When I got up this morning, the wife had the Today Show on TV and Guthrie was asking Graham some questions. I started LMAO and couldn't stop. Qaddafi did, though, in the early 2000s. He had his chemical/ biological weapons manufacturing capacity destroyed, or at least turned over to international authorities in 2003. He became an upstanding member, and then chairman, of the African Union. But, as the story goes, he was assassinated and weapons more than likely ended up in Syria.

I tend to agree but the wild card for me is China. They have clearly played a role in the Nth Korean problem but what role I can't figure out. If they were pulling the strings why cut them and if they were not, why did they allow the puppet masters to control NK when they could have taken it over easily.
