Democrats Release New $2.2 Trillion Stimulus Proposal With $417BN In State And Local Aid

 

Late on Monday, in an apparent attempt to break the covid fiscal stimulus impasse in Congress but without actually providing a tangible compromise, House Democrats released a fresh $2.2 trillion coronavirus relief bill proposal, which Nancy Pelosi said was a "compromise measure that reduces the costs of the economic aid" which will allow the Democrats to go to the public and say "we tried, the Republicans killed it."

 

The plan follows through on discussions last week to prompt a last-ditch attempt at negotiations with the White House to break an impasse on Covid-19 relief that’s lasted since early August.

 

In a letter to Democratic lawmakers released by Pelosi’s office, she said the legislation “includes new funding needed to avert catastrophe for schools, small businesses, restaurants, performance spaces, airline workers and others.”

 

“Democrats are making good on our promise to compromise with this updated bill,” she said. “We have been able to make critical additions and reduce the cost of the bill by shortening the time covered for now.”

 

The problem is that since the total bill remains at a level that Senate Republicans have previously rejected. Furthermore, the proposal also includes $238 billion for State Fiscal Relief and $179 billion in Local relief, both of which Trump has previously said remains a non-starter.

 

State Fiscal Relief – $238 billion in funding to assist state governments with the fiscal impacts from the public health emergency caused by the coronavirus, including $755 million in CARES Act Coronavirus Relief Fund repayment for the District of Columbia.

Local Fiscal Relief – $179 billion in funding to assist local governments with the fiscal impacts from the public health emergency caused by the coronavirus.

 

Shortly after the bill was published, Pelosi and Treasury Secretary Mnuchin spoke at 6:30 p.m. via phone according to press reports. The two agreed to speak again tomorrow morning.

Biden’s Lead in Betting Markets Is Growing Ahead of the First Presidential Debate

Unpaid caregivers in the UK have spent an extra 92 MILLION hours looking after relatives with dementia since lockdown.

The Alzheimer's Society has found that families and friends have been forced to dramatically increase their caring responsibilities since the end of March.

Women comprise about 67 per cent of all unpaid carers. Of the 1,102 unpaid carers polled, it was found that 68% of women felt more anxious, 52% had developed problems sleeping and 71% were constantly exhausted.

MANILA, Philippines- On Monday night (PHT), Rodrigo Duterte warned social media tech giant Facebook in a pre-recorded late-night address.

Facebook has shut down over 100 fake accounts traced to police and military units in the Philippines for engaging in “coordinated inauthentic behavior” (CIB), according to Nathaniel Gleicher, cybersecurity policy chief of the social media giant.

 

Gleicher said most of the content in the fake accounts — which were managed by people affiliated with various police and military agencies — revolved around criticism of the opposition, activism, and communism. Gleicher said that the domestic network consisted of around 57 Facebook accounts, 31 pages, and 20 Instagram accounts. The sites had over 276,000 followers on Facebook and 55,000 on Instagram.

 

The network has been most active, he noted, since 2019 when discussions about the Anti-Terrorism Act were at their peak.

 

However, both the military and the police on Wednesday denied the supposed fake accounts and pages that have been taken down by Facebook for “coordinated inauthentic behavior.”

 

Duterte also accused “fascist Facebook” of enabling rebellion after the shutdown of the fake accounts. He accused Facebook of helping and “encouraging” communists by blocking the government’s efforts. Duterte further cast doubt on the future of Facebook’s operation in the country.

 

CNN Philippines reported:

 

Duterte pointed out that it is his job to protect the interests of the government.“If you cannot help me protect government interest, then let us talk,” he said.

 

The President also accused the social media platform of enabling rebellion after the shutdown of the fake accounts.

The Health Ministry said Monday evening that 33 people died from COVID-19 over Yom Kippur, raising the national death toll to 1,499.

 

There were 763 patients in serious condition, with 208 people on ventilators. Additionally there were 287 people in moderate condition.

 

There were 3,426 new coronavirus infections confirmed Sunday, with 25,204 tests carried out. Testing levels, and therefore the number of new cases, were lower due to the eve of Yom Kippur.

 

However, a notably high 14.2% of tests came back positive.

 

Israel had a total of 233,118 confirmed cases since the start of the pandemic, with 66,639 active cases.

 

Health Ministry deputy director-general Itamar Grotto told Channel 12 news on Monday evening that he believed that the two weeks remaining in the national lockdown would not be enough to lower the numbers of patients to a manageable level, and that it would need to be extended.

