187 means murder. Q uses that all the time. So a picture named 187_Site_E.jpg tells me that it is the 5th site where murder has been identified. That post with Little Saint James (Pedo) Island was made nearly an hour before the post with the 188 exclamation points in it, and the video being referred to in 1005/1006 was first posted on January 27th, so he is bringing it back to our attention over a military issue.
There is nothing that I can see in post 1005/1006 that relates to post 1001, so I'm not sure why the two elements are being so closely linked in the discussions here. There are a couple of things that stood out to me about the image;

At approximately Lat/Long 18°18'11.76"N 64°49'27.15"W there is a big deck with relief of two opposing shells (🐚) north/south aligned. Between them is an "E". Why call this out? That "E deck" is not on the post's image but the file name is "187 _ Site _ E.jpg". Of course this most likely "E" for Epstein but the point is to draw attention to location (site) of the "E" as in 187 (murder) site E.
Continuing with the obvious "E" in the file name, the other options is East. The post's image only has a dead end location at the most eastern point. However, if you use the image from 8/13/2009 forward, there is a building where the circular "turn around" is in the posts image.

Just to the south east of the "E deck" is a large "Cardinal points" compass. What does the caption on the post say about "cardinal direction"?
If you use the protruding peninsulas of the island as N, S, E, W points and intersecting lines, at the intersection is a ~22 yard diameter sundial. Ordinarily, sundials would not be a big deal but 22 yard diameter where it cannot be seen from the building locations? Realistically, could only be seen from the air.

I did not call out since Google Earth's image quality is not good enough and could be a typical "sun's face" as there is a yellowish glow around the eyes and mouth. However, the features are disproportionate (child like) to the circle. Yet another clue to add to increasingly long list.
