Qresearch is a 24/7 beehive of activity where anons post their diggs, memes and prayers.

For this to happen requires ''bakers''–which is why they have been called "the core of this board."

Bakers perform several key functions:

Never subscribed to the idea that you ignore them "no matter what."

Any post proposing violence, i respond to (saying no well don't do that)

But that response ain't for the shill, it's for whomever else is listening.

 

Also usually respond whenever shill asks me as on-duty baker a direct question about a notable. Best response - which most of you know - is

Very hard to give feedback asking anons (new or old) to do stuff like include dates, including more than headlines, give more or better sauce, etc. - but many anons really don't like it. Yes. Espec when anons on the dig get really deep into it. As baker, i'm watchin' them converse, sometimes having almost zero idea of 'sup….

if topic seems notable, i'll bite the bullet and just tell 'chief investigator' (one with a really solid post) to describe the dig if they think it's notable. Anons like being asked; sometimes they say 'not notable' (mebbe preliminary, espec during gy) - but of course, they appreciate their efforts being noticed.

 

As a digger, i always think of that perspective. Try to honor their efforts. One baker sometimes gives 'honorable mentions' - don't remember who, but it's not a bad idea to show appreciation.

Periodically, posts appear in Globals like "how to nom a notable" or "how to notable" - have no idea if they make a difference. There are always excellent models of notables in every bread that anons can use as templates. But in my experience teaching stuff like this to engrs, those who don't enjoy writing all will find it tiresome to be reminded about what they're 'sposed' to do.

This was the story Teach used in 'forensic' study. Guy showed up in class (in March?) proposing dough changes - then snuck them in by posting new pastebin as tho he were baking when he was not. You picked up that pastebin although GB apparently got blamed for it even tho he never touched the dough.