 

“I believe that if we take the right steps in the health system and the public keeps to the regulations, wears masks and maintains social distancing, working together we could be [where we need to be with infections levels] in a month,” Grotto said.

Iran Has Been ‘Resanctioned’ but Do Sanctions Actually Work?

 

The Trump administration is seeking international support to turn back the clock on sanctions against Iran erasing the negotiations made during the Obama administration. So far the “international community” does not seem too thrilled by the idea, especially certain members of the UN Security Council who themselves have been sanctioned by Washington in the past. Trump can demand all he wants from the UN but until sanctions are lifted against Russia, and the “Trade War” against China stops they are unlikely to put pressure on an economic partner for the sake of Washington’s feelings.

 

Iran has been under the American heel since their 1979 revolution, meaning that for 40+ years the Iranians have been a major Soft Power target for the might of a Superpower that turned Hyperpower in 1991. And yet the unique semi-Theocratic Iranian system is still somehow standing. Perhaps they did indeed pick the right religion. The United States is 40 times larger than Iran GDP-wise and is by far the most influential nation on Earth. So maybe targeted economic punishments are just not that effective? If so then why does the United States continue to use this Soft Power bayonet in the machine gun era?

 

Do Sanctions Work Historically for Washington?

 

There have been many issuances of economic punishments handed out over the years. These range from targeted sanctions against individuals to total embargoes on trade with a foreign nation that calls for allies to do the same. In order to keep this article from becoming a terminology debate let’s just refer to these instances as sanctions/embargoes or “S/E”.

 

The Cold War was certainly a S/E heavy period in history. Whereas the Soviets were very blunt in displaying global division with the Berlin Wall and Travel Controls for Soviet citizens, Washington on the other hand quietly built up many invisible economic barriers to keep the Communists from rising. Everyone believed Soviet products to be inherently inferior but the Jackson-Vanik Amendment certainly helped prove that to be “true” as none of them ever made it to American store shelves – the “invisible” hand of the free market in action.

 

But in terms of sanctions the Cold War was not just about the battle of Capitalism vs. Communism but it seemed that S/E were issued to any nation with a systemic difference from the Western status quo. This means the real battle, at least when we look at S/E seemed to have been the American System vs. Anything Not Exactly Like it.

In a letter on Monday to U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan, Strzok lawyer Aitan Goelman took issue with exhibits that Flynn’s lawyers filed as a supplement to their stance that the criminal case against Flynn should be dismissed. Those documents, which again included Strzok’s texts, also included Strzok’s notes. According to Goelman, “some” of Strzok’s notes “appear to have been altered.”

 

“On at least two occasions, there were handwritten additions, not written by Mr. Strzok, inserting dates, apparently designed to indicate the date or dates on which the notes were written,” Goelman began. “On at least one occasion, the date added is wrong and could be read to suggest that a meeting at the White House happened before it actually did.”

 

“I’m attaching to this letter a copy of these two pages of notes, with highlighting to indicate the handwritten notations that Mr. Strzok did not write,” the letter went on. I also note that the texts of Mr. Strzok’s that were attached to the defendant’s pleadings include portions that had not previously been released an have nothing to do with Flynn case or, more broadly, with the Department of Justice.”

 

Goelman ended by saying Flynn’s filing “appears to violate the Court’s Order not to file any additional supplements to pending motions until the governments ‘Brady‘ production is complete.”

If you visit St. Lambert’s Church in Münster, Germany and look up, you will find something that might be a bit alarming: three human sized cages hanging from the steeple.

 

How did they get there – and why? It all goes back to the 16th century, when Europe was in the midst of the Protestant Reformation.

 

John of Leiden was born in 1509, just a few years before Luther published his 95 theses. By the time he was a young man, the Reformation was in full swing and upheaval was spreading throughout Europe.

 

He secretly became an Anabaptist, then traveled to Münster, Germany in 1533, where he heard there were good preachers. Anabaptist “prophet” Jan Matthys soon seized power and expelled all the faithful Catholics from the city. He then banned private property and money and established communism.

 

A Catholic army then laid seige to the city. Matthys led an attack on the seige on Easter Sunday in 1534, but failed and was killed. A few months later, John of Leiden declared himself King of Münster.

 

It is alleged he established forced polygamy in the city during his short rule, with John supposedly taking 16 wives for himself, and even executing one of his wives for disobedience. Historians note, however, that these charges come from his enemies and may be untrue or exaggerated.

