A November 7, 2022 email (5 days after lawyers first discovered classified docs at Penn Biden Center) between Biden’s lawyer and the National Archives referenced a box of documents stored in Boston.

Pat Moore is MA First Assistant Attorney General. He was a former partner at Hemenway & Barnes, LLP, where he concentrated his practice in business, administrative and appellate litigation, and provided counsel on a variety of election law related issues. He has been an adjunct professor at Boston College Law School since 2010, teaching courses in Conflict of Laws and Administrative Law.

 

Pat served as deputy general counsel to the 2020 Biden for President campaign. From 2015 to 2017, he was Associate Counsel and Advisor for Presidential Personnel at the White House in the administration of President Barack Obama. There, he vetted prospective Presidential nominees for executive, judicial, and independent agency positions; advised White House officials on Congressional oversight; evaluated clemency petitions; and analyzed innumerable legal issues inherent in the administration of the federal government.

 

In addition, Pat was Deputy Counsel in the Office of the Governor of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, under Governors Deval L. Patrick and Charles D. Baker. Among other responsibilities, Pat analyzed and provided actionable advice on the many constitutional, legislative, and regulatory issues that affect (or can be affected by) the Office of the Governor.

 

At the outset of his legal career, Pat practiced at Ropes and Gray, a period that included a fellowship in the Government Bureau of the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office.He clerked for the Honorable Maryanne Trump Barry of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Honorable Robert J. Cordy of the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts.

Maryanne Trump Barry bitterly criticized her brother, President Donald Trump, saying, “Donald’s out for Donald,” and appeared to confirm her niece Mary Trump’s previous allegations that he had a friend take his SATs to get into college, according to audio excerpts obtained by CNN.

 

The Washington Post first obtained the previously unreleased transcripts and audio from Mary Trump, author of a recent bombshell book about the President and one of his most outspoken critics. Mary Trump, who has said that Donald Trump is unfit to be president and has voiced support for his rival Joe Biden, revealed to the Post that she had secretly taped 15 hours of face-to-face conversations with Barry in 2018 and 2019.

 

In one of the conversations revealed by the Post, Trump’s sister called him “cruel.”

WASHINGTON — Emails released Friday by the National Archives reveal references to President Biden’s lawyers handing over boxes of documents in Boston — confirming a little-known detail in the chronology of Biden’s classified documents scandal.

 

“Please ensure that the boxes in your office in Boston remain secure in a locked space and are not accessed by anyone,” National Archives official Gary Stern wrote on Nov. 7 to Biden attorneys Patrick Moore and Bob Bauer.

 

The email was sent five days after Biden’s lawyers say they discovered classified documents at Biden’s post-vice presidency office at the Penn Biden Center in Washington.

 

CNN reported in January that Moore shipped some Penn Biden Center documents to his Boston law office before he discovered classified records.

 

The records removed to Boston were believed not to contain sensitive information, the outlet reported at the time. The new emails, however, raise questions about the nature of the documents given the protocols requested by the National Archives.

 

On Nov. 8, Stern wrote to Bauer and Moore, “we would like to pick up the boxes that are in your Boston office and move them to the JFK Library. Would it be possible to do that tomorrow?”

 

Moore wrote back, “Yes, it would. I will still be in DC, so I will link you with my colleague [redacted], with whom you may have dealt in the past on other matters related to the Kennedy archives.”

 

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said Friday afternoon that she knew nothing about the Boston boxes and referred questions to White House counsel’s office spokesman Ian Sams, who did not immediately respond to The Post’s request for comment.

 

The White House has repeatedly concealed information about the scandal, which last month led to the appointment of special counsel Robert Hur to determine if Biden or anyone in his orbit broke the law

The White House hid the initial discovery more than two months — until well after the Nov. 8 midterm elections, in which former President Donald Trump’s alleged mishandling of records was a major issue following an Aug. 8 FBI raid of his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida.

The 80-year-old president, who in September slammed his predecessor as “irresponsible” for retaining classified documents at Mar-a-Lago, has lashed out at questions about the controversy.

 

“There is no there there,” Biden told reporters during a trip to California Jan. 19.

