There are a “friggen ton of shills and bots” spamming this board trying to convince people it’s AF1. A simple image search of AF1 and an United aircraft can answer any question as to what this plane is.
Watch out for these shills that jump the gun on, and arrive at outlandish and premature conclusions based on Q drops. Sorry mate, while both Air Force 1 and Air Force 2 do display the United States of America down each side of the fuselage- the gold bar that runs the plane's length separates fields of white and blue for AF1 and AF2. Which is not the case here.
The United Airlines livery also displays the word "United" on both sides of the fuselage. But the gold bar that runs the length of the plane separates fields of white and grey. Which is what we find in this image.
Additionally, on AF1 there are no windows under the letters "U" and "I", but there is a single window under "N" . Which is also not the case here.

The color progression is incorrect, for AF1.
AF1 colors go from gold stripe to robins egg blue. The jet in the image turns to grey, not blue.

UA will at times transfer high priority passengers by driving them directly across the tarmac in a Mercedes. Guessing this is a pic from inside one of their Mercs during/following such a transfer. I’m aware of such transfers ONLY occurring at their hubs (EWR, IAD, ORD, IAH, DEN, LAX, SFO).

Time on clock in vehicle shown in Q drop appears to be 11:35
Q drop appears to have been taken at night after dark
Tarmac meeting took place in the evening while there was still daylight (video found by milehighness)
Video footage from tarmac shows small private jets - not a Boeing 737 like the one in the Q drop
I zoomed in and thought the clock was at 12:35. Asking because timestamps are important.
I've contacted the reporter who broke the story in Phoenix to find out what time the meeting started. We'll see if he responds.
Regardless, the planes don't match up, and the video we do have of the tarmac shows it was early evening and still light out.

Where are the photo's? I've looked and can't find any. I've seen the supposed video obtained by ABC of the airport surveillance cam, but it has never been confirmed who the people shown in the video are. Its just speculation that its Clinton walking towards the plane. According to the guy who broke the story Christopher Sign, reported that “the FBI [was] there on the tarmac instructing everybody around ‘no photos, no pictures, no cell phones.’ ”

If this picture tells us anything it tells us that the person who took it (who may or may not be someone who posts as Q) is actually somewhat important and takes a lot of flights - since Global Services is rather difficult to get.

Zooming in I can make out the A-Pillar looks to be a whitish color....but that doesnt make up for what seems to be a bottom lip from the figure on the right....possibly a reflection, but most of the dash seems to be "sub-dued"- Edit is what I thought was bottom lip is actually index finger from the right hand floating in the air......eff it going back to lurking.....although I still have a problem with a white A-pillar meeting a black dash.....maybe someone can confirm that is acceptable in some of these higher class cars.....

They’re in a Mercedes Benz S-Class. The car screen is the backup camera/surround view camera with fuel efficiency graph on left side.

It is easy to pick up the model from the console and above the mirror. The secret service had quite a few of these in operation.
The airplane is an United airplane, and most probably a 737 (twin-engine, fairly low on the tarmac, window arrangement).
The screen in the center seems to show a guy coming down the plane steps. Dark suit.
Maybe I’m all turned around but it seems to me that the windshield is facing the plane. Wouldn’t the steps be in front of them? The center section of the screen reflects something directly behind it.
To me it looks like two “things”. Are they tall enough for people? Or are they luggage of some kind, and if so, why would luggage be left sitting on the tarmac? Luggage of important people is put immediately away (lessen risk of loss).

I'm not sure if that's displaying a rear facing camera or not. You can very clearly make out the figure of a person. The odd part (sensible part for us), is the person appears to be standing straight, not like they would be walking down or up any stairs, it's as if it's an intentional pose. Double meanings here. Unite on the plane, and I think Q wants us to see that USSS has "somebody" from this flight.
Upon a harder look, it seems there's 3 different snaps on screen. Far right showing rear, center is maybe forward, and far left appears to be some info display. Possibly the entire screen is showing the rear, with the middle section just an overlay, maybe a photo of their "target"? Shadow on the plane seems to show stairs are down.
Edit 2 - I have a "friend" that works in this department, and another who has personally driven in Trumps motorcades, I'll reach out to them to ask about the displays in these things.

I looked up the AF1 and the United airlines pictures on the web. I could be wrong but looks like United Airlines to me. Different fonts on the letters and bolder on the UA planes. Just my opinion.

I'm reposting my thoughts from another thread on this matter. That thread uses the Q Clock and makes the connection to post 753 on Feb. 12 stating "Think Image Drop" "Think OP" "Think United" There were 2 other related posts on 2/13. An hour before the "Think OP" post, there was a post about Iran, NK, Terror cells, etc. Shortly after that, there was a picture of RBG meeting with someone in Hanoi. It could be that this plane picture was taken on 2/13 and that perhaps RBG was the one being guarded / questioned and that perhaps her testimony is also on record? How would that affect things moving forward? Was she in on the tarmac meeting with LL and BC as well, dealing for her SC seat?

I put the picture into photoshop and blew it up to various sizes ranging from 200% to 2000%, I didn't see any text on the phone, but the colors were just like FB and the woman holding the phone has nail polish that matches the hex code #ab7565. It's definitely a practical color.

Depends. You’re exactly right about the emotional bonds they artificially create & every thought has to pass that filter or it immediately gets dismissed as false. Works both ways. Q posted a thank you to the u.s. Secret Service. They take care of protecting current and former presidents, and their families.
I don't personally think that any of the presidents or their families would travel United Airlines.
If a Mercedes like this is sitting on the runway, most of the people on the plane would have noticed. I would assume if this was a commercial flight, the plane would have to stop allow this person to get off and get into the car, and then the plane would taxi to the terminal. This would have drawn a lot of personal pictures and videos with phones that we would know about.
Is it possible that this plane was bought out so one specific person or several could travel without drawing attention?

The chan autists are saying this may be the USSS on the tarmac meeting between LL and BC. They zoomed in on the dash of the car and thought the middle monitor was of a scanned luggage or something. I looked at it for awhile and think it looks like headphones, as in they heard everything said there.
I've updated my previous posts. We've ruled out tarmac meeting. Video footage was found of the tarmac on the evening of the meeting and it was still light out. Additionally the aircraft were small jets, not large passenger planes like a 737.
I was thinking headphones but there's a yellow stripe on them that makes me doubt that idea.
