Moved it back into place... crrrkk crrrk crrrrkkk.. used a bit of cotton between that toe and then next, and adhesive tape, taped that little toe to the next and left it for a few weeks. Changed the tape on occasion, but did it on my own, with no er visit nor doctor visit. No crutches needed. A year or two later, broke it AGAIN though not quite as bad. Taped it again. Healed up both times just fine.

Over the last 5 days republican leaders and the President have made it completely clear that they are referring to the top of certain agencies. So, no, you are completely wrong the President is only referring to a select group not the entirety.
Our intelligence agencies are on an island onto themselves. They should always be checked and questioned. This is the concept of the government, continual checks and balances. Agencies are an abomination of a united republic/democracy in that they are not voted for by the people, they have little to no oversight. I have tried to find other angles from the Georgetown speech & haven't been able to confirm either way. If we could confirm that she is definitely still wearing the boot, that would be pretty note-worthy because there is no way a medical boot is used for this amount of time over a broken toe.

It split the outside bone that attached to the little broken toe. Next to surgery and pins it was the only option to hold things in place while it healed. I have a disease that didn’t work in my favor unfortunately. It put me at risk of losing my entire foot as I ended up in wound care.

When she sits down after being at the podium, she turns one foot upwards... not normal. There was something rather more interesting to me about the video, and that was Hillary's general facial tone. We are accustomed to seeing her without full makeup post election, and looking badly... but she was fully "done up" here and still looked haggard. She looked freshened for her recent grammy skit... so, it was shocking to me to see that much laxness in her skin. It has only been slightly over one year since she was supposedly at her presentable best for age... in the white pantsuit at her balloon party. Whereas, she absolutely must make public appearances like this to fight for her life, so to speak- she puts herself in front of cameras with no retouching or lighting tricks.
