MILWAUKEE: 'Particularly Dangerous Situation' thunderstorm watch issued for all of SE Wisconsin. Wednesday evening is an Alert Night with the possibility of dangerous storms and winds possibly up to 90 mph. This is not a typical severe thunderstorm watch, according to WeatherWatch 12 Chief Meteorologist Mark Baden. This is known at a PDS watch, meaning a particularly dangerous situation watch. The concern is for damaging winds over 75 mph. There's also the threat for destructive hail, heavy rains and some isolated spin-up tornadoes.

The storms, moving at 60 to 70 mph will move through the northern counties between 9 and 11 p.m. Milwaukee and Waukesha counties will be affected between 11 p.m. and 1 a.m. and the storm moves to Racine and Kenosha counties between 1 a.m. and 3 a.m. It's the first time Milwaukee has been included in such a high-risk category since 2011. Baden said it's possible this storm could duplicate the Memorial Day weekend storms of 1998.

The deposits of hydrocarbons in the crust of the Earth have long been regarded by many investigators as deriving from

materials incorporated in the mantle at the time of the Earth's formation. Outgassing processes, active in all geological

epochs, then transported the liquids and gases liberated there into porous rocks of the crust. The alternative viewpoint, that

biological debris was the source material for all crustal hydrocarbons, gained widespread acceptance when molecules of

clearly biological origin were found to be present in most commercial crude oils.

Modern information re-directs attention to the theories of a non-biological, primeval origin. Among this information is the

prominence of hydrocarbonsβ€”gases, liquids and solidsβ€”on many other bodies of the solar system, as well as in interstellar

space. Advances in high-pressure thermodynamics have shown that the pressure-temperature regime of the Earth would

allow hydrocarbon molecules to be formed and to survive between the surface and a depth of 100 to 300 km. Outgassing

from such depth would bring up other gases present in trace amounts in the rocks, thus accounting for the well known

association of hydrocarbons with helium. Recent discoveries of the widespread presence of bacterial life at depth point to

this as the origin of the biological content of petroleum. The carbon budget of the crust requires an outgassing process to

have been active throughout the geologic record, and information from planets and meteorites, as well as from mantle

samples, would suggest that methane rather than CO2

could be the major souce of surface carbon. Isotopic fractionation of

methane in its migration through rocks is indicated by numerous observations, providing an alternative to biological

processes that have been held responsible for such fractionation. Information from deep boreholes in granitic and volcanic

rock of Sweden has given support to the theory of the migration of gas and oil from depth, to the occurrence of isotopic

fractionation in migration, to an association with helium, and to the presence of microbiology below 4 km depth.

The DoD made the announcement in a statement after the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on Tuesday had updated its guidelines recommending that everyone, regardless of vaccination status, wear masks indoors as the new delta variant of the COVID-19 virus spreads.

 

"Effective immediately, in accordance with CDC guidelines and DoD direction, the Director of Administration & Management has directed that service members, federal employees, onsite contractor employees, and visitors, regardless of vaccination status, must wear a mask in an indoor setting in installations and other facilities owned, leased or otherwise controlled by DoD in the Pentagon Reservation," the statement read.

The simplest explanation for why the delta variant has become the most dominant variant is due to "antibody-dependent enhancement" (ADE), which was caused by encouraging universal vaccination as opposed to targeted vaccination of high-risk groups in the middle of a pandemic.

ADE occurs when non-neutralizing or poorly neutralizing antibodies (in response to a vaccine) increases the subsequent viral entry into cells thereby intensifying the infection. Considering that antibodies against S protein of coronaviruses have been previously shown to play a role in the development of ADE, its disingenuous for the CDC and Fauci to act like this COVID vaccine failure is some sorta mystery.

 

In the words of Dr. Geert Vanden Bossche (July 26, 2021) who accurately predicted the rise of the current β€œdelta” variant: β€œ

 

"Continued mass vaccination will only lead to a further increase in morbidity and hospitalization rates, which will subsequently culminate in a huge case fatality wave when expansion of more infectious, vaccine-resistant variants will explode. A rapid and substantial decrease in viral infectivity rates could be achieved by a short-term course of large-scale antiviral chemoprophylaxis (suitable candidates have already been identified) and adequate infection prevention measures while early treatment of symptomatically infected subjects and implementation of a healthy eating (including certain dietary supplements) and lifestyle (including exercise!) plan would further contribute to building herd immunity."

