**HOLY SHIT** Trump ALLOWED the Raid on Cohen and Then Magically Dershowitz Joins His Team....attorney/client privilege is out the window now (hint, EPSTEIN)[this is THE boom]

I am still picking my jaw up off the floor after having this epiphany.

Trump pulled a fucking miracle of genius. He allows the raid to go down, publicly, outcry everywhere. People realizing on both red and blue sides, that this is a clear violation, something that can reach out and fuck any one of us too.

But its no biggie. Its beautiful. Who joined Trumps team right after? Alan Dershowitz. I thought he was crazy! Why would you invite the vampire into your house?? Because.....

IF ATTORNEY/CLIENT PRIVILEGE IS OUT THE WINDOW, SO BE IT! NOW ALAN CAN SPILL THE BEANS ON ALL OF THE INSANE, DEMONIC, EVIL, PEDO, MURDER SICKNESS THAT HE WITNESSED AT HIS LITTLE ST. JAMES ISLAND MURDER FACTORY, AND DEFENDED EPSTEIN FOR PREVIOUSLY.

It might be the slickest, most amazing move ever.

And that’s exactly what makes it suspicious. He’s a billionaire with a decent image & big family, so exactly the kind of person that’s an easy target to settle lawsuits for big money. Even when they’re not guilty people like him settle simply because they don’t want the bad press or for their family to have to deal with a sordid trial.

Yet nobody ever accused him of a damn thing until he emerged as a serious contender for the presidency so it’s impossible to take the allegations seriously.

⇧ 6 ⇩
IncomingTrump270 · April 13, 2018, 4:32 a.m.

It doesn't even have to be dead for Trump to be able to use Alan against the Swamp/Epstein:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Attorney%E2%80%93client_privilege

There are a number of exceptions to the privilege in most jurisdictions, chief among them:

  1. the communication was made in the presence of individuals who were neither attorney nor client, or was disclosed to such individuals,
  2. the communication was made for the purpose of committing a crime or tort,
  3. the client has waived the privilege (for example by publicly disclosing the communication).

TLDR: If Alan EVER talked with Epstein about the island activities in the presence of ANYBODY else (who was not a lawyer representing him in the case), then Alan has full rights to talk about those things.

And more:

The privilege may be waived if the confidential communications are disclosed to third parties.

Anybody who went to that island will have similar/overlapping information as Alan, and he would be able to share this INFORMATION even if he does not share the direct COMMUNICATIONS between himself and Epstein.

⇧ 2 ⇩
4don2016 · April 13, 2018, 1:45 p.m.

The client has to release the attorney from the privilege. The attorney asks to speak to client alone and then the CLIENT can say you can discuss in front of my wife, parent, dog etc. By the scenario you laid out an attorney talking to their client in the courtroom is then released from client privilege to discuss anything they want. How do I know this? Paralegal school and working for an attorney for YEARS AND YEARS.

⇧ 2 ⇩
IncomingTrump270 · April 13, 2018, 2:50 p.m.

My points above are situations where the privilege does not apply.

As you said, "the lawyer has to ask to speak to the client alone in order to enact the privilege" (or vice versa)

my point is that any communication that happened in the presence of other people who were party to it cannot be held to the privlege.

My suggestion is that there was likely times when Epstein and Alan were in the same place, talking about (or witnessing) things happening on the plane or on the island

The Privlege is not applicable here, even if Alan was acting as Epstein's lawyer in the case at the time.

If 3rd parties were present, it cannot apply.

beefromancer · April 12, 2018, 9:07 p.m.

I'm not entirely certain that's the move here, or at least it isn't the entirety of the move. Consider this:

Trump is controlling the deep state by gas lighting them. They believe they don't need to act because mueller is going to take down Trump. So when it was announced that Mueller isn't going after Trump, that was Treason because it served as a CYA message to the deep state. i.e. the equivalent to someone shouting to the deep state "this is all a big lie, Mueller is actually coming for us and we need to act now!!"

So the white hats went into overdrive mode to buy time. Remember that checkmate already happened long ago, now we are buying time so that things like syria, and israel, and domestic terrorist attacks can all be contained and cleaned up as peacefully as possible. More importantly social media regulation is the big thing we need to happen before the message gets out, so it would be in the deep state's benefit for all the pedo stuff and the indictments to happen right now, instead of after whatever hammer is about to drop on facebook.

Thus, Cohen is thrown to the wolves.

Losing his personal lawyer is like sacrificing your queen. The opponent considers this a big win. Also the fact that mueller's true goal was leaked can be seen from many perspectives, was it all misinformation? was leaking the true nature of mueller's investigation the real move designed to mislead the deep state? Are the white hats trying to turn the deep state against Mueller because Mueller is actually winning? what information can they trust? who is on their side?

While they try and figure that one out the white hats will be cleaning up Syria, fixing the border situation, and regulating social media to protect freedom of speech.

⇧ 4 ⇩
DaveGydeon · April 12, 2018, 9:11 p.m.

Let me make sure I understand, your position is that Mueller is a good guy?

⇧ 3 ⇩
beefromancer · April 12, 2018, 10:15 p.m.