 

It’s unclear how many documents have been retrieved thus far. CNN reported that around 10 classified documents, some marked “top secret,” were found at the Penn Biden Center relating to the United Kingdom, Ukraine and Iran.

 

Republicans are clamoring for additional searches, including of the roughly 1,850 boxes of Biden’s Senate papers held at the University of Delaware.

FBI Retracts Memo Labeling Traditional Catholics ‘Violent White Supremacists,’ Pushing Infiltration Of Christian Communities

 

This time, the target was traditional Catholic Christians, but you can be sure they won’t stop with Catholics.

 

Aleaked FBI report revealed that the Bureau’s Richmond, Virginia Division is investigating the threat of “white supremacy” among Catholics who prefer Latin Mass. Since the leak made headlines, FBI headquarters rescinded the report, claiming it does not “open an investigation based solely on First Amendment protected activity.”

 

This seems to contradict the document itself, which says its findings are based in part on “liaison reporting.” According to the document’s whistleblower and former Special Agent Kyle Seraphin, liaisons “are overt contacts with trusted members of a community or an industry.” That suggests the FBI already has been investigating Americans based on “First Amendment protected activity.”

 

The January 23, 2023 document claims “Radical-Traditionalist Catholics” (RTCs) are “typically characterized by the rejection of the Second Vatican Council” (which allowed for Mass to be said in people’s spoken language) and their “adherence to anti-Semitic, anti-immigrant, anti-LGBTQ and white supremacist ideology.” According to the FBI, the threat comes from RTCs increasingly fraternizing with “Racially or Ethnically Motivated Violent Extremists” (RMVE).

 

To further surveil “Radical-Traditionalist Catholics,” the document says the Bureau may potentially mitigate this “threat” with “tripwire and source development,” which means further infiltration into Catholic communities using various kinds of informants. The report also implies the FBI will begin monitoring social media posts for what it claims is “Radical-Traditionalist Catholics” ideology.

 

Terrible Sourcing

 

The FBI sources grounding the field office’s recommendation to increase federal surveillance of conservative Christians include two Salon articles, the infamous “rosary extremism” Atlantic article, and a report from the Southern Poverty Law Center — all left-wing sources, three of which were op-eds.

 

Nowhere in the document does the FBI explain how traditional Catholics pose a “violent” threat. The document offers only two pieces of evidence of an “overlap” between “Racially and Ethnically Motivated Violent Extremists” and “Radical-Traditionalist Catholics.” One is that both groups are “[hostile] toward abortion rights advocates.”

 

For the second, the FBI cites an alleged collaboration betweenNick Fuentes’“American First/groyper Movement” and Church Militant, a Catholic media organization that has been hyper-critical of the Catholic Church’s handling of sex abuse cases and woke ideology infecting American bishops.

 

The evidence sources provide for the “overlap” between Radical-Traditional Catholics and “Racially or Ethnically Motivated Violent Extremists” include Fuentes’ supporters and Church Militant activists attending the same pro-life demonstration and Michelle Malkin speaking at Church Militant rally.

 

One of the Salon articles even has a quote from Church Militant founder Michael Voris explicitly stating there’s no association between Church Militant and America First: “Church Militant doesn’t align itself with any specific group in a formal way — including groups that are expressly Catholic,” Voris said at the time.

 

“Church Militant might partner with anyone in a particular effort to achieve a limited and shared goal,” Voris added. “In this particular case (Roe), yes. [Church Militant] will link arms with almost anyone who decries the horror of babies being hacked to death in their mothers’ wombs. Isn’t ‘linking arms’ the very thing Antifa and BLM and the Democrats do?”

 

The Federalist asked Voris if there have been any associations between Fuentes or America First and Church Militant. Voris responded: “Zero. Never has been.”

The FBI Doesn’t Get Catholicism

 

The document identifies “Radical-Traditionalist Catholics” as “typically characterized by the rejection of the Second Vatican Council,” and names several Catholic groups in schism, meaning in a formal break from the Catholic Church. However, Church Militant, the FBI’s only named organization allegedly flirting with racist extremists, ardently defends the validity of Vatican II and the vernacular Mass. A video posted to its YouTube channel just this week calls on viewers to avoid falling into schism at all costs.