 

Its is clear to me that whether one is vaccinated or not, people should begin taking safe and effective chemoprophylaxis in anticipation of even more dangerous COVID variants.

Google mandates vaccines for employees returning to office

 

Tech giant Google has declared that all of its employees returning to work in its offices will need to be vaccinated. Google’s decision comes as President Joe Biden mulls mandatory shots for all federal workers.

Both Biden and Google apparently have the power to ask their workers to get jabbed. Two additional whistleblowers have come forward, accusing federal contractors and senior federal employee managers at a Department of Health and Human Services migrant shelter in Fort Bliss, TX of mistreating children and telling them to downplay hundreds of COVID-19 infections among the children detained at the facility.

 

"Covid was widespread among children and eventually spread to many employees. Hundreds of children contracted Covid in the overcrowded conditions. Adequate masks were not consistently provided to children, nor was their use consistently enforced," whistleblowers Arthur Pearlstein and Lauren Reinhold alleged in a federal whistleblower complaint filed on Wednesday, according to NBC News.

 

According to the complaint, workers at the camp were given regular written instructions from HHS public affairs that told them "when asked, to make everything sound positive about the Fort Bliss experience and to play down anything negative."

 

At a town hall with employees, a senior manager from the U.S. Public Health Service refused to share the rate of infections, explaining that he did not want the number to end up reported by the media, they said.

 

Pearlstein and Reinhold are federal employees who volunteered to be detailed to the shelter when the Biden administration ramped up staffing to accommodate the influx of unaccompanied children crossing the border by building emergency intake shelters like Fort Bliss and others.

 

NBC News previously reported that Servpro [!?], a company that specializes in disaster cleanup and has no child welfare experience, oversaw the care of nearly 5,000 children in Ft. Bliss in early May and June.

 

In their complaint, which was filed by lawyers from the Government Accountability Project, Pearlstein and Reinhold said two other contractors in addition to Servpro β€” Chenega Corporation and Rapid Deployment Inc. β€” also handled the close to $1 billion in contracts the federal government paid to operate Fort Bliss. None of the three companies had child care experience and they did not properly vet applicants to be sure they had relevant experience, they said.

 

As a result of the government using contractors with no childcare experience, federal detailees with no background in child psychology were tasked with interviewing over 5,000 children to determine whether they need special attention due to sex or labor trafficking, or a history of other abuse.

 

"They did their level best, flagging those who required special attention," reads the complaint.

 

A spokesperson for Servpro said on July 7 that a franchise holder operated the contract and that the company "immediately advised the franchise operator that these are not approved Servpro offerings," adding "We have been informed by the franchise operator that it is no longer providing these services through the Servpro franchise."

Woke Corporations Are β€˜Apparatchiks Doing Propaganda for the Beijing Regime’

 

Breitbart News editor-in-chief Alex Marlow, author of Breaking the News: Exposing the Establishment Media’s Hidden Deals and Secret Corruption, said Wednesday on Newsmax TV’s β€œRob Schmitt Tonight” that American corporations like Coca-Cola have essentially become β€œapparatchiks doing propaganda for the Beijing regime.”

 

Schmitt said, β€œYeah, sure. Coca-Cola, one of the companies that condemned the Georgia voting law standing up for China now, I mean, what a moment this is.”

 

Marlow said, β€œThis is such an important moment. I’ll tell you, when I wrote the book, really one of the major parts of it was just realizing how embedded our media conglomerates are with the Chinese Communist Party in Beijing. We’re seeing that the woke corporations that are guiding so much of our culture at this time, that are forcing places like you know, Major League Baseball to move the All-Star Game from majority Black Atlanta to Denver, Colorado.”

 

He continued, β€œThese exact corporations are the ones you could take a bold stand, a brave stand, stand up to Communist China that is genocide in human beings, that is interning people, that is organ harvesting, there’s no human rights, that imprisons or disappeared journalists, they could take a stand right now with these Olympics and say we will not participate if they take place in China. Instead, you get this lying, lying straight through their teeth. These people are essentially apparatchiks doing propaganda for the Beijing regime.”

 

He added, β€œThey’re so afraid of losing access to the Chinese market that they are willing to sell their souls, and that’s literally what they’re doing. And if you work for these corporations, here is the harsh reality, you are sadly part of it. This is something where there needs to be internal pressure the same way there’s been internal pressure for these organizations to not, you know, advertise on conservative websites or things like that, or stand by things that go against the woke social justice warrior status quo of 2021. The Chinese people are suffering, and people can stand up to these businesses right now and do something very meaningful.”

