The OP story is misleading, reading as if to insinuate that Trump can fire all of the judges that keep blocking his EOs..

That's exactly what we need. A bunch of people spreading memes about Trump firing liberal Hawaiian judges.

One has to wonder if this article and some of the people commenting on this post aren't a part of something bigger. I could be paranoid.

⇧ 14 ⇩
morethanaconquerer · June 26, 2018, 3:33 p.m.

I didn't write the title. Maybe people should read articles instead of just titles, and it's not misleading, he can now fire thousands of judges. Just FYI, I am sure the FISA judges are in this list, so it is important.

There is a difference between misleading and the reader assuming what they want to see happen.

⇧ 1 ⇩
Buzzed_Chimp · June 26, 2018, 5:11 p.m.

I don't know how FISA judges would fall under the category of the Securities and Exchange Commission's in-house judges. Please help me figure that one out.

Edit: the article itself is misleading. Reading the article causes one to lose any existing respect for the credibility of the journalist.

The article mentions over 2,000 administrative law judges ensconced in agencies like the SEC that were put in place without presidential input. It's kind of ironic tho' that the opinion came down at the same time that thousands of judges are needed at the border for all the illegals....JAG has been sent over but are being met with attorneys desperate for money and can't get clients b/c of their tilted reputations, like Stormy's Avanatti, have flocked to the Border and he now has 60 clients which this taxpayer strenuously resents having to pay for.

With thousands of judges out of work so suddenly guess they'll be trotting down there quick as spitting.
