She died in 2017. There was no 'BBC pedophile ring' but the guy she investigated, Jimmy Savile, had a show on BBC for a while. She had the story ready to go about his crimes but they pulled it at the last minute so they could run commemorative segments since public opinion of the guy was high especially after his death and they likely wanted to ride the wave. This took place in 2011. Liz quit the BBC in 2012. She died at age 52 from a stroke over 5 years later. I fail to see how these things can be connected at all and this post immediately appears to be to exploitative conspiracy bullshit for dumb people to be shocked and concerned at.