 

The FBI’s fabricated association between traditional Catholics and white supremacy is even more bizarre given Catholic Church demographics. The word Catholic is derived from Greek and means “universal.” The Catholic Church is extremely multiracial, with North Americans and Europeans making up a minority of the global Catholic population. In the United States, Hispanics account for 40 percent of the Catholic population.

 

Voris told The Federalist the FBI should stick to “drug cartels and human trafficking” because its “theological analysis” is “off base.” He explained that the idea that Catholicism could coexist with white supremacy is ludicrous, given that Christianity teaches “every single person was made in the image and likeness of God and therefore has an inherent spark of the divine life and dignity within them, so you can’t hate anyone.”

 

A Pretext To Persecute Political Enemies

 

“The government right now is the one that our founders feared,” said Voris. Indeed, the FBI report justifies surveilling private citizens’ social media and infiltrating their religious communities without providing any legitimate or serious evidence for how they pose a “violent” threat. The only crimes the FBI field office could identify were thought crimes.

 

The Richmond bureau mentions surveilling Catholics’ response to “immigration, affirmative action, and LGBTQ protections,” things that under the First Amendment, Catholics are allowed to protest and reject.

 

Traditional Catholics are not white supremacists. Even if they were, racist viewpoints are protected under the First Amendment.The “groypers,” or the “Racially or Ethnically Motivated Violent Extremist” group that the FBI is so focused on, also have a right under the Constitution to think and say whatever they want—so long as they aren’t violent.The entire report is an affront to constitutional rights and yet another reminder that the FBI is becoming nothing more than the intimidation and enforcement arm of the extremist Democratic Party.

 

The FBI wants Americans to believe this was an honest mistake. In reality, it’s extremely on-brand with the corruption and political targeting that’s become commonplace in the bureau. As far as we know there have been no major FBI investigations into Black Lives Matter and Antifa, two groups that torched American cities in summer 2020 and caused at least 18 deaths and more than $1 billion dollars in property damage.

 

There have also been only a handful of arrests and sparse investigation related to the nearly 100 attacks on pro-life organizations and churches at the hands of pro-abortion domestic terrorists in 2022. Meanwhile, peaceful pro-life activists have had their homes raided by federal agents and face lawfare, fines, and prison time.

 

The FBI launched the Russia collusion hoax against President Donald Trump by lying to a secret court about the credibility of Christopher Steele, the author of the debunked Russian disinformation dossier. The agency interfered in the 2020 election by preemptively branding the Hunter Biden laptop story as Russian disinformation for Facebook (and likely other platforms) to censor. I was praying, basically wondering why some doctors came out honestly against the "clot-shots" and even risked and/or lost medical licenses in order to be truthful.

 

A couple of thoughts came to mind: 1. Genuine experts in their fields such as Dr. McCullough spoke much more honestly than typical doctors. and 2. Most of the truth tellers were probably not so far in debt, especially student loan debt .

What funeral directors know that you don't

 

In 78 years, they never had a 15 year old who died from a heart attack.

 

In December 2022, they had 1 a week for three weeks straight.

 

Nobody is talking about it publicly.

 

Few funeral directors are saying anything. I just talked to the owner of a large number of funeral homes in the US. They know what is going on, but are not going to say anything publicly.

Executive summary

 

Ever since the vaccines rolled out, deaths are up, particularly among young people.

 

I talked to the owner of many funeral homes across the US; collectively they handle over 3,000 funerals a year. He asked that his name be kept confidential for fear of retribution.

 

Overall, their business is up by 50% after the vaccines rolled out and it’s not proportional… young people are a greater portion of the deaths.

 

For example pilot deaths at Southwest Airlines are up six-fold after the vaccines were mandated.

 

My source said that normally they’d see 1 stillbirth/month pre-vaccine. After the vaccines rolled out, they were seeing as many as 12 stillbirths a month. But they noted that many hospitals will dispose of these cases directly and NOT involve the funeral home, so they are only seeing a fraction of these deaths; the actual increase could be much larger than the 12X increase they observed.

 

In the 78 years they’ve been in business, they can’t recall ever having seen a 15-year old die from a heart attack. In December 2022, they had 1 a week for three weeks straight.

 

A very experienced nurse I consulted had never even heard of a 15-year old with a heart attack in her entire career. Now, she hears of these cases on a regular basis.

