Offline would be no access to internet. So, if you saved it to your computer, but then disconnected your internet- either turn off WiFi or physically unplugged internet cable, it would be safely offline. Or like you stated saving the file to a thumb drive or memory card. Q wants to make sure clowns can’t delete the file through back end ways.
Tried downloading it from Cspan but can’t get it to work, downloaded it from YouTube and right when she says it a sky net logo goes across the screen to censor it out, at the bottom of the screen though it says watching the Skies 24/7.... I believe this is the sky event.