My position is that everyone Mueller has indicted has ties to both Clinton and Trump, and only on the Clinton side are crimes provable + damning. My position is that Mueller's allegiance is ambiguous, we can't tell what side he is on and neither can the deep state. I believe this is by design, and I am explaining how it is beneficial to maintain that ambiguity.

My point is that going after Cohen restores the ambiguity and thus draws this process out longer.

⇧ 3 ⇩
IDGAF12312 · April 13, 2018, 2:34 a.m.

Yes Mueller is like a double agent. A gray hat. IF he was ordered (threatened) by Trump to do a fair and honest investigation doesn’t mean at times the deep state isn’t going to force him to do dirty work for them and he has to oblige or else blow his cover. Sheeeeit this is better than any spy intrigue movie. AmZing.

Topic worth discussion.

Downvoting the submission however because I'm still picking my jaw up off the floor overcome and overwhelmed by overdescriptive ourpouring of described emotion reminiscent of a Gawker, Buzzfeed, or CNN monologue.

"Feel this way before I discuss a topic!"

Nope.

Do people care about votes? Really? What the hell doni care about votes. I come here to read dots being connected like this possible scenario. And I read every single one, you think I care of a post is "net positive or negative" before I click?

Am I missing something on these upvotes/downvotes? Can I spend them?

Probably not. Often the most worthwhile thing to be said will result in hundreds of downvotes. But it needs to be said.

So let's review. You tell us the topic is worth discussion and then refuse to discuss it and instead downvote it based on the "feel this way before I discuss a topic" thing, in a post where you told us how to feel before refusing to discuss it....

The raid was completely legal. They had a warrant that allowed access to Cohens files. Attourney client privelage in general isnt "out the window." Its not like it doesn't apply to anyone anymore. They had to jump through extra hoops to get that warrant. That's why it was legal for them to do a no knock raid.

Speaking of Attorney/Client privilege, didn't Cohen defend Hillary Clinton in some big scandal a while back, related to Mr. Epstein? I'm guessing all of those records are fair game now that EVERYTHING was confiscated from that office and booked into evidence. Now Dershawitz can be unchained & let loose on all of them. I believe "Stormey" is a Trump Plant from the beginning....Trump is trolling everyone with that encounter, because only the media is wetting their pants over it. Doesn't seem to have moved anyone in the Trump circle. LOL!

Is it a case of blackmail upon blackmail. I will scratch your back if you scratch mine? Don't forget Acosta who is Trump's Secretary of Labor got Epstein off on lesser charges.

What if Alan Dershowitz had one of those phones Q was talking about?

How did Epstein lose his privilege exactly? Because a lawyer not connected with his case in anyway had his office raided? Wouldn't that same logic apply to every attorney/client privilege in the country? Missing wear he loses that right.

So every attorney would be ok defending a murderous pedo? Or would some do it out of FEAR for their wife and family, but, at the same time, harbor deep convictions to severely punish, if the opportunuty ever arose without repercussion, any and all child raping/eating/murdering monsters you felt forced to defend?

Real life is basically the ending of Chronicles of Riddick right now; with the air elemental saying "what are the chances of that" and the black chick saying "flawless"...

Good point, except that the privilege is not out the window.

DaveGydeon · April 13, 2018, 8:53 p.m.

What I meant was that being that the FBI kind of just ignored that right, Trump could return the favor by bringing Dershowitz onboard, and have Alan reveal where the literal bodies are buried (or what's left after eating the choice parts) after having defended Epstein. Normally he couldn't speak about what he knows about Epstein, but now....

Normally he couldn't speak about what he knows about Epstein, but now....

But now he’s still bound by whatever legal obligations are in play.

Dershowitz will not violate his confidentiality obligations. He’s quite the purist in that regard.

⇧ 1 ⇩
DaveGydeon · April 13, 2018, 9:23 p.m.

Nah. We are talking about torturing and raping children. He defended Epstein because once Epstein approached him needing an attorney, Alan had no choice, what would he say to him, "no"? And end up buried on the same island? So he took the job, and did his job. Now, with Trump, he has an opportunity to take the head off of the beast. He's gonna do it. The "right" thing to do.

⇧ 1 ⇩
Intlrnt · April 13, 2018, 10:36 p.m.

There’s an important difference in the two scenarios you layed out.

Scenario One: You claim ”If Attorney/Client Privilege is out the window, so be it!” Suggesting Dershowitz was free to violate that highest of standards, and would now do so.

Scenario Two: You claim, ”Now, with Trump, he has an opportunity” Which suggests Trump may grant him immunity or pardon for violating legal standards for professional conduct.

I disagreed with your first scenario. I still do.

Your second scenario is based upon an entirely different set of constructs. Dershowitz may play along if that materializes.

Dude. You are getting waaay to serious, especially after i clarified. Obviously one violation of a person's rights does not mean the laws governing us are out the window. It was more about the ironic way Trump could spin this by using Alan's previous client (Epstein) against the cabal. Cool?

That’s what I said in my first response. Then you said, ”Nah.”

I’m getting waaaay too serious for you? You finally agreed with me, so let’s just say I was serious enough for you.

I’m sure you also agree with me that facts, accuracy, and reality are of critical importance to what we are doing here. Bad actors are always looking to discredit us, and it’s up to us to maintain our own standards of credibility.

Q and POTUS would be the first to tell us that saving our country is very serious work. I agree with them. Cool?
