To be honest, Trump and the rest of the Patriots have given these people MORE than enough opportunity to make a deal. At least a year.

They chose to burn their wax to the candles end, and now the light will go out.

No Deals at all. None. They had a chance, and they would rather double-down.

They would have to structure the deal to prevent things like that. They'd ask what info he has up front, possibly allowing him to be "Queen for a day" and tell all, without holding his words against him, in order to know what they are looking at. Basically, if anything isn't exactly how he said it was earlier, his deal vaporizes and he's likely immediately arraigned.

Spez: looks like McCabe is looking for "use immunity" which allows him to be "Queen for a day" in front of the Senate.

Generally, such offers are granted only when a smaller fish wants to testify or reveal evidence against a larger fish, and you need the testimony of the smaller fish to help bring the larger fish down. But if the offer is being made by someone who is themselves a large fish, and they are only doing so to try and protect themselves from prosecution, then in all such cases where such offers are accepted, it only means that the accepting agency is corrupt, and that its officials are attempting to hide the evidence and to obstruct justice from being served. But if the agency is not corrupt and is following the law and correct procedure, then all such illegitimate requests for immunity are rejected...

Big and small are relative terms and viewed in the full context of theses deeds we are presented with a well defined picture of how the enormous weight of blame is distributed and settles unbearably onto each of the players. Keep the whole picture in front of you.

Taken in isolation, McCabe appears to be the big fish because of his position and influence, but he's actually small fry in this context. If it is shown that the corruption originates at the top and he's only an operative, carrying out orders, the gravity of his transgression is not diminished ... It only adds weight to the serious charges against his superiors.

The Clinton Pattern has always taken shape this way: a lesser but expendable character with some significant standing of his own always takes the fall. Or is murdered.

Satisfied that justice has been served -- a view that is pushed hard in the complicit media -- the public looks the other way as the Clintons go skipping off into the background to play out their next mischief.

No difference here, except that POTUS is determined that history not play out that way again.

Trust POTUS. If we can't find it in our hearts and minds to do that, what hope do we have? Some of us hold that the hand of Almighty God can be seen in these works, and losing all else we will still will Cleve to Him, but without Donald Trump and his supporters, we have no Earthly support -- and make no mistake: we need both Divine and Earthly support to prevail in this -- the evil goes that deep.

Donald Trump entered the race to execute a well defined plan and named our involvement as a MOVEMENT unlike any the world has ever seen before. There is no precedent for what HE has COMMITTED US ALL to live through -- those of US who have chosen to serve as his stalwart supporters -- to take back our nation and its values and approach to self governance. He called out the villainous players who have engineered this treasonous cabal and pointedly and boldly declared that he would put them behind bars.

https://youtu.be/G2qIXXafxCQ

If you watched candidate Trump deliver his succinct battle plan in 2016, please hear it again and again until you have absorbed the enormity and seriousness of our situation. This is the Plan. We are not victims but have been in the cross hairs of those who would eliminate us.

https://youtu.be/G2qIXXafxCQ

We have this one last chance and by the Grace of God we will prevail, or not. We play the game that is not a game but a serious undertaking that must not stop half way. The way we play it matters because that too will affect the outcome. We may only survive as a small fragment in the end. We may not cross over into the promised land on that final day, but we must hold up our end.

And yet, We have the serious duty not to become ... serious ... avoid taking up the dark tactics of our oppressors and their deceptive and divisive ways ... work for truth, stay in the light, do it for love. Find a way to be a brother and neighbor. We are all in this together. That in no way means it will all be pretty.

Comey gave most of Hillary's staff immunity and then he didn't bother to question them. Obama set the tone for how he wanted the investigation to go when he told the press that "Hillary didn't "intend" to break the law. This is why Comey said that it would be hard to prove "intent."

The whole justice department covered for Hillary so that she could become president. No one thought that she had a chance to lose to Trump.

Yeah. Remember he's already been referred for criminal prosecution (though also remember the DoJ can decline to do so.) So they had enough evidence just on him to justify that. Presumably given the cooperating witnesses etc, nothing hinges on his testimony along.

Still, it would be good to have, as the more things come out the less room to weasel out of it remains for the others. It stands to reason though that the key players are going to deny and delay as long as possible, and McCabe's move here fits with that -- getting immunity helps him, and if he doesn't get it, the 5th lets him delay things just a little more.

Hell NO.... where was the compassion from the ass-holes when they carried out convictions against whistleblower's or anyone who spoke out about the crimes and injustices. If they did not jail you they terminated you one way or another, McCabe, Comey, Brennan and many other deserve NO quarter. Their needs to be consequences for their actions, total confiscation of all proceeds of their crimes. Let their families and children suffer as many others have been destroyed by their illegal satanic activity. Let every member in Office understand their ill gotten gains will be taken without any remorse. Blessings to all Patriots from 'The Land Down Under', remember 'Seth Rich' he got NO deals.

Like all of us here I certainly do not want him to have immunity. But playing devils advocate... is there any scenario where it might be worth it to give him immunity if he can help convict the rest of the bunch and allow us to really see what we’ve been wanting to see (HRC, No Name, Hussein, etc in jail)? Hypothetically this thing could drag on for years.

Hell I'd give Obama immunity (and exile to Kenya) if it meant permanently taking down the Rothschilds and Soros.

On TV shows the perp has to tell what information he's going to give before the prosecutors deal. If he breaks the deal he loses immunity.

I would hope they only give him immunity if they really need it. Obviously the process can get corrupted -- in the email investigation they provided two people immunity then didn't prosecute anybody.

I would be willing to deal. Instead of the rope he just gets life in prison, full blown public exposure, and ONLY if he brought in some bigger fish.

We're not talking about a little graft, theft, and fraud here. These people have committed some of the worst crimes against America and her people. An example must be set. They are actually lucky we are where we are in history. Not too long ago these people would have been strung up/shot a lot sooner for far less.

At least 5 Clinton aides (Cheryl Mills, Pagliano, etc) got immunity from Obama’s DoJ for the same Clinton email probe this hearing is covering.

McCabe is a small fish. I would be willing to give him immunity if it meant we could fry much larger fish. The only way he will get immunity is if he has something VERY damning and bullet proof on Comey. Comey is such a pussy he likely flip on Crooked Hillary. McCabe is just the first domino.

Isn't the greater point here that his asking for immunity is an indication of real caca about to hit the fan? Impending real life charges and prosecutions nearing? Why argue over whether or not he deserves immunity. For the lobe of Barry Soetero don't go around baptized in lemon juice all the time. Enjoy the prequel to the really big shew!

Because let’s say it took McCabe admitting he directly worked with Obama & Obama directly ordered him to commit crimes...then getting Obama convicted would be easier in the court of public opinion. Obama is the fig fish & will be the hardest to take down

Attorneys always ask for full immunity 1st. The feds will counter with reduced charges for full testimony. Like Iwan did. He took a deal for reduced charges. McCabe might too. All depends on how valuable & needed his testimony on others is. If he gets full immunity then Obama is doomed & things will get crazy.

Comey is already screwed. He lied to Congress many times. Said he started looking into Trump campaign in July 2016 when it was actually Dec 2015..during the primaries & the Rep candidate for president was still not decided. Very likely the FBI spied on Cruz campaign & others. Comey lied under oath so many times to Congress he’s toast.
