basically, the NSA had a protocol in place to transfer data back to the contiguous united states (CONUS) in the event of an attack. The good guys created this false emergency in the hopes that the automatic NSA event would transfer the data and they could intercept it. Fucking genius!

I love people's enthusiasm lately, but i am seeing a lot of new posts with titles that suggest the information behind them is proven factual. These titles and links usually contain no proof , named sources or any kind of evidence backing up the story. Pump the breaks a little and research these 'Breaking News' stories on Youtube and social media before posting them. Just my opinion.
