Retired Colonel Lawrence Sellin, Ph.D. released a very comprehensive report on Substack using material presented here at The Gateway Pundit to support his summary below.

Executive Summary

SARS-CoV-2, the coronavirus responsible for the COVID-19 disease and pandemic, was made in a laboratory in China as part of its biowarfare program. After two years from the start of the pandemic, no natural source of SARS-CoV-2 has been identified. In contrast, structures within the virus itself have been identified that prove its laboratory origin.

It remains unclear how SARS-CoV-2 was released and when. It could have occurred either as a laboratory accident or as a deliberate open-air test by China’s People’s Liberation Army. There is circumstantial evidence that the virus began circulating in China as early as August 2019, but more likely the earliest cases occurred between mid-October and mid-November 2019.

From the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, officials and scientists both in China and the United States have actively engaged in a cover-up of its origin and attempted to suppress any discussion that SARS-CoV-2 was not a natural disease transmission from animals to humans. Many of those engaged in the scientific censorship could be considered culpable for assisting in the laboratory creation of SARS-CoV-2 and, at least indirectly, contributing to China’s biowarfare program.

Since the 2002-2004 SARS-CoV-1 pandemic, the Chinese military augmented its traditional biowarfare program to include weapons based on biotechnology. To achieve that end, China has fused military and civilian research and implemented a program of massive “scientific chain migration,” whereby Chinese scientists obtain positions in the United States and access American knowledge, skills, technology and research funding. The products from all of that effort is fed back into China’s biowarfare program. Thus, U.S. research laboratories have become little more than Chinese colonies, extensions of China’s fused military-civilian research program and fully-funded by the U.S. taxpayer. As of today, the U.S. government has done little or nothing to slow the massive infiltration of Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and People’s Liberation Army (PLA) scientists into U.S. research programs.

Clintonworld-Controlled BLM Bails Out Anti-Gun Activist Charged In Shooting Of Louisville Mayoral Candidate

Black Lives Matter's Louisville chapter told WHAS11's Rachel Droze that they're bailing out the suspect in the attempted murder of mayoral candidate, Craig Greenberg.

As the Washington Examiner noted earlier today, BLM filings reveal that the organization's leadership now includes prominent Democratic lawyer Marc Elias and another longtime ally of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, who have taken on key roles in the 'charity' amid scrutiny over mismanaged finances to the tune of $60 million.

Elias, best known for his funding of British ex-spy Christopher Steele’s discredited anti-Trump dossier while he served as Clinton’s 2016 campaign general counsel, appears to be representing the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation through his recently formed Elias Law Group. BLM’s national organization repeatedly lists the Elias firm as one of its addresses and states in its short-year 2020 Form 990 that its books were now in the care of the Elias Law Group.

Additionally, Minyon Moore, a longtime top ally of both Bill and Hillary Clinton, is now listed as part of BLM’s board of directors in the charity's filings.

It's not clear when BLM's relationships with Elias Law Group and Moore began.

In short, the sitting US Vice President actively helped to bail out BLM rioters while Trump was in office, while Clintonworld-controlled BLM itself is now bailing out suspected murderers.

Hillary Clinton finally breaks silence, calls John Durham claims ‘fake scandal’

If anyone knows scandals, it’s Hillary Clinton.

The former first lady, senator, secretary of state and two-time Democratic presidential candidate finally responded Wednesday to last week’s court filing by special counsel John Durham alleging that her 2016 presidential campaign paid for computer research to link then-candidate Donald Trump to Russia.

“Trump & Fox are desperately spinning up a fake scandal to distract from his real ones,” Clinton said on Twitter. “So it’s a day that ends in Y. The more his misdeeds are exposed, the more they lie.

“For those interested in reality, here’s a good debunking of their latest nonsense,” she concluded the post, attaching a link to a Vanity Fair article titled: “You’ll never believe it but Hillary Clinton did not, in fact, spy on Trump’s White House.”

Clinton broke her silence one day after she ignored questions from The Post about Durham’s claims after she and her daughter, Chelsea, were at a Queens restaurant.

