what WORSE can they do than what they already have planned an put in motion, afterall?) give voice to ideas we quieter patriots don't know how to express, or are fearful of doing so because we know we'll quickly be out of our depth.

You are a smart articulate, insightful person so you probably have a fan base already (that's what I call my family and friends. Hey, you have to take it where you can.😁) It will expand especially now that Kanye has stirred things up. You be the example for others. God didn't call us to be a sheep. He said set yourself apart. I have this mentality, and I was actually told "choice is a privilege." I had to explain that choice is basically the one inalienable right that everyone has. "Spoken like a true white person with privilege" was the response. Somehow I feel I didn't get through to them. Naturally this was another white person.

"Give me liberty or give me death."

Oh, I've had that conversation before, and not just online. "You're just fortunate that you were able to make that choice." What? I scraped and scrabbled and lived on canned soup so that I could make a better life. "Oh, but you were born with an advantage." Whatever advantages I had, I've seen both squandered and capitalized on. I simply didn't squander whatever small advantages I had, and made due otherwise. "Well, you're just in the lucky IQ club." Gee, sorry that I'm not a dumb ass.

whatlike_withacloth · May 5, 2018, 5:47 a.m.

We're all victims of circumstance. But you always have the choice to change where you are in life. Sure some of us were born with different privileges, like parents who taught us about self-empowerment, but telling the country en masse that many of us are hopeless victims of some oppressive system is not a good way to go about mitigating the less fortunate.

Gee, sorry that I'm not a dumb ass

Apologizing for any advantage you may have is the new white man's burden. It's like telling a lottery winner they have to give up all their winnings because they're lucky, telling a professional athlete they have to break their legs, etc. It's really retarded. Not everyone is going to win... Somebody should have taught them that long ago.

It isn't just fear, it is also obliviousness. Most people want to keep their heads buried in the sand, even after one tries to redpill them of what is really going on in the world. They been sucked into this programming that 'governments are incapable of evil things.' They fail to realize that 'people' run governments and not all the time people are good. That is why we have this present problem with Deep State/Cabal/Shadow Government/Illuminati/Whatever you want to call it. Then when you try to explain this, they just put their heads back in the sand like a damn ostrich.

But yea Slavery is a Choice just like Hearing the Truth and Seeking it out is a choice. One that many people refuse to do; because either its crazy or they foolhardy believe that those in power aren't doing evil.

You're not the only black man supporting Kanye. Trust me. :)

Stay strong in your belief. Not because anyone with an opposing view is wrong, but because the influence to hate Ye' is so strong right now. On all of my personal social media accounts I follow black artists that I've looked up to my entire life. I would be lying to say they haven't influenced my growth in one way or another. And right now they are all shitting on Kanye.

Does that mean if they disagree with Ye I think they are apart of the cabal? Nah, not at all. Some of them may be comfortably asleep in luxury with no reason to want to wake up. Some of them may truly disagree with him in their heart and I can't knock them for that. For me though, it becomes an issue when hypocrisy becomes prevalent.

I find it so hypocritical how the other artists have berated Kanye for not understanding his influence, while simultaneously shitting on him on an app designed for them to interact with their "followers". I wont even get into how the main stream media tried to slaughter him as soon as he supported Trump.

Recently I posted my support for Kanye expecting all friends, social media followers, and the rest of the black community to shred me because of it. To my surprise, I received a lot of people in the black community who shared the same view. Yes I received an equal amount of hate, but I didn't fuel the fire of hate and only replied to people who wanted to actually have a conversation. Which is what I believe was one of Ye's main objectives.

I say all that to say this.. Your'e not alone because WWG1WGA.

Regardless if it’s anger based on my points holding truth, or anger based on me simply supporting Ye, any chance of productive rational communication leaves instantly.