 

These funeral homes are also seeing the strange rubbery clots that they’ve never seen before.

 

The medical examiner was called and verified it, but nobody is saying anything publicly for fear of being fired.

 

Basically, ever since 2021, they have been seeing very strange things: stillbirths, number of “found dead,” healthy people having heart attacks and strokes, blood clots, etc. They’ve never seen anything like that before; it’s a “noticeable” difference.

 

Like most funeral homes, they don’t tally statistics but they remember the anecdotes. The most noticeable thing is that the events are happening disproportionally to younger people (i.e., people under 65).

 

So if elderly deaths are only up by 15%, but younger age groups are increased by 100% or more, the overall all-cause mortality for all ages will only increase modestly (since younger people rarely die).

 

Also, the CDC stats for 2022 say that the data is not fully reported due to reporting delays. This means checking with funeral directors is a way to estimate what is happening in real-time.

 

Bottom line: everyone knows what is causing this, but they are all afraid to speak out. For the few who do speak out, their stories are never covered in the mainstream media.

If kids dying of heart attacks are up by 100X over normal, why aren’t we seeing it in the all-cause mortality stats for young people?

 

It’s simple… kids under 16 dying from heart attacks pre-vax is nearly 0. So even after a 100X increase, it’s still a negligible number compared to overall all-cause child deaths (from accidents, cancer, etc).

 

So this is why you can have dramatic increases in key categories of death, even though the all-cause death rates for the larger category aren’t significantly increased.

 

However, despite this, the most important thing is the all-cause mortality numbers for everyone, and those are still up, which is very unusual as noted here.

Petition for the FAA to investigate 6X increase in pilot deaths

 

Pilot deaths at Southwest airlines used to average 1 or 2 a year. Now they are dying at a rate of around 1 a month.

The first thing I would like to tell you is that if you turn towards Source and genuinely repent, then you will be given a second chance. It almost doesn’t matter what you did, apparently. Frankly I would not have given myself a second chance, but apparently Source chose differently. I am glad that Source did.

 

I don’t think that most of the people I’m talking to will have caused millions of deaths, so if Source and the positive galactics can forgive me and give me a place in their midst, they can do the same for you.

 

But you do have to genuinely repent and genuinely want to start healing and start contributing something positive. Just saying empty words you don’t mean is a waste of breath.

 

The second thing I would like to tell you is that everyone has a unique puzzle piece, a unique contribution that he or she can make. You don’t need to have all the puzzle pieces, all the answers – almost no one does. But at the same time there is a puzzle piece that only you have and that only you can contribute to the whole. Will Earth humans still be free if certain people choose not to contribute their puzzle piece? Yes. But then liberation may not happen or quickly, or be as pleasant, or be as beautiful.

I own a tunable hydrogen alpha solar filter I use with a 14" telescope. I spent the better part of a day one time watching a giant solar prominence form then break away and lift off from the surface of the Sun one day. It's not uncommon and vids of the same should be available online. Due to the Sun rotating like Earth, seeing the difference between a well placed ecliptic and polar prominence event would be interesting.

A prominence could thought of loosely to be similar to a tornado on Earth and like Earth, I would imagine that polar prominence's are rare on the Sun like polar tornadoes are rare on Earth. Mundane shit for normies but interesting to members of the Physics Friends Network.

Given the findings from the recent Cochrane study, a meta-analysis summarizing seventy-eight studies including a million people, the science is now clear: “Face coverings make little to no difference” in Covid infection and fatality rates. Even when the hallowed N95 is worn.

 

The analysis acknowledges that “adherence” to mask-wearing was low in many studies. Harms were poorly measured and reported, but discomfort wearing medical/surgical masks or N95 respirators was mentioned in several studies.

 

If an intervention does not work in the real world, it doesn’t work, even if models and lab tests on mannequins say it does. Think of it this way: if a cancer drug shrinks tumors, but the side effects are so grave that no one will take it, it doesn’t work. Likewise, whatever masks may or may not do to protect inanimate mannequins in a lab, if real people in the real world don’t wear them “correctly” because they interfere with everyday interactions, they don’t work. Period.

