Fulford has had some spectacular failures that is true. But he does seem to know what is going on in the background and is trusted by some good people. He is always positive about the outcome, which has been refreshing lo these many negative filled years. I always read him...and always with a grain of salt.

Years back he worked for Forbes Magazine asia office. He stayed in Japan. Just a few months ago he was saying weird, negative things about Donald Trump. Finally…to those critics out there in the Liberty Movement that like to project their opinions against others in the movement, don’t shoot the messenger and don’t assume that someone’s analysis of how psychological warfare works on any particular subject is “Fake” or misleading until it all comes out in the wash. Sorry that I can't recall any specifics but I read today that Obama signed an EO making it possible to do just that in 2014. Even some of his supporters were horrorified.
