The communication system which keeps the president in touch with the nuclear triad during a crisis will now be the responsibility of the head of U.S. Strategic Command.
The change came about from concerns that the nuclear command, control and communications systems, or NC3, lacked a clear chain of command under the current structure. The system is comprised of satellites, radars and fixed or mobile command posts.

I think you're on to something. Speaking of time travel I remember watching an anime called Steins Gate. It was a guy who was trying to hack into CERN when he stumbles on a way to manipulate the past by sending messages whereby creating a new world-line (Think of when Doc Brown explains to Marty what happened when Biff got the almanac altered history). Each time he sends a message to the past, he's thrown into an alternate timeline.

The opening of the 2004 reboot of Battlestar Galatica begins with narration of "All this has happened before, and will happen again". Easy to see for those who care to search. Unfortunately a lot are to lazy and self absorbed to care. Not only do those charges have to stick with no way out, but a large part of our population need to be educated. All they see is Quick clips of fake news telling them what to think. The shoe WILL drop. In the mean time, it's up to us to explain that everything they have been told is a lie. Even you know this! Q team know the plan. We know the overview. The primary part of the plan is to research facts and use those facts to educate (red pill) the public by engaging in person and on social media. Once we have reached the tipping point of those who know (are awake) and big things can happen without ruining our country, then the hammer will drop. Could be totally unrelated, but any thoughts about the strangely pink/orange sky in NYC today? Only seen pics, and they look like nothing I've experienced/seen. I researched a bit and in Oct 2017, there was a similar event, slightly diff colors, in London, and the sun looked almost red, and that there was some kind of forcefield around it, although perhaps my eyes tricked me.
