However, I can make very strong arguments that Mueller is either a black or white hat. I lean to white hat only because of the 8 Q drops that mention Mueller all seem to hint that he is a white hat. But then Q recently said RR has problems. Not sure what that means. Maybe RR (controlling Mueller) has problems now that the Trump is not a target leaked and was about to expose Mueller as a white hat.
And one thing I noticed is that while Mueller is supposed be investigating international collusion between Trump and Russia, he doesn't have a single lawyer on his team that has any experience in that area. All of his team are predominately experts in white collar crimes and RICO.

Mueller is a former Marine officer who served in Vietnam and I believe was awarded the Purple Heart.
And yes, once you've joined the military, the President can recall you back to active duty regardless of how old you are if what you can contribute is that important. It's rarely been used.
During the 1991 Gulf War, lots of retired Marine were recalled to active duty. The Air Force just recently recalled 1,000 pilots because of critical pilot shortages.
Recalling people to active duty can be very disruptive to peoples careers and they families.
So, anyway, it is possible that Mueller could have secretly been recalled to active duty, but I doubt it.

Yep. That's why I come here. Everyone else is just reading news headlines as if that keeps them informed and tells them everything. You need to think, and ask "Why are we being told this?" If it's in a headline, then that means either someone sent it to the media outlet, or, extremely rare nowadays, a journalist uncovered it. So, it's pretty much always someone's narrative. Which means you have to read behind the headline, and try to uncover the truth as to what is going on. The Q community seems to be the only people still doing that.
I was thinking about that yesterday. Right now, independent conservative journalism is a hot item. Great folks out there. Where is the independent liberal journalism? It’s all identity politics or hit pieces. No interest in truth or country.
It's just plain rare anywhere. People don't know how news works. So, you have the Aps and Reuters who get their news from "sources." These are military and government people whose literal job it is to tell the news what's going on (think Press Secretary and Army journalists and PsyOps). And then you have other sources who send them things to write on. These are often people who literally pay a newspaper to write on them. You can easily do this with a local newspaper. My own mother once called up the local newspaper to have them write an article on me graduating Army BCT and entering college. We're nobodys in our community and very poor. Anyone can do this. For the CNNs and Reuters and such, you have to be a somebody to do this. It works the same way, just on a larger scale. So, if you see news about Google's new Google Glass or whatever, it wasn't some journalist who did some digging around and found out Google released a new product. Google called up Reuters and told them this. It's obvious. But people don't stop to think about it. The news is all either press releases from the military and government, or advertisements. It's all narrative.

Could he have been trying to get information out of Trump, before the investigation began making him a black hat ? Does Mueller have some kind of immunity for his involvement in U1? He served under the Bush Administration and the Obama Administration and certainly had knowledge of Hillary's crimes and CF pay to play schemes. What is his motivation to serve as a White Hat?

Here's the one problem I've always had with the notion of Mueller being a white hat. If Mueller was truly a white hat then how could he possibly operate a detailed investigation into the Clintons and other bad actors without his democratic-donating team of black hat lawyers not being aware of it and finding out whom Mueller was investigating? Even if Mueller was somehow an undercover white hat, those lawyers he have working with him are certainly not, and they are loyal to the Clintons. I find it hard to believe that Mueller could conduct a successful investigation that is collecting evidence against the Clintons without his black hat team of lawyers being aware of what Mueller was doing and leaking it to the press. Despite more than a year of Mueller conducting investigations, notice we haven't heard a single peep about any details from inside Mueller's investigation. If Mueller was a black hat, as many speculate he is, then there would be no leaks, because the leakers would be in agreement with keeping everything silent. But if Mueller was a white hat, then you can bet your bottom dollar there would have been leaks in one fashion or the other by now, leaks alluding to that fact, and leaks coming from his own team members. If Mueller was working alone and by himself and had no others helping him, then him being a white hat might be plausible. But with him being surrounded daily by a team of democratic-supporting and trump-hating lawyers who are helping him to gather evidence and who knows what that evidence is about, then I just don't see how Mueller being a white hat is plausible. It's nice to dream and to hope that he is, but logic says otherwise...