Durham filed court papers Friday in which he alleged that a Clinton campaign lawyer enlisted a tech executive to help “mine” internet data from locations including Trump Tower and the White House “to establish ‘an inference’ and ‘narrative’ tying then-candidate Trump to Russia.”

What Happened With DWAC Stock

The Truth Social app was originally supposed to launch on Feb. 21, but has been delayed for unspecified reasons. That delay caused the price of DWAC stock to plunge 18% in a single day of trading, although the shares have since recovered. News that Trump has now made a post to Truth Social has sparked renewed excitement.

However, it is not clear if Trump’s first post indicates that Truth Social is now live for everyone to begin using or if its official launch is still to come. Devin Nunes, CEO of the Trump Media and Technology Group, said earlier this month that the social media app still needs to finish ongoing beta testing before the official launch. He did not give a timing for when the beta tests would be completed. Investors should note that the App store listing for Truth Social still includes Feb. 21 as the launch date.

Why It Matters

Donald Trump has been banned from Twitter and other social media platforms following the insurrection at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. Trump Media and Technology Group has formed to give the former president and his supporters a platform heading into the 2024 presidential election. Currently, Trump is the frontrunner to represent the Republican Party in the next race.

DWAC stock has been rising this year on excitement for the launch of the Truth Social platform. Indications that the social media app’s launch is getting closer now has the stock moving higher once again.

DWAC stock gets a nice bounce today on excitement that Trump has sent a message via the Truth Social app. However, many questions remain concerning the new social media platform and the timing of when Trump Media and Technology Group will begin life as a public company. Hunter Biden's baby mama has testified before a federal grand jury investigating him for alleged tax crimes, DailyMail.com can exclusively reveal.

Lunden Roberts, 30, joins a growing list of former business partners and associates who have been subpoenaed to give evidence in the Department of Justice's secretive three-year probe into Hunter's murky financial affairs.

As well as having a three-year-old daughter with the President's son, whom he refuses to publicly acknowledge, Roberts spent more than a year working in a junior position at his investment firm, Rosemont Seneca.

She also chased Hunter through the courts for 10 months after he claimed in 2019 that he was too poor to pay child support despite living in a $12,000-per-month Hollywood rental and driving a Porsche.

Roberts gave evidence at a federal courthouse in Joe Biden's home state of Delaware for several hours on Tuesday morning. Details of grand jury testimony remain secret and the single mom declined to speak about the case with a DailyMail.com reporter as she left.

Scandal-plagued Hunter claimed in his 2021 memoir that he had 'no recollection' of Roberts, nor the 'encounter' that led to the birth of their daughter, Navy Joan, in 2018.

And he has never mentioned the little girl's name in public despite paying her mom a reported $2.5 million settlement after a court-ordered DNA test proved he was the dad.

DailyMail.com revealed last year that Hunter, 52, not only had an affair with Roberts, he once hired her to work at Rosemont Seneca, his Washington, D.C.-based investment firm that now finds itself in the crosshairs of the federal inquiry.

Rosemont Seneca was one of a handful of companies listed in a May 2019 grand jury subpoena that ordered JP Morgan Chase to hand over records of transactions between Hunter's various ventures and the Bank of China for the previous five years.

It also asked for similar 'records, documents and accounts' related to James Biden, the President's brother, and Hunter's former business partners Eric Schwerin and Devon Archer, both founding partners at Rosemont Seneca.

Archer's attorney, Matthew Schwartz, confirmed that his client had 'cooperated completely' with the DOJ after the subpoena was leaked online last month by conservative research group Marco Polo.

The document offered the first real clues as to the specifics of Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss's probe, which was launched in late 2018 but controversially kept under wraps until weeks after the 2020 Presidential election, supposedly to avoid becoming a campaign issue.

CNN has reported that the investigation is focused on Hunter's business dealings in China while Politico claims it relates to whether he paid taxes on all of his income.

'I learned yesterday for the first time that the U.S. Attorney's Office in Delaware advised my legal counsel, also yesterday, that they are investigating my tax affairs,' Hunter announced in December 2020.

'I take this matter very seriously but I am confident that a professional and objective review of these matters will demonstrate that I handled my affairs legally and appropriately, including with the benefit of professional tax advisors.'

