Smollett’s Defense Attorney Says He Will Appeal Guilty Verdict, Claims β€˜Empire’ Actor is β€œ100% Innocent”

 

A verdict was reached in the Jussie Smollett hate hoax trial on Thursday evening.

 

Smollett was found guilty on 5 charges of disorderly conduct – one count for each time he lied to police following the hoax β€˜attack.’

 

Smollett was found not guilty on a 6th count of lying to a detective.

 

Defense attorney Nenye Uche said he will appeal the guilty verdict.

 

β€œUnfortunately we were facing an uphill battle where Jussie was already tried and convicted in the media and then we had to somehow get the jury to forget or unsee all the news stories that they had been hearing that were negative for the last three years,” Uche told reporters in front of the courthouse.

 

β€œWe feel 100% confident that this case will be won on appeal,” he added claiming the jury’s split verdict was β€œinconsistent.”

 

The Gateway Pundit immediately pegged this β€˜racist, homophobic’ attack against Smollett as a hate hoax in January 2019.

 

Smollett laughably claimed two β€˜white men’ ambushed him at 2 am in 20 degree weather in downtown Chicago while screaming β€œThis is MAGA country!”

 

The β€˜Empire’ actor said the attackers poured bleach on him and put a noose around his neck while verbally abusing him with homophobic and racial slurs.

 

It turns out Jussie Smollett paid two Nigerian brothers over $3,000 to help him pull off the β€œMAGA Country” hate hoax crime.

 

In previously released footage, the Osundairo brothers are seen purchasing all of the supplies for the hate hoax such as red hats, rope and bleach.

 

Despite all of the evidence presented in the court proving Smollett recruited the Nigerians to help him with this hate hoax, the β€˜Empire’ actor lied to the court for hours and claimed he was a victim of a real crime.

Abused Senate Staffer Talonya Adams Calls on Arizona Secretary Of State and Gubernatorial Candidate Katie Hobbs β€œRESIGN from Office – DROP OUT Of The Race For Governor”

 

Talonya Adams was recently awarded a $2.75 million by a jury after facing racial discrimination from Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs.

 

Adams, a former Democratic staffer in the Arizona Senate, was fired by Katie Hobbs in 2015. A jury later ruled that Hobbs was guilty of racial and sexual discrimination, costing the state millions in damages.

 

She made it clear this morning, that Katie Hobbs’ awkward public apology issued on Wednesday, was not enough to repair the damage caused to her and her family.

 

On Thursday, Adams held an independent press conference to respond to Hobbs’ weak public apology.

 

She held her own press conference outside of the same courthouse where she represented herself against the Arizona Senate, and won.

 

Hobbs was the Democratic frontrunner for Governor of Arizona before this court ruling but things are starting to look different for her.

 

The Gateway Pundit reported on Hobbs’ forced apology to Adams after Adams was awarded $2.75 million in damages and Adams’ planned press release in response.

 

In Hobbs’ official printed response, she couldn’t even bother to write the correct name.

 

12 News’ Joe Dana said that this response β€œcould help or hurt Hobbs” chances at the Democratic nomination for Governor, before the presser.

 

When Conradson told Adams what a great press conference she held at the end, Dana said β€œwhat the f*ck” out loud.

 

Liberal media outlets did their best to discredit Adams and lay cover for Katie Hobbs with their questions.

Israel is not expected to join the U.S.-led diplomatic boycott of the Winter Olympics in China next year, a senior Israeli official told Haaretz on Tuesday. The official described the diplomatic boycott of the games as β€œbizarre” and added sarcastically that β€œIsrael’s snow sledding team is already warming up on the sidelines.”

 

This week, the White House announced that no American government officials would attend the games in Beijing next year, including the opening and closing ceremonies, in protest at China’s human rights record.

 

The American boycott of the games, which will be taking place in February, does not include athletes on the U.S. team. It is more of a diplomatic snub that will not have an impact on the sporting events themselves. It's not clear if the U.S. has asked its close allies, including Israel, to take a similar step.

The ongoing partisan fight into Pennsylvania's 2020 presidential election is headed to a panel of Commonwealth Court judges who will hear arguments Wednesday in Harrisburg.

