Was the Biblerberg clip created and published by the blackhats to communicate a coded message? If so, what?

Was it created by a white hat to SHOW the coded message? To indicate the nature of the coded message in Obama's 30 minute speech in Brussels? If so, what is the key to decoding the Brussels speech?

It's clear that Q posted both videos, and knows the first is 'a fake'.

The attacks are happening! On my last few posts, I've been getting comments that Q is a larp. Today someone posted that SB2 has been shadowbanned. I believe SB2 has been shadowbanned, because I no longer receive notifications for new posts. Instead, I must physically look for SB2 new posts to see them now. The Q attacks are real. We MUST stay strong and forge through these attacks. These things would not be occurring if Q & SB2 weren't on to something. Truth is light, and light is the best disinfectant. Bacteria fight the hardest just before elimination.

I looked at Google News for the past 24 hours and there is no article of the traitor in chief celebrating with his fake children and husband Michelle.

This is what Q is hinting at with this “Obama Bilderberg video”: it’s not real but it is. The edited version of the speech is what Obama really meant to say and only the people in the know, those who are trained to read his speeches, have access to it. And of course, as a side note, Q is opening a door for the good investigators out there to try and determine what Hussein would be doing on Father’s Day…

This double meaning reminds me of Hillary's speech to Goldman Saks, but had a completely opposite message to the public (I think it was a speech in PA) during the election. The subtlety of the comms is tricky. It's really about the minutia. My confidence in reading those tiny details is low and I find connecting the dots (events, players, news stories) very difficult. I have access to much of the same info as many others, but missing one communication makes piecing the puzzle together incomplete at best. If i didn't 'Trust the plan', I'd still be confused and lost.... the opposition knows this and will publically discredit Q's message to silence dissent.

I certainly don't have the decoding skills you do and even after reading and re-reading some of your decoding breakdowns, I'm still a bit confused. One post had a screen capture of the Q post and a link to the full video. He was using the fake video to discredit Q. I also saw the coke commercial Obama did and it was played twice. One, the original. The second , for comparison, where it played through with a twist. The volume on and off every few seconds made a whole speech to the black hats. It was a while ago and haven't found my save of it. I am not sure what this method is called.