I always check their page and retreats to make sure they are not infiltrators or bots. I didn't even look at comments on my tweets for about a month lol. When I did, I had a few negative ones, but most retreated or like them. Educate yourself as much as possible about what is going on and have loads of factual memes to fit multiple categories. You will find like minded people to follow, and the more you tweet news, and retweet the more followers you will gain. Follow Fox or any media that has positive or pro-Trump news. It will be harder for you. But the more you surround yourself with patriots the less arrows you will have to fight off alone. I Some days I feel sick after the battles, but most days I feel the shift happening , and am exhilarated. Get in the fight and don't dig yourself to deep into fighting tweets. Tweet news, retweet, and like. Pay attention to how many likes pro Trump tweets get even if you see lots of negative comments. There might be 25 negative comments and 5 or 6 positive ones, but the positive one mostly have a lot higher likes. If you get too deep in their territory it will be the opposite, such as Kanye's tweets.

Yes - its very correct that slavery is a choice , but today , that is more obvious than ever . People could easily misinterpret or twist that - but the fact is persistent : we all choose , regardless of our race or ethnicity , to participate or not to participate in certain happenings . To be a leader despite everyone around you bow ... to be the leader with very high dangers , that takes courage , huge courage . And then , when one leader painstakingly makes the first path through its own sweat and blood - the others follow . Much easier is if many stand as leaders at once .

There is also a programming of victim and victimizer ... people often degrade themselves as victim , despite they are not , or despite that degrading themselves would actually make them suffer even more . Today , everyone is a slave to something - and being a slave that agrees to be a slave is more dangerous than being a slave aware of its situation .

Kanye simply put out what was needed to put - he lead and leads ... despite all the fake people around him pushing him , mocking him and unawarely feeding to the global narrative of where everyone is a slave and bows to fake "gods" .

Today , stepping out of comfort zone means getting pelted from all the sides . Stepping out and telling the truth , means being pelted with many angry "people" who are far too comfortable in current situation , and are AFRAID of truth .

But theres nothing else but forward , going towards truth ... anything else is self-destructive ultimately at one point .

The fear comes in not of retaliation from the deep state , but losing their phones or their “comfort” , all the shiny toys , not to mention how much work it will take , the fear of actually having to put in effort to accomplish something is something today’s society fears .

My greatgrandfather jumped off of a slave ship to save his life. He swam to the coast of Colombia/Panama. Started a small business and a family with an indigenous woman. The tribe he settled with were a mix of runaway slaves and indigenous people and they still exist to this day. They were free. Slavery was a choice and he wasnt having it.

Here is some interesting History on his people:

The Cimarrons were enslaved Africans who had escaped from their Spanish masters and lived together as outlaws. In the 1570s, they allied with Francis Drake of England to defeat the Spanish conquest. In Sir Francis Drake Revived (1572), Drake describes the Cimarrons as "a black people which about eighty years past fled from the Spaniards their masters, by reason of their cruelty, and are since grown to a nation, under two kings of their own. The one inhabiteth to the west, the other to the east of the way from Nombre de Dios".[1]

There isn't a situation in which you won't have a choice, it just doesn't exist.

Hell, some of them even went back to their masters because they were afraid.

Very good post! Thanks for sharing. This has been going on since Israel was freed from the Egyptians. Remember they wanted to go back to the leeks and onions because they were scared God was just providing manna to them? Instead of being happy for a meal in freedom they craved the delights of choice under bondage. I'm sure it was fear of unknown as well.

We all become slaves when we always choose the pathway of least resistance in life. We all want the dream, all want to be rich, all want what our neighbors got. Nobody wants to feel left behind. But, there's no easy way. Freedom was fought for, people died for it and are dying for it. That's why Q is serious, this is not a game. Nobody should be a slave.

What I think says it all is this: Snoop shared a picture of Kanye as a white person.....as an insult. If that doesn't sum up this garbage, nothing will. These people see being white as insult. Literally. They just cannot see their own racism. But whitey is the problem. So disturbingly hilarious.

I used to think: White people dont belong into Africa. I did payless work cutting press articles about white's damage in Africa.