"D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser announced a slew of expanded violence prevention efforts on Thursday, seeking to reduce gun violence as the city records its highest homicide count in 16 years. Today Governor Tom Wolf was joined by Pennsylvania’s Attorney General Josh Shapiro, local leaders, and abortion activists at People’s Park in Philadelphia in support of a person’s right to access abortion.

This comes in the wake of the United States Supreme Court hearing arguments on the Mississippi abortion case. Wolf said current protections may not be enough without the federal protection of Roe V. Wade.

Joe Biden has pledged β€œadditional military capabilities” for NATO’s easternmost members, Lithuania’s presidential advisor has claimed after talks between the US president and regional leaders.

 

The US president held phone talks with the leaders of the Bucharest Nine group on Thursday. The organization brings together eastern European countries, including Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania and Bulgaria.

 

During the talks, that lasted some 45 minutes, the US leader pledged β€œadditional military capabilities” for the region’s NATO members, Asta Skaisgiryte, foreign policy adviser for Lithuania’s president, told reporters.

 

β€œHe said additional reassurance elements are possible in these countries, and additional military capabilities,” the official said, adding that the US leader has not elaborated on a possible location or exact details on the additional NATO military buildup.

 

β€œNo country was specifically named. However, it can be understood that it is in the eastern flank of NATO,” she stated.

 

The US president also briefed the Bucharest Nine leaders on his talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin, that largely revolved around Ukraine. The US president told the leaders that β€œnothing has been said about you without you,” the official added.

It said Frontier, which has provided payroll services to the government since 2001, was the victim of a "ransomware cyber attack" and the information was stolen and "published on the dark web".

 

Treasurer Rob Lucas said politicians, including Premier Steven Marshall, could be among those affected.

 

"The highest of the high to the lowest of the low and all of the rest of us in between are potentially impacted, with the exception of teachers and the Department for Education," he said.

 

The Department for Education does not use Frontier.

 

Mr Lucas said the theft was being investigated and staff have been offered support.

 

"This is obviously of great concern to the government," he said.

 

Mr Lucas said the government was first told on Wednesday evening that state government data had been accessed, but it was confirmed yesterday afternoon that the breach involved employees' personal information.

 

"We've acted expeditiously," he said.

 

"As soon as we've been able to get information together, provide accurate information to our employees, we've done so."

Investors describe panic of being unable to withdraw coins before fall of Aussie crypto empire

 

Investors have exposed the chaos unfolding behind the scenes in the lead up to the collapse of Aussie crypto trading platform myCryptoWallet.

 

Dozens of unanswered messages, customer support tickets ignored and being blocked from withdrawing thousands in investments – this was the reality for some users of a prominent Australian crypto trading platform before its spectacular collapse.

 

Melbourne-based myCryptoWallet called in administrators on Friday to close the book on a troubled existence, which featured tech setbacks and a period of inactivity following a dispute with major bank NAB.

 

The liquidation of the trading platform – which once boasted it had 20,000 customers – has left some investors tens of thousands of dollars out of pocket.

 

MyCryptoWallet was launched in late 2017 as a platform that let users buy, sell and trade assets such as bitcoin, ethereum and ripple.

 

Customers say the platform had been plagued with issues well before its collapse, with some trying unsuccessfully for months to remove some or all of their investments.

 

One such investor, Damien Johnson from Sydney, has been outspoken against myCryptoWallet and the issues he experienced with the platform.

 

He opened his account with the online trading platform in 2017, and since then has documented his repeated issues with the company.

 

In a video Mr Johnson first posted online more than six months ago, he revealed his repeated attempts to get in touch with customer service had been ignored.

 

β€œI had issues with my account and sent numerous email messages. Then I realised I wasn’t the only one,” he said in a the video.

 

Mr Johnson then noticed that myCryptoWallet had made a rare post on its Twitter account in April this year, urging customers with any pending support inquiries to email them.

 

Despite this, he said he and other users were still unable to lodge support tickets or withdraw their funds.

 

β€œI was still unable to withdraw coins, send support tickets and I wasn’t the only one,” he said.

 

Back in September, Mr Johnson made a Twitter post claiming he and other users were still unable to withdraw their money and called for an investigation into the platform.

