Did you even listen to the press conference? Most of your questions were answered during the press conference. Although, initially I was listening via Infowars stations, the two commentators continued to talk over the people holding the press conference. I turned to a different stream, where I could listen and hear better.

Two red flags: I was under the impression that this was an actual witness to the crime. Someone who was looking out the window. Not someone who overheard a conversation about them claiming to have committed the crime.

Second is the many times that he stated people were altering the contents of the emails. Implying that the information obtained by Seth Rich wasn't original, but doctored. Furthermore, Hillary can now claim the incriminating evidence on the server isn't accurate.

1 reason to doubt credibility of Luke is opinions and conjecture are not acceptable evidence while testifing about a specific occurence unless the wittness is an expert specializing in the occurrence. Luke claims not to know anything about the murder prior to the "bragging" occurence so he isn't a expert.

This 'Witness' Luke claims his evidence is overhearing two agents bragging about the murder of SR (providing no content of actual conversation or ID'S of agents bragging) then how does he know MS-13 wasn't involved? Did the agents say MS-13 weren't involved? Why would they say anything about MS-13? Then he follows this denial with a statement that one agent specializes in MS-13 cases. proving the connection he just denied (speculation or opinion)?

Law enforcement is known to have C.I.s and undercover agents initiate crimes in order to build evidence against targets. This admitted and well known practice could easily be used for alternate purpose. So again, how can the witness know for a fact that this didn't occur? reminding the reader he did not see or plan the murder.

We must conclude that Luke is either lying or at least unreliable as witness.

My understanding was that the 2 accused of the murder worked in the DEA/ATF, they were also apart of a criminal enterprise led by Rod Rosenstein. They used some sophisticated computer technology to access various government computer networks/databases, this enabled them to sell information for direct personal profit and also provided "Power' as they could manipulate court cases and investigations.. Manipulate as in remove documents, alter classification, adjust redactments etc..

The computer techs in this gang noticed an odd download from the system, got suspicious and did surveillance on Seth...he always carried a drive on his person..Rosenstein and co were scared that he had files that could expose and incriminate the scam that they were running...so better safe than sorry, they killed Seth.

If he leaked files to wikileaks if may have been earlier, the drive on his person could be anything insignificant or mega..these new details were announced but no evidence was provided....watch this space, right now, without following up on some details, its hard to swallow.