 

I believe in the scientific method: make an observation. Ask a question. Form a hypothesis. Test the hypothesis. Listen to the answer. Insisting on the answer before pursuing this methodological approach is not science, it is propaganda.

 

And “masks work” was never more than propaganda — rooted in mechanical plausibility, not actual science — furthered by public health officials, left-leaning government leaders, the press and the party faithful starting in 2020 and continuing to the present day.

The left is holding fast to the idea that masks do work, despite all the evidence to the contrary. In fact, as of February 6, mask mandates have been reinstated at four elementary schools in Marin County, California.

 

And, on February 8, CDC director Rochelle Walensky explained to Congress why no random controlled trials (RCTs — the gold standard of scientific inquiry and evidence) were conducted to determine if masks prevent Covid:

 

I’m not sure anybody would have proposed a clinical trial because, in fact, there wasn’t equipoise to the question anymore.

 

Walensky’s view: we didn’t conduct any scientific inquiries because it was obvious that masks work.

 

This is not only circular logic, it is the antithesis of the scientific method. Belief in the effectiveness of masks has never been scientific, it was always religious in nature. It is true because I believe it is so. This religious fanaticism can be seen by the response to the Cochrane study.

 

The best science we have says that masks and mask mandates do not work. Nevertheless, public health officials continue to push this unscientific requirement. Most disturbingly, these true believers continue to push these “interventions” on very young children, those most at risk of harm from this policy.

 

Will there be redemption for those who had the audacity to challenge authoritarian public health bureaucrats? No, it seems. Will there be a change in policy now that the science is clear? Again, no, it seems.

 

Will there be a doubling down, with the self-proclaimed pro-“science” crowd continuing to insist masking works despite the scientific evidence showing us that they don’t? Yes. It appears so.

 

At Levi’s, I was forced to answer the “anti-mask, anti-vax, anti-science” questions directly in a virtual town-hall-style “apology tour” in the spring of 2021. In preparation for the session, I was told by a colleague that I needed to demonstrate to employees that I was “one of us” rather than “one of them.” I was told my views (aka questions about mask effectiveness) were in conflict with “the good-bad world we are living in.”

 

The “bad” people in the “bad” world think that masks might not be effective and that public school students should get to go to in-person school just like their wealthy peers attending in-person private school.

 

As one of “them” I was smeared as a racist, fat-phobic, unemployable villain, and was ultimately ousted from my job. After being told that there was no longer a place for me at Levi’s in January 2022, I publicly resigned. Since then, the company has justified their action by claiming that I undermined the safety of employees because I dared to challenge public health officials by asking: “Does masking young children do more harm than good?”

 

Here is the company statement:

 

When Jen went beyond calling for schools reopenings and began using her platform to criticize public health guidelines… it undermined the company’s health and safety policies.

 

I was billed as a public health threat and Democratic Party (“us”) infidel because I had the audacity to ask about the efficacy and possible adverse impacts of a universal masking policy for toddlers in pre-school, many of whom are just learning to talk.

 

Can young children even mask correctly when they still wear diapers and can’t even put on their own shoes? It is, and always was, a fair question, one rooted in both common sense and science.

 

As far as undermining the company’s health and safety policies, as far as I know, there are no toddlers working at Levi’s. Whose safety was being undermined by asking this very reasonable question?

 

What seems clear is that the enthusiastic, religious devotion to the dogma — “masks work” — signified adherence to a set of beliefs: I mask therefore I am good. I mask my children therefore I am loyal to the Democratic Party and public health diktats. I mask therefore I care. I am a loyal follower of “the Science.” My faith is unwavering.

 

Those who claim to be on the side of “the Science” will continue to push unscientific policies in order to prove that they were right all along. This is the sunk cost fallacy writ large. Don’t admit mistakes. Ignore the actual science in favor of “the Science.” And continue to punish those who challenge. As well as those most vulnerable who simply aren’t in a position to challenge at all.

 

“Science” has apparently been rebranded by the left. It is now a slogan — a tagline — shouted at heretics to signify one’s moral superiority and loyalty to the party. What we have now is “science” that ignores the scientific method, which means “the science” is a cult. And a dangerous one at that.