 

On Tuesday, when it was announced the company had gone into liquidation, Mr Johnson posted online that he had known β€œfor months” something wasn’t right.

 

β€œI need to see a full audit as to where the funds went,” he added.

 

He also recently posted screenshots online of his myCryptoWallet account, showing multiple warnings about buying and selling functionalities being β€œdisabled for maintenance”.

June 5, 2008 - at the same time that DARPA took an interest in coronavirus as a bio-weapon, Ablynx, which is now part of Sanofi, filed a series of patents that specifically targeted what we have been told is novel feature of the SAR-CoV-2 virus, the polybasic cleavage site for SARS-CoV, the novel spike protein, and the ACE2 receptor binding domain, which is what we have been told is the NOVEL feature of the SARS-CoV-2

 

Those patents in sequence were issued between November 24, 2015, which was U.S. Patent 9,193,780 https://patents.justia.com/patent/9193780 coming out after a gain of function moratorium and after the MERS outbreak in the middle east. In 2016, 2017, 2019 a series of patents all covering the RNA strands and the sub-components of the gene strands, were all issued to Ablynx and Sinofi. Numerous entities are identified in patent filings from 2008 through 2017 every attribute that was allegedly uniquely published by the single reference publication:

(The paper that has been routinely used to identify the NOVEL virus, however, there are already 73 existing patents issued between 2008 and 2019 that have the elements that were allegedly claimed to be NOVEL in SARS-CoV-2 specifically as related to polybasic cleavage site, the ACE2 receptor binding domain, and the spike protein).

 

By 2016, the paper that was funded during the gain of function moratorium that said that the SARS coronavirus was poised for human emergence, written by Ralph Baric, was not only poised for human emergence, but it was patented for commercial exploitation 73 times. This has nothing to do with a pathogen that was released, and every study that has ever been launched to try to verify a lab leak is a red herring. 73 patents on everything clinically NOVEL all issued before 2019.

Patent 7,279,327 was transferred mysteriously from the UNC at Chapel Hill to the National Institutes of Health in 2018. Under the U.S. Bayh–Dole Act, the US government has a march-in right provision which means if the U.S. Government has paid for research, they are entitled to benefit from that research at their demand or at their whim. In 2017 and 2018 the NIH has to take ownership of the patent that they already had rights to held by the UNC Chapel Hill, and ensure it was legally enforceable by the single patent required to develop the vaccine research institutes mandate, which was shared in November 2019 between UNC Chapel Hill and Moderna when UNC Chapel Hill, NIAID, and Moderna began the sequencing of a spike protein vaccine, which was a month before an outbreak happened.

 

Merck introduced the β€œThe New Normal” campaign, which was to get people to accept a universal pan-influenza pan-coronavirus vaccine, January 6, 2004 during a conference called SARS and Bio-Terrorism. The branded campaign was then adopted by the WHO and the Global Preparedness Monitoring Board, which was the board upon which the Chinese director of the CDC, Bill Gates’ Dr. Chris Elias of the Gates Foundation, and Anthony Fauci sat together on that Board of Directors.

 

In March 2019, Moderna amended a series of rejected patent filings to specifically make reference to a deliberate or accidental release of coronavirus. In March amended and revived 4 previously failed patent application to begin the process of a coronavirus vaccine development, which added a statement referencing the potential of an accidental or intentional release of a respiratory pathogen. Moderna then began dealing with the problem of relying on technology that they did not own. Two Canadian pharmaceutical companies Arbutus Biopharma and Arcturus Therapeutics own the patent on the lipid nanoparticle envelope required to deliver injection of mRNA fragment. Tried to negotiate the resolution of the technology to put into the vaccine. In November they entered into a cooperative research development agreement with UNC Chapel Hill with respect to getting the spike protein to put inside of the lipid nanoparticle. Allegedly, there was a candidate vaccine before we had a pathogen.

What makes that particular phrase inserted in the amendment problematic is, it is exactly recited in the book A World at Risk, which is the scenario put together by the WHO in September of 2019. So, months before there is an alleged pathogen which says that we need to have a coordinated global experience of a respiratory pathogen release, which by September 2020, must put in place a universal capacity for public relations management, crowd control, and the acceptance of a universal vaccine mandate”. The language of an intentional release of a respiratory pathogen was written into the scenario that β€œmust be completed by September 2020”. This is the Global Preparedness Monitoring Board’s unified statement.