Roberts was not named in the 2019 subpoena and her involvement remained a secret until she was compelled to attend the J. Caleb Boggs Federal Building in downtown Wilmington.

U.S. Govt Advisors SHRED Documents Detailing Fauci Agency’s Obama-Era Work With The Wuhan Lab.

The National Institutes of Health has repeatedly failed to comply with congressional requests for documents related to its involvement with the Wuhan Institute of Virology, instead forcing agency personnel to “shred notes and other documents” referencing the Chinese Communist Party-run lab and its work with the U.S. government during the Obama administration.

Members of the Republican House Committee on Oversight and Reform wrote a letter to Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Director Xavier Becerra urging the release of the documents, which could prove highly relevant to the origins of COVID-19.

“Rather than be transparent with Committee Republicans, HHS and NIH have chosen to hide, obfuscate, and shield the truth,” argues the letter.

The letter reveals that an NIH advisor was “forced by NIH to shred notes and other documents pertaining to the WIV grants as early as 2014.” An email from an individual, whose name has been redacted, to a committee staff member on November 5th, 2021 revealed the following:

“I signed a confidentiality agreement in which I agreed not to discuss any grant with anyone except with other members of the study section, and – once the meeting was over – that I would destroy any notes that I had taken during the meeting (we did this by tossing them in shred box in the meeting room)).”

The letter outlines how, “to date, HHS and NIH have refused to produce any responsive documents or information.” The congressional committee requested documents from former NIH Director Francis Collins surrounding a 2014, Obama-era grant awarded from Anthony Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) to EcoHealth Alliance and the WIV in May and July of 2021.

Despite Republican committee staff repeatedly amending their requests, making them broader in scope and easier for the federal agency to fulfill, both federal agencies have refused to turn over any documents.

“Since our July 15, 2021, request invoking §2954, Republican Committee staff have provided the following accommodations to HHS and NIH: time extensions, reducing the scope of the request, prioritizing certain documents, and engaging in in camera review of certain documents. Throughout this time, Republican Committee staff made clear to HHS staff that Committee Republicans may, at a later date, request full, unredacted copies of the documents reviewed in camera and all other documents responsive to the Requests,” explains the letter.

Defendant Named in Superseding Indictment, Accused of Using Pepper Spray Against Police

WASHINGTON — A Kentucky woman was arrested today for crimes related to the breach of the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, which disrupted a joint session of the U.S. Congress that was in the process of ascertaining and counting the electoral votes related to the presidential election.

Shelly Stallings, 42, of Morganfield, Kentucky, is charged with federal offenses that include assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers using a dangerous weapon, civil disorder, and entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds with a deadly or dangerous weapon, among other charges. Stallings was arrested in Owensboro, Kentucky, and will make her initial court appearance today in the Western District of Kentucky.

Stallings and a second individual, Markus Maly, 47, of Fincastle, Virginia, were named as additional defendants in a superseding indictment returned in the District of Columbia in a case that previously included two other defendants: Peter J. Schwartz, 48, who is Stallings’s husband, and Jeffrey Brown, 55, of Santa Ana, California. Maly was arrested on Jan. 26, 2022, and initially charged in a criminal complaint. Schwartz was arrested on Feb. 4, 2021, and Brown was arrested on Aug. 26, 2021. All four defendants are accused of spraying a chemical irritant, pepper spray, at a line of police officers attempting to secure the area of the Lower West Terrace of the Capitol Building. Maly, Schwartz, and Brown previously pleaded not guilty to charges.

The case is being prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia and the Department of Justice National Security Division’s Counterterrorism Section. Valuable assistance was provided by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Kentucky.

Former police commissioner and Racing NSW board hopeful Mick Fuller did not declare to the state government his co-ownership of racehorses with two wealthy businessmen who became embroiled in criminal investigations or won lucrative police contracts.

An ABC investigation into Mr Fuller's gambling and racing interests has discovered he submitted no conflict of interest declarations to the government until last year, raising concerns he breached anti-corruption rules.