The worst case of COVID that I had was in Feb 2017

And it hit me so hard in the cardiovascular system

That it took 1 and a half years to get back to normal.

 

Then I had it again last week and after 5 days I am fine.

I guess that is what immunity buys you.

Playing for keeps brings violence to my mind. YMMV.

 

Legal authority will give them the high ground. Right now they have neither and we have both. That and guns. When we lose legal and moral authority or high ground that only leaves violence and then we will really be playing for keeps.

 

I have faith that the good guys will do the right thing in the end but there is no reason for any of us to throw our lives away……yet. We'll KNOW when that time comes.

Melissa Hodgman Named Associate Director in SEC Enforcement Division

The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced that Melissa Hodgman has been named Associate Director in the SEC’s Enforcement Division. Ms. Hodgman succeeds Stephen L. Cohen, who left the SEC in June.

 

Ms. Hodgman began working in the Enforcement Division in 2008 as a staff attorney. She joined the Market Abuse Unit in 2010 and was promoted to Assistant Director in 2012.

 

Ms. Hodgman has investigated or supervised dozens of enforcement recommendations spanning a variety of misconduct, including:

 

The SEC’s first case against a brokerage firm for failing to file SARs when appropriate.

Fraud charges against a Wall Street CEO and his company, family members, and business associates accused of secretly obtaining control and manipulating the stock of Chinese companies they were purportedly guiding through the process of raising capital and becoming publicly-traded in the United States.

Fraud and other related charges against China North East Petroleum Holdings, its CEO, President and former Chairman of the Board of Directors, and others arising from their alleged diversion of offering proceeds to the personal accounts of corporate insiders and their immediate family members and fraudulent conduct in connection with at least 176 undisclosed related-party transactions.

Charges against Charles Schwab Investment Management, Charles Schwab & Co., and two executives for making misleading statements regarding the Schwab YieldPlus Fund and failing to establish, maintain and enforce policies and procedures to prevent the misuse of material, nonpublic information.

 

Ms. Hodgman has led the Enforcement Division’s Cross-Border Working Group, which provides expertise and assistance of matters with international actors and implications. Ms. Hodgman also co-founded and served as the enforcement representative on the Chair’s Attorney Honors Program, and is a member of the Enforcement Division’s hiring committee at its Washington D.C. headquarters.

 

β€œMelissa has supervised and investigated a broad range of noteworthy and first-of-their-kind cases across the spectrum of the securities industry and involving misconduct located around the world,” said Andrew J. Ceresney, Director of the SEC’s Enforcement Division. β€œShe has distinguished herself with her excellent judgment and creativity, and I am pleased to have her join the senior ranks of the Enforcement Division.”

 

Ms. Hodgman said, β€œI am honored by this appointment and look forward to continuing our tradition of pursuing tough but fair enforcement actions in complex and cutting-edge cases, especially matters involving cross-border issues and efforts to hold gatekeepers accountable for breaches of their professional standards.”

 

Before joining the SEC staff, Ms. Hodgman worked as an associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy in Washington. Ms. Hodgman earned her masters of law with distinction in securities and financial regulation in 2007 from Georgetown University Law Center, her law degree with high honors from Georgetown University Law Center in 1994, and her bachelor of science degree from Georgetown University School of Foreign Service in 1990. Ms. Hodgman received the Ellen B. Ross Award as well as an SEC Chairman’s Award in 2010.

Funny story: i was in college a long time ago when you could meet with HR just by showing. I went every week to Pfizer in my homeyown in CT, he’d see me every week, a very warm abd friendly guy. I must have gone on every week fir 12-16 weeks, I wouldnt give uo, this was my path to a good life abd i could suppirt myself. Plus I’m stubborn as shit.

 

So one week he said we have an opening, taking care of the animals. I said β€œi can do that I love animals”, he said, β€œyou’re not understanding, youd have to put them down!you can not do this job!

 

We will keep on looking, this is not for you, we’ll find something for you!

 

He did find a job for me and it wasnt killing animals or humans. I was a labtech in QC for antibiotics. I left after two years to pursue my spiritual life, they didn’t like it and didn’t understand it, and the manager was pretty pissed when i left. Now i know why!