 

By the end of 1535, John’s armies were defeated by the Catholic army and John was captured. On January 22nd, 1536, John and two of his subordinates were brutally tortured with hot tongs for hours before finally being killed with a dagger through their hearts.

 

That’s where the cages come in.

 

The remains of John and his two subordinates were placed in the cages and hung from the steeple of the church to rot in the open air. Their bodies hung there for about half a century, when their bones were finally removed. The cages, however, were left in place as a reminder.

 

And they are still there to this day.

 

Not exactly how the Church operates today, no? But maybe that’s a good thing…

anons to be specific, based on Q intel, the original insurance policy [Treason] WAS ONLY the delegate recount scam- I will explain

 

1- Q 36 explained Delegate Recount Scam (DRS) briefly, it was further proven (OS) by Kagan opinion of 7-7-20 (both attached)

a) JB removed 'Russia preferred HRC' from ICA, and added DJT solely (this alerted AMR to foil the plot, but was their plan.)

b) Narrative was for BHO, after Potus won, to address Nation about Constitutional Crisis: The IC 100% proved MF and DJT rigged election with Russia.

c) He would then order Electors to not cast votes for DJT in the States which were rigged (certain named Battlegrounds).

d) His address would occur between election and casting of electoral votes early Dec., that why MF investigation was left open.

e) In order to appear neutral he would not ask the votes to be cast for HRC, plan at this stage was to deny Potus, not elect HRC. (optics)

 

2- When Potus was denied a Majority by Law the Election is decided by the House of Representatives.

a) BHO and conspirators needed to avoid the Courts, LE/DOJ because of due process, they had no evidence to prove it.

b) By doing it this way public optics and bi-partisan appearance would maximize perception of legitimacy of their fraud [Treason].

c) The House under a comped Paul (bye bye) Ryan was to elect HRC in a bi-partisan vote.

 

3- The proof:

a) DRS failed, and in late Dec. 2016 Strzok contacted W Bennett to close MF case.

b) First Strzok/Page mention of Insurance Policy Aug 15, 2016, before DRS and Before MF case was Shut.

c) He never would have ordered case shut, if at this time they had a second insurance policy planned involving MF.

d) On Jan 4, 2017 Strzok ordered W Bennett to reactivate case on MF.

e) The shutting and re-opening will be BIG in proving Treason, knowingly.

 

4- The Second Insurance Policy:

a) Potus knew because he tweeted out on Jan 3. 2017 and alerted us, someone gave PS an order to reopen case.

b) Insurance Policy 2 had been conceived by the DS/Shadow Gov., who alerted PS to reopen case. he did so Jan 4. 2017.

c) Insurance Policy 2 would publically be legitimatized by the WH Cabinet meeting Jan. 5 2017, for optics.

d) Most attendees at WH meeting were scapegoats who rubber stamped the opening/continuation of MF investigation.

e) So who did know (prior)? That will show the RICO TREASON (second instance)

f) The DS plan was to cover their crimes and interefere with Potus Exec Branch, and create an Obstruction Trap since when given due process there was no evidence of Collusion.

 

5- The End:

a) Me thinks Mueller meeting re. FBI Dir. with Potus created a Counter Intel sting to Trap the Dirty Dems.

b) Pompeo @ C_A had Barr on his outside advisement group. Barr was in the know all along as evidenced by him publishing a scathing critique of the SCO predicate, etc.

c) Potus fully cooperated to avoid any chance of Obstruction, when no one else would have.

"The Democrat party is about to get smacked with a massive wave of corruption charges.

 

Three members of the House Judiciary Committee have been hit with an ethics complaint by a nonprofit watchdog, Americans for Public Trust (APT).

 

The Complaint:

 

The three House Judiciary members named in the complaint areReps. Madeleine Dean (D-PA), Pramila Jayapal (D-WA), and Lucy McBath (D-GA).

 

The complaint that was filed with the Office of Congressional Ethics (OCE) has a laundry list of possible campaign fundraising violations.

 

Additionally, a complaint was filed against both Dean and McBath with the Federal Election Committee (FEC).

 

Adam Laxalt, who serves as outside counsel for APT, stated, “All three of these members have engaged in disturbing activities that appear to us to be violations of federal law and House rules.

 

“This is especially alarming given all three sit on the prestigious House Judiciary Committee, which has direct oversight responsibilities over the U.S. Department of Justice and, by extension, the nation’s law enforcement.