Mr Fuller was NSW's highest-paid public servant, earning more than $665,000 a year as the head of Australia's largest police force from 2017 before retiring last month after a 34-year career in law enforcement.

He is a frontrunner to be picked by NSW cabinet to join the board of Racing NSW, the horseracing operator and regulator, after Sports Minister Stuart Ayres yesterday endorsed him as a candidate "of the highest integrity".

Mr Fuller was among a cadre of high-ranking NSW Police Force (NSWPF) officers — mostly from Sydney's Sutherland Shire — referred to within the force as the "Punters Club" due to their love of gambling, horseracing and rugby league.

From 2015, he and at least five others employed in leadership roles within NSWPF acquired shares across at least four racehorses from high-profile trainer and former drug addict David Vandyke.

Mr Fuller's shares in two of Mr Vandyke's horses — Mad Magic and Once Epona Time — gave him the right to a proportion of any winnings.

But they proved a poor bet — the horses barely made any winnings, while Mr Vandyke became entangled in doping scandals.

Have you heard of the latest conspiracy theory fueling the bizarre fantasy life of the right?

The liars of the right definitely think they've got a hot one with this "Durham report," an official-sounding document that Republican propagandists will have you believe "proves" Hillary Clinton was spying on Donald Trump. The "report," however, is actually just a court filing made by John Durham, a right-wing lawyer installed in the Department of Justice by Trump and then-attorney general Bill Barr for the obvious purpose of generating conspiracy theories to feed into the right-wing propaganda mill. Fox News has been humping this non-report nonstop. Trump just used it as an excuse to once again threaten Hillary Clinton's life. And unfortunately, the mainstream media is failing to push back by labeling this conspiracy theory for the bucket of nonsense that it is.

Mainstream media is letting the right's tendency to use confusing accusations and dense language scare them off of direct and clear descriptions of lies as lies. Certainly, there's woe in the future of anyone who actually tries to read this supposed "evidence" for Clinton's "spying operation." The court filing is full of techno argle-bargle that would cause the eyes of even the most enthusiastic programmer to glaze over, much less the average journalist.

So if you feel baffled, imagine how impossible it is that Donald "Maybe Inject Bleach?" Trump understood any of this language. He certainly couldn't explain why he claims this is a "scandal far greater in scope than Watergate."

Many gallant reporters — including Jon Skolnik of Salon — actually tried to figure out what the hell Durham is on about. Unsurprisingly, the conclusion is that this is a big, fat nothingburger — another in a long line of empty right-wing conspiracy theories about the Clintons that dates all the back to Whitewater. Yet, the mainstream media is once again letting right-wing bullying scare them off of plainly labeling lies and conspiracy theories for what they are.

The headline for the New York Times debunking of the Durham conspiracy theory lamely called it "off track," even though "plainly nonsense" is a conclusion anyone who actually reads the article — which will be a tiny percentage of people — would reach. Worse is the Washington Post's supposed "fact check," which is headlined, "Here's why Trump once again is claiming 'spying' by Democrats," without noting that it's a lie or falsehood. The article debunks Trump, but again, few will actually read the whole article, especially since it's full of the same dense legalese and techno-babble. Worse, CNN simply ran with, "Special counsel Durham alleges Clinton campaign lawyer used data to raise suspicions about Trump," replete with the "one side says/the other says"-style reporting, without indicating that the Trump side is a bunch of loony liars, as usual.

This failure to call Trump's lies out for what they are is especially troubling in light of Trump exploiting this conspiracy theory to call, once again, for the death of Hillary Clinton.

It's "the sort of thing that directly endangers people by putting a target on them," as Aaron Rupar of Public Notice wrote, and isn't just conjecture. Trump supporters have repeatedly attacked, attempted to kill, or killed people he has targeted with such rhetoric, from the El Paso shooting to the Capitol insurrection. In fact, there's already been one famous attempt on Clinton's life by a Trump supporter acting on his hero's rhetoric.

The obtuse nature of the "Durham report" is typical of right-wing conspiracy theories, as anyone can attest who has tried to figure out what the hell "Benghazi" is about or what the QAnoners believe. These conspiracy theories are more elaborate than the family trees of "Game of Thrones," full of contradictions and red herrings, and impossible for even the people who are making this crap up to follow along. This is very much by design because it works so well at gaming the flaws in the mainstream media.