 

There are 117 existing US patents with specifically the ACE2 receptor targeting mechanism for SARS coronavirus. There is nothing new and it has not been new, it is in publications going back to 2008 in the weaponization conferences that took place in Slovenia, in Europe all across Europe, and all across the DARPA infrastructure. We’ve known about that since 2013, its isolation and amplification.

 

Any assertion that this pathogen is somehow unique or novel, falls apart on the actual gene sequences which are published in the patent record, and then more egregiously falls apart in the fact that we have Peter Daszak himself stating that we have to create public hype to get the public to accept the medical countermeasure of a pan-coronavirus vaccine. What makes that most ludicrous is the fact that the WHO had declared coronavirus a dead interest in 2008, stating that we had eradicated coronavirus as a concern.

A CBP officer at the Port of New York/Newark displays a Chinese hair product suspected to have been made with forced laborNEWARK, NJ β€”U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers at the Port of New York/Newark detained a shipment of products/accessories suspected to be made with human hair today that originated in Xinjiang, China, indicating potential human right abuses of forced child labor and imprisonment. The products were part of shipment of almost 13 tons of hair products worth over $800,000 dollars.

 

CBP detained the shipment in accordance with a Withhold Release Order (WRO) on hair products manufactured by Lop County Meixin Hair Product Co. Ltd. On June 17, CBP instructed ports of entry nationwide to detain all such products based on information that reasonably indicated that they are manufactured with the use of prison labor. The manufacturing process may include additional situations of forced labor, including, but not limited to, excessive overtime, withholding of wages, and the restriction of movement. The WRO provides the importer of record the opportunity to export the shipment or to demonstrate that the merchandise was not produced with forced labor.

 

β€œIt is absolutely essential that American importers ensure that the integrity of their supply chain meets the humane and ethical standards expected by the American government and by American consumers,” said Brenda Smith, Executive Assistant Commissioner of the CBP Office of Trade. β€œThe production of these goods constitutes a very serious human rights violation, and the detention order is intended to send a clear and direct message to all entities seeking to do business with the United States that illicit and inhumane practices will not be tolerated in U.S. supply chains.”

 

CBP personnel at the Port of New York/Newark inspect a shipment of Chinese hair products suspected to have been made with forced laborFederal statute 19 U.S.C. 1307 prohibits the importation of merchandise mined, manufactured, or produced, wholly or in part, by forced labor, including convict labor, forced child labor, and indentured labor. The current detention underlines the importance and effectiveness of WRO implementation in ensuring that the goods entering U.S. commerce meet the requirements set forth by this statute.

 

The importation of goods produced with forced labor threatens the reliability of the U.S. supply chain and introduces unfair competition into the global market, which can negatively affect the competitiveness and integrity of American businesses. It is the responsibility of all U.S. importers to confirm their supply chains are free of forced labor in order to ensure the origin and quality of goods consumed by the American public align with the laws and principles established by the United States Government and to protect the American economy.

 

All WROs are publically available and listed by country on CBP’s Forced Labor Withhold Release Orders and Findings webpage. The Forced Labor Division (FLD), established in 2017 within CBP’s Office of Trade, leads the enforcement of the prohibition on the importation of goods made from forced labor.

 

A Chinese hair product detained by CBP at the Port of New York/Newark due to information that it was produced using forced laborCBP Office of Field Operations (OFO) and the ports of entry throughout the country represent the agency’s front line in intercepting illicit trade. ENGLEWOOD, Colo. – Former Denver Broncos wide receiver Demaryius Thomas, whose quiet demeanor belied a burning desire to achieve what he routinely called "everyday greatness,'' has died at the age of 33, according to police.

 

Roswell, Georgia, police said Thursday night that Thomas was found dead in his home. Preliminary reports, according to the police, indicated Thomas' death might have resulted from a medical issue.

 

Thomas, who would've turned 34 on Christmas, had officially announced his retirement from the NFL this past June with a short video with a peace sign and his characteristic smile.