If men stop taking care of everyone, then women have to fend for themselves and then they tend to become hard and masculine and tend to stop loving unconditionally. Conversely, if women stop loving unconditionally, men will often feel that there’s nothing in the society worth protecting or contributing to, and so they often become selfish or detached and stop taking care of everyone. It’s fundamentally the presence of sufficient unconditionally loving women that makes men feel that society has value and legitimacy and is worth contributing to.

 

Currently in many countries you are in a situation where too many men aren’t taking care of everyone and too many women aren’t loving unconditionally. To us, that is a very different situation than if we were to put messages online directly. From our perspective, the second situation would be a bit like us breaking into your house. Sure, you personally might want us Pleiadians to break into your house and leave a message, but not every Earth human would. We do not have consent from the majority of Earth humans to hack into your internet and leave messages there.

 

There are some secondary answers too. One is that we are very much not looking to be worshipped or placed on a pedestal by our Earth brothers and sisters, and that might very well happen if we were to directly put messages online. If the messages go through a channeler instead, then more emphasis is placed on the fact that apparently humans can communicate telepathically, which we think is very important. We very much want to empower you to re-learn your innate skills. From our perspective, a big part of the value of channelings is that Earth humans realize that Earth humans can apparently just telepathically communicate with unseen beings. Indeed, you can.

 

Also, giving information or intel actually is not the primary purpose of doing these channelings, from our perspective. The primary purpose, to us, is bringing love and positive galactic energy to the listener / reader and into the Earth human collective subconscious. And again, that is better accomplished if the message goes through an Earth channeler, because the channeler does a lot of the work to actually ground the love and positive galactic energies into the Earth human collective subconscious.

Last year I started reading obits. Looking for the died suddenlys.

Only in my county and just twice last year. Both times I would say 4 unexplained or died suddenly showed up.

I checked again a couple days ago. I found 10 this time. I also saw at least 20 obits with no cause of death or a died peacefully or any explanation at all.

That is unusual for here.

I wonder if anyone else has been checking their area for any increase.

My wife was harassed and assaulted yesterday as she went from church and while food shopping. A middle aged man sat next to her at the bus stop and started to act irrational talking to himself. She couldn't catch everything that he said but he slowed down to emphasis some points. Four times he took out his ID, quickly stated his name as fast as he could, and said I am an actor (To absolved himself of wrong doing) . One time he said the FBI criminals, the next time he said Military weapons, the third time he said API, the four times he said he is going to the fn hospital. Between the 2nd and 4rd time he said pretending to be on a phone "go now, he is home alone, use your key" twice. An hour later when she was at the store she had to ask the mgr for assistance because she felt extremely sick as if she was going to die. As she spoke to him to call me or get a uber, a lady that looked extremely familiar, possibly a sneighbor, walked a little in front of them to see her face and then walked away. My wife noticed she had no groceries, bags, or shopping cart either. I got to her 2 blocks from the store, the mgr loaned her a cart because all of a sudden uber was nothing but busy signals. When I asked her how she feeling, she said she is much better now but was feeling very weak and discombobulated, that it was something coming from somewhere in the store. Just about every time I go out to walk the dog, I either get some type of cornea infection or the feeling that I have been slightly microwaved which causes lethargy , headaches, and nausea. Nothing but assaults and mockeries. One day soon there will be no patience left.

An elderly man said he was manhandled by security and booted from a Sarah Silverman show in New Jersey after protesting her infamous blackface skit while wearing blackface.

 

The man, who is African-American, detailed the ugly alleged encounter in an Instagram post blowing up online.

 

In the post, Michael B. Jackson, 71, accused the “racist Sarah Silverman” of having “goons” rough him and evict him because he wore “blackface paint at her show.” Accompanying pics show the demonstrator lying in bed at the hospital following the alleged incident.

Hans Modrow, the last prime minister of communist East Germany, has passed away at the age of 95, according to Germany's Left Party.

Modrow became Prime Minister in November 1989. He left office in April 1990.

 

Who was Hans Modrow?

The former premier later served in the Bundestag of reunified Germany and in the European Parliament. He was a member of the Party of Democratic Socialism (PDS), which was the successor party to former East Germany's ruling Communists (SED) and was later absorbed by the Left Party.

Modrow was sent to Dresden from East Berlin in the 1970s due to the critical distance he maintained form the SED.