For one thing, the confounding nature of right-wing conspiracy theories scares off would-be debunkers. As Charlie Savage at the New York Times wrote, they "tend to involve dense and obscure issues, so dissecting them requires asking readers to expend significant mental energy and time," that is energy and time most people don't have. Sadly, a lot of even well-meaning people will not realize that this is a good sign that they can write the conspiracy theory off completely. Instead, they'll lean on the shortcut of assuming that this smoke must mean there's a fire. And to help prop up the illusion of fire, the right has grown adept at putting an official-seeming gloss on the smoke they generate. They use prosecutors and congressional hearings to make their conspiracy theories seem more legitimate. Unfortunately, those strategies also intimidate the media into not calling out lies for what they are, as evidenced by the squirrelly coverage this conspiracy theory is getting simply because it's being fed by a guy that was given an official-sounding job by Trump.

This year was supposed to finally be calm for the world’s helium users. But a fire at the new Russian helium plant and prolonged technical problems at the US Federal Helium Reserve have plunged the market into what some analysts are calling Helium Shortage 4.0.

The Russian state-owned oil and gas company Gazprom started producing helium at its Amur Gas Processing Plant in September 2021 with great fanfare. With an eventual capacity of 60 million m3 per year, Amur was expected to end more than 15 years of unsettled market conditions caused largely by the US government’s decision to privatize its helium resources.

However, an October fire in Amur’s attached natural gas facilities paused production, and a second fire in early January has caused additional damage and delays. At the same time, maintenance that started in July 2021 at the US helium reserve in Texas has gone on months longer than expected.

Writing for the industrial gas website Gasworld, helium consultant Phil Kornbluth says several industrial gas companies are back to rationing supplies. Kornbluth says the market will likely remain troubled throughout 2022, though supplies of the noble gas should be ample by 2024 when Amur is fully operational and new resources come online in Qatar.

This latest shortage illustrates the risks of privatizing essential resources such as helium, says John Kutsch, an expert in rare element markets who is with the Thorium Energy Alliance.

“A for-profit utility, like helium is becoming, will always experience super disruptive cycles of funding, bankruptcy, and supply failures,” he says. “The for-profit model feasts off of uncertainty and erratic undependable supplies, scarcity.”

The flood of false accusations of conspiracies and spying and blackmail and election stealing from the right is meant to overwhelm people so that they tune out the news entirely and just assume it's all a bunch of partisan nonsense. That way, the actual crimes and conspiracies engaged in by Trump and his allies get lost in all the chaos. Aided by a media that is addicted to false equivalencies, a lot of people will simply assume both sides are totally corrupt.

This is how Trump has always hidden his corruption in plain sight: Not by claiming innocence, but by arguing that everyone is guilty and therefore he is being unfairly singled out by the "deep state" or the "elite" or whatever the shadowy conspiracy term is du jour on Fox News.

It's almost certainly not a coincidence that Durham fed the right-wing noise machine these crumbs right as there's been a torrent of evidence released pointing to Trump's very real crimes. Trump's accounting firm just fired him, in response to new documents filed by New York District Attorney Letitia James showing "significant additional evidence" that Trump and his family committed financial fraud. And that's on top of a surge of reports from both media sources and the January 6 committee indicating that Trump was on a document destruction spree while in office, especially with regards to anything that could expose a conspiracy to overthrow the 2020 election.

It's important to note that the relentless conspiracy theories and lies aren't just about covering up Trump's crime with a false "everyone does it" narrative. This sort of thing also feeds the long term goals of authoritarianism, which feeds off public cynicism and malaise. As Trump ally Steve Bannon notoriously said, the idea is to "flood the zone with shit" so that ordinary people get exhausted and give up trying to fight the fascists.

Rational discourse is the enemy of authoritarians because they know they cannot win in a reasonable debate based on facts. So, their strategy is to make rational discourse impossible, by spewing so many lies and conspiracy theories that it's impossible to tell up from down or right from wrong. And unfortunately, the media is once again helping them get away with it.