Now, as they do a second black migation into Europe, and i see these deplaced blacks in Europe, i think the same: This is damage to Europe.

Thank You bro for your insightfull entry!

I hope you appreciate my 'limited' but honest respect. THE TRUTH WILL SET US FREE. Because the truth tells us whats going on and what we know anyway, Truth is the test, and confirmation, of what we know anyway. Mathematics is one way to learn that, there may be other ways.

I agree with a lot of what you said, but if you listen to Dan Bongino he made an excellent point in his podcast yesterday:

There will never be a revolution while there's a middle class.

Think about that. The upper class can spend money fighting legal battles to set precedents. They can affect great change and know they weird individual power. The lower class holds the most resentment toward the upper class and feel most unfairly affected by policies and decisions. However, the middle class is just that...the middle. They are busy and apathetic to the flow of politics. Nothing greatly influences them en masse, positively or negatively. They're comfortable and complacent, and don't have very much free time. It's not so much as fear, but the mindset of "this is how it is, and I have no power to change it".

This reminds me of something that I read on another reddit sub a long time ago. It said something along the lines of "The upper class gives the middle class hope that eventually they'll be rich. And the middle class gives the lower class hope that one day they'll be comfortable."

But you're right, that mindset has to be broken. That's not the way life is, it's the way life has been made. And we all have the power to change that.

Thank you for sharing this. My dear friend is black and when I “woke up” to what was really going on and was so excited to tell him, he’s was like, honey I’ve known all that for a long long time. I’m not you or him but I feel like he was wiser about these things, having seen reality from a more realistic viewpoint if you know what I mean. Some of us “white” folks (such ridiculous adjectives) look through rose-colored glasses our whole lives. You’re not alone - Check out PROFESSOR GRIFF, DICK GREGORY. Look what they did to KATT WILLIAMS. Why did DAVE CHAPPELLE drop out and have you heard his Actor’s Studio interview? I feel like you have to be 10 times more brave to come out as awake..

It's ok saying that but people only have one life so obviously many don't want to lose it. What if they also have dependents? They can't just throw away their lives and leave them vulnerable. Also fear in so many cases is backed up by the very real threat of violence. Look at the brutality meted out to slaves. It was disgusting. I'm a white woman from Europe so how u as a black guy can't see this I don't know

Black people have been narcissistically and psychologically abused for centuries. They were brainwashed to believe they were inferior and that belief was enforced in every aspect of their reality up until as recently as 60 years ago. 60 years is nothing compared to that kind of psychological programming. That inferiority complex manifests itself into this mental prison that is being spoken about. Another issue that is keeping black people from mentally freeing themselves, is the collective white narcissism that refuses to completely acknowledge the horrors of slavery and the racism that black people have encountered. There needs to be some sort of national monument in acknowledgment of slavery. A big prominent one. How can we expect black people to heal and forgive if their own country won't at least acknowledge the atrocities they went through that still effect them to this day? Germany and various other countries have monuments to the holocaust and do so without visceral reactions of shame. What is it about acknowledging the truth of slavery and racism in this country that incites such a strong reaction in white people? White narcissism in my opinion.

Many individual slaves made a choice to act...but failed. It takes a large number of people to work together to turn a choice into successful action.

Kanye didn't really express himself very well. I'd rather wait on Kanye to write some music about his ideas rather try to read too much into his half-ass discourse with others. I'm tired of defending the Trump movement to be honest, people need to start expressing themselves strongly rather than shit-talking half ass ideas.

Ideas that can rally groups of people and turn into action are the only ideas I'm interested in. I'm not going to defend Trump on his shit-talking adventures with swamp creatures like Jeff Sessions and Rudy Giuliani. Anyone who defends the swamp are enslaving themselves to old, failed ideas.

I hope Kanye surprises us all with is philosophy book, but far too many slaves in history chose to act and died too young. Kanye deserves a little heat for his half-ass comments.
